About 20–30 minutes to work through.
Leave with a simple community outline.
Before you start
Bring one area of expertise and the people you want to help. You can complete the outline in a document or chat without changing a live community.
Use this guide as a practice companion. The recording captures the app and conversation as they were on March 25, 2026; historical announcements and screens may differ today.
Make one useful thing.
Choose the person and problem
Describe one group you understand and a problem you can help them work through. State what you can support with your actual experience.
Choose the first useful resource
Pick a lesson, checklist or discussion that helps with that problem. Keep the first version small and explain how a member should use it.
Map the member journey
Write the path from finding your invitation to using the resource and asking a question. Check where branding, links and instructions need to be consistent.
Give it your context.
These practice prompts adapt the session’s ideas. Replace the bracketed text, review the response and make one specific revision.

Ideas to listen for
Your offer gives the tools a purpose. The demonstration explores branded communities, learning material and AI tools as parts of a coherent member experience.
Follow the whole path. Questions about pages, contact capture and domains show why the invitation and destination need to work together.
Get unstuck.
Does a branded platform guarantee income?
No. The exercise helps you define a useful offer and member experience. It does not establish demand or a financial result.
Can I rely on the prices in the replay?
They describe the offer at the time of the recording. Check current product information before making a decision.
For help in your community, open Help → Support Agent and describe the result you want and where you got stuck.
