LAUNCH & LEARN — September 23, 2026 Turn a clear offer into useful content Hosted by Ian McDonald · With a content workflow demonstration by Jasheena Shelton Guide: https://www.launchbox.space/help/launch-and-learn/2026-09-23 Leave with a one-sentence offer and a short content draft you can test. BEFORE YOU START Bring an idea, service or community you want to explain, a few notes about the people it helps, and an AI chat of your choice. You do not need a LaunchBox connection or paid media tools for this exercise. FOLLOW ALONG 1. Write your offer in one sentence Use: “I help [specific person] achieve [clear outcome] through [what you provide].” Describe an outcome you can reasonably support. Leave out a long feature list. Read it aloud. Someone outside your business should be able to tell who it is for and why it matters. If that is unclear, simplify before asking for more content. 2. Build a small reference brief Add the audience’s main question, one useful point, a short example in your voice and the next step you want people to take. Put that information into the chat you are using; do not assume a different tool already has it. If you want visuals, describe the same character, setting and style for each scene. Use references you have permission to use. For this practice, a written scene plan is enough. 3. Make one small draft Use the draft prompt below to create a short post or a 30-second script. Keep one idea and one invitation. Check any factual claim before using it. If you want a story format, use a simple sequence: a familiar problem, one useful change and a next step. Add visuals or a longer production workflow after the idea is clear. 4. Use feedback to choose the next revision Use the feedback questions below when you choose to share the draft with someone in the intended audience. Ask what they think the offer is and what remains unclear. Record the response in their words, choose one revision and test again. An AI critique can help you edit, but it does not replace feedback from a real prospective member or customer. PROMPTS — Replace bracketed text before use CLARIFY THE OFFER Help me explain this offer simply: [my rough description]. Intended audience: [who]. Outcome I can support: [outcome]. What I provide: [format or service]. Ask me up to three questions about anything unclear. Then suggest three one-sentence versions using “I help [person] achieve [outcome] through [what I provide].” Do not invent results, credentials, or guarantees. CREATE A SMALL CONTENT DRAFT Use this approved offer: [sentence]. Audience question: [question]. One useful point: [point]. My voice and example: [traits and sample]. Checked facts: [notes]. Create one [short post / 30-second script] with a familiar problem, one useful change, and one clear invitation. If I request visuals, give a three-scene written plan with consistent characters and style. Keep everything here for review. Do not publish, generate media, or send anything. FEEDBACK QUESTIONS After reading this draft, who do you think it is for? What do you think I help them do? Which part feels most useful? What is confusing or missing? What would you expect the next step to be? FINISH CHECKLIST [ ] My offer names a specific person and a clear outcome. [ ] My brief includes context and an example of my voice. [ ] The draft contains one useful idea and one invitation. [ ] I checked claims and any reference material I plan to use. [ ] I chose one feedback question and one next revision. GET UNSTUCK Do I need to make a video? A short written draft is enough to test the idea. You can turn it into a script or scene plan later if that suits your audience. Can I use a different AI tool? Yes. The exercise is a briefing and review process. Supply the relevant context in the tool you choose, then check the output yourself. How do I know whether the content worked? Choose a response that relates to your offer: people can explain it back, ask a relevant question or take the intended next step. Record what happened and what you will change. Views can add context, but they are not the same as understanding or demand.
