Privacy Policy
Effective date: January 7, 2026 · Last updated: January 7, 2026
Launchbox is powered by Disruptiv Solutions LLC.
This document is provided for general informational purposes and should be reviewed by qualified counsel to ensure it meets your business and legal requirements.
Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Disruptiv Solutions LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use Launchbox (the “Service”).
If you do not agree with this Policy, do not use the Service. For questions, contact us at ian@ianmcdonald.ai.
Platform Provider vs Operator (White-Label Workspaces)
The Service may be used within a branded workspace operated by an independent Operator (a “Workspace”). In that case, the Operator may have its own policies and may collect additional information from you.
Launchbox Inc. provides the underlying platform infrastructure. Operators control their Workspace settings, user access, pricing, and end-user support.
Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Account and profile data (e.g., name, email address, profile details).
- Content you submit in the Service (e.g., prompts, messages, uploads, documents, images, audio/video, community posts, comments, event registrations, and form submissions).
- Support, sales, and onboarding communications (e.g., emails, messages, and feedback).
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data (e.g., pages/screens viewed, actions taken, time spent, and performance/diagnostic events).
- Log and security data (e.g., IP address and request metadata used for rate limiting and abuse prevention).
- Cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies & Similar Technologies”).
Payment and billing information
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (for example, Stripe). In a white-label Workspace, end-user payments are typically processed by the Operator (for example, via the Operator’s Stripe/Stripe Connect account). We generally receive limited billing metadata (such as customer IDs, subscription status, and transaction metadata) needed to provide the Service and administer subscriptions.
How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service, including AI-powered features and content generation.
- Process requests and transactions, manage subscriptions, tokens/usage accounting, and customer support.
- Personalize your experience, including branding, tenant routing, and feature access controls.
- Secure the Service, detect and prevent fraud/abuse, and enforce our terms and policies.
- Communicate with you about product updates, security notices, and administrative messages.
AI Processing, Inputs, and Outputs
The Service includes AI features (such as chat, image generation, video creation/editing, transcription, and text-to-speech). To provide these features, we may transmit your inputs (including text and uploaded files) to AI and media processing providers and receive outputs back to display to you.
Do not submit sensitive personal information or confidential data unless you understand and accept the risks of processing and storage. Some features may create shareable links or store files in ways that can be publicly accessible depending on your settings and how you use the Service.
Service Providers and Subprocessors (Examples)
Depending on which features you use, we may use the following categories of service providers to process information on our behalf:
- Cloud hosting, authentication, database, and file storage providers (for example, Google/Firebase).
- Payment processors (for example, Stripe; including Stripe Connect for Operator workspaces).
- AI and media processing providers (for example, OpenAI, OpenRouter, Replicate, Deepgram, and Google GenAI).
- Analytics providers (for example, Google Analytics when enabled by the workspace/platform configuration).
Vendors may change over time. We aim to keep disclosures accurate, but the most important point is that we share information with vendors as needed to provide the features you use.
Public Content and Sharing
Some parts of the Service may allow content to be public or shareable (for example, published resources, public event pages, or content shared via a public URL). If you choose to publish or share content, it may be accessible to others and indexed by search engines.
In some cases (such as certain transcription workflows), data may be stored as a file and a public link may be generated to enable access. Treat any link you share as public.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention may vary based on the type of data, how it is used, and applicable requirements.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export certain personal information. You can also update some information in your account settings.
To request assistance with privacy rights, contact ian@ianmcdonald.ai.
Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by updating the effective date and/or through the Service.
