Check what is available
Connected lesson reading is available only in enabled communities whose current owner allows it. Your membership or purchase access still applies. This first journey covers eligible Main courses and standalone lessons; some content formats and other groups may be unavailable.
The ChatGPT, Claude and Muse videos demonstrate the separate owner-management connection. They do not verify member learning in those assistants. Use your own community’s member connection page for this journey.
Connect and choose your permissions
Start in the right community
Find Bring your AI and choose Connect your AI. Use that page’s setup message and server address with your assistant. On the LaunchBox approval page, check the account and named community before continuing.
Choose only the access you want
Lesson reading, reading your private checkpoints, and saving or clearing checkpoints are separate choices. All three start unchecked. Saving requires checkpoint reading. Choose Allow connection only after reviewing the choices.
Existing connections and token refreshes do not add these permissions. If a choice is missing, start a fresh request for it. A local agent’s matching-code flow can offer only permissions that agent requested.
Try a read, then request a save
Ask your assistant to confirm the community and find the course you want. Read an entitled lesson, then open its LaunchBox link for the native video, quiz or download. To save a next step, tell the assistant what to record and supply a result link only if you want it saved.

A listed or locked course is not a purchase or an access grant. A saved result link is a reference; saving it does not upload, inspect or grade the file.
Save and continue in LaunchBox
In an eligible signed-in Main lesson, choose Saved work. Open Next step & result to add your next step or an optional HTTPS result link, then choose Save my place. Wait for confirmation. Reporting that you finished is your own report, not a graded assessment.
In Library, Continue learning can reopen saved work. An explicit lesson or page link takes precedence, and changed course content may require you to review and save a new place. Video timestamps are not restored.
Choose Manage in the saved-work panel, My saved learning in Library, or open My saved learning to export or clear a record. This account page remains available after you leave a community; it does not restore lesson access.
Your private work stays yours
The community owner cannot read your private checkpoint. Your chosen assistant receives it only with your checkpoint permission. Saving does not post, notify the owner, spend credits, change prices or mark a quiz passed.
Your saved work remains until you clear it. Clearing removes its private details while keeping minimal revision and retry records without your notes or result link. It does not delete the linked file or navigation and quiz history. For account erasure, use the account-deletion support process.
Open Need help connecting? on the same community connection page, then choose Disconnect for that assistant to stop future access. Disconnecting, clearing or an owner disabling lesson export cannot recall material already received by an outside provider.
If something is unavailable
The course opens in LaunchBox but my assistant cannot read it
Check the connected account, community, learning permission and actual error. The owner’s export setting, exclusions and Main scope apply separately from native access. Ask the owner about connected lesson reading; do not buy again to diagnose this restriction.
My saved work changed in another session
Keep any unsaved text you need, choose Reload saved work, and review the current version before saving again. If the course changed, reload the course too. An error or superseded-request message does not confirm the new change was saved.
A required quiz asks me to retake it
A previous pass for different questions, or an older result without a recorded quiz version, cannot pass the current quiz. Read and attempt the current version. Your private finished-result checkbox is separate from quiz results.
I own the community and want to allow this
Open your community’s member connection page, then Need help connecting?. In Learning with connected AI, review availability, choose Allow members to read eligible lessons through their connected AI, optionally choose exclusions under Keep selected learning in LaunchBox, then Save learning access. Each member must still approve their own permissions. If the setting is unavailable, it cannot be enabled there yet.
