State the session’s outcome Write who the session is for, what you will demonstrate and what people can do afterward. Choose a realistic duration and one main activity. 2. Write the invitation and access plan Include the date, time zone, destination and any access requirement. Match the invitation with the audience you actually intend to admit. 3. Test the member journey Open the destination from the audience’s point of view. Check registration, joining instructions, the required account and where a person can ask for help. Keep a simple backup instruction for anyone who gets stuck. PRACTICE PROMPTS Adapted exercises. Replace bracketed text and review every result.
