[00:00:00] Speaker 0: Well, we'll we'll do our our little founder support thing here or launch and learn. And I don't know. I think it's a good place because I have stuff too. I'm just, like, stressed out [00:00:12] Speaker 0: about, and I think it's I was sharing with Ariel last week. It's nice to just have this format to, yeah, support each other and also just have that feeling of [00:00:23] Speaker 0: I'm doing everything that I can. I'm not doing anything wrong, but it still doesn't feel like enough. And to have other people that relate to that feeling helps me out a lot. So I don't know about [00:00:35] Speaker 0: you guys, but I I really like that from the last couple meetings we've had. [00:00:43] Speaker 1: I definitely resonate. Yeah. Definitely resonate. I was on my computer last night until after midnight trying to get caught up and, you know, just... [00:00:54] Speaker 1: Oftentimes, it feels like you're screaming into the void. I am putting out so much content right now. [00:01:04] Speaker 1: I'm getting no... Nothing. Zero crickets. It's hard to it's hard to keep up that level of momentum when nothing... You're not getting [00:01:15] Speaker 1: any feedback, good or bad. Right. [00:01:19] Speaker 2: Oh, that is true. That is so true. [00:01:23] Speaker 0: Yep. I definitely relate to that too. I guess to to keep it sort of organized here, we'll run this format and see how it goes [00:01:35] Speaker 0: this week. So we'll have about fifty five minutes here. This is a practical room. Everyone gets a chance to be heard. Use a visible timer. I'll use a timer here if necessary. I [00:01:47] Speaker 0: mean, the group is so small that it might not matter that much. [00:01:52] Speaker 0: But we can go ahead and introduce ourselves. Regina, if you're not able to come off of mute, that's totally fine. We all know who you are. Just glad to have you here. But for the sake of the format, I will introduce [00:02:04] Speaker 0: myself and say, hey. I'm Ian, and I am the founder of LaunchBox and been using AI for the last, I guess, two and a half years [00:02:17] Speaker 0: since I started my company and figuring it out and still figuring it out. So thanks. [00:02:26] Speaker 0: Who wants to go next? [00:02:38] Speaker 0: You're off mute, Annette. Why don't you go ahead and go? [00:02:41] Speaker 2: Busted. Well, I'm Annette, and I know some of you know some of my fumbles along the way. [00:02:50] Speaker 2: Today, my answer would be the help I need is just for a few weeks, could I have an extra day in the week? I I feel like I've taken so much in, and I've got so many things half [00:03:02] Speaker 2: ready. I just... I wanna finish stuff up, and I'm working really hard at this point to set everything aside, have one focus, and focus on that one thing until I can [00:03:13] Speaker 2: pronounce it at least in motion and working. So I've developed a timetable and a posting schedule, and now I'm just organizing the content I've built. And I'm [00:03:25] Speaker 2: gonna spend this weekend building the rest of the content. I hope to open my Facebook page and make it live. [00:03:36] Speaker 0: Thank you, Annette. [00:03:42] Speaker 0: Mhmm. Alright. Melissa, you wanna introduce yourself to us? [00:03:47] Speaker 4: Oh, I'm Melissa. [00:03:50] Speaker 1: And let's see where I am, like, in a daze right now. I'm sorry about the laundry in the background. [00:03:59] Speaker 1: Oh god. It's just one thing after another. You know? Like, I think I finally settled on something and come up with a routine that I can stick to, and then I [00:04:10] Speaker 1: realized that I need to reevaluate. So I spent hours reevaluating and, you know, feel like we... It's hurry up and it's hurry up and [00:04:22] Speaker 1: stop. Hurry up and stop. So I feel like the, you know, the momentum is really... I mean, there's momentum, but the growth isn't there, and it's concerning. [00:04:34] Speaker 1: I left my job August of last year, so I have been unemployed for nine months. So that is not easy to do. [00:04:44] Speaker 2: It's not easy to [00:04:45] Speaker 1: navigate, and I need to try to get this moving faster. [00:04:52] Speaker 1: Or I'm moving to Thailand. And [00:04:56] Speaker 1: then I'll worry about it from a $250 apartment on the beach, you know, which I might do anyway. So [00:05:07] Speaker 1: not a whole lot to offer today. Sorry. [00:05:10] Speaker 0: That's okay. You just show up with where you're at. That's totally fine. Thanks, Melissa. [00:05:19] Speaker 0: Go ahead. [00:05:20] Speaker 3: So I'm Ariel. So I just switched jobs to Melissa. But, you know, before, when I opened my first company, I had been unemployed for nine months, [00:05:32] Speaker 3: and that was kind of the the catalyst to be like, hey. There's no better time to start a business. You know? And I think it is awesome when you get that chance. And, you know, I I [00:05:44] Speaker 3: mean, I would be jealous moving to Thailand also. So if you do that, you know, we have to come and visit you. But... Yeah. So I'm doing Launchbox to work on [00:05:56] Speaker 3: my second... My newest solo venture, and I'm still trying to figure out the balance like we all are and what... Maybe [00:06:08] Speaker 3: not priorities, but, like, what should we focus all of our time on. Right? And I think more... I want to start getting out and doing the [00:06:19] Speaker 3: word-of-mouth thing because my reach is only so big online. So whoever's in my, you know, immediate area of vicinity that I can talk to you [00:06:31] Speaker 3: about things is what I wanna start doing. [00:06:36] Speaker 0: Mhmm. Thanks, Ariel. Regina, if you're able to want to come off mute and introduce yourself. Otherwise, I'm gonna move on.... [00:06:46] Speaker 5: G... And I am actually struggling with trying to get just one thing accomplished. [00:06:51] Speaker 4: Mhmm. [00:06:52] Speaker 5: I appreciate these times to hear that I'm not the only one. But I have also had to set time to be like, okay. I've got to do shorter increments instead. Like, you get overwhelmed and you just stop [00:07:04] Speaker 5: where you're at, and then don't get nothing accomplished. So that is something that I'm actually working on myself. So... Mhmm. It's good to have you guys all here to hear that I'm not the only one dealing with that. [00:07:16] Speaker 0: Hi, Gary, Dana. Thank you. Looks like we have Crystal coming in, so we'll reintroduce her to the group and get her to say hello. Hi, Crystal. [00:07:27] Speaker 0: I'm so glad you can make it. Hello. If you are able to and want to, we've all... Everybody here so far has gone around and introduced ourselves and give you that chance to [00:07:39] Speaker 0: introduce yourself as well. [00:07:46] Speaker 0: Looks like you came off mute, but maybe [00:07:54] Speaker 0: Potentially issue with the audio. [00:07:59] Speaker 0: Oh, I can kinda... It looks like you're trying to... Something's coming through. [00:08:10] Speaker 0: Hello? [00:08:14] Speaker 0: Okay. [00:08:16] Speaker 0: Let's see. I'm gonna I'm gonna move on. But, Crystal, if you want to... We're kinda going around in a circle. So you haven't been here, and I I know we've talked a little bit. I'm not sure [00:08:28] Speaker 0: if you've been getting the the emails to to come to this. But what this meeting has sort of shaped over the last five or six weeks is sort of like a [00:08:40] Speaker 0: a bit of like a founder support group in a way where we can all speak to where we're at, what it is we're trying to launch, where we're possibly stuck, give everyone [00:08:52] Speaker 0: an opportunity to sort of collaborate or or comment in general in a group setting and then a weekly commitment. So trying to [00:09:04] Speaker 0: structure this meeting, more like that. So no pitching, more just support and hearing where we're all at. So if you get the chance once we're all gone back around, you're welcome to unmute [00:09:15] Speaker 0: and, and speak. So, yes. The next piece is what are you launching? But I I also wanna tell you guys a bit of my background that you probably don't know. But the [00:09:27] Speaker 0: reason I think I really like this format personally is because I've been in 12 step meetings, like AA, NA, all those fun things, and [00:09:39] Speaker 0: in recovery since I was in 09/19. I'm 31 now. And for the last two years or so, I haven't really been doing the meetings. It's not been [00:09:51] Speaker 0: really driving with me, but still sober. But for me, that was a big piece of my journey in those meetings was like, okay. I have a problem, [00:10:03] Speaker 0: and I feel, like, bad because I think I'm the only one experiencing this. And I think I've definitely experienced that as an entrepreneur, as a founder, trying to get [00:10:15] Speaker 0: my stuff out there. And online, you see so many people, and it looks like they're doing so well and they're making it look so easy. But I [00:10:26] Speaker 0: think a lot of that is just, the marketing piece, and and we're all really just in the middle of trying to figure it out. And so I like this format, and I like to hear that [00:10:38] Speaker 0: you guys are experiencing sort of the same stuff that I am. And... [00:10:45] Speaker 0: Yeah. So what... Where I'm at and where I'm launching what I'm launching this month, I am really focused on getting a workshop rolled out for LaunchBox. Ideally, I will run it twice [00:10:57] Speaker 0: this month. But what comes along with that is a lot of, like, [00:11:04] Speaker 0: building out some stuff for the app, building out marketing. I'm trying to do a referral program with it and all sorts of meetings in between [00:11:15] Speaker 0: then. And it's a lot. It's exciting. And there is certainly that fear of... Well, only two people have registered so far. And I know that that [00:11:26] Speaker 0: will increase. But like it's been shared earlier, it's it's a little daunting when you don't see those numbers immediately. So that's what I'm working on this [00:11:38] Speaker 0: month, and I'll let you all know how it goes. And we'll just continue on in our circle here. Think... Annette, you're next. [00:11:51] Speaker 2: Are we on the two minute one? Is that where we are? Are we... [00:11:54] Speaker 0: Yeah. Let me do that. [00:11:56] Speaker 2: Okay. So my name is Annette, and I live in Melbourne, Florida. My background was in a government agency for thirty two years, and then I've been retired a while. And [00:12:07] Speaker 2: truthfully, I was brought to LaunchBox because I'm pretty new. I'm not done... You know, I'm not sure which direction I'm going. I'm sort of stepping about 10 toes out, and we'll see which one ends up being [00:12:19] Speaker 2: two feet. And I was already connected with Ian and knew some of his talents and work, and he started announcing Watchbox. So I gained... I grew... I... My god. Isn't that [00:12:31] Speaker 2: Tom? I joined right away. And then, wow, a white label. A white label that was within my... That's looked like something I could do with this product. So that made me feel like I [00:12:43] Speaker 2: was really growing up in AA to already have a white label product. So all of that sort of brought me here. And truthfully then, and I've told Ian this, what kept me here has been his [00:12:54] Speaker 2: availability and approachability to us as we work our through... Selves through and try to learn. I've sometimes been just amazed at how quickly he's responded and how much time he has [00:13:06] Speaker 2: spent helping me as a real novice figure some things out. And that's why I'm here now. I'm connecting with all you other guys to learn from. [00:13:16] Speaker 0: I can. Thank you, Nat. [00:13:21] Speaker 0: Okay, Melissa. [00:13:24] Speaker 1: Okay. Melissa, I'm in Florida also. I'm in the Tampa Bay area, but I'm on the beach side. So I spend a lot of time outside [00:13:39] Speaker 1: to... [00:13:41] Speaker 1: And that you might relate to this. Like, just to [00:13:46] Speaker 1: replenish myself because I have a lot of computer time, and I can get lost in this. And I'm sure every single one of you know what I'm talking about. So what brought me to Launchbox? [00:13:58] Speaker 1: Well, I think that Ian and I were in the in the same group, which maybe a lot of you were. And I [00:14:09] Speaker 1: got a lot out of it, but I felt that it was probably not giving me exactly what I wanted as far as [00:14:22] Speaker 1: I just... I don't wanna even say anything about it. I just felt like it wasn't the fit for me at that... Got as much as I could and then just wanted to move on. And I think that Lunchbox has significant [00:14:35] Speaker 1: value. I like the smaller group setting right now. I think you can learn faster and more. I like being in on a ground level [00:14:48] Speaker 1: launch for a lot of reasons. And I think that's a massive selling point even though for some, it might feel like it's not. I actually think it's [00:15:00] Speaker 1: of benefit because you can be involved in conversations like this. So that's that's why I'm here. And one thing I want to interject is even though the group [00:15:12] Speaker 1: is small, I think that we should go out of our way to support each other in every conceivable way. And that... And what I mean by that is getting attention. You know? So [00:15:24] Speaker 1: if we know what everybody's specializing in, we can say, I know the person. It's not my niche. I know what my niche is, and it's not gonna be everybody else's niche. You know? So I'm committed to doing that. [00:15:36] Speaker 1: And what I mean by that also is just all the socials. If I see you, I'm gonna comment. I'm gonna like. I'm gonna share because it's it's required right now [00:15:48] Speaker 1: to grow. It is required participation, and we should hopefully want to support each other in those endeavors. That's all. [00:15:57] Speaker 0: Thank you. Thanks, Melissa. And and just so you guys know, you don't... When I talk about what are you launching, you don't have to speak on LaunchBox necessarily. It can be whatever it is that you're working on. Just wanna throw that out [00:16:09] Speaker 0: there. [00:16:11] Speaker 0: Alright. Ariel? [00:16:16] Speaker 2: So [00:16:18] Speaker 3: kind of like you guys. I had, whenever Ian and I first started dating, I had told him, like, my background and business stuff. And then I had been, [00:16:29] Speaker 3: involved with MLM things and different ones. Right? And I was like, you know, that is nice, and everybody wants to have their own thing. [00:16:41] Speaker 3: But LaunchBox feels like it really is your own thing where you have full control over it. Right? Not where somebody's giving you the platform and you're only limited to [00:16:53] Speaker 3: what it can do, where he's already, like, thought in advance. So that way, you can grow as you're growing. And I agree [00:17:05] Speaker 3: with you guys sharing, like, the niche or, like, hey. I know I know just the person to introduce you to or to work with. And that, I mean, is the [00:17:17] Speaker 3: bread and butter of how this works. Right? [00:17:24] Speaker 0: Material. [00:17:26] Speaker 0: Regina, [00:17:28] Speaker 0: if you're able to, you're welcome to hop in. I know you mentioned your group in the chat. And, Regina, she does have a a group she holds every Tuesday and Thursday at 6PM central for me. [00:17:41] Speaker 0: And it's good. It's similar, kinda like this, similar vibes of low pressure. [00:17:48] Speaker 0: Mhmm. Yes. [00:17:52] Speaker 0: Non AI business friend on school. [00:17:56] Speaker 0: Okay. [00:17:58] Speaker 0: Hi there, Crystal. If you... [00:18:01] Speaker 4: Hi there, everybody. Finally figured out I was muted. So, you know, the... My name is Crystal Firestone. I'm in Austin, [00:18:12] Speaker 4: Texas. And I'm fairly new to the AI business, but I've been in computers for... Well, I'm an old person, so I've been in business... In computer [00:18:24] Speaker 4: business for over thirty years. So I'm just trying to figure out something else to do during my retirement, supposedly retirement time in my life. Of course, you know, everybody [00:18:35] Speaker 4: needs to make extra money, so that's what I'm trying to do with AI too. I was excited about Launchbox because I too was excited about being able to white label something and be [00:18:47] Speaker 4: able to call something that was closer to my own way of doing things. Meeting Ian has just been a blessing. I'm so glad he's a Texas boy now. [00:19:00] Speaker 4: And we're glad they have him right down the road. [00:19:04] Speaker 4: I'm still trying to get my lunchbox all put together, decide what I wanna do with it. We can rename it, you said. We can call it whatever we wanna call it. Is that correct, [00:19:16] Speaker 4: Anne? [00:19:17] Speaker 0: You can. Yes. [00:19:18] Speaker 4: Or we can just keep calling it LaunchBox. I I was a little confused there what your thoughts were about that. [00:19:26] Speaker 0: Yes. You can rename it, and I'm... I'd... I would really like to, if I could, hop on a call with you. I know we had one initially, but I [00:19:37] Speaker 6: would like to, yeah, hop on a call and see how I can help you out with that. So... Okay. [00:19:42] Speaker 0: Yeah. We can figure out a time, and I can walk you through doing that and and getting you more set up on there. [00:19:50] Speaker 4: Yeah. I was wanting to get my schedule all figured out when the meetings actually were. I hate that I've missed so many already. I feel like I've probably lost out on some good information y'all been sharing, but I'll catch [00:20:01] Speaker 4: up. [00:20:02] Speaker 0: That's okay. I mean, we've only done six so far, so you haven't missed all that much. I think there's still a lot more to go. And so [00:20:10] Speaker 4: Hi, Annette. Me and Annette have been on several group [00:20:13] Speaker 2: groups together. [00:20:16] Speaker 0: Heck yeah. Okay. So where are you stuck? Let's go ahead. And if you're stuck anywhere with time, clarity, your tech, audience, confidence, too [00:20:27] Speaker 0: many ideas, not enough support. And, again, this can be outside of the context of LaunchBox and then general just, like, where you're at with [00:20:39] Speaker 0: your business or offer or whatever like that. And so for me, it is just the feeling of crunch, a feeling of... [00:20:52] Speaker 0: Yeah. Do I have enough time to pull all this off? And then I... I'm thinking of, like, well, what is it that I'm really trying to pull off here? Well, I'm trying to pull off having enough money to pay my bills is my [00:21:04] Speaker 0: first goal. Yeah. So that's my first goal, and I'm not there yet. But I do know that that is, like, close, closer [00:21:15] Speaker 0: ish. But, again, like it's been mentioned, it's tough when you still have this gap. You're putting in hours and hours and hours of work, [00:21:27] Speaker 0: And it feels like stuff is happening, but when it comes to, like, that safety and security of... Are my bills gonna be paid? That's that's a scary feeling. And so [00:21:40] Speaker 0: I do believe in what I'm doing. I believe in my product. I believe in, like, this community and things that are happening. [00:21:52] Speaker 0: And I have faith that it's going to, work out. I know it will. But that doesn't mean there's not gonna be, yeah, some fear mixed in there when it's not happening [00:22:04] Speaker 0: on my timeline. So that's where I'm stuck. I'm just, yeah, just worried that, [00:22:10] Speaker 0: like, the goals I've set for myself, will I be able to meet them, and will I have enough time to meet them. So that's my share on that. [00:22:23] Speaker 0: Annette? [00:22:28] Speaker 2: Yeah. All the above. Thanks, Ian. That'll let me talk about this. So what am I building? So I have a Facebook page right now called Simple AI for Seniors. [00:22:40] Speaker 2: I've set it up, but there's nothing live really going on. I hope to use this weekend to organize the content I have and to [00:22:53] Speaker 2: create enough to go ahead and start posting. I wanna be sure I'm far enough ahead that I can maintain a good momentum while I'm doing other stuff. And then I want to go... I'm... Right now, have been [00:23:05] Speaker 2: looking today at at my lunchbox, which I've named, PowerSuite, and it's all pretty in blue and gold and all that. But, I wanna [00:23:16] Speaker 2: figure out the... Creating the courses and lesson and what my workflow is gonna be to get my final product in a manner how all that's gonna work for it to be [00:23:28] Speaker 2: available to whoever bites on my Facebook page. And that's pretty much where I'm at. [00:23:37] Speaker 0: Cool. Thank you, Annette. [00:23:41] Speaker 0: Hey, Melissa. [00:23:45] Speaker 1: K. So this is the where I'm stuck part. [00:23:50] Speaker 1: I've... [00:23:55] Speaker 1: I am producing so much, and I get momentum, and then something comes up, and I have to stop and pivot. So it seems to be a constant issue with [00:24:07] Speaker 1: not being able to proceed at lightning speed with what I think is going to work. And it's, you know, I mean, it's a combination of [00:24:19] Speaker 1: new tech... Not new technology, vision, and then assessing basically every day what I'm doing and [00:24:32] Speaker 1: feeling like it's not working. So I... Do I need to completely pivot? Like, even with my niche, you know, I still feel like it's a good niche, but I [00:24:44] Speaker 1: am kind of horrified that there hasn't been any [00:24:50] Speaker 1: response to it. [00:24:54] Speaker 5: And with [00:24:56] Speaker 1: that said, I also understand that it takes time to build a completely organic universe. Right? I'm [00:25:08] Speaker 1: only thirty days into doing that. So how much... [00:25:16] Speaker 1: How how hard... I mean, how bad is it? Really? You know what I mean? Like, is it really bad, or is it just me being impatient? So it's a constant loop of questioning [00:25:28] Speaker 1: myself constantly. Like, should you reevaluate? Should you do something different? Now as it relates to LaunchBox, I owe you two emails, [00:25:40] Speaker 1: Ian. I've got them both and then lost my Internet all day yesterday. [00:25:46] Speaker 1: There were a couple of glitches in some of the things that I was working on, so that came to a halt. And I stepped out and then went on to something else. So I have to get back in there. [00:25:57] Speaker 4: K. So... Anyway, [00:26:04] Speaker 1: so so that's where I am. I mean, that's where I seem to be stuck. And I I keep trying to reevaluate. Am I overthinking? [00:26:14] Speaker 1: Which is probably yes because that's my that's my nature to overthink absolutely everything. Maybe some of you can can [00:26:27] Speaker 1: resonate... Maybe that resonates with some of you. But it's the constant loop of reevaluating and and and and kind of being, like, really hard on [00:26:39] Speaker 1: yourself. [00:26:40] Speaker 0: So Mhmm. You know? Thanks, Melissa. Mhmm. [00:26:51] Speaker 0: Erin? [00:26:55] Speaker 3: I definitely feel like I have too many ideas. The the bright idea theory, you know, which one do I focus on, and I [00:27:04] Speaker 5: just keep [00:27:05] Speaker 3: hopping around too much. [00:27:10] Speaker 3: Yeah. I need to work on that for sure. [00:27:14] Speaker 0: Mhmm. [00:27:15] Speaker 3: You know, Ian. Yeah. [00:27:19] Speaker 0: Thank you. Yeah. [00:27:22] Speaker 0: Regina, are you having any... I know you mentioned earlier on anything specific you wanna share you're stuck on? [00:27:31] Speaker 0: If not, that's okay too. [00:27:35] Speaker 0: No. Not really. Okay. Okay. Crystal, [00:27:41] Speaker 0: anything that you are feeling stuck on? I know you'd mentioned some stuff with LaunchBox. We can definitely... [00:27:47] Speaker 4: Yeah. I mean, I relate this to so many of the ladies here. I don't have squirrels getting in my way, I've got cats jumping in my way. So Oh my gosh. I [00:27:59] Speaker 4: think about, you know, I keep wanting to decide what I wanna be when I grow up. The niche... You know, I'll think I'll have a niche, and then it's like, no. No. I don't really [00:28:11] Speaker 4: think I wanna do that. And so then I'll change my mind, then I gotta redo the website. And, you know, that's my problem is I can't seem to get focused in on something I think that it would really work. [00:28:25] Speaker 4: So maybe, you know, maybe I can bounce some things off of you there too. That and then trying to learn... You know, I start off starting to learn GET, GPT, and then they can make... Oh, no. You gotta learn [00:28:37] Speaker 4: Claude. Now you gotta have Claude code. And it just seems to be so much. They're saying you you need to learn this. You need to learn that. And I'm I'm a real good student as far as I love to sit and learn, [00:28:50] Speaker 4: but just putting it out there. I'm scared. I mean, I don't even like to be on camera. It's like, oh god. Don't anybody look at me. [00:28:59] Speaker 4: So I'm just working through a lot of fears that you would think a 71 year old shouldn't have these fears anymore, but you still do. So that's where I'm at, and that didn't really help [00:29:11] Speaker 4: you in the end because I wanna be able to generate money for you too because I think your product is excellent. It's just me getting in there, really focusing and getting it set up the way I want it [00:29:23] Speaker 4: set up and then branching out and telling everybody, come. Come. Come. So let's... So if you can help me on all that, Ian, that would really be great. [00:29:34] Speaker 0: I can certainly, [00:29:37] Speaker 0: get you pointed in the right direction and as well as... It's not about me. It's... I I mean, for me, it's about you guys and wanting you to do well. And I guess, yeah, that's another place. [00:29:49] Speaker 0: It's like, feel [00:29:52] Speaker 0: I feel a lot of responsibility in, like, LaunchBox and trying to make it a platform that you guys that makes it easy to to move past or do a lot of the heavy lifting to get past this [00:30:04] Speaker 0: blocker that it seems a lot of us have, not just in this room, but in general of... Yeah. I mean, this is, I think, a a tale as old as time from what I've heard. I don't have a lot of years of experience [00:30:16] Speaker 0: as an entrepreneur, but you... Like, you can have the best product ever, but the marketing and the sales is really where the challenge comes into place. That's why there is marketing. And so we have [00:30:28] Speaker 0: AI to do that marketing to a degree, creating copy and landing pages and stuff like that. But I think right now, we're all flooded with the AI stuff, and [00:30:40] Speaker 0: it's hard. It all kinda starts to look the same after a little bit, at least from my perspective. And so I think where the real differentiator is is us individually [00:30:52] Speaker 0: as as people and our personality and our own brand and the human aspect of who we are. And I know for me, it's been a lot of, like, [00:31:04] Speaker 0: thinking that I didn't have something that people could learn from and doing that for a while. And, yeah, coming to realize that I see [00:31:16] Speaker 0: that in you all. Like, I see that you all have plenty to offer people whether you're new to AI or not. Like, maybe you don't need to be the biggest AI coach. Maybe you can just be, like, [00:31:28] Speaker 0: a general, like, here, I'm your... Whatever coach. Don't put so much pressure on, like, putting yourself in a box of what you think you need to be or to teach [00:31:40] Speaker 0: people. Because, again, like, I I spent, I don't know, probably an hour trying to get this document that you're looking at right now. And I've... Who else has done that here? [00:31:51] Speaker 2: It's beautiful. [00:31:53] Speaker 0: Right? And I don't... And I would wager that you guys don't give a damn about the document. And sure it looks nice, and maybe it makes this meeting feel more official or whatever. But what was really [00:32:05] Speaker 0: happening is this conversation and connection that we're all having, and that's the value that I believe that you would take away from something like this. So that is my room for [00:32:17] Speaker 0: wisdom, I guess, is I I am speaking to myself as much of get so worried about this event going right and looking and doing well and, you know, the numbers and [00:32:28] Speaker 0: everything and think that that's a reflection on me and who I am as, like, what I have to offer. But that's not true for one. And two, [00:32:38] Speaker 0: I will just do my best, and that's the best that I can do and maybe... Yeah. [00:32:45] Speaker 3: Well, may I ask I [00:32:46] Speaker 4: ask a question to see if anybody else has had this problem? I... I'm working my best to be a Christian. Okay? And a lot of people that I talk to, they're just like, oh my god. AI. That's part of my [00:32:58] Speaker 4: devil. And I'm just getting so much feedback that way that I'm... It's like, no. You can use this for God's good. You know? And I can see how people can use it for that purpose. But I just wonder if [00:33:09] Speaker 4: anybody else is running into that problem when you're trying to say, come and take this AI course. Is anybody... Well, how are y'all handling that? If anybody would care to share that. [00:33:22] Speaker 1: I had a post on LinkedIn that was my most commented post. I think there was, like, 4,000 and change impressions and lots of [00:33:34] Speaker 1: comments and feedback and stuff like that, and it was pretty fifty fifty. And the article was about AI and creativity focusing on artists. How does AI [00:33:46] Speaker 1: fit into your world if you're an artist, you know, like a painter, a physical artist, a painter, a photographer, a sculptor. And the reason that I did that is because I I [00:33:57] Speaker 1: live in artist community. I was married to an artist. I know what it's like. And so I wrote about that, and there was a lot of feedback. And it... Fifty fifty. Some people were like, I hate it, and [00:34:09] Speaker 1: other people were... I love it. You know? And my article was specifically about [00:34:17] Speaker 1: if you're an artist, it frees up your time to focus on your art instead of... Every artist that I know, including my ex husband, hated the administrative part of the of the business. [00:34:29] Speaker 1: They hated it. And and so my my ankle was [00:34:35] Speaker 1: you look at what it can take off your plate so you can focus more on your art. AI is never going to paint the painting for you. So, anyway, maybe that can translate [00:34:47] Speaker 1: somehow if you find a way to translate that into the the religious piece of this, which... I mean, I've gotten to the point now where it's so hard with [00:34:58] Speaker 1: anybody. I'm like, I do really care if you believe it because it's going to be here, and it's not going anywhere. And so it's really up to you to decide how you wanna participate in it. I [00:35:10] Speaker 1: launched an article today about women. There was a study done by Harvard about how women are now being looked at in business as being an asset, so shocker, [00:35:22] Speaker 1: because they're tiptoeing into it a little bit more conservatively with, you know, wanting more guardrails, and that's actually being considered a [00:35:33] Speaker 1: asset. You are not going to be, in my opinion, hopeful whether you're religious or you're not by bearing your head and and and pretending it's not happening. Yes. It [00:35:45] Speaker 1: is. And if you're depending on how you wanna present, [00:35:52] Speaker 1: you can use it to your advantage and so can other people. That's how I feel about it. I mean, just the argument for me is over. It's over. It's here. [00:36:00] Speaker 4: And I totally agree with that. I agree with that. And then on the news, you know, everybody's, oh, AI, you're taking my job away from me now. So I just feel like there's been a lot of negative stuff [00:36:12] Speaker 4: coming out the last few weeks that's been... That's made a little bit more difficult for me anyway. [00:36:20] Speaker 0: Thank you. [00:36:21] Speaker 1: Well, you know, an argument that you can make to the people that say it's gonna take my job away, it could. Or you could raise your hand and say, I want to [00:36:32] Speaker 1: be at the front of the line to learn AI so that I can help you, mister owner or manager, whoever you are, implement these systems [00:36:44] Speaker 1: into the company. Because if you do that, they're... You're more likely to hold on to your job a lot longer than somebody who's like, no. No. No. The... Yeah. They are gonna lose their job. They're they're gonna lose their job first. Yeah. My [00:36:56] Speaker 1: only opinion. Mhmm. [00:36:59] Speaker 0: And just to throw it out there too, with the... With this segment, my intention is to just have, like, an open discussions in in general just so you guys know. But I do [00:37:10] Speaker 0: have a timer up there. We have, like, four more minutes, so be mindful of how we share this time with each other. That is always one of the questions there. And what was that, Regina? [00:37:22] Speaker 5: I said, can I say something real quick? [00:37:24] Speaker 0: Absolutely. [00:37:24] Speaker 5: That is something that I also had struggled with at the very beginning when I was brought AI. I also was the same very well person that felt like guns were bad too. But to be honest with you, guns aren't bad as the [00:37:36] Speaker 5: people behind the gun. And people blame guns on people killing people, but it's actually the person doing it. And then if that's the case, you know, we can't... Can we blame the pencil for us getting [00:37:48] Speaker 5: a f or a bad grade also? That's kinda the same thing. You can do good or you can do bad. A hammer could build a house, but also can tear a house down. And that's something that we've got to [00:37:59] Speaker 5: actually be that light and shine and let them know, like, you know, hey, you could think of it your way, I'll think of it my way. I'm gonna believe mine. Just like the bible says a drunker is a fool, but you also [00:38:11] Speaker 5: have Catholics that drink that may drink one thing of wine or or a whole bottle of wine. It's an individual basis, and that's where you gotta be with that. You need to pray about that, and just have god [00:38:23] Speaker 5: god guide you in which direction that would be, if that makes sense. Because that was something I struggled with at the very, very beginning, and then it it was like, the lord brought that on my heart. It's like, okay, you know, guns [00:38:35] Speaker 5: are bad. You know, same situation with pencils and stuff like that. So I hope that makes sense, and I hope that didn't... Okay. [00:38:44] Speaker 3: Was gonna say something similar because, you know, would... Nobody wanted to use cell phones when they came out. Right? And now everybody has a cell phone, and it's one of those things where [00:38:56] Speaker 3: you have to know how to use it if you're gonna continue on with the current time. So I would say, just like Melissa mentioned, I'm even seeing it where [00:39:08] Speaker 3: job descriptions are like, no. We want you to learn all these AI skills because that's what's necessary now. And, also, I have a a question for Melissa. Are you [00:39:20] Speaker 3: scheduling your content? Because I do see everything that you're putting out, and I would... I personally would say schedule it, like, a month in advance, do it all. In that way, you don't have to [00:39:32] Speaker 3: worry about it or focus on it. [00:39:35] Speaker 1: No. I'm not scheduling it. Oh, it is scheduled. I have it dropped onto my onto my desktop every day for review, and then I do a lot of tweaking. But I don't schedule it for it [00:39:47] Speaker 1: to, like, post for me because I wanna have more control over it. And I also believe that with the rapid movement in AI right now, it's changing so much. What's something [00:39:59] Speaker 1: that I could have written a day ago is expired by tomorrow. So it's it's a daily thing for me, but it's not an issue as far as, you know, getting the content out there because I've got [00:40:11] Speaker 1: every control that I have, I have it play... In play. But I'm not at the point yet where I am comfortable just saying, oh, yeah, Claude, go do your thing. [00:40:23] Speaker 1: No. Yeah. No. I mean, I find too many mistakes just right now. But, yes, thank you. [00:40:32] Speaker 0: Hey, Chris. Welcome in. [00:40:34] Speaker 6: Hey, Ian. Thank you. Hey. Long time no see. Wonderful to [00:40:37] Speaker 0: see you. Yes. Good to see you too. So we have about fifteen minutes left on the call. But [00:40:42] Speaker 6: Yeah. No problem. [00:40:43] Speaker 0: We've all sort of gotten a chance to introduce ourselves, talk about just briefly what it is that you're launching for your offer company, where you're [00:40:55] Speaker 0: stuck. So if you have a minute or two and can run through those real quick, that'd awesome. [00:41:01] Speaker 6: Yeah. Sure. So first of all, yeah, Ian and I go way back. So so I... I'm basically here just to be in... A champion for Ian wherever possible. But I have been the worst at staying in touch. So I just [00:41:13] Speaker 6: saw your post on LinkedIn from four hours ago saying that you were launching, and I was like, oh my god. I gotta go say hi. So... Yeah. Basically... So so let's see. What I'm focused [00:41:25] Speaker 6: on is really revenue... Return on ad spend, I guess, would say overall. So I I started with... I built this tool that gets you a ton of [00:41:37] Speaker 6: visibility before you run ads, it but was kind of breaking new ground. It was hard to hard to bring people up to speed, things like that. And I was like, man, like, ads is really... Like, when you get good at ads, you're... You should focus on ads. Like, they're... [00:41:48] Speaker 6: It's much easier to open the doors, all that sort of stuff. So I think mostly it's just getting... Like, it's it's building a whole new set of webinars and and all that sort of stuff to focus on that [00:42:00] Speaker 6: output. So it's just... I I think just like all of us probably finding time on the day... In the day is the challenge for, you know, like, you can only pivot so many times and still have a a a productive [00:42:12] Speaker 6: path forward. Right? Something like that. So so, you know, we've got the results, everything like that. We're we're... Actually, I I I should share with you at some point. I I met with one of the cofounders at high level and and had a good [00:42:23] Speaker 6: conversation with him and things like that. So, you know, kind of going back to the big leagues where I was, but now with AI on my backpack kind of thing. So but, yeah, the challenge is always finding... Figuring out how [00:42:35] Speaker 6: to spend every minute of the day in the most productive way possible, something like that. So... [00:42:40] Speaker 0: That was awesome. Cool. Good timing. Okay. So the last piece of this is to wrap up with some sort of commitment that we would like to hold ourselves to, and we can use this group to [00:42:52] Speaker 0: just say it out loud. And nobody's, gotta hold somebody to a commitment, but it's good to just voice it out there. So for me, for this week, we're on Wednesday to next [00:43:04] Speaker 0: Wednesday. I am going to... Man, my gut tells me that I need to take a break. Whatever that looks like is to just give myself a day or so because [00:43:16] Speaker 0: my lovely girlfriend on here, Ariel, couldn't attest that I am constantly just thinking about this stuff, and I love it. I love the game of, like, the entrepreneur, like, [00:43:28] Speaker 0: and trying to challenge myself. But [00:43:32] Speaker 0: I think that if I don't take breaks, that can get caught up and and sticky. So maybe... [00:43:43] Speaker 0: Yeah. We'll take a break one of these days between now and next week. So thanks. Let's see. Annette, you are up for commitment. [00:43:53] Speaker 2: Paul, well, I will I will pass you some sharing of that. I have found... I mean, I'm working a full time job, but I'm not getting paid for right now. And I have found I do have to [00:44:05] Speaker 2: take a day and just say, I'm not doing any calls today. I'm shutting my computer down, and I have to do something else active in the house. And it does help me be [00:44:17] Speaker 2: more refreshed, so go for it. My next week thing is I just started really digging into the course app, and I'm going to get my branding [00:44:29] Speaker 2: up there. And I'm gonna work out what my workflow will be to end up with the type of presentation I want for my courses. [00:44:39] Speaker 0: Thank you, Nat. [00:44:42] Speaker 0: Let's see. Melissa, [00:44:44] Speaker 0: you have one minute triggers. [00:44:47] Speaker 1: Weekly commitment? Mhmm. No. Okay. What's my weekly commitment? [00:44:55] Speaker 1: Ironing out the hiccups inside the platform so that I can keep going. That's it. [00:45:04] Speaker 0: Thank you. [00:45:07] Speaker 0: There you go. [00:45:08] Speaker 3: I'm gonna pick one one project to work on. Only one. [00:45:17] Speaker 0: Regina, if you wanna throw something in the chat, you're welcome to. And, Crystal, do you have a commitment? [00:45:25] Speaker 4: Well, I was trying to write down Annette's phone number, but it disappeared too quickly. Where's the chat thing on here? I am work... I'm gonna work on getting a logo done and [00:45:37] Speaker 4: to set in stone one... What I'm gonna do my next project and put it up there because I really wanna get a course created. That's my goal. A [00:45:49] Speaker 4: logo and getting my price structure set up. That's where I need your help, Anne. [00:45:56] Speaker 0: Sure. [00:45:59] Speaker 0: Annette just put her number in the chat. Chris, do you have, something you would like to set a goal for this week? [00:46:06] Speaker 6: Yeah. I think I just need to get my ads back up and running. That's that's the main thing. It's tempting. Like everybody else said, there's a lot of priorities. But if I don't do that, I feel like I'm not [00:46:18] Speaker 6: getting far enough. [00:46:21] Speaker 0: That's interesting. I... I've been trying to work on my Facebook ads this week. This is first time in a while that I've looked at at Meta and, [00:46:34] Speaker 0: yeah, maybe I can connect with you and you can help me figure something out on there. [00:46:39] Speaker 6: Yeah. But... Know what I was saying? Just shoot me a note on LinkedIn, and let's let's figure out how to plug back in with each other. But I I would actually propose a different target, which is ChatGPT just launched ads. Let's see what we can do there [00:46:50] Speaker 6: together. [00:46:52] Speaker 0: That sounds cool. Cool. And I'll circle back to Melissa. You had mentioned earlier in the meeting, like, this, we should all support each other here in this meeting. We have a a community [00:47:03] Speaker 0: here. I'm trying to figure out the best way that we could do that. I don't know. If anybody has any ideas, welcome to throw it out, as well as maybe it will just organically evolve to where we figure that out. So, [00:47:16] Speaker 0: I think we're all doing that here in this meeting. But, Melissa, if you had any thoughts? [00:47:21] Speaker 1: Well, I think that we should share, you know, everywhere that we're posting. And if you happen to be on that social media site, it is extremely important. I've been doing a deep dive on [00:47:33] Speaker 1: all of the analytics on these different sites, LinkedIn and, you know, all of them. And it's pretty important if you wanna grow organically, if you don't already have a huge [00:47:46] Speaker 1: audience. And I know we're a small group, but you know what? If you get five or six people every day commenting and sharing, that group... That that circle is gonna grow. It cannot do [00:47:57] Speaker 1: anything but. So that that is my 2ยข worth on that. I just think we need to support each other in that way. I think it will be impactful. [00:48:10] Speaker 0: Mhmm. Well, maybe... I I think we've all done this to a degree. But if you're able to pop your socials in there or next week when we all come, we can throw every [00:48:22] Speaker 0: every account that we have into the chat. [00:48:27] Speaker 0: Okay. If anybody else has any ideas too, that... That's great. We can bring those next week. One thing I wanna let you guys know about is is that workshop that I'll be doing on the sixteenth. Melissa will be one of the speakers there as well as [00:48:39] Speaker 0: I will have a a friend of mine that I met here. His name is James. But what I really wanted to throw out there is the referral thing. I'm working on trying to see how that'll [00:48:51] Speaker 0: go. So it's a $50 kick to whoever you get want to come to the event, but after the event for them to sign up as a white label. So I [00:49:02] Speaker 0: think I think... Yeah. I think everybody, maybe besides Crystal, is an affiliate on there. But, Chris, I can also throw you on as one and get you [00:49:14] Speaker 0: the link. And, [00:49:17] Speaker 0: essentially, I'll share here just briefly. [00:49:22] Speaker 0: Wordle. [00:49:30] Speaker 0: So this is the the little portal, and let's see. This is the link to go to sign up as an affiliate, Crystal or Chris, if [00:49:41] Speaker 0: you aren't yet. [00:49:46] Speaker 0: And then the registration page is this. So if if any of you... I know probably a good chunk of you will be there. But if you're [00:49:58] Speaker 0: not, just go ahead and, do your name and email on there. That way, you can receive updates and information as it comes out. But, essentially, what we'll be doing at this workshop is, most of you have seen me go through [00:50:10] Speaker 0: the launch kit where answer some questions and it generates your thirty day funnel, your content, your web pages, and all of that to funnel people into your own launch [00:50:22] Speaker 0: box. So I'm gonna be doing that on a public, event in hopes that people will see... Like we've talked about here, okay. I might have the platform, but how do I actually bring people into the [00:50:34] Speaker 0: platform? One way is with ads, but also where do those ads point to would be great if there's a funnel. And that's what this does, and it does it in their brand voice and style and [00:50:45] Speaker 0: stuff like that. So there's those links there. [00:50:51] Speaker 0: Let's see. Oh, I didn't even share the right thing. That's okay. I shared... I didn't share the right screen. I shared the right links. That's fine. [00:51:01] Speaker 0: Yes. And then outside of that to connect, I'll throw my my calendar link in here. And, Crystal, if you would like [00:51:13] Speaker 0: to [00:51:15] Speaker 0: connect, we can sign up through there. Let me get the the link here. See. Copy link. And then... [00:51:24] Speaker 0: Boom. So that's for anybody if you'd like to try to schedule a time to just connect and see what... How I can help you. [00:51:35] Speaker 0: Love to do that. And... Awesome. Thank you, Chris. Let's see. Any last minute thoughts? Anybody wanna throw out there? [00:51:51] Speaker 0: If you guys like this format, I do really... I do I do like it. I'd be interested in in growing this one in particular as far as just, like, founder support is kind of how we've been running [00:52:03] Speaker 0: this, Chris. [00:52:05] Speaker 0: So, yeah, bring some people if you like to. We can connect. And thank you, Regina. Yeah. A lot of good resources here. Thank you all. I guess we can just cut it there, and I'll talk [00:52:17] Speaker 0: to you guys here soon. [00:52:20] Speaker 2: Bye, everybody. Have a nice weekend coming up. [00:52:23] Speaker 0: Have a weekend. [00:52:24] Speaker 4: Take care. Thanks, Dan. [00:52:26] Speaker 0: Thank you, guys. Bye bye. Bye. [00:52:37] Speaker 0: Alright. Bye, Regina.
