[00:00:00] Speaker 3: Well, I wanna show you guys something initially, and then we'll see if anybody else shows up. But you guys are my core. You're the LaunchBox core. So, [00:00:12] Speaker 3: really, we don't need anybody else. Let's see. I'm gonna share my screen. [00:00:20] Speaker 3: I'm excited to show you guys. So I've been... I now have all of the launch and learns.... [00:00:27] Speaker 4: Hallway. [00:00:29] Speaker 4: Yeah. [00:00:31] Speaker 1: So cool. [00:00:31] Speaker 3: All of the launch and learns are now in here. Let's see. So this is help help slash launch and learn. And then in the [00:00:42] Speaker 3: sidebar here, these are all the launch and learns all the way back to March. And they're all, like, individual pages that goes over the information [00:00:54] Speaker 3: that we went... Like, the highlighted information from the call. [00:01:00] Speaker 3: And this is the one that I prepared for today to go over whatever I was hoping to go over today. But the one I wanted to show you is this video that [00:01:12] Speaker 3: I made. Gosh. The cat is going crazy. [00:01:19] Speaker 3: Let me find it. [00:01:23] Speaker 3: Has anybody been making videos this last week, like, the tools that are making it easier to do that? [00:01:30] Speaker 1: I have not, but I am all eyes and ears. I've gotten away from making videos just, like Mhmm. Completely and focused on just doing carousels right now because they're fast and [00:01:42] Speaker 1: easy, and I can knock it out really fast. But I have got I have got to get the video thing down, and I am desperate to learn how to do b roll, FYI, if anybody knows. Like, [00:01:54] Speaker 1: that is... I I just think those videos are so great. And, you know, depending on what you wanna do, they can fit so well into your business, like, any business. [00:02:06] Speaker 1: Ian, do you know who... Do you know Bernard Ablolla? [00:02:11] Speaker 3: Mhmm. Yes. [00:02:12] Speaker 1: Okay. His b roll videos are the best out there as far as I'm concerned, and I I, like, stalk him. I stalk him, and I still don't know how to do it. Just so you know. [00:02:24] Speaker 3: Wow. Yeah. [00:02:25] Speaker 2: I did I did a couple of short Facebook posts using the video feature in Studio. [00:02:35] Speaker 3: Okay. [00:02:39] Speaker 3: What I was wanting to show you about... [00:02:42] Speaker 3: Okay. I've been using chat a lot to make videos, and [00:02:49] Speaker 3: you can use chat. You can use Claude. You can use Muse. You can use... What's the... Meta or, yeah, Gemini and Grok. I [00:03:01] Speaker 3: haven't really been using Grok, but I know that one's really popular. [00:03:05] Speaker 1: Me about those, Ian. Would you please? The the the chat and the Claude. I've never used chat or Claude to make a video [00:03:16] Speaker 1: ever. I get prompts from them, but I don't use them to make the video. So what are you using? Are you using... Like, what what model? [00:03:29] Speaker 3: It doesn't... As I'm using chat, I've been using the sole model, and I don't know if it matters so much what the model you pick is. What it... What matters [00:03:40] Speaker 3: is equipping the right skills. And k. The skills that I use are hyperframes, and it's a [00:03:52] Speaker 3: free, [00:03:55] Speaker 3: resource that you can use. So I'll... Hyperframesdot... Actually, not hyperframes.dev. It's hyperframes, skills. If you just [00:04:07] Speaker 3: Google that. This first one that shows up... Yeah. It gives you this page, and then it gives you all of this stuff here. And [00:04:18] Speaker 3: you'll see, it's saying to copy this and give it to your agent. So this one that says install or refresh from an agent, you just copy that, and then you paste [00:04:30] Speaker 3: it into Claude or you paste it into chat or Muse or any of those. And, essentially, it's just gonna give it the instructions to know how to make a variety of [00:04:42] Speaker 3: different [00:04:45] Speaker 3: styles of video. And... [00:04:48] Speaker 1: Is it how to do b roll? [00:04:51] Speaker 3: Yeah. Yeah. I mean, the thing is is you kinda... You give it these tools. Essentially, you're just telling it it... It's giving it tools to [00:05:03] Speaker 3: kinda know how to edit certain types of videos. So as you're in CapCut yourself and you're editing videos, [00:05:12] Speaker 3: you have sort of, like, different frameworks for what kind of video you're making, whether it's gonna be a explainer video or are you doing a product demo video or, [00:05:26] Speaker 3: a sales video? These skills sort of give hyper... Or your agent, knowledge of how to do those. So if [00:05:37] Speaker 3: you're wanting to make some b roll, I'll show you an easy way to do that, [00:05:44] Speaker 3: is... [00:05:47] Speaker 3: Let me see. I've been waiting for for this to load. [00:05:51] Speaker 3: Here we go. [00:05:54] Speaker 3: Okay. [00:05:58] Speaker 3: I'm gonna share my audio too here. One sec. [00:06:02] Speaker 1: So you mentioned cap cut for editing. Does that mean... So that means you have to edit too? It doesn't... [00:06:10] Speaker 3: No. I was just using that as a... As an example. So Okay. You don't need cap cut anymore. You just really need hyperframes in your agent. And as [00:06:21] Speaker 3: you're using your agent to make videos, [00:06:26] Speaker 3: you wanna see the results it gives you and then tweak... And then save it as a skill. [00:06:33] Speaker 1: What are you saying?... As a skill? Say it again. [00:06:37] Speaker 3: I'll show you here in a in a sec. [00:06:39] Speaker 4: Okay. [00:06:40] Speaker 3: It'll make sense here in a sec. Okay. Share screen. Well... [00:06:45] Speaker 1: That'd be ambitious. [00:06:48] Speaker 3: Because it'll make sense. [00:06:51] Speaker 3: You... Well, maybe, but probably you... I know you can get it. Okay. Here we go. [00:06:58] Speaker 3: Can [00:07:00] Speaker 3: you hear this? [00:07:01] Speaker 4: You saved me four hours four hours of time just this week. Did you hear that? Mhmm. [00:07:10] Speaker 3: Okay. Good. [00:07:13] Speaker 4: And saved me four hours four hours of time just this week week. Sunday nights, I usually do my content. I batch all my content for the week for me, for two other businesses that I [00:07:24] Speaker 5: help [00:07:24] Speaker 4: support podcast. So it ends up being, like, a whole four hour an hour. Ian's like, hey. Let's try a campaign campaign. It took us maybe thirty minutes to do a whole [00:08:04] Speaker 0: you know, just getting started, and there's a couple of things in there I didn't know. And I can [00:08:10] Speaker 3: It's like cool. [00:08:11] Speaker 0: Take a look at those and and get moving. [00:08:13] Speaker 4: Just went on to my Instagram and my LinkedIn and my Facebook, and we... It worked. I went into my campaign manager for... [00:08:20] Speaker 3: Just so [00:08:21] Speaker 4: know who just came on came [00:08:23] Speaker 3: Hang on. [00:08:24] Speaker 4: And created a whole campaign to launch for the next three days. I put it in my calendar and everything, and it created it literally within less than forty five minutes. So it was great. Great. [00:08:35] Speaker 5: And it puts it under my name. [00:08:37] Speaker 3: Name. My [00:08:39] Speaker 5: is so great. Wow. [00:08:43] Speaker 2: What kept me here has been his availability and approachability to us as we work our through... Selves through and try to learn. I've sometimes been just amazed at how quickly he's responded [00:08:55] Speaker 2: and how much time he has spent helping me as a real novel figure some things out. And that's why I'm hearing that. What was accomplished in that half hour for [00:09:05] Speaker 3: This is the long version. There's a short version. [00:09:07] Speaker 4: Few hours was the price was well worth the cost for that call. And I really, really appreciate it. And Christina had some great ideas too. She's really a valuable asset to your team. [00:09:19] Speaker 1: I like the smaller group setting right now. I think you can learn faster and more. I like being in... On a ground level [00:09:30] Speaker 1: launch for a lot of reasons. I actually think it's of a benefit because you can be involved in conversations like this. [00:09:40] Speaker 6: It's a it's a great platform, and I think I just have to follow the recommendations. And, yeah, as as every day grows, Ian, it's value. [00:09:50] Speaker 3: So that's So That's majority of the video. [00:09:54] Speaker 3: What do you guys think of it? Do you think it's cool or creepy? It's great. Yeah? Mhmm. [00:10:02] Speaker 1: Yeah. It's great. [00:10:05] Speaker 3: Thank you. So [00:10:09] Speaker 3: what I did to make that video, and this is sort of becoming my new workflow for things, is I [00:10:21] Speaker 3: told my ChatGPT, go through all of my launch and learn videos in my Google Drive, transcribe them. [00:10:33] Speaker 3: From those transcriptions, pick out what could be considered testimonials for either myself, my services, LaunchBox. [00:10:44] Speaker 3: And then [00:10:50] Speaker 3: and then I experimented because as you see right here, like, the videos that are recorded aren't always the best. [00:11:02] Speaker 3: Like, the best quality, we're all in little squares, and we're all not, like, necessarily in the center of the frame. And so that's where I used a video [00:11:14] Speaker 3: model to stylize the the clips of those transcriptions to zoom in on the little squares. And, essentially, [00:11:27] Speaker 3: what you can do with these models is kinda paint over them with a a filter. And so that's what I did. I I used all those sort of raw footage clips [00:11:39] Speaker 3: and all those movements and everything. Those are the movements that you... Were made as videos and obviously use the same audio, but [00:11:52] Speaker 3: painted it, you know, with a portrait style [00:11:58] Speaker 3: image of... Or video of you guys. [00:12:02] Speaker 3: And for me, the the juice is having the agent go into my archives of of stuff, of [00:12:13] Speaker 3: chats, of what's in my Google Drive, of wherever, really, I can have it point to to start to make content, whether [00:12:25] Speaker 3: that's video or whether it is a page that could be used as a lesson as you saw earlier. I did a very similar method. [00:12:37] Speaker 3: I... Because this was the initial goal was I wanted it to go through all of the launch and learns from... We've had 25 of these, which is crazy. All 25 launch and learn [00:12:49] Speaker 3: videos and make pages and then trim those... The videos so that there's sort of, like, chapters to them [00:13:01] Speaker 3: so that people can sort of see what is, the highlight from the call. And then my secondary objective was to find those [00:13:12] Speaker 3: testimonial videos that I could clip. And so I got two different very valuable resources for my community here, which is something to help you learn and then something that will help me [00:13:25] Speaker 3: promote. And this is this is what I've been doing a lot recently, and I've been doing it all from my agent being connected to, [00:13:37] Speaker 3: you know, various [00:13:40] Speaker 3: connectors, MCPs. [00:13:44] Speaker 3: And I know I'm gonna have some questions. I wanna get your guys'... Do you have any thoughts or questions coming up right now? [00:13:58] Speaker 3: Mm-mm. [00:14:00] Speaker 3: Can keep going. [00:14:03] Speaker 3: Mhmm. Keep going. Like... [00:14:06] Speaker 1: I mean, it's a lot for me. I don't know about anybody else. I mean, it's a lot. You know? I have to do. I can't just... Course. It's great. It looks great. [00:14:18] Speaker 1: Yeah. [00:14:18] Speaker 3: Yeah. The cool thing about after this call is I'll just be able to tell chat, go to my Google Drive for today's lesson, clip everything [00:14:31] Speaker 3: us for chapters so that people can reference it, and then create, little guides that people can reference. So, hopefully, it will help [00:14:43] Speaker 3: explain, you know, in one way... More... To what's going on. But right now, it is it is high level. [00:14:52] Speaker 3: Let's see. [00:14:57] Speaker 3: I'll show you some of the other video stuff that I've been doing here. [00:15:04] Speaker 3: Let's see. So another method I've been working on is sort of like a side idea, and I know you guys know about, like, the little [00:15:15] Speaker 3: side projects that come up, is as I'm getting a better understanding of what my video capabilities are, like, how the agent can, [00:15:27] Speaker 3: stitch together things, I'm like, there's plenty of businesses that would like to have a little advertisement. This one right here is my friend's remodeling [00:15:39] Speaker 3: business, and it made this. I'm not... Am I sharing? I'm not sharing. [00:15:50] Speaker 3: Here we go. This one is, yeah, my friend's remodeling business. And [00:15:59] Speaker 3: it took images from his website [00:16:03] Speaker 3: and stitched together a fifteen second clip, added audio to it, and then added his logo. And I sent that over to him, and he's like, cool. And I'd... [00:16:15] Speaker 3: Last week, I did that for a few different friends of mine, and one of them hit me back to make a video for them and charged them a [00:16:27] Speaker 3: $150 for it. And so I've been kinda going on a spree where I've had my agent set up a schedule to go and find businesses [00:16:40] Speaker 3: and [00:16:43] Speaker 3: and make these little demo clips so that I can send them a message with the demo clip and just see if they're interested in me making a video for them. And because I have it on automation, [00:16:56] Speaker 3: it's doing all of that without me. So I just kind of need to set it up where I do it once. Like, I I sat here, and I I worked with the [00:17:07] Speaker 3: agent to get a result that I wanted. I told it to save that result as a skill so that I could repeat that process or it could repeat that process without me reexplaining it. [00:17:20] Speaker 3: And then just had it keep doing that, observing the output to a point where I feel comfortable that it's giving... It's gonna give consistent [00:17:31] Speaker 3: results, as far as the video clips go, as far as finding businesses go, [00:17:39] Speaker 3: as far as, outreach goes. And so [00:17:45] Speaker 3: that's sort of the philosophy that I've been going with is [00:17:49] Speaker 3: me in my chat GBT or you guys in your quad, as you're working through a problem, you get the result that you want, and then save it as a skill, and then set that up as an automated job. [00:18:01] Speaker 4: Right. We don't wanna see what [00:18:04] Speaker 5: we're saying. [00:18:04] Speaker 1: Explain explain that again, Ian. So as... So if you're... If you do something and you like it, then you're gonna save all that work, that prompt, etcetera, as a skill. If you're in cloud, obviously, you're not gonna do [00:18:16] Speaker 1: that if you're in chat. Okay. Okay. And you're doing that by using hyperframes and one of your agents regardless [00:18:27] Speaker 1: of who, chat or Claude or whoever you use. Right? And you're... So you're giving it permission to go into hyperframes. [00:18:36] Speaker 3: Yeah. [00:18:36] Speaker 1: Right? Okay. [00:18:39] Speaker 3: Yeah. [00:18:40] Speaker 4: Okay. And then it can go...... Universal. [00:18:44] Speaker 1: Okay. And are... And so you said you scraped your friends... You know, you went into the website and took some shots, and then you turned it into a video and added audio. Right? [00:18:56] Speaker 1: So did it do that? Did your agent do all that? I'm just trying to understand the process here. Okay. [00:19:04] Speaker 3: Right. I didn't give it any of those. I just said, here's my friend's website. [00:19:10] Speaker 3: I didn't go. I didn't say, pick this, pick that, pick whatever. Said, here's my friend's website. You'll find some images that you can turn into a [00:19:20] Speaker 3: advertisement, essentially, a fifteen second advertisement, and make that into a video. Let's say for...... As simple as that. [00:19:29] Speaker 1: So let's say, for example, I... I'm thinking of Bernard right now. So if you don't know who Bernard is, if you go to LinkedIn, look for Bernard Ablolla, and just take a look at some... Or I [00:19:41] Speaker 1: can I can send you a video, but he's got masterpiece videos? Okay? I mean, they're beautiful. And I've got one particular that, like, haunts me for a year because it was so [00:19:53] Speaker 1: strong. And it's like... I don't know how he does it, but it's almost like taking shots, you know, and then you have a voice [00:20:04] Speaker 1: overlay. Do you know what I'm saying? Like, you've got shots, but it's turned into video. There might be, you know, three seconds or five seconds of him sitting at a desk, pouring a cup of coffee, or, like, mapping something [00:20:16] Speaker 1: out or writing something, and then maybe a still still. But everything's in this video, and then it's got his voice overlay. Does that make sense? [00:20:25] Speaker 3: Yeah. [00:20:25] Speaker 1: Like, the way I'm describing it? So do you think that this hyperframes can do that? I think it can.... Give it? Okay. [00:20:34] Speaker 3: It it can, but it might not necessarily do that right out of the box. And that's where... Like you said, you you sort of have something in mind that you like, you know, with his. So what you [00:20:46] Speaker 3: can do is tell your agent, go look at these videos on LinkedIn from Bernard and sort of find out the framework that he uses. [00:20:58] Speaker 3: Like, you don't need to tell it just what it is. Just be like, go watch those videos yourself and establish sort of his method for making [00:21:10] Speaker 3: those LinkedIn videos. And so your agent will come back to you, and it'll be like... He starts... He uses lots of images of of himself or his character, and it will describe it for you. [00:21:22] Speaker 3: And then you say something like, I wanna try to recreate that. [00:21:28] Speaker 3: And then just working with your agent back and forth until you get something that you're satisfied with. And it might tell you, hey. You need to connect this video model, [00:21:41] Speaker 3: and then you do that because that's something that I have done. It can make videos with video models. So that's where it's gonna generate AI [00:21:53] Speaker 3: AI like you saw with the one I showed you of all of you. That's using a video model. But it could have made that video without using a video model. It would have just been the raw footage from [00:22:04] Speaker 3: that thing. And then there's other various [00:22:11] Speaker 3: free resources for videos that you can use. One of which I'll show you here is Pexels. [00:22:22] Speaker 3: And this is... I don't know if you'd call it open source. [00:22:30] Speaker 3: But it's just a repository of publicly available videos. So we'll go to the main page. All of this may or may [00:22:42] Speaker 3: not be... I think for the most part, it's, like, free use. Similar to, like, the video clips that you see on Canva, as long as you're paying for that subscription, [00:22:54] Speaker 3: you get access to all of those. These, you don't necessarily even have to have a subscription. It's just people uploading stuff. But I'm not sharing [00:23:03] Speaker 1: anything online. No. Are you at all familiar with Midjourney? Have you ever used Midjourney? Do you have any feelings about it? Or, you know, like, Gemini's Flow, do you ever use [00:23:15] Speaker 1: that, or have you ever used it? [00:23:21] Speaker 3: Jashina? [00:23:23] Speaker 3: I know Jashina's used Flow. [00:23:26] Speaker 4: Yes. I I use Flow. I am not familiar with Midjourney. I've seen some of the stuff that, other people have created. I'm like, oh, that's kinda cute. [00:23:35] Speaker 4: But I'm not familiar with Midjourney at all. I do use Flow and Vids. Although they... They're cousins, they appear to do different things and the same thing at the same time. So... [00:23:45] Speaker 1: I just... You know, I mean, I've taken courses for BingeJourney and, you know, Google Flow and all that stuff. I never get a good output, but I've lost, like, the... [00:23:57] Speaker 1: I've lost the ability to kind of make videos now. Like, I don't know where to go to make videos, and that is my preference. [00:24:07] Speaker 1: So I really need to focus on this. [00:24:12] Speaker 3: Yeah. Right now, I'm just doing a crash course. But my opinion on that is whatever agentic [00:24:22] Speaker 3: software you'd like to use, Quad, Chagibouti, Gemini, use that and then equip it with hyperframes, equip it with a connection [00:24:34] Speaker 3: to Pexels, equip it with a connection to [00:24:40] Speaker 3: FAL. And I'll go over FAL in a little bit here. So Pexels is that that repository of open source videos that you can use. So [00:24:52] Speaker 3: here, I'm on the homepage. We can look for Halloween pumpkin. Let's say that I wanna have a a video for... LaunchBox for Halloween. Here's some images that I [00:25:04] Speaker 3: could use. I could search for videos. [00:25:08] Speaker 3: Let's see. Search again. And so now here's some videos of pumpkins. I'm I'm not necessarily ever gonna need to even be on this website. If I want to be, [00:25:20] Speaker 3: I can be so that I can pick out something in particular. But you can get an account on Pexels for free. It remains free. [00:25:34] Speaker 3: You can get the image and video API, and then you create an API key. You give that to your Claude, Chatuchbeti, Gemini, [00:25:45] Speaker 3: Muse, and say, here's the API key for MetaMuse or for Pexels. Will you make a b roll of Halloween footage [00:25:57] Speaker 3: from Pexels. And so it will... The agent will do all that. It will go and find it. You will tell the agent, you know, here's what I like, here's what I don't like [00:26:10] Speaker 3: about the output that it creates. When it gives you one that you like, you say, based on what you just made, turn that into a skill so I can recreate this [00:26:21] Speaker 3: later. Is that starting to... [00:26:26] Speaker 3: Are you starting... I don't know. Not... I'm not saying is... Are you starting to understand it? But [00:26:36] Speaker 3: you... Melissa, you're saying, you you know, do I use Google flow or do I use mid journey? Those are all sort of [00:26:46] Speaker 3: third party applications. Now you can bring all of those third party applications into ChatGPT. So you don't need to go and decide, [00:26:57] Speaker 3: necessarily which of those to use. [00:27:01] Speaker 1: Have you found that chat GPT has been the easier one to work with to get the rendering that you want? [00:27:11] Speaker 3: I have, but it's just because I've been... It's really because it it knows the best context of my... Of me. I have been using [00:27:23] Speaker 3: Cloud a little bit as well to make videos, and Cloud makes excellent videos. Sometimes it does make better videos. Sometimes it just does better with design. [00:27:35] Speaker 3: So I'll go back and forth, and you can create a skill in ChatGPT. And, essentially, a skill is just a little file that you can then go give to Muse. [00:27:47] Speaker 3: You can give to Claude. So you can experiment with...... [00:27:51] Speaker 1: Work? You're using chat GPT work? Or you're just... [00:27:55] Speaker 3: Yes. Okay. [00:27:57] Speaker 4: And I am using chat...... Doing Astra? [00:28:01] Speaker 3: No. I was just using Sol. And, again, I think the models are starting to get so good that it... It's mattering less and less which model. What matters is having a a [00:28:13] Speaker 3: skill that works. If you have a process that's, you know, well documented, you should be able to give that to any worker, you know, of [00:28:24] Speaker 3: any caliber. Maybe not necessarily, but that's sort of how I'm thinking of it. As long as the skill is a good skill, most models should be able to pick up on it. And each of them will have their own little flavor of [00:28:36] Speaker 3: how it looks, but, typically, you're gonna get the same sort of, output. [00:28:42] Speaker 1: And then with Claude, the the the... Basically, Claude has... You know, where you had to go to the to the co work, it's kind of gone now. [00:28:53] Speaker 5: Right? I [00:28:54] Speaker 3: mean... Yeah. [00:28:55] Speaker 1: It's gone. When I had a conversation literally this morning with Claude, I'm like, you know, what what should I use? And it's like, don't worry about it. I mean, literally, like, don't worry about it. I got it. I'm like, [00:29:06] Speaker 3: okay. And [00:29:08] Speaker 1: then it sneezed. I... Are you guys getting any of those physical reactions yet? Anyone? [00:29:13] Speaker 1: Or is it just mine? Sneezing, yawning, burping, whatever. I swear. [00:29:20] Speaker 0: Wow. Yeah. Oh my goodness. [00:29:24] Speaker 3: Hey, Ron. I'm glad you're here, man. I gotta show [00:29:27] Speaker 0: you something. [00:29:28] Speaker 5: Sorry to be late. I definitely wanna check that... The replay of this that I missed out on. I'm sorry I'm not on video because I'm eating lunch. You know? So I don't think anybody [00:29:40] Speaker 5: wants to see all that. [00:29:43] Speaker 3: No worries, Ron. I'm just glad that you're here. And as far as your point, I'll go back over [00:29:51] Speaker 3: I'll go back over it at the end just where I have the help section full of all of the previous launch and learns. And, also, I made a video clip of you. [00:30:02] Speaker 3: Surprise. [00:30:03] Speaker 0: Me? Uh-oh. [00:30:05] Speaker 5: Yeah. I'll [00:30:06] Speaker 3: show you in a bit. [00:30:07] Speaker 5: And these women are still on the on the call? [00:30:11] Speaker 3: Yeah. I made one of each of them as well because [00:30:13] Speaker 5: Oh, oh, okay. Okay. Then that balances it out. Because [00:30:17] Speaker 3: you all are the crew. [00:30:19] Speaker 5: Yeah. Okay. [00:30:20] Speaker 3: Yeah. You are. Okay. So the next sort of thing I'm gonna point you guys at is... [00:30:31] Speaker 3: Again, all of the work that I'm doing is typically in ChatGPT. So whether it's me finding out how to make a certain type of video, whether it's me having my agents [00:30:43] Speaker 3: go, [00:30:45] Speaker 3: view emails and respond to emails, whether I'm having it do research into, you know, where LaunchBox is compared to other companies or, [00:30:58] Speaker 3: you know, whatever day to day... I I started tracking. I asked ChatGPT to track, like, all of the threads that I do in a day and put them [00:31:10] Speaker 3: into sort of like a map so that I... It can help me over time trim the fat of stuff that I do because I'm ADHD that doesn't go anywhere. [00:31:22] Speaker 3: I'll start probably 20 to 30 different chats in a day, and I know probably 70% of those don't go anywhere. But [00:31:34] Speaker 3: that's besides the point. The point is that I do so much in ChatGPT, so much that can be turned into a lesson. And it is a wealth of, [00:31:47] Speaker 3: resources, not only for me, but now for the community that I'm building. For example, you all here, and you've probably seen or you may have seen the post that I made [00:32:00] Speaker 3: or that I had my agent make, [00:32:04] Speaker 3: which is this one. So [00:32:09] Speaker 3: I've been using ChatGPT to make gifts, and I'm really liking this as a part of my brand identity. [00:32:19] Speaker 3: Am I sharing my screen? I'm not. [00:32:23] Speaker 3: You guys let me know. Interrupt me if I'm talking and not showing. So this little post here was one that I made the other day. I was like, how can I [00:32:35] Speaker 3: have the disruptive Ian McDonald logo turn into Chatchit, turned into Claude, turned into Gemini, turned into Muse, and then into my thing [00:32:47] Speaker 3: again? And I'll show you some more that I've been working on on my website [00:32:54] Speaker 3: is these little ones here. They're sort of like claymation. And so I've really started to grow fond of making these little [00:33:05] Speaker 3: gifts and started to come up with a little process for how I do this. And I'm like, maybe somebody would wanna learn how to do this. And so I tell my [00:33:17] Speaker 3: ChatGPT, I wanna create a page so that people can know how I do what I do with you in regards to making these gifts [00:33:30] Speaker 3: and have that as a resource for them. You know? Maybe people like it, maybe they don't. But what I'm able to create now are, let me go to... [00:33:42] Speaker 3: This is my my personal website. Learn, [00:33:48] Speaker 3: this one. I made this lesson, and it goes over all of the little gifts that I've had it make, like a little gallery. So anybody can save these. [00:34:00] Speaker 3: Anybody can copy these and use them themselves as well as the good stuff is in between. It it just goes over, you know, some cool [00:34:11] Speaker 3: philosophy of making these, and then it gives you the prompts. So you can copy the prompt to make that, copy the prompt to make that, copy the prompt to make that. And so I [00:34:23] Speaker 3: don't know about you, but I think this is a pretty cool resource that at least somebody would take a look at. And all of this comes from just my day to day, what I'm doing in my chat. [00:34:35] Speaker 3: So [00:34:39] Speaker 3: now you... Now I also have it in my LaunchBox as a as a lesson, as a resource. [00:34:51] Speaker 2: Hang on. [00:34:55] Speaker 3: I go to my library, and this is now what I'm starting to... The last resources that I've made. So this one [00:35:10] Speaker 3: this resource that's in my community, and then this is a course that I made with, I think, eight different lessons, a part of [00:35:22] Speaker 3: trying to show people how to make videos like I'm I'm making them. That's... This is a resource, and they can copy the prompts and all of that. [00:35:33] Speaker 3: Sorry. This is the course with the lessons. So it does lesson one. See what you're making. [00:35:43] Speaker 3: Hang on. Some of those images didn't load. There we go. So all of these [00:35:53] Speaker 3: are little lessons that ChatGPT broke down, and then I had it upload the lesson into my LaunchBox. And [00:36:06] Speaker 3: last week, I shared with you all, you can now connect LaunchBox to your agent through MCP. I'm working on making that process even more [00:36:18] Speaker 3: simple [00:36:19] Speaker 3: by just giving you a link. Let's see. And I know that I'm going over so much. So I feel a little... I know that I'm not [00:36:31] Speaker 3: able to go entirely deep on all of this stuff, but that's where I'm sort of capturing the the information, and then we'll be able to expand on it in these little lessons. [00:36:46] Speaker 3: Is... I lost my train of thought too. [00:36:55] Speaker 3: I don't know. I don't remember where I was going with that. [00:36:58] Speaker 4: Okay. So question. [00:37:01] Speaker 3: Sure. [00:37:02] Speaker 4: So this... Let me see if I got this flow down. Your imagination to chat GPT. Chat's connected to your community. You said I wanna make this course. Chat said, okay. I'll build it. And [00:37:14] Speaker 4: then because they're connected, chat put it into the courses in your community. [00:37:20] Speaker 3: Yes. Yes. [00:37:22] Speaker 4: Jesus. [00:37:24] Speaker 3: Yes. Exactly. [00:37:25] Speaker 5: And I can do the same [00:37:26] Speaker 3: thing with what? What was that? [00:37:29] Speaker 5: I can do the same thing with Claude? [00:37:31] Speaker 3: Yes, sir. And I think that you have done it to a a smaller degree.... [00:37:35] Speaker 5: To a certain extent. Yes. [00:37:38] Speaker 2: Are the... Is is what you just showed us, is that in the courses or in the library? [00:37:45] Speaker 3: That one... So the library is the place you can find courses and resources. So it's both. Okay. So you'll... [00:37:58] Speaker 3: The way I think about what the the difference is Mhmm. A resource is kind of like a a standalone page [00:38:06] Speaker 1: Mhmm. [00:38:07] Speaker 3: Or a PDF. And then the course is broken down into individual little lessons. [00:38:15] Speaker 2: Right. But they're still in the library, not over [00:38:19] Speaker 3: in the course. Yeah. So Okay. There's a filter for learn, which would be your courses and lessons, and then a a filter for resources for all. [00:38:30] Speaker 2: Got it. Ian, even if we're not, like, right this minute getting the whole picture, don't discount. For me, I can't speak for everyone. The value of what you're doing is seeing the possibilities [00:38:42] Speaker 2: and the inspiration. Oh, I didn't know I could do that kind of thing so that my vision can continue to grow. So there is value in what you're showing [00:38:53] Speaker 2: us. Even if we aren't right that minute following all the steps how to do it, it gives me something to work towards. So thank you. [00:39:01] Speaker 3: Yes. [00:39:02] Speaker 5: Absolutely. [00:39:03] Speaker 3: You're welcome. Thank you. Thank you for saying that. And the truth of what I'm seeing in platforms is a lot [00:39:15] Speaker 3: of stuff is moving away from doing stuff in that actual platform. Like, how many of you are spending so much of your day in ChatGPT [00:39:27] Speaker 3: just to make a resource for LinkedIn, just to make a resource for [00:39:31] Speaker 0: Mhmm. [00:39:31] Speaker 3: Facebook or a standalone web page. Mhmm. What was that? [00:39:36] Speaker 2: It's your content builder. [00:39:39] Speaker 3: Yes. Exactly. So this website is sort of what I'm seeing things moving towards. What Treg [00:39:50] Speaker 3: is is essentially a repository of tools for your agent to connect to. What... And it doesn't [00:40:02] Speaker 3: matter so much about what it does. It's more so just what it is. So Treg is a repository of different tools that your agent can connect to, [00:40:15] Speaker 3: and it's not a platform in itself. It's more so a tool store. You know? And [00:40:26] Speaker 3: LaunchBox, [00:40:29] Speaker 3: the community, I'm trying to figure out how to give it a repository of tools for your agents to make content as well as [00:40:41] Speaker 3: your users to make posts and to digest your community. So now what I've been working on is this is the [00:40:53] Speaker 3: link for you guys to connect your communities. I know, Ron, you've already done this. Jashina, you may have already done this yourself as well. [00:41:05] Speaker 3: Melissa and Annette, this is where you can go to connect your agent to to LaunchBox. And then in the help [00:41:16] Speaker 3: section, [00:41:19] Speaker 1: I have... Okay. Back up the trolley. I I didn't... I don't get what... Why don't... I don't... What are you saying? Say it again and tell me where because I don't know where. Is it inside of mine? [00:41:31] Speaker 3: No. It's not inside of yours. It's more... This is like a public page. [00:41:35] Speaker 1: Okay. [00:41:37] Speaker 3: I'll drop it into the chat. [00:41:42] Speaker 3: Justina's eating Cheetos. [00:41:47] Speaker 3: Send. Okay. So launch box dot space slash connect slash launch box. [00:41:55] Speaker 3: And so from there... [00:41:59] Speaker 3: Sorry. I'm clicking around. You should get this page, and then you should just be able to copy that. And let's say you're working in Muse, [00:42:10] Speaker 3: then you just paste that in. And then it goes through a process to connect Muse to your community. Or if you're in [00:42:21] Speaker 3: ChatGPT like me, you do the same thing. You just do a new chat. You paste that in. And all this link does is provide the agent [00:42:33] Speaker 3: information on how to connect. You will most likely get some prompts on connecting to your community. [00:42:45] Speaker 3: It will it will work through that with you. [00:42:49] Speaker 3: With... [00:42:50] Speaker 5: But what [00:42:50] Speaker 1: am I connect... What am I connecting? I'm... You're... I've I've... There's a missing link here. There's a puzzle that's So [00:43:00] Speaker 3: you're just... What that link does is give your Claude or your ChatTripT a list of skills and connections to your [00:43:12] Speaker 3: community. So you're essentially... You know, your your Claude is your your right hand man. You're just giving it that link, which gives it a toolkit of [00:43:24] Speaker 3: skills and keys to access your community's door. [00:43:30] Speaker 1: So are you saying my community inside of LaunchBox? My further north studio? So the community you're referring to is my community, not... [00:43:40] Speaker 3: Yeah. Each of your individual communities. Okay. Yeah. You go through a process of... You just sign in. Like, I'm gonna try to [00:43:53] Speaker 3: do it here. [00:43:57] Speaker 3: Let me [00:44:00] Speaker 3: let me kinda show you what this might look like. [00:44:04] Speaker 3: So I'm gonna [00:44:10] Speaker 3: I'm gonna disconnect mine so that I can walk you through uninstall. Alright. So I think I should be disconnected. So I'll go back. [00:44:29] Speaker 3: In [00:44:33] Speaker 3: a chat, you start a new chat. I don't know if that's... Can do it in either. [00:44:47] Speaker 3: But I'm gonna just paste that in and get the tools to help with your community. And as far as what you can do, I'll I'll show you that here in in a sec. So [00:45:00] Speaker 3: it's like, I'm gonna read those instructions. I'm gonna use my web access skill to read LaunchBox in its current guide. [00:45:10] Speaker 3: So I gave it no directions. All I did was just paste it in, and it it knows what to do. [00:45:17] Speaker 2: Oh, yeah. Can we clarify here? You're copying this into a... The box on chat GPT. [00:45:24] Speaker 3: Oh, I'm so sorry. I keep not sharing the right thing. [00:45:29] Speaker 2: Not to... Because I put it up in the URL box and it just took me to to the link. So now I figured it out. You're copying this... You're telling chat to go to this place. Yes. [00:45:41] Speaker 2: Okay. You see my chat now? Yes. Thank you. [00:45:44] Speaker 3: Okay. Great. [00:45:49] Speaker 3: Disconnected. [00:45:53] Speaker 3: So I didn't... I'm already connected to it. So I'm I'm gonna tell it to disconnect for me. Alright. It's disconnected. So I'm gonna just start brand new fresh as if I'm [00:46:05] Speaker 3: Melissa or Annette who's not done this yet. I'm gonna paste that in, send it, and I'm just pasting in. [00:46:16] Speaker 3: Where is it, this link here. [00:46:23] Speaker 3: Alright. So it says it's gonna read the setup instructions. It's using web access. It's searching that link that I gave it. It's seeing a catalog. [00:46:36] Speaker 3: So the catalog are all of the tools that it can use. And none of this is is really important, really, because chat knows what to do. [00:46:46] Speaker 2: Okay. [00:46:47] Speaker 3: I'm just sort of giving you... Showing you that it's... It knows what to do. [00:46:54] Speaker 3: So it says it's going to create a plug in and skills. [00:47:02] Speaker 3: So the terminology plug in connector, MCP, they're all the same thing. They're just... Chat GBT calls it a plug [00:47:14] Speaker 3: in. Claude calls it a connector. [00:47:20] Speaker 3: Okay. Cool. So [00:47:25] Speaker 3: created your private LaunchBox plug in. Open it. Choose connect. [00:47:34] Speaker 3: LaunchBox. [00:47:41] Speaker 3: Open in desktop app. [00:47:44] Speaker 3: Open chat GBT. [00:47:49] Speaker 3: Okay. So it's brought me to the plug ins. [00:47:59] Speaker 3: My computer's lagging. [00:48:13] Speaker 3: Yay. [00:48:19] Speaker 3: Disconnect. [00:48:33] Speaker 3: Let's see. [00:48:36] Speaker 3: Launchbox. [00:48:39] Speaker 3: Delete plugin. [00:48:44] Speaker 3: So I'm having a a bit of a more challenging time because I've already connected it. And so it's it's kinda like, why are you doing this again because you've already connected it? [00:48:55] Speaker 6: Mhmm. [00:48:55] Speaker 3: For Melissa and Annette, it shouldn't get thrown off by that. [00:49:02] Speaker 5: The mindset here. Mine says the same thing. You're already connected. [00:49:08] Speaker 3: Right. Yeah. So you should be good, Ron. And, Jashina, if you did too. [00:49:14] Speaker 5: I put mine on my my website. [00:49:19] Speaker 3: Oh, yeah. You put your community on your website. [00:49:22] Speaker 5: Well, I I put a link to the community on my website. [00:49:25] Speaker 3: Yes. [00:49:26] Speaker 1: So... And when you're in chat GPT... I'm on my phone because I'm watching here, but... Mhmm. It says I have to go into... Send me a screenshot of your ChatGPT setting and app screen. [00:49:38] Speaker 1: Are you... Do you need a plug in? I'm not... Again, I'm I'm totally lost. [00:49:43] Speaker 3: No worries. [00:49:47] Speaker 3: Setting an app screen. [00:49:52] Speaker 3: So what you did, Melissa, was just pasted that into on your phone? [00:49:56] Speaker 1: I pasted the launch backs... The link and had it go look. And at first, it didn't pull it up, and then it pulled it up. And it just said, I'm not connected. You'll have [00:50:08] Speaker 1: to add that address in ChatGPT's with these apps or plug ins. Say okay. Plug in settings. But I'm on my phone. I need to do it here. You know what I mean?... [00:50:19] Speaker 3: Probably... Yeah. It probably would work better on your laptop. Yeah. That sounds good. [00:50:30] Speaker 3: Me try to plug in on your account. Its community tools aren't available in this chat, so I'm checking the connection before adding anything. [00:50:43] Speaker 3: Well... And [00:50:47] Speaker 3: give it a try. Let me know if there are issues. [00:51:07] Speaker 3: It's going through its thing. So maybe I'll just come back to this, and and we'll see if it's coming and getting connected. But as I mentioned before, it's like, okay. I've connected chat. [00:51:19] Speaker 3: I've connected Claude, Muse, whatever to my community. As Ron said, he's he's already used it to a little bit of a degree. [00:51:32] Speaker 3: I've used it to make those pages. I've used it to [00:51:38] Speaker 3: give me a feel for my community, what's going on in my community. [00:51:45] Speaker 4: You did a community analysis? [00:51:47] Speaker 3: I've done a community analysis with it. [00:51:50] Speaker 4: Oh, did you find anything that you didn't know? [00:51:55] Speaker 3: No. Not necessarily. [00:52:00] Speaker 3: But what I did have it... What I... What what makes this so powerful is... So Muse is connected to your Facebook or your Instagram. [00:52:11] Speaker 4: Mhmm. My Instagram. [00:52:12] Speaker 3: If you're in your Muse and you're like, hey. Based on how I interact in my Facebook, what sort of method would work for me [00:52:24] Speaker 3: to bring people into my community? And Muse, because it's tied to all of that data, will be able to give you some sort of output. How I've been doing it with Muse is [00:52:36] Speaker 3: what are my posts that do the best? Yep. Help me create better posts to bring people into my community. And then it [00:52:48] Speaker 3: does that. [00:52:51] Speaker 3: Similarly with maybe your emails because ChatGPT, Claude, or whatever can tie into so many different tools. [00:53:00] Speaker 4: Mhmm. [00:53:00] Speaker 3: Again, like, just... Annette, you pointed out. It's sort of the... Like, [00:53:08] Speaker 3: trying to open your mind to what can it do. And for me, I'm still exploring, obviously, like, what can I do with all of this? This is so much power. Where where's the best place to point it at? Where's the [00:53:19] Speaker 3: best workflows? [00:53:23] Speaker 3: So you can explore. It's like, maybe you're connected to your emails. Go ahead and send people an email and bring them into... Tell them [00:53:35] Speaker 3: to come join my community or make a post based on what people are saying in my Facebook or Instagram. [00:53:47] Speaker 3: This lady who's joined Launchbox, With Meta, you're able to have it message people directly. So she said that she messaged 25 people via [00:53:59] Speaker 3: Muse and gave Muse the link to her community, and it's doing all the work of messaging all of them individually. And that's given [00:54:10] Speaker 3: her some people that are interested. So... [00:54:14] Speaker 4: That's crazy. [00:54:16] Speaker 2: So Yeah. Remember how you suggested that I send a message to the people who've joined my community? I could set Muse... If I connect the Muse to my [00:54:28] Speaker 2: Facebook, it could do that for me? I could set it up to [00:54:33] Speaker 4: do it? [00:54:36] Speaker 3: I would encourage you to try. I I think Muse has some limitations when it comes to private groups, and I think you're talking about, like, your private group that you made. Yeah. [00:54:48] Speaker 4: Mhmm. [00:54:48] Speaker 3: I don't know. I don't know if it can connect directly to your private group. Try... [00:54:52] Speaker 0: Okay. [00:54:53] Speaker 3: Just ask Muse. Do you have access to my AI for seniors? [00:54:58] Speaker 2: I mean, I take a deep breath with a couple of my emails that, you know, it couldn't do a lot of damage because of what I use them for. And I've got it doing two tasks to keep these three [00:55:09] Speaker 2: emails cleaned out for me, and that was taking a deep breath. I've been very nervous about connecting anything to anything. But I did take that big step, [00:55:21] Speaker 2: and it's doing that for me. I hadn't even thought about what I might could do on Facebook. Mhmm. Okay. Thanks. [00:55:29] Speaker 3: You're welcome, Annette. So I did make a video that that does hopefully explain this process a bit better and does go through [00:55:41] Speaker 3: step by step what I'm doing here. [00:55:46] Speaker 3: So what showed up whenever I entered that that little link, ChatGPT brought me to the plug ins and just [00:55:58] Speaker 3: because I... I'm familiar with what I need to do here, I see LaunchBox. I hit the plus sign. And, eventually, all of you should end up on this page here where you're able to [00:56:12] Speaker 3: select the community that you own. Melissa, this says farther north studio. This is... I made a dummy farther north studio way back. And so it's not your community. It's just a a dummy one [00:56:24] Speaker 3: that I made trying to figure something out. I don't even remember what. But I've selected my Ian McDonald AI because I'm I'm already logged in. If you're not logged [00:56:36] Speaker 3: in, it may ask you to log in. And so here, now I can choose the permissions that I want to give my chat GBT access to. So I'm just gonna give it [00:56:47] Speaker 3: full access, and these are gonna help you better understand what it could do. So manage lessons, create courses, import PDFs, images, [00:57:00] Speaker 3: publish courses, save campaigns, post. So, like, eight different things it can do here. And then you'll allow the connection. [00:57:13] Speaker 3: Excuse me. [00:57:16] Speaker 3: And then I'm seeing here, LaunchBox plug in is installed. Try now. And then I'm gonna say, create... Well, [00:57:26] Speaker 3: maybe, like like, I started this whole thing out with based on what I've been doing this week, what might be a good [00:57:37] Speaker 3: lesson for my community? [00:57:42] Speaker 3: And then just start from there and roll with it, and then you can get to the point where in here in Chatuchiki, you're like, yeah. I want that to be a lesson. It makes the lesson, and [00:57:54] Speaker 3: then you say add that to my community. [00:58:00] Speaker 3: So I know I've gone over a whole lot, and we're past our time. [00:58:06] Speaker 3: And that I've also [00:58:09] Speaker 3: hopefully made mention of things that I would follow-up with you guys on. So [00:58:14] Speaker 4: those are... [00:58:15] Speaker 5: Ian, can I ask some questions? [00:58:17] Speaker 3: Yes, sir. [00:58:18] Speaker 5: And I I I don't know how many of you have seen them, but I've been putting some micro drama scenes on my community. And [00:58:30] Speaker 5: I just wanted to get, like, a honest feedback as to what people might think about it, or should I do this offline here? [00:58:41] Speaker 3: Well, I guess that's up to you guys. Do you guys wanna... If you wanna stick around, I can do that here real quick. I can pull them up in your community, and we can maybe get some feedback. [00:58:53] Speaker 4: I'll stick around because I love them. [00:58:56] Speaker 2: I'll stick around because I don't know what they are. [00:59:00] Speaker 4: You know? Yeah. Yeah. I'll I'll [00:59:02] Speaker 3: know. I [00:59:07] Speaker 2: never heard of them. [00:59:08] Speaker 0: You came [00:59:09] Speaker 2: on the call, Ron. [00:59:10] Speaker 1: I'm with Annette. I have no idea what you're talking about. [00:59:13] Speaker 5: Oh, okay. I... I've been totally... [00:59:16] Speaker 4: Are they senior? [00:59:18] Speaker 5: Yeah. They... Oh, they're in the Camp Prosperity community. [00:59:24] Speaker 3: Yes. [00:59:28] Speaker 5: That one. Yes. [00:59:34] Speaker 3: So this is Ron's community here, Camp Prosperity. [00:59:39] Speaker 3: Okay. Let's see here. We got a minute and thirty two. [00:59:42] Speaker 5: Can you go back? Can you go back? [00:59:44] Speaker 4: That's the third one. You gotta go to the first one. [00:59:46] Speaker 5: Yeah. Go to the first one. [00:59:48] Speaker 3: Oh, look. We got Christina and Ron in here. [00:59:50] Speaker 1: Mhmm. Mhmm. [00:59:52] Speaker 5: Uh-huh. Right there. That's the first one. This one. [01:00:04] Speaker 4: Can't hear it. [01:00:04] Speaker 5: Can't hear it. [01:00:07] Speaker 3: Okay. [01:00:10] Speaker 3: Let's see. We're gonna share screen. [01:00:13] Speaker 4: How did you come up with your storyline? [01:00:17] Speaker 5: Say it again? [01:00:18] Speaker 4: Your storyline. How did you come up with it? [01:00:22] Speaker 5: This right here, me and Claudette put it together. [01:00:25] Speaker 4: Good job. [01:00:30] Speaker 1: Where'd you make your video? [01:00:33] Speaker 7: First real check. [01:00:34] Speaker 5: Cleat... Let let me let you look at it first, and I'll tell you how I got it all hooked [01:00:38] Speaker 7: up. I'm grown now. [01:00:47] Speaker 5: Trust me. Double it by Friday. [01:00:54] Speaker 7: Nah. Come on. That's a glitch. [01:01:02] Speaker 8: Card trouble, cousin? [01:01:04] Speaker 7: Bank's glitching. [01:01:06] Speaker 8: How much is in your account right now? [01:01:14] Speaker 8: You don't know, do you? [01:01:17] Speaker 3: Oh my gosh. Why? [01:01:21] Speaker 3: Dang. [01:01:24] Speaker 3: Your turn. Do you know your number? Open today's challenge. [01:01:29] Speaker 3: And then you got some input here. [01:01:31] Speaker 5: Yeah. Yeah. [01:01:34] Speaker 3: Okay. [01:01:36] Speaker 5: That was the first one. There's there's two more follow ups. That one there is the next one. [01:01:45] Speaker 8: Open it. Open the app. [01:01:50] Speaker 3: Uh-oh. [01:01:52] Speaker 3: $43. [01:01:59] Speaker 8: And rent to aunt Renee is due when? [01:02:06] Speaker 7: Friday, 400. [01:02:09] Speaker 8: So where did $600 go in three days? [01:02:14] Speaker 7: Sneakers, going out, food. [01:02:20] Speaker 7: I gave Dre a 100. [01:02:22] Speaker 8: Write down every dollar, every one, then we talk. [01:02:34] Speaker 7: $60 on... I don't even know. [01:02:39] Speaker 8: That's the part that gets you. Not the big stuff, The I don't even know. [01:02:51] Speaker 3: Okay. [01:02:53] Speaker 3: Alright. Let me show the last one. [01:02:55] Speaker 5: Mhmm. [01:03:00] Speaker 3: I'm invested. [01:03:03] Speaker 3: I gotta see. I gotta see what happens now, honestly. I was just gonna do the one, but they're like chips. I can't do just one. [01:03:11] Speaker 9: Aren't you Renee's nephew? [01:03:14] Speaker 7: Yes, ma'am. Thank you. I'll pay you back. [01:03:19] Speaker 9: You will. Read that for me. [01:03:28] Speaker 7: I pay myself first. [01:03:31] Speaker 9: No. Like you mean it. [01:03:34] Speaker 7: Miss Gloria, respectfully, [01:03:39] Speaker 7: saying it doesn't put money in my account. [01:03:42] Speaker 9: Neither does not saying it. I said that sentence out loud every morning for thirty one years. Felt foolish the whole first year. [01:03:54] Speaker 7: And now? [01:03:56] Speaker 9: Now I say it in my own building. You own this? [01:04:04] Speaker 9: You own this? This one. [01:04:08] Speaker 9: And the two next door. [01:04:14] Speaker 9: Dryer's done, baby. Come back tomorrow and tell me what first means. [01:04:20] Speaker 5: Okay. I'm I'm putting together that episode now. [01:04:26] Speaker 3: Okay. So what's your philosophy behind this? [01:04:30] Speaker 5: Well, the... [01:04:33] Speaker 5: Pay yourself first. [01:04:36] Speaker 5: When you are striving to become financially free [01:04:42] Speaker 3: Mhmm. [01:04:42] Speaker 5: What it really boils down to is having your passive income pay for your lifestyle the way that you want it to be. And the three [01:04:55] Speaker 5: the three pillars of wealth are real estate, stocks, and having your own business, which all of you are situated to do. You don't have to be [01:05:06] Speaker 5: wealthy to do all of that. You can live off your Social Security if it can cover the lifestyle that you decide that you want to enjoy. Okay? But it's it's definitely a passive type [01:05:18] Speaker 5: of income. Okay? So, every one of you have something going now that can afford passive income. It it means that you don't have to work for your [01:05:30] Speaker 5: money. Your money, you put your money to work for you. So that's what these micrograms are building up to. And I have several more episodes to put together. So [01:05:43] Speaker 5: this is what I was posting in my community. And, eventually, I'm going to have my Camp Prosperity [01:05:56] Speaker 5: lessons kick off in January. So I'm going to be posting things to get people interested in so that they can come to my, [01:06:07] Speaker 5: come to my class, which will be Okay. Online as a matter of fact. [01:06:13] Speaker 3: Okay. Cool. [01:06:16] Speaker 3: Annette, I think it asked how you made them. [01:06:19] Speaker 5: Okay. So me and Claude, we go... I I go to cling, k l I g n. Mhmm. I also use [01:06:31] Speaker 5: ClipChamp. [01:06:35] Speaker 5: I [01:06:39] Speaker 5: also store them up in [01:06:44] Speaker 5: my Google Drive. And then once I get everything together... Oh, and I also get the music from... [01:06:54] Speaker 5: I think I went to YouTube to get the music. Okay? [01:06:59] Speaker 7: Oh, no. [01:07:00] Speaker 5: And once I ran out of credit, then I had to upgrade and clean to get more credits. But that's how I actually make these videos. [01:07:12] Speaker 5: Oh. But I've been listening to what you're saying, and I'm like, wait a minute. There might be a better way to do this, you know, because I I I recently was thinking about doing this with [01:07:25] Speaker 5: more realistic looking people. But then, you know, I said, no. I think I stick with what I've got going here. You know? [01:07:33] Speaker 1: I love your characters, Ron. [01:07:35] Speaker 4: You like a guy? Yeah. [01:07:36] Speaker 5: I have a... [01:07:37] Speaker 1: I do love them. [01:07:38] Speaker 5: I have I have [01:07:43] Speaker 5: miss Aunt Renee to still create. I still have to create [01:07:50] Speaker 5: Aunt Renee and Tasha. Okay? So there's a couple more characters that I put together. [01:07:57] Speaker 4: Wait. Wait. Wait. Wait. Okay. I got questions. [01:08:02] Speaker 5: Put me on the hot seat, please. [01:08:04] Speaker 4: And so what? I totally love it because I I think I commented in your community. I totally love love the direction. Love where you're going with it. Love all of that. Easy to follow story. You definitely have many hooks. All that is good. [01:08:16] Speaker 4: Did you know that in your own community with the with the studio... Hold on. In the studio feature, you can make these clips in your community. [01:08:27] Speaker 5: See, that was... That's why I said I I I was so angry at myself for not being able to get on right away this morning. But... Yeah. Because... Well, I'm still learning platform. And [01:08:39] Speaker 5: I know, Jashina, I know you're the master of all of that. So I might... Well, I I I might be on my way to Indiana this weekend. [01:08:47] Speaker 4: I like it, Cole. Look. You got... You're East Coast now and come on over. Four sixty five. Look at it. [01:08:53] Speaker 5: Believe it or not, back in the seventies, I got stranded in Indiana, and some people did help up to Pennsylvania. But I've got [01:09:01] Speaker 4: another story. Anyway Okay. But now Ian has this set up. I've done a lot of my clips for my videos right here in the studio on LaunchBox. And and and I don't worry [01:09:13] Speaker 4: about running out of... Well, I do worry about running out of credits, but at the same time, I don't worry about running out of credits. Right? Because even if I can't get the finished product in here, it gives me enough [01:09:25] Speaker 4: so I can move over, you know, take the skill with me and put everything together on a cling or on a cap cut. But you can do a lot of that in your community in the studio feature. Right, [01:09:36] Speaker 4: Anne? You [01:09:40] Speaker 3: can. You can. [01:09:43] Speaker 5: Okay. But here's [01:09:46] Speaker 3: where I'm going to... [01:09:48] Speaker 3: Here's where I'm gonna shake it up and maybe... I know we're past the time, but... [01:09:53] Speaker 4: Shake it up, baby. [01:09:55] Speaker 3: Okay. So I think... I'm not I'm not saying I I have a method that is working well for me, and it's what I started this whole [01:10:05] Speaker 3: meeting off with is I've been using chat. Yes. You can use the studio. And maybe I'm shooting myself in the foot here by saying, like, showing you how to [01:10:17] Speaker 3: use chat versus the studio. But I just think in the long run, far as future proofing, people are gonna be using their own systems, whether it's [01:10:29] Speaker 3: Muse, chat, Claude. And so, yes, you can do this in studio. Am I doing it in studio? I'm not. I'm not. I'm doing it in chat. That's just me being [01:10:41] Speaker 3: honest. [01:10:42] Speaker 4: Okay. [01:10:43] Speaker 3: So similarly to how Ron show... You you spoke on how you did it, my method is somewhat similar where where, like, I began, [01:10:55] Speaker 3: you have your chat, you have your cloud, you have whatever it is you use. Ron, you went directly to Cling. I'm gonna say, don't don't go to Cling to go to [01:11:06] Speaker 3: either this provider called Val or [01:11:12] Speaker 3: this provider called Replicate or this one called Key. And and it doesn't really matter. They're all the same. I think [01:11:24] Speaker 3: Key is the newest. It's the cheapest. [01:11:29] Speaker 1: Which one? [01:11:29] Speaker 3: What are they...... The most. What are they again? K I e. Oh, Key. K I e dot a I. [01:11:37] Speaker 1: And that's for? [01:11:40] Speaker 3: This is... Like, Ron used Cling. That's one video provider. Here on key, file, or replicate, you essentially... And this is how it's [01:11:51] Speaker 3: done in LaunchBox, honestly, is I'm... LaunchBox is connected to these providers. [01:11:58] Speaker 3: You get a API key. You fund it. So you you add some some money in here. And then the models market, this is [01:12:10] Speaker 3: where you can see... These are all of the available models to you. So I know that I'm gonna be using... Doing video. [01:12:17] Speaker 4: Are you sharing your... You're not sharing your screen. I'm not sharing I'm your... [01:12:20] Speaker 3: Thank you. [01:12:21] Speaker 4: Got you. Thank you. Paul. And I'm like, I don't know. [01:12:25] Speaker 2: I was fixing to just say. [01:12:28] Speaker 2: We wanna see. [01:12:31] Speaker 3: Let's see. Entire screen. Boom. Okay. So this is what key looks like. Mhmm. Replicate. Replicate [01:12:42] Speaker 3: replicate is similar, [01:12:45] Speaker 3: and file is similar. So what you're gonna see here is... [01:12:52] Speaker 3: Here's a video model. This is flux. This is mint. This is h three. This... These are seed dance. So, Ron, when [01:13:04] Speaker 3: you when you go to cling, you're stuck with cling. When you go to file replicator a... [01:13:11] Speaker 3: Key, you can switch between models. Here, you can actually see cling is is a model that you can use here. [01:13:20] Speaker 5: Oh. [01:13:21] Speaker 3: You can use Google [01:13:25] Speaker 3: VO model as well as Omni for video. Oh, so... So... Yeah. [01:13:33] Speaker 5: Okay. Quick question. Okay. With the with the playbacks, I can have that transcribed, and then I can feed that to Claude and said, Claude, [01:13:45] Speaker 5: okay. Tell me the advantages of what Ian just showed... Just mentioned on this this session today. [01:13:56] Speaker 3: Yes. Yes. I'll have that page up with the transcript and all of that. So you can just copy the transcript into your pod. Okay. Yeah. And you can say, at the end of the [01:14:08] Speaker 3: call, Ian was talking about making videos using Key. Can you help walk me through that process? [01:14:14] Speaker 5: Gotcha. Yeah. Yeah. Because Claude was the one that sent me to cling and, you know, clip chat and all of that. Clip chant. Yeah. Okay? Yeah. And I'm I'm still learning, and, [01:14:27] Speaker 5: you know, I I want this to really work. [01:14:30] Speaker 3: Also I do. I I hear you. Yeah. I So [01:14:34] Speaker 5: go ahead. [01:14:35] Speaker 3: Oh, so so what you do is you get this key. You give it to your chat after you funded, you know, your account on Mhmm. [01:14:47] Speaker 3: One of these. And, essentially, I I like them to think of it as a gift card. That gift card is good depending on what model you use, the more tokens it will use. And [01:14:59] Speaker 3: as I said, Key is the the cheapest provider that I've found right now for accessing these models. So I would come back into my chat. I'd come back into my cloud. And I'm doing this on the [01:15:11] Speaker 3: desktop version. I haven't honestly tried it on the browser like this, but I do believe it will work for Muse, for any of these. So I would paste in that key, [01:15:23] Speaker 3: and I would say, here's the API key for KIE. [01:15:28] Speaker 3: I want you to go explore what are the best video models that I could use right now. Here's what I'm trying to make. You know? And so, like, I meant earlier with [01:15:40] Speaker 3: Melissa, she was interested in making videos like Bernard. [01:15:46] Speaker 3: Ron, you might be inspired by the videos that Jashina is making. Jashina might be inspired by the videos that she sees some other creator making. And so what you can do is give your agent [01:15:59] Speaker 3: those reference points. [01:16:01] Speaker 2: Got it. [01:16:01] Speaker 3: Let's say that you have a creator on YouTube that you like their micro dramas. Just paste in the link for that YouTube channel and say, I've literally done this for [01:16:13] Speaker 3: YouTube where I'm like, YouTube. [01:16:19] Speaker 3: Let's see. I like I like Matthew Berman. So I'm gonna go... I'm just gonna copy his YouTube link. I'm gonna go into my [01:16:31] Speaker 3: chat and say, I like this guy's videos. Can you [01:16:38] Speaker 3: get a framework? [01:16:42] Speaker 3: So we can recreate [01:16:47] Speaker 3: videos like this, but about my stuff. And so it will do that. It will go in various ways. [01:16:59] Speaker 3: AI magic, it's gonna go and watch those videos and and understand that. So it will come back to me and be like, this guy does these types of cuts. He has [01:17:11] Speaker 3: this kind of information in his videos. He has blah blah blah blah blah. And then I'll be like, okay. Well, how do you think we could use that framework for what I do? And [01:17:22] Speaker 3: then it will say, well, here's here's something that we could make a video on. [01:17:31] Speaker 3: Then I'd say, write me a script for that. And so either I could go in and record myself or I could be like, I don't wanna record myself. How can we make a video similar to that but [01:17:43] Speaker 3: not have me on screen? And then I could give it access to key with that API key and be like, here's access to key. Key has... What does [01:17:54] Speaker 3: key have that we could use? So I'm having to do all the work. I'm not necessarily needing to know, you know, what I'm gonna use or anything like that. I'm like, you're the boss here. You tell me what I [01:18:06] Speaker 3: need. Here's here's the sources for the information. I know the information is there. You go do the research and tell me how to make it. [01:18:16] Speaker 0: Wow. Okay. Oh. [01:18:18] Speaker 4: Yeah. Okay. [01:18:22] Speaker 3: So... [01:18:22] Speaker 5: I have a lot going on, and I'm loving it. [01:18:26] Speaker 3: Yeah. And I hear you. It's a lot to learn, but I feel like it's it's really becoming condensed for me. It's it's like, [01:18:37] Speaker 3: what platform do you like to use? Quad, chat, blah blah blah. Give it access to where you do your work, so your email. [01:18:47] Speaker 3: You can do LaunchBox, you can do whatever, you know, where you do your work, give it access to those. And then as you're seeing stuff online and you're inspired, you can be like, how do we make something [01:18:59] Speaker 3: like that? Or use the reference from all of the stuff you're connected to, and let's let's make something. And it's becoming... For me, it's less about [01:19:11] Speaker 3: the... Those third party platforms and more about do those third party platforms connect well with your AI. [01:19:22] Speaker 5: Gotcha. Got it. [01:19:24] Speaker 3: Yeah. [01:19:25] Speaker 0: Okay. [01:19:28] Speaker 3: I'm... I'm... Yeah. Like I said, I'm excited. [01:19:30] Speaker 5: I like having to do [01:19:31] Speaker 0: the work for me. [01:19:34] Speaker 1: Yes. I know [01:19:34] Speaker 3: you too. [01:19:35] Speaker 5: I take my old man naps. Oh, wow. It's 20. Ian? [01:19:42] Speaker 3: Yes. [01:19:43] Speaker 2: Back back at the beginning, I missed just one click, and you had said to Ron before the end you would reshow us the health and where you fit all the videos. Can you reshow us those two clicks [01:19:54] Speaker 2: before we go? Because I missed a p. I wasn't watching the screen. Sorry. [01:20:01] Speaker 3: Okay. So if you go to launch...... Place. If you go to launchbox.space/help [01:20:09] Speaker 2: Mhmm. I knew it was that. [01:20:12] Speaker 3: Okay. You're gonna see... I've been making on here on the sidebar. [01:20:17] Speaker 3: We've got create and publish. So create and share a page in Studio. This shows you how to make pages in the Studio, create a visual course with the director. [01:20:29] Speaker 3: This goes over some of those. Work with AI. And so this is what I've been talking about. What can you do with LaunchBox and AI? [01:20:38] Speaker 5: Can you share your screen? [01:20:39] Speaker 3: Here, I've made... Oh, gosh. Yes. Oh my gosh. I'm bad today. [01:20:47] Speaker 5: It's it's one of those moments. That's okay. Don't don't worry about it. Okay. [01:20:55] Speaker 3: Yeah. Launchbox.space/help. [01:20:59] Speaker 2: You're gonna see...... Videos are also... All the calls are also there. [01:21:04] Speaker 3: Yes. So we have create and [01:21:05] Speaker 0: publish... Okay. [01:21:06] Speaker 2: Thank you. [01:21:07] Speaker 3: Work with AI, and then launch and learn. Under here, you're gonna see all of these are data.... God. Uh-huh. This [01:21:17] Speaker 3: is the one we we had last week [01:21:20] Speaker 4: Mhmm. [01:21:21] Speaker 3: Where I talked about connecting Muse to LaunchBox. [01:21:26] Speaker 3: It has in here that you can copy. [01:21:31] Speaker 3: And you can watch the video as well as you can you can just copy this and give it to your chat. You know? Mhmm. [01:21:39] Speaker 2: Okay. I'll buy some popcorn, and I know what I'm gonna be doing. [01:21:42] Speaker 5: I know that's right. I was right there with you. Yeah. Right, Ron.... Save me a seat.
