About 20–30 minutes to work through.
Leave with one priority and a clear request for help.
Before you start
Bring your current projects and one task that feels stuck. A notebook or an AI chat is enough. Choose how much personal context you want to share.
Use this guide as a practice companion. The recording captures the app and conversation as they were on May 6, 2026; historical announcements and screens may differ today.
Make one useful thing.
Name the current bottleneck
List the things competing for your attention. Choose one project and state the obstacle in one sentence. Separate what you know from what you are assuming.
Make the next step smaller
Choose a task that produces something you can inspect: a draft, a tested link or a short outline. Define what counts as finished and reserve a realistic block of time.
Ask for useful feedback
Show the small result and ask one specific question. Record the feedback, choose your next action and leave room to rest before adding more commitments.
Give it your context.
These practice prompts adapt the session’s ideas. Replace the bracketed text, review the response and make one specific revision.
Choose a priority
These are my current projects: [list]. I have [time] available and want [outcome]. Help me choose one priority for this week. Ask about missing constraints, then suggest one small deliverable and a clear definition of done.
Write a focused help request
Help me turn this situation [situation] into a short request for feedback. Include what I am trying to do, what I tried, the specific obstacle and one question someone can answer. Remove private details.
Finish with a next step.

Ideas to listen for
A place to compare experiences. Founders talk openly about workload, uncertainty and the value of hearing from people facing similar challenges.
Focus creates a next step. The group returns to choosing one project and asking for specific help instead of trying to advance everything at once.
Get unstuck.
What if every project feels urgent?
Identify the nearest real commitment and what would unblock it. If the list still feels too large, make the next step smaller rather than adding more tools.
Do I need to share personal details?
No. You can ask for practical feedback using a short description of the work and the specific obstacle. Share only the context you choose.
For help in your community, open Help → Support Agent and describe the result you want and where you got stuck.
