LAUNCHBOX HELP · CREATE PAGES
Create and share a page in Studio
Use your saved brief, edit text, upload or generate images, connect a community offer and check the public link.
Before you start
Open Studio → Tools → Site in your own community. This walkthrough is for community owners. Have your Platform Brief, brand and any images you want to use ready. Image generation uses LaunchCoins.
You can create a draft before pricing is finished. A paid signup button needs a ready, configured community offer. The video’s 30-day trial and $15 monthly price are test examples, not LaunchBox defaults or a recommendation for your pricing.
From an idea to a shareable page
Start or reopen a page
In Your pages, open a saved page to continue, or choose Create new. The Welcome page starter fills the chat box. Read and adjust it before sending.
Give the agent a useful prompt
Describe the audience, purpose, sections and next step. Ask the agent to use your saved brief, brand and images. If it finds several configured offers, tell it which one to use. Keep the result a draft while you review it.
Build a welcome page for my community using my saved Platform Brief, brand and available images. Explain who it is for, what members get and how to join. Include a clear hero, three practical member benefits, a short about section and two FAQs. Use only my configured offers for signup buttons. If you find more than one ready offer, ask which one I want. Keep the language warm, specific and brief. Don't invent testimonials, results, prices or checkout links. Keep it a draft for review.
Edit the text directly
Click a text box to select it, then double-click to edit. Use the toolbar for font, size, style and alignment. Finish editing, use Undo or Redo if needed, and choose Save draft. Saving a draft does not make it public.
Ask for one specific improvement
Save your direct edits before returning to Agent chat. Select the paragraph you want to change and describe the change. Clear your selection when you want the agent to consider the whole page.
Shorten this selected paragraph to two concise sentences. Keep the exact offer and renewal terms, and leave the heading, button, image and other sections unchanged.
Review what actually changed before continuing. Small requests are easier to check than repeated requests for a whole new page.
Use your own images or generate one
Open Images and choose where the image belongs. Select a library image or upload one from your computer. Add a useful image description, check whether to crop or show the whole image, and save.
For a new image, describe the subject, mood and anything to avoid. Choose Generate and place image, then review the result. Clips offers Studio clips and video-library options; the video shows that panel but does not demonstrate placing a clip.
Connect a real offer and keep the page focused
Open Links, select the signup button and check its Community offer. Use your actual offer and match its price, trial and renewal terms. A label such as “Start 30 days free” does not configure billing.
If pricing or payment setup is unfinished, keep the page a draft and finish that setup before publishing a paid checkout button. Use Blocks to add useful sections; clear your selection to see the catalog. Add only what helps visitors understand your community.
Review the desktop and phone layouts
Switch to Preview and check both canvas sizes. Look at readability, image fit, signup wording and the next step. These are editor previews; also check the public page on the devices your visitors use.
Check facts, claims and offer terms against your actual community. Save any outstanding draft changes.
Publish and check the public link
Choose Publish page and wait for Published. Copy link gives you the public address to share. Open it as a signed-out visitor and follow the main button. Share that address, rather than the Studio editing URL.
In the test example, the button reaches the community signup form with its trial code, but the signup screen still displays the regular monthly price. The walkthrough stops before checkout. Verify the actual trial, renewal and checkout details for your own offer before sharing widely.
Return to Studio to improve the draft later. Choose Publish changes when you want those edits to update the shared page.
If something needs attention
The agent changed the wrong part
Check the selected text or section before sending. Save direct edits first, name the exact change and say what to preserve. Review the result, and use Undo for direct edits when appropriate.
My pricing is not ready yet
You can keep building an unpublished draft. Finish the community’s offer and payment setup before publishing a paid signup button. Do not invent a checkout address or assume that button text creates a trial.
How do I check a signup button?
Inspect its Community offer in Links, then test the published public page as a visitor. Editor previews do not prove that signup or checkout works. Confirm the price, trial and renewal terms at checkout without completing an unintended purchase.
What about pages I already shared?
Open existing pages from Your pages or Community pages. Some older pages continue in their original editor. Keep their existing public addresses; creating a new draft does not replace an old shared page.

Start a welcome page
Let's make a welcome page people can understand and share. We'll start with a plain-language request, make a few changes, connect a real signup offer, and check the public link. This is a fictional test community, so the prices you see are examples, not LaunchBox defaults. In Studio, open the Site workspace. Your pages shows saved drafts with previews. Open one to continue, or choose Create new. The Welcome page starter fills the chat box for you. It doesn't send until you're ready.
Give the agent a useful prompt
A useful prompt tells the agent what the page is for, who it's for, and what someone should do next. Ask it to use your saved Platform Brief, brand, and available images. Then name the sections you want: a clear hero, practical benefits, an introduction, and a few frequently asked questions. Keep the language brief. Ask it not to invent testimonials, results, prices, or checkout links. Here, the agent finds several configured offers and asks which one to use. We choose the thirty-day trial from this test catalog and keep the result unpublished. Generation takes a little time; that wait is shortened here. The page opens as editable sections, with the draft status visible above it.
Edit directly, then refine in chat
You have two ways to refine the page: direct controls and a conversation with the agent. Click the heading to select it. Double-click the text to edit it in place. The toolbar gives you font, size, style, and alignment options for that text box. We'll change the heading, then finish editing. Undo and redo let you recover a change while you work. Save draft before returning to chat. Saving doesn't make the page public. For an AI revision, be specific about the part you want changed. Here, we ask for a shorter hero paragraph and tell the agent to preserve the heading, button, image, and other sections. Small requests are easier to review than asking for a whole new page every time.
Use your images and clips
Open Images to work with the page media. First choose where the image belongs. You can reuse a saved library image, or upload one from your computer. Here, the uploaded image replaces the selected hero image. Add a useful image description, choose whether to crop or show the whole image, and save your draft changes. To make something new, describe what visitors should see. Include the subject, mood, and anything to avoid, such as text inside the image. Generate and place image uses your selected model and LaunchCoins. We generate a quiet creative workspace here, then review it in the page. You can also open Clips to choose from your Studio clips or video library. Keep media relevant to what your community actually offers.
Connect the offer you actually sell
A button needs a real destination, not just a convincing label. Open Links, choose the offer button, and check the connected Community offer. This example has a configured thirty-day trial: zero today, then fifteen dollars a month, with automatic renewal and cancellation in Billing. Your community may have different plans. Use the one you actually offer, and keep the page wording consistent with its terms. If pricing or payment setup is unfinished, keep drafting and review that setup before publishing a paid checkout button. Blocks lets you add an about section, benefits, frequently asked questions, or media. Clear your selection to see the catalog. Here, we add an extra about section, then undo it because the page already has one. Add what helps visitors decide, not every block available.
Preview, publish and test the link
Before publishing, switch to Preview and check the page in desktop and mobile views. Look for a readable heading, a clear next step, images that fit, and copy that describes your actual community. Save any outstanding draft changes. When the page is ready, choose Publish page. The status changes to Published, and Copy link gives you the public address. Share that address, not the Studio editing link. Open it as a visitor and follow the main button. Here, the welcome page loads, and the button reaches this community’s signup form with its trial code. The signup screen still displays the regular monthly price, so review the trial and renewal details at checkout before sharing widely. We stop before creating an account or making a payment. You can return to Studio to improve the draft later. Publish changes when you want those edits to update the shared page. Start with one useful page, one clear offer, and a link you have checked.
