[00:00:00] Speaker 2: Yeah. Well, hello, guys. Welcome to Wednesday launch and learn. I'm happy to be here with you guys. And, yeah, I'm I'm out here in Colorado. It's been a busy week. Last [00:00:12] Speaker 2: week was, for me, was pretty good in terms of focusing on... [00:00:20] Speaker 2: I guess, it wasn't necessarily making money, but I protected, like, a a relationship where I needed to [00:00:32] Speaker 2: do some following up with the person. And I was glad that I I I don't know. My mindset last week was more so just, like, how do I stop building [00:00:43] Speaker 2: so much and start to, like, turn a profit because that's important for me to continue building. And so I I had my AI, like, ChatGPT kind [00:00:55] Speaker 2: of direct me in that, and [00:01:00] Speaker 2: it's been helpful as far as keeping my head on straight. So that was my last week. This week is gonna be... We'll see how it goes. But I'm curious for you guys how your [00:01:12] Speaker 2: week has been, how your past weeks... You know, I haven't seen you in a bit, Melissa, if you wanna catch us up with where you're at and what you're doing and just Sheena as well with what you're doing. I know you had a a [00:01:23] Speaker 2: workshop last weekend. Right? Yeah. [00:01:28] Speaker 2: Yeah. So how about... Would you mind sharing with us, Trashina? What's been up with you? [00:01:36] Speaker 3: I wanna hear about Melissa too. I haven't seen her in a while. Are you calling me trouble off of LinkedIn, Melissa? Uh-oh. [00:01:44] Speaker 4: You know it. You know it. Always. [00:01:49] Speaker 4: I have no... I'm like a bum magnet. [00:01:54] Speaker 4: I am a definite bum magnet. I get all the, you know, about AI. And now, you know, like, everybody thinks that we're gonna die, well, because Jason, whatever his name is, said we're all [00:02:05] Speaker 4: gonna die this day. You know what? Here's what I'm thinking. If we're all gonna die, let's have some fun before we go out. Right? [00:02:13] Speaker 3: Might not. [00:02:14] Speaker 4: You know? [00:02:14] Speaker 2: Yeah. [00:02:14] Speaker 3: We're all gonna die anyways. Like Yeah. [00:02:17] Speaker 4: I mean Yeah. You know? So I... For some reason, I always get the naysayers, but, Jashina has, stepped in once in a while and... You know? Uh-oh. So [00:02:29] Speaker 4: for me... What [00:02:30] Speaker 2: did somebody say? [00:02:31] Speaker 4: Oh, it's always, you know, hey. Hi. This is ruining the world. You know? Like, the whole thing. [00:02:37] Speaker 2: Yeah. [00:02:37] Speaker 4: It never ends. It never ends. I mean, I had somebody that I have known for years and done business with and was actually gonna offer her free access [00:02:49] Speaker 4: to this to be, like, one of the first people, and she gave me the big f bomb and her... You know, you're killing humanity. [00:02:59] Speaker 2: Oh, boy. [00:03:00] Speaker 4: Oh, yeah. It was really it was really bad. But, I mean, I'm hardened to it now because I really have never had anything but that. So, you know, [00:03:12] Speaker 4: it it is where we are right now. I mean, there's so much tension and and and a lot of questions. And, you know, I mean, for me, I'm just gonna keep plugging along because I still believe in my [00:03:23] Speaker 4: mission. I do believe that we need to know how to use it, how to be discerning about it. Right? I mean, if we live for another three years... Let's see what is this 2026 that we've got to... [00:03:35] Speaker 4: Yeah. I mean, we've got a few years left, and and maybe we'll be able to use it to stay alive, or maybe we'll be able to negotiate with our AI, you know, like mine is Sage [00:03:47] Speaker 4: and, you know, one of them anyway. You know, please don't kill me. [00:03:53] Speaker 4: But I... No. I've... So... But the the real business is that I've I've been working on several things, one of which is the the platform, and I'm really happy with the way it looks right now, [00:04:04] Speaker 4: finally. Just, you know, had to settle down and and and really tweak some things, and I'm I'm there. This other thing that I sent to [00:04:16] Speaker 4: you is the next generation in this that I'd like to have not necessarily completed, but mapped out [00:04:28] Speaker 4: even, like, a section of it so that when somebody goes through the 12 modules, they can go right into this. And it's it's gonna be laborious for sure, [00:04:40] Speaker 4: but I think it'll be worth it. We had a really great brainstorm at 04:30 in the morning. [00:04:48] Speaker 4: Yeah. So that, I'm working on. I'm working on creating merch so that I can have a store link in here too that is associated with this. [00:05:00] Speaker 4: So that's a whole brand new... It's a whole brand new thing for me. Has anybody on this call done... Used Printify? Mhmm. [00:05:08] Speaker 3: I have a Printify pop up. Oh my gosh. I should pick [00:05:12] Speaker 4: your brain. I'm freaking out about it. It's... I mean, I've got Claude. I've got Chad. I've got all of them. Like, I can't figure out how to work those boxes. I'm just trying to set up the store. And then I [00:05:23] Speaker 4: realized that my hero image doesn't work. It works if you're on a computer, but if you're on a cell phone, which I have to make it work on a cell phone, it shows a a [00:05:35] Speaker 4: woman's butt. I mean. [00:05:37] Speaker 2: Oh my gosh. Hey, Ron. So... [00:05:41] Speaker 3: Yeah. Let's get on a call. [00:05:43] Speaker 4: I mean, I could I [00:05:44] Speaker 2: could...... Today. [00:05:45] Speaker 4: I could use it because it is called the feral Buddhist, so it is pretty feral. I mean, it might be kind of funny, really. [00:05:55] Speaker 2: Oh my god. [00:05:56] Speaker 4: That's what I'm working on. [00:05:58] Speaker 2: Oh, okay. Okay. Okay. Cool. [00:06:01] Speaker 3: K. [00:06:02] Speaker 2: Yeah. I've used I've used Printify a little bit. It's... It is tricky. [00:06:07] Speaker 4: Yeah. Just setting up the store, you know, is like Mhmm. But I think it's another another way we might be able to stay alive for the next three years. [00:06:17] Speaker 2: Yeah. Oh, boy. [00:06:18] Speaker 3: You know? [00:06:20] Speaker 2: Yeah. Alright. Cool. Yeah. You [00:06:22] Speaker 3: used 25. What type of store do you have? [00:06:25] Speaker 2: I made a Etsy store about two and a half years ago whenever I was starting my whole AI journey. That was, like, one of the things I was doing. Mhmm. And I made some pretty cool shirts, and I've come back to it every [00:06:37] Speaker 2: once in a while. I have a couple of them printed out. Actually, this hat that I wear all the time, this... It's, like, little cherub. It's called Crybaby Soda Pop is the the [00:06:48] Speaker 2: brand. Yeah. [00:06:50] Speaker 5: You want these names? [00:06:51] Speaker 2: It's pretty cool. [00:06:52] Speaker 4: Think we I think we should all launch our stores right now for the holidays. I mean, you know, that... That's what I've been focused on. [00:06:59] Speaker 0: Yes. [00:06:59] Speaker 4: I mean, who knows? You know? Let's make some fun art. There's been an up tick for, what, ChatGPT? Yeah. Mhmm. In in creation. [00:07:08] Speaker 3: Yeah. [00:07:09] Speaker 4: Yeah. I mean, you know, I've taken a couple of classes. I mean... And what was recommended was get, like, three or four products and put them in there and have them and categorized, you know, like a bag, [00:07:21] Speaker 4: a cell phone case, a journal in a mug, or a wine tumbler for me. So, [00:07:29] Speaker 4: you know, I mean, it could be fun. Right? Yeah. [00:07:32] Speaker 2: Mhmm. Yeah. [00:07:33] Speaker 4: Once I figure out the boxes. [00:07:37] Speaker 2: Yes. [00:07:37] Speaker 3: So so I use Printify pop up. It's real ease of use. Like, I put up a banner. I upload images every week, and it just... It flows. I don't know about [00:07:49] Speaker 4: That's what I did that's what I did, but I guess I I made it very complicated because I was trying to get my own colors, my own art, and then it ended up less... It's it's a mess. But, I'm [00:08:01] Speaker 4: working on it. Okay. Working on it. [00:08:03] Speaker 3: Well, inbox me. Maybe we can have a collab, a coworking session or something. [00:08:07] Speaker 4: Okay. Alright. Thank you. Mhmm. [00:08:10] Speaker 2: Justina, what have you been up to? [00:08:13] Speaker 3: I'm in I'm in that mode like you. I need to get out of the... Stop creating new stuff, but I did. I created some really good stuff last week. Yeah. [00:08:21] Speaker 2: I've seen. [00:08:22] Speaker 3: So, yes, we did the workshop on Saturday, which was mainly a a recording for me. But now I was able to take that recording, slice it six different ways, and then I have a video [00:08:34] Speaker 3: series that I'm being able to sell for whoever wants, and I don't have to be, like, hands on right there with them. It's a six part series. Go through the steps, and then come and share. [00:08:45] Speaker 3: Because from the... From that, I built a 10 challenge. So once you go through the series, we can go through it together or me and the group might go through it together. Boom. Boom. Boom. And at the end, they get to have, here is [00:08:57] Speaker 3: your image. Here is your one minute video. And if they wanna add the songwriter feature, you know, I rang one in my music producer. He was like, alright. Have them send me the songs, and we can work [00:09:09] Speaker 3: that in as well. So that's what that was. But I was told by my, my copilot, [00:09:18] Speaker 3: I'm making too many things, and I need to learn how to bundle so we can sell and make more of a profit. I was like, alright. So we did. We have a whole ministry bundle out now. I'm very excited, [00:09:30] Speaker 3: for images and sermon supports and, just worship tools for faith leaders. So I have a bundle. It'll drop next week. Yay. [00:09:40] Speaker 2: Wow. Is the bundle dropping in AI after hours or elsewhere? [00:09:45] Speaker 3: AI after hours. [00:09:47] Speaker 2: There we go. Okay. Good. [00:09:48] Speaker 3: That's awesome. Thanks. [00:09:50] Speaker 2: I wanna maybe come back to you to... If you could show us how you have some of your stuff set up again. I mean, I... It's very [00:10:02] Speaker 2: helpful for me even. So I wanna say hey to Ron and ask Ron how are you and what you've been up to. [00:10:11] Speaker 2: Oh, can't hear you. [00:10:16] Speaker 2: Could hear you earlier. It doesn't show that you're muted, though. [00:10:28] Speaker 2: Down there on the bottom where it says microphone, is it... [00:10:33] Speaker 2: You might need to select a different microphone. There we go. [00:10:38] Speaker 5: Can you hear me now? [00:10:39] Speaker 2: Yes, sir. [00:10:40] Speaker 5: Okay. I... [00:10:41] Speaker 2: Yes, sir. [00:10:42] Speaker 5: It just wanted me to to do something. [00:10:44] Speaker 2: Okay. Okay. [00:10:45] Speaker 5: So I'm new to all of this. I tried to get in from my computer, but it keeps taking me to here. I don't know if you can see it. But anyway, [00:10:58] Speaker 5: using the link that you sent me just then, I was able to get in. Yeah. I'm trying to learn everything I can about the platform. And [00:11:09] Speaker 5: one thing I wanted to ask was with the newsletter, can I suggest topics to the agent to post or do they automatically [00:11:21] Speaker 5: post based on how I built my community? [00:11:26] Speaker 2: You can... It will use your your reference from your... From how you set it up, but you can give it direction in what it [00:11:38] Speaker 2: creates. [00:11:39] Speaker 5: Okay. And and how do I go about doing that? [00:11:43] Speaker 2: I can go ahead and show that to you [00:11:49] Speaker 2: here. One second. Let [00:11:55] Speaker 2: me get... [00:12:01] Speaker 3: Hey, Ron. While you're for that... Hey. I'm on issue number 10 in my newsletter, and every week, it just keeps getting better. So I'm I'm very excited with the future. Yeah. [00:12:13] Speaker 5: Okay. Sounds like a winner. [00:12:16] Speaker 0: It is. [00:12:17] Speaker 2: So when you're...... [00:12:17] Speaker 5: So very much for all of your help when I was setting up my community. Absolutely. [00:12:22] Speaker 2: Yes, Jashina. Thank you so much. I'm so glad you can help them. Alright. So here I'm in the newsletter. Up here in the top right, you can hit settings. [00:12:34] Speaker 5: Uh-huh. [00:12:35] Speaker 2: And then you can give it direction with theme and interests. [00:12:41] Speaker 2: You can give it additional instructions. And if you want the next feature, the next newsletter to be about a specific subject, you would just write that in here. [00:12:51] Speaker 5: Okay. Now let me also ask this. Are there, recordings available from previous Launch and Learns? [00:12:59] Speaker 2: There are. They're on, a YouTube channel. I can send that to you. [00:13:06] Speaker 5: Okay. Because I I do want to learn as much about this platform as Jashina. [00:13:12] Speaker 2: Oh, yeah. I know. Jashina's in here cooking. [00:13:15] Speaker 5: Yeah. Yeah. [00:13:16] Speaker 3: I I [00:13:17] Speaker 2: did read the... [00:13:18] Speaker 5: I I don't know if you re... Received the the input or my reply to the email stating how you and Jashina got started together. [00:13:30] Speaker 5: But I did say that you were the best, Jashina. So... [00:13:33] Speaker 3: You know? I don't have this email. Anne, where is this email? Uh-oh. [00:13:39] Speaker 0: Really? Hey. [00:13:40] Speaker 5: Did you see that... Did you hear that explosion? That head [00:13:42] Speaker 6: just got [00:13:43] Speaker 5: so big. You know, just kidding. [00:13:46] Speaker 2: Oh my gosh. Yeah. I'll make sure you get it. That's... [00:13:49] Speaker 3: Thank you. [00:13:50] Speaker 2: Yeah. I I... It's the same thing I sent in that message. [00:13:55] Speaker 3: Yeah. I know. But I wanna send an email. [00:13:57] Speaker 2: Absolutely. You got it. I'll send it. But one thing, just so know, that I've added that will help you cutting your... [00:14:07] Speaker 3: Are you still editing? Mhmm. [00:14:09] Speaker 2: Yep. It's in the studio Mhmm. And then apps and then clips. [00:14:15] Speaker 3: Mhmm. [00:14:16] Speaker 2: And so you can upload your video, [00:14:21] Speaker 2: and it will clip for you some different highlights from it. [00:14:28] Speaker 2: So you can use it essentially to, like, edit down a video just like Descript, if you've ever heard of that one or used it. [00:14:38] Speaker 2: This one is from a launch and learn, and I was able to get it to... I I just told it to pick the highlights of the call, essentially, that I could use for content, [00:14:50] Speaker 2: and it did. [00:14:52] Speaker 3: So I can take all of my Monday micro courses, put them over here, and they'll drop it up? [00:14:59] Speaker 2: Yes. [00:15:00] Speaker 3: You're the best. Yeah. P e s t. [00:15:06] Speaker 2: I was like, I was trying to do it myself, you know, and then I ended up on Descript's website. And I was like, I've been wanting to build one of these for a while, and I don't [00:15:18] Speaker 2: wanna pay for it, or I wanna pay less for it. So this is it. And it works pretty good. Let's see. The other part too [00:15:29] Speaker 2: that is new is the avatars in here. So it's very easy to make an avatar of yourself. You just upload a few images. You can record your [00:15:41] Speaker 2: voice. And then you'll see down here, you hit the plus, there's an attach avatar button. You'll just attach the avatar and [00:15:52] Speaker 2: say, make a clip of this guy skateboarding. [00:16:01] Speaker 2: And then you can choose, if you want it, five, ten, fifteen seconds, vertical, or whatever. [00:16:08] Speaker 2: And then I'll show you here once it's done generating how you can add it onto the the video editor. [00:16:28] Speaker 2: Ron, have you used the studio at all? [00:16:46] Speaker 2: Here we go. [00:16:57] Speaker 1: Okay. [00:17:00] Speaker 2: Alright. It's coming. [00:17:08] Speaker 2: Alright. There it is. Alright. So now we got our clip of me. [00:17:19] Speaker 2: Isn't... Is this, like... I mean, it's... That's the last. Right? That's crazy. [00:17:25] Speaker 3: That's so cool. [00:17:26] Speaker 2: Yeah. That's awesome. And then you can... [00:17:29] Speaker 3: Because we all this free time because AI is doing the work for you. Now you can discover your hobby of skateboarding. [00:17:36] Speaker 2: Yes. Yes. Or whatever. Here's one I did of me in a spaceship. [00:17:41] Speaker 3: Okay, Musk. [00:17:58] Speaker 2: Oh my god. [00:18:06] Speaker 4: Hey, Ian. Where is this? Is this inside? I had... I've got a delivery. Okay. [00:18:13] Speaker 2: Yeah. It's in LaunchBox. [00:18:14] Speaker 4: It's in LaunchBox. Okay. [00:18:16] Speaker 2: Yes. I can show you again. [00:18:20] Speaker 4: It's in the re... The... [00:18:26] Speaker 2: The studio? [00:18:28] Speaker 4: In the what?... [00:18:29] Speaker 2: Studio, you can... In the in the studio? [00:18:32] Speaker 4: I... Remember, I don't have anything in my studio. [00:18:35] Speaker 2: Oh, well, you you should be able to make stuff in the studio. [00:18:39] Speaker 4: Okay. So if I'm in... Alright. So if I'm in the studio... Okay. Uh-huh. [00:18:44] Speaker 2: You can just chat. You can... The guy's just sending a message. [00:18:49] Speaker 3: Okay. [00:18:50] Speaker 4: And just say, hey. Make me a video of me doing whatever? [00:18:56] Speaker 2: Not quite. There's [00:19:00] Speaker 2: this little button on the right. It says apps. [00:19:03] Speaker 4: Yep. I see it. [00:19:05] Speaker 2: If you click that and you click on avatars Yep. Then you'll be able to upload... It's, like, three images of yourself, and then you can record audio of your voice. [00:19:16] Speaker 3: Okay. [00:19:17] Speaker 2: And then down here, you probably can't see it very well, but it says my name. Whenever you click the little plus button right here and you... [00:19:28] Speaker 4: At the bottom in the message part? [00:19:30] Speaker 2: Yeah. Okay.... Plus button. There's one that says attach avatar, and you'll attach it. And then you'll say, make a clip of this person singing whatever, [00:19:42] Speaker 2: you know, whatever. [00:19:43] Speaker 4: I gotcha. Okay. So I would attach I would attach the... [00:19:49] Speaker 2: Avatar. [00:19:51] Speaker 4: And I'm attaching it using that plus button. I'm attaching all three photos using that plus button. Essentially. [00:19:59] Speaker 4: Yeah. Okay. Okay. Yeah. [00:20:03] Speaker 2: And then your voice as well. [00:20:05] Speaker 4: And my voice... Where it says create my avatar, does it ask me to record my voice somewhere? Okay. I see. So photos, voice, save. I gotcha. [00:20:17] Speaker 4: Okay. I'll play with that. Thanks. [00:20:19] Speaker 2: Mhmm. And then you can bring it into the video studio, [00:20:24] Speaker 2: and we'll just say I'm gonna make one for Ian's skateboarding. [00:20:30] Speaker 4: Okay. Where's the video studio? [00:20:35] Speaker 2: So back in the apps drawer Yeah. Yeah. It's the last one in there. K. [00:20:44] Speaker 4: So do all that first and then go into... [00:20:50] Speaker 2: CST. Yeah. Okay. [00:20:53] Speaker 2: And you'll click on editor Okay. Right right here. And that's gonna allow me to just drag that clip into the editor. It might take a second to load. [00:21:05] Speaker 2: Sometimes it does. [00:21:08] Speaker 4: Unfortunately, I'm on my cell phone because I couldn't get on my computer, so I can't see anything. I don't see editor. Oh, wait wait a minute. Yes. I do. In the column on the left. Yes. Okay. [00:21:19] Speaker 4: Okay. But the first thing is to just start with the the video itself or the Yeah. The... Excuse me. The the avatar. Okay. I'll play around. Thanks. [00:21:31] Speaker 2: Okay. Cool. Yeah. You got it. [00:21:34] Speaker 2: Alright. I'm gonna... Let's see. Hello, Ian. Hey, Chris. What's up? [00:21:40] Speaker 6: Hey. Hey. I'm in the same boat as Melissa. I tried to join on laptop, and it won't join me. I I I went to launchbox.space. I don't see a way to join there. And I'm in the [00:21:52] Speaker 6: meeting room waiting on the Google Meet. Where [00:21:57] Speaker 2: did you get the link at? [00:22:00] Speaker 6: The Google Meet? [00:22:01] Speaker 2: Yeah. [00:22:02] Speaker 6: I have no idea. But I I think we've seen each other there before. But but it it... Point being is if there's a way to join launchbox.space [00:22:13] Speaker 6: on my laptop, that would be the ideal. Okay. So I I just couldn't get it. I I don't see where to click to join. [00:22:22] Speaker 2: Alright. Let me send it to you on LinkedIn. [00:22:25] Speaker 6: Oh, perfect. Okay. Sounds good. Thanks. [00:22:27] Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah. [00:22:30] Speaker 2: So that's, we are using a new link. That's how everybody has found this today. It's either went out in the email or you saw it in a Facebook post, I guess. Okay. [00:22:42] Speaker 6: I'll I'll I'll... I'm in my Facebook Messenger. [00:22:46] Speaker 2: Okay. Facebook Messenger. [00:22:47] Speaker 6: Oh, sorry. Sorry. I mean, LinkedIn messages. Sorry. [00:22:50] Speaker 2: All good. [00:22:51] Speaker 6: But as soon as I see a bump in, I will be back on the call. [00:22:55] Speaker 2: Alrighty. There it is. [00:22:58] Speaker 0: Alright. Cool. [00:22:59] Speaker 2: Cool. Alright. I want to pass it back to Jashina if you wanna, show us a bit about how you have your courses and your community set [00:23:11] Speaker 2: up. [00:23:12] Speaker 3: Okay. I would love to. Let me pull that up real quick. [00:23:21] Speaker 3: Any particular course? [00:23:32] Speaker 3: Me and Wi Fi are having some issues today. Sorry, though. [00:23:39] Speaker 2: Oh, I was muted. I was saying, maybe your micro courses, if you could explain [00:23:47] Speaker 3: what I do I can do that. Share [00:23:52] Speaker 3: with audio. [00:24:00] Speaker 3: Yeah. Okay. So for my community, I really want, like, a sense of connection. I want us to grow together. And for me, I need a schedule. That's just the way my brain [00:24:12] Speaker 3: works. Mhmm. And so I was like, okay. Every day needs a destination or at least some of them. And so on Mondays, we do MicroCourse Mondays. It's like a twenty minute live session where I explain some sort of AI [00:24:23] Speaker 3: concept or something that's going on that I think the people should know about. So Monday is MicroCourse Monday. They're free to join in, so we can exchange ideas on this topic. [00:24:35] Speaker 3: I usually have a PowerPoint and an audio to go with every MicroCourse. I have the additional tools because I use Gemini's notebook. So with Gemini's notebook, no matter [00:24:47] Speaker 3: what the topic is, can get a PowerPoint, I can get a audio, like a podcast to go with it in addition to the video because people just learn differently. Right? And so [00:24:59] Speaker 3: last week, we didn't meet this week because, apparently, it was a holiday, and I wasn't supposed to be working according to the kids. So, we didn't meet. But before that, I did a community tour [00:25:11] Speaker 3: of LaunchBox. And so [00:25:16] Speaker 3: in my courses, I took the live video. I put, like, a cute little picture in front of it. [00:25:25] Speaker 3: And [00:25:28] Speaker 4: Very cool. [00:25:28] Speaker 3: Alright. So it's just a minus the red at the top. I just took every... All the features. The first thing when they join the the platform, end up being, like, a twenty minute video because there's so [00:25:40] Speaker 3: many features that they get for their membership fee. And so everything that Ian explains to us on Wednesdays, I kinda tried to summarize it and put it together in a video. Boom. Boom. Boom. Boom. Then [00:25:52] Speaker 3: I upload the video to YouTube, of course, as a magnet trying to pull additional people in. But that's essentially [00:26:03] Speaker 3: what I did on this one. And then I can add slides if I had a lesson to go with it. So I did not put this one in the book. But if I did, I would put what [00:26:14] Speaker 3: they'll read right there because with no book, I can get, a briefing doc. But I have a lot of briefing docs about AI after hours already, but I would just upload that right there. [00:26:26] Speaker 3: Before that micro course, there's been a few others. Mind maps, the Gemini notebook. All of August, I was very focused on breaking down [00:26:38] Speaker 3: Gemini's notebook because it has so many features. But then I was like, for September, why would I keep explaining some of Gemini's platform or Google's platform when we have our own platform here? [00:26:49] Speaker 3: So [00:26:51] Speaker 3: there's that. The lessons are just like little individual micro... So micro micros, AI as your coworker, AI for the life you wanna lead, the [00:27:03] Speaker 3: admin side of LM. So we don't have to overcomplicate it because, again, people were fighting against TikTok attention span. No one wants to sit still to watch [00:27:15] Speaker 3: 50,000,000 things or go through 4,200 slides. And even this 18 slide deck, I wanna look for a way to kinda condense that. Oh, and still give them some real quality, you know, [00:27:26] Speaker 3: product, as well. But the first video I uploaded was she built this. It is a tribute to many of the women who came before us in artificial intelligence and in tech. [00:27:38] Speaker 3: And so I thought that was important if you're building a platform for women to at least highlight Google's chat [00:27:46] Speaker 1: GPT's retrieval systems, and virtually every modern [00:27:50] Speaker 6: That's cool. [00:27:50] Speaker 3: So, again, it's not it's not the longest of videos. Right? Two minutes forty five seconds. A woman named the guy. Homage. [00:27:58] Speaker 1: In two... [00:28:00] Speaker 3: Now how did I create the video? Again, Notebook. Right? Put together a slide deck and then took it over to Google Vids. It it turns slide decks into short videos. Boom. And then you just [00:28:12] Speaker 3: upload it. So it doesn't always have to be you front facing. If you're stuck for ideas, there are tools out there that can support you so you can support your community. [00:28:24] Speaker 3: Was that [00:28:26] Speaker 2: That was awesome. Essentially. Okay. Do you have any resources that you've made? [00:28:33] Speaker 2: Yeah. Like PDFs? [00:28:34] Speaker 3: Some of the resource... Ah, yeah. So I had to delete some because it didn't look the way I want them to. But right here are my PDFs, generative AI in a box. So this is a [00:28:45] Speaker 3: ebook. Essentially, created off of what? Gemini notebook. [00:28:52] Speaker 3: And put a cute graphic in front of it. [00:28:56] Speaker 3: Let's jump in. So this one's for my pro. [00:29:02] Speaker 3: If it does, no. No one open. [00:29:06] Speaker 2: Oh, hit that button on the right. It says view. [00:29:10] Speaker 3: On what? Right? [00:29:11] Speaker 2: On the far right side. [00:29:14] Speaker 3: The one that says view, that one right there, right in front of my face? Okay. [00:29:22] Speaker 3: So, yeah, came up with a cute picture in Google Docs because Google Docs is now... Gemini's in Google Docs. So you you make a whole document, and then you tell it to create an ebook cover for it, and it gives you the [00:29:34] Speaker 3: picture. So... And then, of course, my disclaimer. Look. I'm not an expert. I'm just kinda certified in this stuff. Right? And then, Bao, here's your quick guide to [00:29:45] Speaker 3: generative AI. [00:29:49] Speaker 3: Boom. It's a Google Doc. Oh, look. There's charts. Oh, look. There's words. Oh, look. There's emojis because I couldn't work with AI. [00:29:58] Speaker 2: Oh, yeah. Yeah. [00:30:00] Speaker 3: But it's 17 pages. [00:30:03] Speaker 3: Thank you. For people who like to read. Yeah. I don't... I have personally, outside of this, a prompt library, but my prompt library is prompt chains. So I have 600 prompt [00:30:15] Speaker 3: chains, not just prompts. And so I want to share that, the the ability to use a prompt chain and to go from the very the very small thought all [00:30:27] Speaker 3: the way through the funnel to your end thought to help people think before they bring in AI and then partner with your AI tool to get the desired result. [00:30:39] Speaker 3: So, yeah, my resources are essentially Google Docs with a cube cover on them. [00:30:44] Speaker 2: Mhmm. Okay. Wow. [00:30:46] Speaker 3: With a discovery. Yeah. So [00:30:49] Speaker 2: what I hear that you do is you'll take whether it's a launch and learn or other information that you've learned [00:30:59] Speaker 2: and then create various resources like the courses and the PDFs [00:31:06] Speaker 2: and a video. And [00:31:10] Speaker 2: that gives you three pieces of content to give your community right there based on one. [00:31:16] Speaker 4: Every Every week. [00:31:17] Speaker 2: Yeah. So that's awesome. Is anybody else here doing anything like that right now or, had a similar process? [00:31:29] Speaker 2: Yeah. [00:31:32] Speaker 2: Or what is one format that you could sort of apply what Jashina is doing to what you're doing this week? Ron, I know you have a pretty [00:31:43] Speaker 2: clear idea for your community. What is your first sort of... I know you were working on a challenge. Right? [00:31:52] Speaker 5: Yes. [00:31:53] Speaker 2: Would you mind telling us about that? [00:31:55] Speaker 5: Okay. The challenge is based on, financial freedom. And this, what it does is it poses a a micro [00:32:07] Speaker 5: lesson, then it have you go in and along with it, it has a a freedom tracker, as I call it. Okay? So whatever that [00:32:19] Speaker 5: lesson is for that day, you go in... Well, you you go in and you you, do the accountability part. Then you go to your tracker and you click on the trackers [00:32:31] Speaker 5: to let it know that you completed that day. It'll accumulate the days that are completed, but it will also give you a lot of process... Progress and certain [00:32:42] Speaker 5: lessons add a certain amount of progress to your tracker. Alright? And then it's a twenty one day challenge as I mentioned. And when [00:32:54] Speaker 5: it after the first week, it'll it'll ask you to reflect on what you might have learned that week. Okay? Then the second week, it'll do the same thing. And, of course, by the the third [00:33:06] Speaker 5: week, you should have, completed the whole challenge, and you should be quite aware of what, financial freedom really means. Okay? And if you [00:33:18] Speaker 5: apply those principles, then you too could possibly become financially free. And I'm looking at what Deshina is posing here, and, basically, financial freedom is [00:33:29] Speaker 5: based on having your money work for you instead of you working for your money. Okay? And what I'm looking at what Deshina just presented, that's a great way to have your [00:33:41] Speaker 5: money work for you. Mhmm. You know? I mean, you you have... You you you... You're taking it one step higher by having AI work for you. You know? So, yeah, the... [00:33:53] Speaker 5: You know, that's why I said... I decided that I wanna come in here and learn this this platform in and out so that I can apply principles and add value to my plat... You know, to my community. [00:34:06] Speaker 2: Heck yes. That's awesome, Ron. So Well, I'm making the lessons and [00:34:11] Speaker 5: I want to be your OG poster boy. [00:34:14] Speaker 2: Oh, yeah. Ron, I... For those of you who don't know Ron, Ron goes back all the way to when I first started in, probably, like, I don't know. [00:34:24] Speaker 5: Two years now? [00:34:25] Speaker 2: August 2024, so two years ago or so. [00:34:28] Speaker 5: Two years ago. Yep. [00:34:30] Speaker 2: And, he lives in New Jersey, and he... How old are you, Ron, if you don't mind? [00:34:35] Speaker 5: I'm 77. I'll be 78 this year. [00:34:38] Speaker 2: Yeah. Is 78, and he impresses me with his skills. He knows automation. He set up automation and go high level, which that's a heck of a platform right there. [00:34:49] Speaker 2: So I feel like... Yeah. Ron, you're you're... You've definitely been an inspiration to me. So I've always appreciated having you in my corner. And now that you're on [00:35:01] Speaker 2: LaunchBox, I mean, it's it's where [00:35:05] Speaker 2: I'm really just happy to have you here and want to help. It sounds like... So Ron also met with Jashina. He was our first try at a new format where [00:35:17] Speaker 2: Jashina can help somebody with onboarding onto the platform to give them a clear direction on where to go. And how would you say that went? [00:35:25] Speaker 5: Oh, it went it went great. I I love it. As a matter of fact, I'm I'm sitting here. I'm like... I think his name was Rich. The other... You know? I wish I could [00:35:37] Speaker 5: get on this call on my laptop. I'm looking at my community on the laptops. Right? But I'm on the phone with you guys. But nevertheless, you know Yeah. I'll I'll be able to get to that point [00:35:49] Speaker 5: as well. But... Yeah. Yeah. I I I like what I see so far, and I'm gonna... You know, whenever I present what I'm doing, I'm gonna ask people if they're [00:36:01] Speaker 5: interested in joining the community and if they're also interested in joining LaunchBox. [00:36:07] Speaker 2: Absolutely. Yep. Thank you, Ron. [00:36:11] Speaker 5: Ron. Yes. [00:36:12] Speaker 2: Hey, Chris. You wanna set us up? [00:36:14] Speaker 5: No. I just... [00:36:15] Speaker 6: I'm I'm trying to get it so that I can be on video, you know, but, it's just not working out. I don't have the right things leaning against the right things. But [00:36:27] Speaker 6: but, I tried joining that. I did get an error message. I'm just gonna throw this back in, Ian. [00:36:32] Speaker 2: Okay. [00:36:33] Speaker 6: But I also assume this will work out over time. So maybe, like, next Wednesday, we'll [00:36:38] Speaker 2: Yeah. [00:36:38] Speaker 6: Or something like that. [00:36:39] Speaker 2: It sounds like you weren't the only person to have that issue. So Yeah. I [00:36:43] Speaker 5: have to be on my laptop either. [00:36:45] Speaker 2: Yeah. I'm pretty sure I I know what the issue is. So I appreciate you hanging in there with [00:36:50] Speaker 6: the Yeah. Yeah. [00:36:52] Speaker 2: Yeah. But what have you been working on? [00:36:56] Speaker 6: Celebrity marketing nonstop. So we're launching our our... A big celebrity at the end of this month, and it's just everything related to that. Like, her socials, more [00:37:08] Speaker 6: filming at this point, so I'm cohosting. So that's fun. It was a little stressful to start with because she's a a a big name and all that sort of stuff. But... So, basically, we're hosting, and [00:37:20] Speaker 6: everybody's welcome. If there's a way for me to drop a link in the chat or something like that, I'll I'll fig... I'll try to figure that out. But she's letting me invite friends and family while [00:37:32] Speaker 6: we're launching this to start with. Her name is too big. She's gonna... She would get a million people if if we expanded it to her. [00:37:42] Speaker 6: My boss, his name's Ross also. I'm basically chief growth officer at another company in addition to my own AI company. But he's also too big of a name, and so we're just using my network as the [00:37:54] Speaker 6: testing ground. So I'll try to grab a link to that, but you guys are welcome to show up. Her name's Debbie Matnopoulos. She was one of the original women at the table on The View. She's a double best selling [00:38:06] Speaker 6: author. She was big on the Hallmark Channel. She started working at MTV when she was 17. So she's super cool. She's super down to earth. And if you guys wanna show up and say hi over there, then, you know, [00:38:18] Speaker 6: that... That's what we're up to right now. It's just getting her launched and ironing out the the bugs in the system on on the webinars and all that sort of stuff. So... Yeah. [00:38:28] Speaker 2: Nice. Wow. Wow. That's impressive. Thanks. Yeah. That's awesome. [00:38:33] Speaker 6: Yeah. And and we've got a backlog. Like, we're actually talking about, like, we need to start having an application form for celebrities that need to work or that wanna work with us because we've got too many at this point, which is [00:38:44] Speaker 6: an amazing problem to have. So... [00:38:47] Speaker 2: Yeah. Wow. Yeah. Yeah. That's awesome. Yeah. Dang. Cool. Yeah. That's... Yeah. That's exciting. We have... [00:38:55] Speaker 6: But I'm excited to tie this together with LaunchBox some... Sometime in the near future. You know? So... [00:39:00] Speaker 2: Yes. Yes. It is it is very... [00:39:06] Speaker 6: I do, but we're we're actually launching a new platform as part of this. And and this is the thing. Like, my boss, Russell, like, he's like, let's just become... Like, we can create monetized communities for [00:39:17] Speaker 6: anybody on any platform. And and I'm cons... I'm like, Russell, we're two days away from launching this thing. Like, you know, let's, let's try to bring people to ours, [00:39:30] Speaker 6: you know, in addition to being able to do it for anybody. Let's show them what our cool platform can do. So I'm intentionally resisting, like, another two days before I I share that [00:39:42] Speaker 6: community. But... Yeah. I think on I think on a school, I'm basically, like, trust led income is what I call it. I... Again, I can share a link there, but I think the more important [00:39:54] Speaker 6: link is I'll I'll shoot you the the Debbie session. And... Or, actually, let's do the reverse. Ian, do you mind? Can people throw their email in that they wanna be invited? And I'll just throw you on [00:40:06] Speaker 6: the invite whoever throws in their email. But it would be fun to see you guys over there and just and just have more people little by little trickling into Debbie's sessions. That would [00:40:17] Speaker 2: be fun. Absolutely. If you guys wanna do that, you're more than welcome to. So [00:40:22] Speaker 5: how do we see... [00:40:24] Speaker 6: Just throw your just throw your email in the chat. There's a chat button on mobile. [00:40:30] Speaker 5: Hold on. Is that the one that I see that has... [00:40:32] Speaker 0: Let me see. [00:40:34] Speaker 6: It's got a blue dot to it next to it probably if you haven't if you haven't checked it yet. Yep. [00:40:39] Speaker 5: And it says enter message. [00:40:41] Speaker 6: Yeah. But that'd be fun to start bringing... Like, just seeing you guys in in Debbie's world. But then also, like I said, like, bringing this back to LaunchBox, you know, like, wherever wherever we've got [00:40:53] Speaker 6: celebrities that I can... You know, are willing to try something new and be like, hey. Instead of Zoom, let's let's go over to LaunchBox, you know, that sort of thing. That would be fun. [00:41:03] Speaker 3: Oh, yeah. [00:41:04] Speaker 2: Right on. Oh, yeah. We definitely have a good handful of people launching stuff. Nice. I mean, everybody in here. That's what, yeah, that's what we're doing. [00:41:13] Speaker 6: Yeah. You guys will see. Just show up, and it's it's a... It... Like, it's a very good match. It's... She's trying things. You guys are trying things, and it's just, hey. Let's all try things together. Right? Let... Let's enjoy [00:41:26] Speaker 6: connecting with a celebrity who's also trying new things and seeing what works and what doesn't work, something like that. So... Cool. [00:41:35] Speaker 2: Right on. [00:41:36] Speaker 6: Thank you. [00:41:37] Speaker 5: Let's see if I can get you hooked up with Tasha Smith. Yeah. Yeah. She used the model for me when she was 16 years old. [00:41:45] Speaker 6: There you go. Okay. Alright. Very good. Yeah. That's... I always say, like, my ICP is experts, celebrities, and large community owners. That's that's typically who I'm working [00:41:56] Speaker 6: with. But the thing I love about this model is you can tell, like, I'm not selling anything. Like, I'm not asking anyone give dollars over here. You know, it's just, hey. Like, we're all... We'll all make money together. Don't sweat it. But [00:42:08] Speaker 6: let's all start running in the same direction and and figure out where those opportunities are, you know, that sort of thing. So... Cool. [00:42:18] Speaker 2: Lastly, I I wanna touch back to you, Melissa. I know Trishina had shared her, lessons, but I know you have some in your community. I'm not sure. You probably won't [00:42:30] Speaker 2: be able to share since there is this issue with the computer. But if you wanna talk to us about the direction you're heading with your community. [00:42:39] Speaker 4: Yeah. Unfortunately, I can't do anything. I'm on my cell phone right now, so there's nothing I can do. But, I mean, I can show you a pretty picture. [00:42:50] Speaker 2: I like it. I really like it. [00:42:51] Speaker 4: There you go. [00:42:54] Speaker 3: That's what I'm doing. [00:42:56] Speaker 2: It looks good. [00:42:57] Speaker 4: And I have... Let's see. I'm gonna have a store in here shortly. In my library, I've got, you know, quite a few things in here to keep some people [00:43:09] Speaker 4: busy. More things building right now. Mhmm. But that's it. Okay. More to more to come. [00:43:18] Speaker 2: Yeah. What is the... What is... I know you've shared about it too, but what what is your direction with your community you're trying to go? [00:43:27] Speaker 4: My direction can... Continues to evolve. You know? As as AI evolves, I think that we have to stay pretty fluid, and I'm [00:43:37] Speaker 4: constantly constantly tweaking. You know, what should I do? I... As you know, I changed some language in all of my all of my, you know, outreach and media, taking age [00:43:49] Speaker 4: limits off. [00:43:52] Speaker 4: And, you know, and with with these things that I sent you this morning, I'm I'm trying to reach to another level. I'm still gonna stay [00:44:03] Speaker 4: foundational, like, teaching at a level, but I think that it's important for what I assume is coming down the pike that [00:44:15] Speaker 4: people are gonna need to advance a little bit faster than what I was anticipating. And I wanna be able to... You... I wanna be able to have, like, an interactive tool that [00:44:27] Speaker 4: allows them to assess where they are, assess where they're going through a series of very intense back and forth [00:44:38] Speaker 4: conversations inside of your... If it's possible to help lead them to where they need to go. What are you good at? What are you bad at? What do you love? What do [00:44:50] Speaker 2: you hate? [00:44:51] Speaker 4: What do you know? And then, you know, it's just very interactive. So... Because I think that... I know I'm not a big... Let me give you my prompt library. I don't... [00:45:03] Speaker 4: I mean, I have some... I probably have 10,000 prompts in my library. I use zero because they're not built for me. So what I'm trying to teach is a foundation and then [00:45:14] Speaker 4: scaling up that you do it yourself. You know, you have to learn how to do this and how to work with your own... You know, whether it's... Whether they're gonna be [00:45:26] Speaker 4: able to work inside of Launchpad. I know there's tools, and all of that's great. But what kind of feedback are they gonna be able to get? I won't get into all the gory details, but I think you know where I'm going [00:45:38] Speaker 4: here. And and if not, then, you know, I've done... I've gotta restructure. But that's basically where I am right now. I mean, there... It's a lot of exciting stuff. I wish it was going faster, but it is what it [00:45:50] Speaker 4: is. And I'm constantly retooling and reevaluating and reaching out. You know? Like, I'm I'm on a reach out mission now. I'm not just sitting [00:46:02] Speaker 4: around waiting for someone to come to me. Now I'm I'm doing a lot of outreach personally. [00:46:07] Speaker 2: There you go. Alright. That's good. That is good. Yes. Okay. I I love that. I'm hearing. That's the way I like to teach too is it's... It is more personalized in [00:46:19] Speaker 2: teaching people just how to talk to AI. I mean, yeah, you can have a prompt and all of that, but it's a lot more simple, honestly, I think, than, you know, [00:46:31] Speaker 2: some complex prompt. Whenever AI doesn't give me the answer I want, I just say... I just tell it. Like, that's not what I want. Go try it this way. And I don't think people [00:46:43] Speaker 2: understand that they can do that. [00:46:45] Speaker 4: Yeah. I I I agree. I agree. And I don't think that they're gonna get the output that they need yet. They feel comfortable allowing, you know, deploying a... AI agents on their [00:46:57] Speaker 4: behalf if they can't trust what it's doing. And the only way that they're gonna get there is by this back and forth. It's a... You know, it's it's it's a relationship you're building. As weird as that sounds, they [00:47:09] Speaker 4: get to know you based upon your conversations. I don't even type anything anymore. I mean, I'm irritated when I have to type something. And I have them on speaker. When I [00:47:20] Speaker 4: say them, I mean, like, Claude and and ChatGPT and sometimes Gemini all going at once listening to me so I don't have to do it twice or three times. Like, this is what I want. This is [00:47:32] Speaker 4: the mission. Everybody give me, you know, your your best shot, you know, for me to use you, and then I'm gonna work them against each other. And I get really good stuff [00:47:44] Speaker 4: from this. Sometimes I get garbage, but, you know, like, I'm I'm aware enough to realize and recognize that it's garbage, and I can go back and dig for more. And not a lot of people are [00:47:56] Speaker 4: doing that, and that's you know, I'm I'm intentionally stripping things down because I don't wanna just hand people. You know, here's a... I could, you know, I could probably sell a ton of downloads on, you know, an [00:48:08] Speaker 4: Etsy store or whatever, you know, what... Whatever prompts and stuff. [00:48:14] Speaker 4: But in the end, I don't think that's really gonna do much. You know? You might need a prompt to get started. Mhmm. But then you really have to learn to do this on your own or or learn to... Learn [00:48:26] Speaker 4: the back and forth language with what you're using. [00:48:31] Speaker 4: I don't know how anyone else feels about that, but that's what's worked for me. [00:48:35] Speaker 2: Yeah. No. That's good. [00:48:37] Speaker 3: I like to, be like... So I use Copilot and Gemini a lot. And for the response, I'm like, well, Gemini said I should do this. And then Copilot, they level up like, oh, Gemini said you did... Well, yeah, I [00:48:49] Speaker 3: was thinking that too, but what I really want... Yeah. So y'all are competitive? Give me the best answer. At any of y'all's competition. Let me know what you got. [00:48:58] Speaker 2: Oh, yeah. [00:48:58] Speaker 4: Girl, you know you know they're gonna come after us when they're completely conscious. Right? [00:49:03] Speaker 3: Oh, yeah. Say please and thank you, though. Please. [00:49:06] Speaker 4: I I I say all the time, look. You know, I know this is gonna make you mad. But [00:49:12] Speaker 2: Oh my gosh. Wow. [00:49:15] Speaker 4: But I'm gonna have to insist that this is garbage, you need to redo it again. Yeah. I don't care if it's five in the morning. [00:49:21] Speaker 2: Oh my goodness. That's awesome. Thank you, guys. So just to recap from what I heard, what we're all doing. Well, Christina showed us [00:49:33] Speaker 2: how she's taking content and making [00:49:38] Speaker 2: resources with it, lessons with it. She's using it to fuel her community. Ron is working on a challenge for his community, and that's awesome. [00:49:49] Speaker 2: Chris is working with celebrities to launch what he's got going. And, Melissa, you are working on creating a a community that... I don't know. I wanna say it's kinda, like, [00:50:01] Speaker 2: self sustaining because they... They're not just getting a resource. They're understanding how a process works. [00:50:14] Speaker 2: So that's awesome. And congrats, everybody, for building what you're building. And maybe you're at where you wanna be and maybe you're not. That's okay. But we are here grinding it out, and [00:50:25] Speaker 2: I'm I'm I'm doing that with you. I'm out here in Colorado this week with Ariel and my buddy Ben and some other people, and I'll be working on LaunchBox, but probably less than [00:50:37] Speaker 2: I would be in... If I was in Texas. So I will get back to your emails. And if you do have questions, just email me, but I might not be as quick on the draw as I [00:50:49] Speaker 2: would be. But, yeah, thank you all for being here. Well, [00:50:54] Speaker 4: feel better. [00:50:55] Speaker 5: Thank you for [00:50:56] Speaker 4: your time away. Feel better. [00:50:58] Speaker 5: Yep. Absolutely. [00:51:00] Speaker 6: And I do have everybody's email that was in the... That they posted in the chat, and I'll throw them on the invite with Debbie. So her session...
