Launch & Learn — October 28, 2026 Practice prompts adapted from the session and its companion examples. 1. CHECK YOUR EXISTING AUTOMATIONS Check the scheduled automations you can access. List their purpose, owner, status, schedule and time zone. Show the latest delivered result if available. Flag gaps and overlaps. Do not change anything yet. 2. REVIEW THE LAST SEVEN DAYS Review my last seven days of accessible work. State which conversations, notes or files you checked. Find recurring tasks worth automating, cite real examples and rank the best three. Include inputs, output, timing and decisions I should keep. Check for existing schedules. Do not schedule yet. 3. TEST ONE SMALL TASK Define one task with sources, timing, time zone, output, delivery location and approval limits. Run it once now and show the actual result. State missing information rather than inventing an answer. 4. CREATE AN EVENT BY CONVERSATION Prepare the details for [event] on [full date] at [time and time zone], hosted [in LaunchBox / at this link / in person]. Use [public / members only] access and [one-time / recurring] timing. Show me the complete details before saving or publishing. 5. TURN A DOCUMENT INTO A COMMUNITY POST — COMPANION EXAMPLE Read [document link] using the connected document source. Adapt the useful content for my LaunchBox community, omitting private notes and retaining availability limits. Confirm the destination and show me the draft. After approval, publish through LaunchBox and read the result back. CHECKLIST [ ] Inspect existing schedules and their real results. [ ] Choose one repeated task from the last seven days. [ ] Agree on sources, owner, output and approval limits. [ ] Run the task once and inspect the result. [ ] If useful, save its schedule and verify the next run time. [ ] Check its first scheduled delivery. Creating an event is an on-request workflow. A recurring agent automation needs a separate saved schedule. Tool availability and permission differ by assistant and connection.
