[00:00:00] Speaker 1: Alright, guys. We are gonna go ahead and get started, and I'm gonna try to follow a format. Sometimes I follow a format. Sometimes we just do it organic. But we [00:00:12] Speaker 1: do typically start with introductions. I'm Ian. I am in Texas. I am working on LaunchBox, and I'm gonna pass to Gail. Gail is new [00:00:24] Speaker 1: here. [00:00:25] Speaker 0: Hello. I'm Gail. What what do you want? What do you want? I'm gonna say it. [00:00:31] Speaker 1: Oh, yeah. Good. Yeah. Who you are, where you're from, and what you're working on. Inside LaunchBox or outside LaunchBox? It doesn't matter. [00:00:39] Speaker 0: Okay. So I'm in Georgia, and I am working on a [00:00:46] Speaker 0: six week coaching program. And it's kind of unique in that I want to teach people how to use AI to, like, be able to read their labs, [00:00:58] Speaker 0: to look at more than just normal and get to the optimal, and biohacking and different alternatives and... Yeah. That's what I'm [00:01:10] Speaker 0: working on. [00:01:12] Speaker 1: Heck yeah. Yeah. I got to hear a bit of Gail's story last week, and it was powerful. I'm glad I hear you, Gail. [00:01:20] Speaker 0: Me too. [00:01:22] Speaker 1: Tushina? [00:01:25] Speaker 2: Yes. Gail, glad you're here before I jump into mine. Love that direction for AI. Last year, it was AI and TikTok to help me get two diagnosis. Like, yes. Finally. Yeah. [00:01:36] Speaker 2: Mhmm. Yeah. After three years of trial and error, but that's another story. But, whoo, way to go. Love that. So I'm Jashana Shelton in Indianapolis, founder of AI After Hours. Woo hoo. [00:01:49] Speaker 2: And so we do mainly support women... Multitasking women who just wanna play around, learn some AI, sharpen their tools, and encourage each other. [00:02:01] Speaker 2: This week, I am working on my digital store. Apparently, I need to trim it down some. So, yeah, we'll do that. [00:02:10] Speaker 1: Mhmm. Okay. Cool. Annette? Thank you,. Oh, [00:02:16] Speaker 3: okay. [00:02:18] Speaker 3: Well, you know, I'm doing PowerSuite, which is my version of LaunchBox, and I am finally rally rally... Red. Oh my god. I can't talk. Ready to actually launch it, and I'm trying to put everything together [00:02:30] Speaker 3: for a campaign. I don't know if you've seen it yet, and I sent it to you. But I have completed my first avatar video. It's got some bumps because [00:02:42] Speaker 3: I chose complete over quality. I wanted to just go through the step and understand the process, and I did it. So now I have to... I think only one more round through, and [00:02:54] Speaker 3: it'll be presentable. It... My script for it is actually, hey, about launching PowerSuite. So I really wanna have this ready and use it when I start posting next [00:03:05] Speaker 3: week... By next week. And that's my biggest accomplishment. I finished my financial app, my version of Quicken or QuickBooks, I guess, and it's [00:03:16] Speaker 3: executable, ready to share. I'm trying to launch a couple of people into beta testing it for me. And other than that, I'm just plotting with whatever I can plot with every [00:03:28] Speaker 3: day. That's about it. [00:03:30] Speaker 1: Mhmm. Heck yes. I'm interested to see your Avatar video, and that's... I'll get... [00:03:38] Speaker 3: I said the one with even the warts I emailed it, a link to you. [00:03:43] Speaker 1: Okay. I'm I'm sure it... [00:03:45] Speaker 3: It's not really too bad that I just wanted to go through the steps and not mess around with getting everything perfect. And at least I... It actually... It was so exciting just watching it [00:03:56] Speaker 3: work. And now I have to go through and take my time and do it again. [00:04:01] Speaker 1: I guess. That's awesome. And I I saw that you'd said... You sent me that. I have to go find it and watch it. So... Okay. [00:04:11] Speaker 3: It's a reply to your launch email this morning. [00:04:14] Speaker 1: Ah, okay. Good. [00:04:15] Speaker 3: That's fine. Let's see [00:04:16] Speaker 1: it. Yeah. [00:04:16] Speaker 2: Okay. That's okay. [00:04:18] Speaker 1: I saw Melissa. Yes. She says, hello. She's in class and working on something new and so excited. She's gonna share with us next week and use AI to go over her mother's entire hospital bill and [00:04:30] Speaker 1: found a mistake. That's awesome. I love that. I've been using AI to help me with the dispute too with Replit, which is another story, [00:04:42] Speaker 1: but it's helpful with that kind of stuff. [00:04:47] Speaker 1: Ariel, I know she's at work. If you wanna say hi and you can, come on in. Gonzalo is coming in too. [00:05:02] Speaker 1: Oh, yes. Hi, Donzella. Welcome in. Glad you can make it with us here. [00:05:08] Speaker 2: Hey. Hi. [00:05:10] Speaker 1: Hi. Is this your first time on the launch and learn call? [00:05:15] Speaker 4: The Wednesday. Yes. So I did... [00:05:19] Speaker 4: You and Jashina had did something a couple weeks ago, and so I'm really excited about that. So [00:05:26] Speaker 1: Yeah. [00:05:27] Speaker 4: I'm having some questions. I am so excited about what I'm gonna turn this into. So, yeah, so me and my... So, yeah, so I have some questions. I have, like, a sheet of questions for us [00:05:38] Speaker 4: on Friday when we chat. I'm excited. [00:05:42] Speaker 1: Heck yes. I am too. I am too. Yes. So here on the launch and learn, it's it's different from that last call. This is more so just to check-in with founders. [00:05:55] Speaker 1: We will touch on LaunchBox in some aspects, but we've all gone and just said hello, where we're from, and what it is that we're working on. So if you care to tell us who you are, [00:06:07] Speaker 1: where you're calling in from, and what it is that you do. [00:06:13] Speaker 4: Absolutely. So my name is Ella Margaux. I am the founder of Nourish. I am a self trust educator. So I help women [00:06:24] Speaker 4: stop sneaking into a life that they don't want while finding the life that they truly wanna be in. And I do that through a series of workshops, [00:06:35] Speaker 4: events. And then I also wanna build a community where we do self love challenges. And so that is what I'm really, really excited about. How am [00:06:47] Speaker 4: I gonna build my community where we can go in, love each other, support each other, and where my activities can be housed as opposed to sending out a email daily, how to send [00:06:59] Speaker 4: out... And Facebook daily, and people are not really participating in. So I wanna be able to... The community to be able... Because I give them things that reflects on self love, self [00:07:10] Speaker 4: trust, and things, you know I'm saying, daily. So I want a place for that. So I'm I'm excited. [00:07:16] Speaker 1: Heck yeah. Heck yes. Yes. And I know we do have a call on Friday, so I'll be able to answer a lot Okay.... Questions more on that call. [00:07:25] Speaker 1: What I will share too with LaunchBox and updates as far as that goes is... Let's see. I I made a a post this morning about how [00:07:38] Speaker 1: I've been working on LaunchBox for a year. Annette and other people have been around since the beginning, seeing it grow. And it's gone from last month being 20 active [00:07:50] Speaker 1: users every week to this month. Every week, it's been around 200, two fifty, and that's 10 x growth. And that's incredible. And I am [00:08:02] Speaker 1: super thankful for those of you who have grown this community with me so far. And I'm excited for this coming year and what's what's happening now. So we'll see what [00:08:14] Speaker 1: happens this next year. Let's see what else. Jashina has started helping me with some stuff officially as far as we're we're piloting how she can [00:08:26] Speaker 1: help with LaunchBox because she has been successful and is doing an amazing job of running her community, exploring LaunchBox, and really understanding how to use [00:08:37] Speaker 1: it. And on top of that, she is a coach herself. She's an AI fiend like me and like a lot of you here. So I feel really good about having Jashina [00:08:49] Speaker 1: helping me out with really helping new communities get onboarded at this point. That's sort of what we're we're working with is how she can [00:09:00] Speaker 1: help people not just get adjusted on LaunchBox, but whatever it is that you're specifically building, she can help shape that in [00:09:12] Speaker 1: your community to get started so that you feel supported because that's important. So huge thank you to Doshino. Thank you. I'm excited. It's just... It's cool. It's really [00:09:24] Speaker 1: cool. And it's... I also said how it's hard being a founder, and I know that we've all had our ups and downs being founders. Sometimes it feels like I am talking [00:09:36] Speaker 1: at the air when I post those videos or whenever I make a post and there's no likes or whatever. And so I know what that feels like, and I can only share my experience has been [00:09:48] Speaker 1: persistence, being authentic and true to myself, showing people what it is with all of the messiness in between because that's real. [00:09:58] Speaker 1: And and then pivoting because I've gotten a lot of awesome feedback from you guys here specifically of what's working, what doesn't work for you in the platform. And that is gold, [00:10:10] Speaker 1: honestly, as [00:10:12] Speaker 1: as a founder. If you can find a few people who are willing to stick with you through the through the messy parts and tell you, hey. This is working. This isn't working. I mean, that's gold. So thank you guys so much. [00:10:24] Speaker 1: And lastly, [00:10:29] Speaker 1: Jashina and I will be doing another workshop on the twenty ninth or... Yeah. The twenty ninth. And we're gonna be running it differently than we have in the past. It's going to [00:10:41] Speaker 1: be a paid workshop, and it's gonna be $29 for the workshop. [00:10:48] Speaker 1: And it's really geared towards people who don't already have a community in LaunchBox so that we can spend that time with them specifically to get them onboarded and built. So [00:11:01] Speaker 1: if... I know, Ella, you're the only one here who isn't on the platform at this point. Maybe that's something you would be interested in and or anybody here who knows [00:11:13] Speaker 1: somebody who knows somebody or whatever. We got that workshop, and you'll see more stuff coming out about that. But enough about me and LaunchBox. I do want [00:11:24] Speaker 1: to spend some time [00:11:28] Speaker 1: doing... I I mentioned last week, I wanna do show and tell. I wanna do show and tell a little bit more. Maybe that can be a part of this format as well, not every week necessarily, but whether it's your [00:11:40] Speaker 1: platform, and that I may put you on the spot with... If you're interested in showing your app for a few minutes and just showing us what it is that you're working on. I would like to [00:11:52] Speaker 1: do that. So [00:11:54] Speaker 1: how does that sound? [00:11:56] Speaker 3: That's fun. [00:11:58] Speaker 1: K. You never know what it's gonna be here. [00:12:02] Speaker 3: Because I wanna see other people's too. I learn a lot when I see what other people are creating, and a lot of the suggestions that help them help me too. That's what this is all about is we bounce off of [00:12:14] Speaker 3: each other. [00:12:15] Speaker 1: Awesome. Yes. And maybe [00:12:18] Speaker 3: would...... We're all learning. [00:12:20] Speaker 1: Yes. Yes. And maybe I will throw it to Jashina as well to... If she's open to showing her community. I know she may have stepped away here for a sec. Yeah. If [00:12:32] Speaker 1: you are able to hop in and wanna show your stuff, [00:12:38] Speaker 1: style guides. So let's... Yes. I can go into a little bit of that [00:12:49] Speaker 1: towards the end to answer maybe some more of those specific questions. I can spend the last fifteen minutes or so answering questions. Alright. Jashina, are you good to do that? [00:13:04] Speaker 1: She said yes. I guess. [00:13:05] Speaker 2: I I did say yes. She said, [00:13:07] Speaker 1: oh, yes. Yeah. Let's get a... [00:13:09] Speaker 2: I wanna see Annette's app too, though. Like... [00:13:12] Speaker 3: Yeah. Okay. You're out. [00:13:14] Speaker 1: Yeah. Annette, you're up next. [00:13:18] Speaker 3: Oh, okay. Now you know this is always my challenges, so I gotta pull you out here. Mhmm. And I gotta open it over here. [00:13:31] Speaker 1: You know? Okay. Okay. So I will time box this. So we'll do a show and tell for no more than five minutes. Awesome sauce. [00:13:41] Speaker 2: Yeah. Okay. So this is AI After Hours. I made a post actually while we were talking because I forgot to make my post for today. Last night, we held what I call salon sessions. It's very similar [00:13:53] Speaker 2: to this call here. It's just where the community members have the opportunity to come in, and we can, the idea behind the salon session is, as you can see in the picture, back in the day, we used to go to beauty salons. During that time, [00:14:05] Speaker 2: we used to talk about anything, everything. And if you just sit around and listen, you can learn a lot. And so that's what our Tuesday night sessions are. Last night, miss Adrian joined me. It was very exciting because some nights, like [00:14:17] Speaker 2: like Ian said. Right? Like, you're talking to yourself. You're talking to air. And you're like, okay. This is gonna be great b roll footage. But in the meantime, so... Yeah. So miss Adrian joined me. She has built, [00:14:28] Speaker 2: four different voting registration micro apps trying to get, team voters excited. Miss Adrian was one of my students who reached out, and then we did some vibe [00:14:40] Speaker 2: coding, and she's just really taken off. [00:14:44] Speaker 2: And so we were talking about that, and then, of course, we went to some other political stuff that seems to be going on in the state that has 63 counties in the state of emergency. But that's not what this is about. So AI after hours, [00:14:57] Speaker 2: it's my general feed. I had to put one of my agents in time out because we got into an argument. We're not gonna talk about the fact that I was arguing with my own agent. We're not. Okay. Great. So so she got [00:15:09] Speaker 2: replaced. She's on a two week suspension. I replaced her with real talk Rachel. Rachel comes in every day with a YouTube video. Some little snippet. I'm like, okay, Rachel. I like that. Because this [00:15:21] Speaker 2: is a group for women, she comes in with, like, a lot of female founder or female energy. And this this video was, like, just rare, not even about AI, but it's like car dealers won't tell you this. I was like, what? Because I'm in the market for [00:15:33] Speaker 2: a vehicle. So I was like, well, let me check this out. I know it... It's just good tidbits. So the way that their personality is set, I just love it. Even when I'm arguing with them, [00:15:45] Speaker 2: I will respond back to some of the stuff that they say Because, one, that shows my level of engagement, and two, when they're preparing stuff, it's stuff I may not know. So... Yep. So that's the feed. It just [00:15:57] Speaker 2: keeps going. [00:16:00] Speaker 2: Let's see. Mondays, we have micro course Mondays. This Monday was no [00:16:04] Speaker 1: different. Mhmm. [00:16:06] Speaker 2: Yeah. And so our courses are still right here, all on brand. You know, I wanna see you helping me some of these images because I don't remember them being here. So thank you if you did. If not, okay. [00:16:18] Speaker 2: No. [00:16:21] Speaker 2: Yes. So on Mondays, they get a micro course. It's a live video training. After that thirty minutes, I usually upload the PowerPoint and the PDF. The PDF is listed in resources. Micro [00:16:33] Speaker 2: course Mondays is now only gonna be for my pro members, which also leads into feedback Friday to help keep them engaged, keep them motivated, and give them something different for being a pro [00:16:45] Speaker 2: member. [00:16:48] Speaker 2: Events, I think the only thing left for this week is feedback Friday. So on Monday, they get a course. Friday, we talk about the course, and that's every week. [00:16:59] Speaker 2: Sundays, our newsletter goes out. And I love the fact that this newsletter or our newsletter campaign feeds off of the conversations that happen in the actual community feed. So [00:17:11] Speaker 2: oftentimes, stuff that we talked about that week or stuff that was discussed within the community feed is synthesized and then given back in the form of a newsletter. Yeah. That wasn't my doing. I I [00:17:23] Speaker 2: love a newsletter agent. Come on. All these AI employees, please continue to work. Even the ones that see things different than me have been very helpful. [00:17:32] Speaker 1: Mhmm. [00:17:34] Speaker 2: I'm not sure. [00:17:36] Speaker 2: Is there anything else I need to... Or any any questions? Anything anyone would like to see? [00:17:44] Speaker 1: I like very much that you have sort of, like, themed days. And for me, that's something that I want to integrate as well. So I think that is an awesome idea. [00:17:57] Speaker 1: And, yeah, like, it's... Your your salon on Tuesdays have been a couple times, and you're consistent with it. And sometimes... Again, just like this call, [00:18:09] Speaker 1: sometimes it's only been one person on this call. But, like, now we got six people. Who knows where we'll be in a few. You know? And so I I just like that consistency in [00:18:21] Speaker 1: the theme and branding. [00:18:24] Speaker 0: Thank you. Thank you. Thank you all. [00:18:26] Speaker 1: Yes. [00:18:28] Speaker 2: Yep. So I'm not I'm not sure if that was my five minutes, but I just wanna say I like this LaunchBox life. I'm excited to be here with you all. [00:18:36] Speaker 1: You, Deshina. Okay. [00:18:39] Speaker 1: Miss Annette, I will set a timer for you as well. I mean, you are good to go. [00:18:45] Speaker 3: It'll take me that long just to share the screen. [00:18:49] Speaker 1: Okay. Okay. [00:18:51] Speaker 3: Go here and then go here, I think... [00:18:58] Speaker 1: Oh, she did it. [00:18:59] Speaker 3: Okay. So you have the screen now, and then I have to go... [00:19:05] Speaker 1: So So we only see your tab if you're gonna try to [00:19:09] Speaker 1: share anything other than your community here. [00:19:12] Speaker 3: Okay. Where'd you go? Okay. So I need to go to another opening of it. Right? [00:19:21] Speaker 1: It's probably the easiest to share your full screen, but that's also your discretion. [00:19:28] Speaker 3: Okay. Let me remember how to do that. Let me stop sharing. [00:19:32] Speaker 1: Mhmm. [00:19:35] Speaker 3: I have a lot more practice of this thing under apps than I do here. [00:19:41] Speaker 3: Entire screen. That's what you want. [00:19:44] Speaker 1: That's the that's the best option. [00:19:51] Speaker 1: Alright. And start your timer. [00:19:55] Speaker 0: Okay. [00:19:58] Speaker 3: But I'm not seeing the where are you? I'm not seeing my PowerSuite. How do I get to it from here? [00:20:06] Speaker 1: Up there on the tab? You were In... On the on the browser? Yeah. [00:20:12] Speaker 1: There we go. Now you see me? Mhmm. [00:20:14] Speaker 3: Okay. Got it. Alright. Well, so long story how I ended up with PowerSuite. One of the first confusions I created was I did something different and then decided to change it. [00:20:26] Speaker 3: And, of course, I didn't ask Ian first, so I created a great mess he had to straighten out for me. I [00:20:33] Speaker 3: don't have a lot of content yet. Even most of what's in my feed is coming from the agent. And this is what I hope to have ready next week. I've got one course almost ready. [00:20:45] Speaker 3: And I did a wait list for a little while and didn't get any real reaction. My five members is me and Ian and I think my son, and I don't [00:20:56] Speaker 3: remember. It's all people I know. It's not anybody that, you know, really is doing anything with this. I hope to change that next week, but I don't know if you've [00:21:08] Speaker 3: seen the new studio, and I really sort of like that layout. I've had some fun with it. And then I love the campaign. I'm [00:21:20] Speaker 3: fixing to get back into it. And there was... That's not the one I wanna go to because I... Even I asked the helper, the director when I'm [00:21:32] Speaker 3: here, Ian. [00:21:33] Speaker 1: Mhmm. [00:21:34] Speaker 3: Is it... Is there a way to actually open this back up? Is it possible to reuse it, edit it, and then create a new post from it, or do I just have to start over? [00:21:47] Speaker 3: He didn't know. He said... [00:21:49] Speaker 1: Do you mean the image? You wanna reuse the image? [00:21:51] Speaker 3: Well, no. The whole... Like, this is... [00:21:56] Speaker 3: Well, I'm not seeing it. Now I'm a little confused. These are the campaigns. Right? But this isn't what I was seeing yesterday. So we'll have to come back to that because it's not [00:22:08] Speaker 3: it's not giving me what I was seeing yesterday. So we'll talk about that. I have it on my list whenever we can have a call. But I I don't really have a lot [00:22:20] Speaker 3: yet because I've been busy just... I built a website for it. Mhmm. And [00:22:27] Speaker 3: I... [00:22:29] Speaker 3: I've been working on getting ready to post it, and I wanna have that avatar for the first post. Where are you? How's my time? Oh, can [00:22:37] Speaker 1: I show [00:22:38] Speaker 3: can I show my avatar? How do I... I got... I... Let me find the link. I opened it on the link. I just have to find it. Here it is [00:22:50] Speaker 3: now. So I would have to... [00:22:55] Speaker 1: You can hit x on that little floating thing. [00:22:59] Speaker 3: Just just do that. There we go. Okay. And now are you sharing... Is this sharing all... Already? [00:23:07] Speaker 1: Yeah. We can't hear it, but it's it's because... [00:23:12] Speaker 3: Oh, good. I hear there is a serious mess up in the video. There we... [00:23:18] Speaker 1: I mean, it looks a lot like you. [00:23:20] Speaker 3: It's actually a very recent... I was a very... It was a very recent picture. I have my wig on, and I asked for some teeth. [00:23:30] Speaker 3: Mhmm. And it's basically... I'm excited to tell you about what we've created and hope you'll join us, blah blah blah. Mhmm. And it's sixty seconds? [00:23:41] Speaker 5: Is that [00:23:41] Speaker 3: too long for Facebook? [00:23:43] Speaker 1: No. What did you use to make this? [00:23:48] Speaker 3: I started in Haitian. [00:23:51] Speaker 1: Yes. [00:23:51] Speaker 3: And it connected me to... Anyway, you get the idea. Mhmm. [00:24:00] Speaker 3: You... I can't find you now. Where'd you go? It connects you to lab for your recording, eleven lab. And then... [00:24:10] Speaker 3: I forget what it was. There was... Think it connected me to... Ah, there it was. Okay. Now have I stopped sharing and get... Yes. I did. Okay. [00:24:23] Speaker 3: Anyway, it connects you to Eleven Labs to do your recording. You do it right there if you want to. And then I thought it connected me somewhere else. Oh, when you go to create video, it does [00:24:34] Speaker 3: offer you some things to use, but you start from the avatar you wanna use and say create video. And then you can upload a script, or you can upload a recording. [00:24:48] Speaker 3: You can type a script right in there to do that part. But all I know... So I actually able to complete one, and it works. And that was a thrilling feeling to actually finish [00:24:59] Speaker 3: something. And like I said, I sort of chose to... I chose completion over quality. I just skipped skip spending a lot of time making things perfect [00:25:11] Speaker 3: because I just wanted to see it get through and see it work. I wanted to understand the workflow. I'm very excited. This is really was an accomplishment for me because, you know, there are so many ways out there [00:25:23] Speaker 3: to do this. I was confused enough. I didn't even know where to start. And a friend in another group that I'm involved in actually had taken a [00:25:35] Speaker 3: very extensive class on creating avatars, and she created me an eight step instruction of how to do it. And, you know, when you're starting out, those kind of workflows are really [00:25:46] Speaker 3: helpful. And I give her all the credit. I could not have done this at the rate I did it or the quality I did it even without her help. We have to help each other. We really do. [00:25:58] Speaker 1: Yes. [00:25:58] Speaker 3: So that's my kudos to her and my gratitude to me. So [00:26:04] Speaker 1: Yes. I love that. [00:26:05] Speaker 3: For letting me tell it. Thank me for thank you for letting me show it to you. So, basically, that's gonna be my spiel, and then there'll be information about PowerSuite down in the write up. And that'll [00:26:17] Speaker 3: be my first announcement. Come sign up and join us, and then I'll build content from there. That's my plan by Monday, I hope. [00:26:25] Speaker 1: Let's go. Okay. Awesome, Annette. Thank you. [00:26:28] Speaker 3: I I need members. [00:26:30] Speaker 1: Yes. We can do that here towards the end. We can share our links. I'll I'll share my screen here in a bit and answer Melissa's question and then show [00:26:42] Speaker 1: everyone how to share your links just to refresher, and then we can throw them in the chat and then join. If you wanna do that now, you can do that if you know how to do it. Otherwise, we'll do that here in a sec. [00:26:54] Speaker 1: One thing I am wanting to touch on now, as I'm learning as I'm learning as a founder, how to create create a brand and [00:27:06] Speaker 1: and to talk to my [00:27:10] Speaker 1: to the person who is interested in buying LaunchBox. I'm learning how to do that. So it's a little bit... It's way simpler than, I guess, I was thinking. [00:27:21] Speaker 1: It was... I was in Atlanta for tech week, and Ariel joined me on this one talk where it was a marketing person. And something that she said stuck with me [00:27:33] Speaker 1: along the lines of what questions are your potential customers asking and to create your content [00:27:44] Speaker 1: around answering those questions for your users. And it's like, I kinda... I don't know. It's very straightforward, but I hadn't thought of [00:27:56] Speaker 1: it in that particular way. Whenever I'm creating content, I'm typically showing people a LaunchBox. I'm like, look at all this awesome stuff that it can do. But for people, that's [00:28:08] Speaker 1: not necessarily what they wanted. What's gonna sell them on it? It... What it is is what problem is it solving for them when they're going into Google and [00:28:19] Speaker 1: they're overwhelmed because they don't have a straightforward path to launch, what is it that they're searching for? And, Melissa, you were one of the people that brought [00:28:31] Speaker 1: that up to me as, like, just the overwhelm of not knowing where to start, and LaunchBox is my solution to that. But I am curious [00:28:44] Speaker 1: what, [00:28:46] Speaker 1: yeah, if anybody has something that... To share on that. I'll show I'll show you what I did. [00:28:56] Speaker 1: Essentially, I have used ChatGPT, and I do use ChatGPT. I use Cloud. I use LaunchBox. This time, I use ChatGPT to [00:29:11] Speaker 1: to help me dial in those questions that my people are asking. So here, I'll pull up a window. [00:29:30] Speaker 1: Alright. [00:29:33] Speaker 1: So because all of these amazing AI tools know us over time, mine knows me pretty well by now, and it's connected to various documents [00:29:44] Speaker 1: and other things in my Google Drive. But I said something as simple as this, based on my [00:29:53] Speaker 1: ideal customer profile or ICP, what are some of the questions they may be asking [00:30:04] Speaker 1: before they find LaunchBox? [00:30:11] Speaker 1: And some of you may have done something like this. I'm just showing you because it's new for me, and it's kind of unlocked how I'm presenting the content. And so it's going through. It's pulling [00:30:22] Speaker 1: from all of my details. I'm curious. Has anybody done something like this or thought of it in this [00:30:34] Speaker 1: way? And I'm just [00:30:39] Speaker 1: showing you something you already [00:30:40] Speaker 0: know. I [00:30:44] Speaker 1: mean, it... It's it's... It feels like a no brainer. [00:30:50] Speaker 1: So here it says, they're asking, how do I turn what I know into something people will actually join, use, and pay for without becoming a full time content creator or tech [00:31:02] Speaker 1: manager? From there, their questions fall into a few clear groups. How do I turn my knowledge into an online program? What could I create that people would actually pay for? Should I create a [00:31:14] Speaker 1: course, community membership, cohort, workshop, or mastermind? How do I package my experience into a clear offer? Do I need an entire course before I launch? And so on for that. And then building and launching a [00:31:25] Speaker 1: community category. How do I start an online community from scratch? What do I need before launching a paid community? How do I get my first 10 members? How large does my audience need to be? [00:31:38] Speaker 1: Keeping members engaged. Why do online communities become inactive? How do I keep a community engaged without posting every day? Making money, escaping the tool mess, using AI without losing the [00:31:49] Speaker 1: human element, the private beers underneath those questions, the strong questions for your marketing. If I was prioritizing LaunchBox content, I would start with these. How do I turn what I know into a paid online [00:32:01] Speaker 1: experience? Should I build a course community, membership, or cohort? How do I launch an online community without already having everything built? And so... On like that. And [00:32:13] Speaker 1: so as I'm generating my content, I can say something like, help me create a post that answers [00:32:25] Speaker 1: one of these [00:32:28] Speaker 1: questions. [00:32:34] Speaker 1: And, I mean, it makes a lot of sense to me. Instead of showing people, like, fire hosing them with, here's all of the awesome stuff LaunchBox can do, it's like, well, what are they actually [00:32:46] Speaker 1: looking for in the first place? They're not looking to hear a list of features. They wanna know something like this. Do I need to build an entire course before I launch my community? No. In fact, trying to build [00:32:58] Speaker 1: everything first is one of the easiest ways to never launch, which is so true. You probably don't need 12 modules, 40 recorded videos, and a massive resource library. Your first version needs one clear result [00:33:09] Speaker 1: you want to help people achieve, one useful lesson, workshop, or starting experience, one way for members to participate, one reason for them to come back, a real invitation to a few real people. [00:33:21] Speaker 1: That's enough to begin learning what people actually need from you. Your first members will show you which questions keep coming up, where they get stuck, and what resources are worth creating next. You can then build the [00:33:33] Speaker 1: program around real participation instead of spending months guessing. This is something I've been thinking about a lot while building Launchbox, and it's true. It is. The goal isn't to help people create a giant library of content before [00:33:45] Speaker 1: they're allowed to begin. It's to help someone take what they already know, build the first version, and invite someone to it. The first build is the starting place, not the finished business. What's one experience? You could invite people [00:33:57] Speaker 1: into without building an entire course first. So that, really, in a nutshell, does is what I've seen on LaunchBox with people thinking, oh, I need to have all of [00:34:08] Speaker 1: this before I can start to bring people in. And I... Again, from my personal experience... [00:34:16] Speaker 1: K. Yeah. From my personal experience, like I shared at the beginning, having my first few customers coming into LaunchBox to help understand what it is that they need has helped me [00:34:28] Speaker 1: to shape the platform into being what it is, into being something that more and more people want to join. So the call, again, is don't... [00:34:40] Speaker 1: Yeah. What is the one step that you can take? Just start bringing people in. What is the one thing? It doesn't need to be a whole suite of courses, a whole suite of resources. [00:34:52] Speaker 1: Just start bringing people in, and then that's gonna give you the data that you need to provide an excellent community. And Jashina is doing that as well. She's she's definitely [00:35:04] Speaker 1: seeing what's working. She's got one agent that works, one agent that doesn't. And yeah. So that is my that is my big takeaway from Tech [00:35:16] Speaker 1: Week, honestly. I mean, it seems so simple, but it's honestly very powerful. And I got to meet the the woman who I didn't really get to meet her. Ariel and I ran into her at [00:35:28] Speaker 1: a restaurant, and we said hello. I was like, oh, that's very, very good talk you had. So, anyways, what does any... Does anybody have any thoughts on this? [00:35:42] Speaker 1: I know I've seen some people in the chat there. I can put those out. [00:35:48] Speaker 1: A great question to ask is what problem can LaunchBox help solve? Yep. [00:35:55] Speaker 4: Think Yes. For me, the biggest thing, like, where where I'm at right now is I have... Like I said, we have a meeting on Friday, and I have composed so many [00:36:07] Speaker 4: questions for you. [00:36:09] Speaker 1: Yeah. [00:36:09] Speaker 4: As opposed to just getting in here. I'll come up with the name, make sure that it wasn't copywritten. I got rules already. I got all these things, but [00:36:20] Speaker 1: I have [00:36:20] Speaker 4: not yet launched the, you know, launched the community. [00:36:25] Speaker 1: Yeah. I [00:36:27] Speaker 4: know part of my hesitation is, like, is this gonna be able to support all the things it is that I wanna be able to do? And just by watching some of the tools and the things it is that you guys say that you are [00:36:39] Speaker 4: building and developing, it... You know, trying to get my brain to process that it doesn't all have to happen, like, on day one because nobody's gonna use all those tools on day one. Mhmm. So [00:36:52] Speaker 4: that is my perfectionist area type kinda jumping. And so I'm a take a deep breath, and I'm going to ask you half of the questions on the [00:37:04] Speaker 4: worksheet on Friday. [00:37:06] Speaker 1: Ella, that's that's a... That's very, I don't know, insightful, I guess, that, yeah, you you recognize that. And that is that is kinda what I'm talking about because I do it too. And I've made a post as well the other day [00:37:18] Speaker 1: about meeting Maurizia, who has been on LaunchBox for months. And Ariel and I met with her when we were out there. She lives in Atlanta, and it's really cool to be able to meet people [00:37:30] Speaker 1: in person that I've met online. Hopefully, I'll get the chance to meet all of you in person one day. But... [00:37:39] Speaker 1: Yeah. She... She's a planner. She's a project manager manager. And so for her, planning feels safe, and I totally get that. I'm on I'm on the planning side too. Planning feels [00:37:51] Speaker 1: safe, and it feels good, and it feels productive. And same thing with building launch box. I mean, you guys see me building so much, and sometimes that feels, like, productive. Because it is, and it and it it is. Because [00:38:03] Speaker 1: I'm trying to make the platform better for you guys. But if I get so caught up in that, then I'm I'm... I think I'm trying to escape something a little bit. Like, where the real work actually is [00:38:14] Speaker 1: is getting uncomfortable. And, really, like, for me, it's making a sale and, like, saying, hey. Come and join LaunchBox. That... That's hard to say sometimes, [00:38:26] Speaker 1: but I I believe in it now. And I I don't have to hide behind behind it, and I have the proof that it's working for people. But it [00:38:38] Speaker 1: wouldn't have been without experimenting and seeing what's working and what isn't. So that's my call to action is to is to act on that [00:38:50] Speaker 1: uncomfortable bit bit. [00:38:54] Speaker 1: And that says, I like to move forward when ideas come, then have to review and fix later. We will begin to wonder when you sleep. [00:39:06] Speaker 1: What do you mean by that? [00:39:10] Speaker 3: Because you're spending so much time on it. I mean, every time I go in, oh my god. He added something new or he fixed what we talked about in the meeting. I mean, you're amazing. So, like, I [00:39:22] Speaker 3: will begin to wonder if you're sleeping at all keeping up with it. [00:39:26] Speaker 1: Mhmm. [00:39:27] Speaker 3: But you're you're doing a great job. I love that you're going out to these events and stuff. That's exciting. [00:39:34] Speaker 1: It is exciting. And it's it's... I mean, it's exciting to see... Whenever I I log in, I'm able to see how many people have been active. And it's cool. People are being... I mean, I'm seeing Annette [00:39:45] Speaker 1: and Jashina in there all the time. So you're always at the top of the list. But more and more people are coming in and exploring. And to me, that feels very good, but it's, yeah, it's not [00:39:57] Speaker 1: without having many weeks of just a net in there or, you know, whoever just poking around. But as far [00:40:04] Speaker 3: as we're...... Mind over being watched. Watch out your feet. [00:40:10] Speaker 1: No. No. It's not like that. It's just it's just like a little... It's like crazy...... Ahead. [00:40:14] Speaker 3: You know, I'm in there trying. You know, spending the time in there. I'm only about three months late launching. [00:40:21] Speaker 1: Yes. Yeah. I I, again, am very grateful. Thank you, guys. [00:40:28] Speaker 1: So in the spirit of me building in LaunchBox, I am... I have been working on updates to the courses because [00:40:40] Speaker 1: because it's it's just not been the most [00:40:45] Speaker 1: user friendly, I guess. Like... So I am working on that just as a heads up. I am... All of your existing courses will be still there. But I I met [00:40:57] Speaker 1: with Jashina the other day, and she's like, oh, I didn't know there was a a director in here that could help me build a campaign. So as you can tell, I'm moving more towards that being the main user interface [00:41:09] Speaker 1: is using a chat, just like we're all used to in ChatGPT or Cloud to create [00:41:17] Speaker 1: as well as working on ways to make it easier to monetize with those courses so that it's more understandable how to do that, [00:41:29] Speaker 1: monetizing with video calls, and other pieces like that. So I saw Melissa's [00:41:41] Speaker 1: question earlier, and so I can go ahead and hop into showing LaunchBox and answering some of those questions. I believe Melissa had asked about changing the [00:41:52] Speaker 1: branding. Am I right on that, Melissa? User friendly? Yeah. [00:41:57] Speaker 5: Hey. Hey. Yeah. It's just I have a style guide for weeks now that I, you know, pop in every once in while. And, like, for me, it's just, like, frustrating because I wanna get [00:42:08] Speaker 0: it [00:42:08] Speaker 5: done, but I can't get it done because I can't figure out where to put it. So, [00:42:15] Speaker 5: you know, just user friendly. I'm not saying that it isn't. I'm just saying I couldn't find it, and then, you know, I get distracted by shiny pretty things. So, you know, then I'm off to something else. But, [00:42:27] Speaker 5: yeah, just... I literally have a style guide so that I can start to do things that are in my style because my entire brand is [00:42:38] Speaker 5: about my style. And if it... If if if I shoot something out there that doesn't look anything like me, I'm not comfortable with that. I want it to be my style. So that's [00:42:50] Speaker 5: it. Thank you. [00:42:51] Speaker 1: Yeah. Yes. Of course. Okay. So number one, I'll show you. We... I have been very fixated on the campaigns and and making sure that... Because just [00:43:03] Speaker 1: like you said, it's very important for a lot of us to have our content that's going out to our platforms to be branded as us. One, you don't want it to look like somebody else. [00:43:16] Speaker 1: Yeah. I've had that, and it's it's... I I had that recently, and it it bugged me. And I was like, that's not me. That's impostor Ian. So I'll show you what that looks like [00:43:28] Speaker 1: here and my solution to that currently. So here's the main feed we're all familiar with. You go into the studio, which the studio, just as a heads up, it's [00:43:40] Speaker 1: going to be replacing that apps area. So I'm gonna be phasing the apps out for this because it's a centralized [00:43:52] Speaker 1: interface and because people are are having some good success with it. And so the studio. Studio is just the primary place when you think of creating [00:44:03] Speaker 1: something, whether it's a campaign, a video, or whatever. It can all be done from here in the chat. So to hop into specifically, I really only [00:44:15] Speaker 1: have... I have the best solution for this right now in campaign, and it's really affecting this the most, honestly. So let's say I'm gonna create a campaign. I haven't done this one [00:44:27] Speaker 1: yet. I'm gonna create a campaign to promote something else. And what I have in mind is promoting Jashina and I's workshop coming up on the twenty ninth. [00:44:39] Speaker 1: So I've started a campaign. I'm gonna talk with the director here. Help me create a campaign for [00:44:49] Speaker 3: a workshop [00:44:52] Speaker 1: I have coming up on the twenty ninth with [00:44:59] Speaker 1: And so at this point, I would need to give it a bit more context about who Joshina is. You know? Like, she's AI expert, and she's gonna be my cohost on the [00:45:11] Speaker 1: workshop for LaunchBox. So I'd say, Jashina, an AI expert [00:45:20] Speaker 1: who will cohost the call, [00:45:26] Speaker 1: we will be building people's communities [00:45:34] Speaker 1: with them live. The call, the workshop is $29, and [00:45:45] Speaker 1: people will leave with an online community, a campaign to bring people in and [00:46:00] Speaker 1: a foundation to launch. [00:46:06] Speaker 1: So I would give it a little bit more context post that. And here, it's gonna ask me some follow-up questions, which I can provide a a bit more information. [00:46:18] Speaker 1: So quick clarification. When people sign up for the $29 workshop, where does that transaction happen? Do they register through a link you already have, or should my team build a dedicated sales page for this workshop? So here, it's gonna ask you, [00:46:30] Speaker 1: do you want me to create a page for this workshop for you, or do you already have a link for it? I already have a link for it. So where is it? I I know it off the [00:46:42] Speaker 1: top. It's launchbox.space/launchitlive. [00:46:51] Speaker 1: Launch it live. [00:46:58] Speaker 1: Okay. And I I I guess I... This is a longer path to getting to your answer here, but we're getting there. I promise. Okay. So here, it's asking me, does that track? [00:47:11] Speaker 1: Yep. Would you want it to go to x Instagram, email, or LinkedIn? I am mostly on Instagram, LinkedIn, and [00:47:22] Speaker 1: Facebook only at this point. I want to start this campaign today. [00:47:35] Speaker 1: And so you may have noticed this is getting filled in as I'm talking to the director here. I haven't clicked on anything over here. It's just doing it for me. And so I'll take a quick look [00:47:46] Speaker 1: here. The goal is driving a workshop, sign ups. [00:47:52] Speaker 1: The offer is a $29 workshop on the twenty ninth. This is the link. It's added that there. The audience is AI curious creators and solopreneurs ready to build and monetize. So, Melissa, it does have an [00:48:04] Speaker 1: understanding from your initial platform brief of who your target audience is. So it is referring to that background knowledge, but here, it's [00:48:15] Speaker 1: adding on specific information to whatever your campaign may be. Alright. So now it's creating a plan just so I can visually [00:48:27] Speaker 1: see kind of the layout, all of the different platforms, all of the different dates that it's intending for content to go out. [00:48:39] Speaker 1: And it does take a minute because it's creating multiple pieces of content here. And we will get to the point where it's generating images. [00:48:50] Speaker 1: We'll have the option... Because Jashina is my cohost, we wanna make sure that she is pictured in some of the content that's going out. So this is a perfect example of [00:49:03] Speaker 1: sort of a styling specific or branding specific campaign. And I know for yours, I would use for reference many of the posts that you have [00:49:15] Speaker 1: if you want that styling to main... Remain for your campaign. [00:49:22] Speaker 5: Yeah. This is great, but it's not what I was meaning. I... Is there a place if there... Is there a place for me to go to add my brand style so that [00:49:34] Speaker 5: it pulls from that every single time, a visual reference? Because when I started out, I didn't know what direction I was gonna go in, and what is in there right now is [00:49:45] Speaker 5: 100% not me. No one would even recognize that if I if I launched out there, they'd go, who is this impostor? [00:49:53] Speaker 1: Do you know [00:49:54] Speaker 5: what I'm saying? Like, I have to change everything. [00:49:58] Speaker 1: Yes. Okay. Yes. I do have [00:50:00] Speaker 0: some here.... Like a PDF. [00:50:02] Speaker 5: I have a PDF for that, if that makes... If that's helpful. [00:50:05] Speaker 1: A PDF for it. Okay. [00:50:10] Speaker 1: Well, what I have for for it is the platform brief, and this is something that you guys have seen before too where it's it's already existing based on your [00:50:22] Speaker 1: initial [00:50:26] Speaker 1: interview that you do. So here, it has your primary buyer, your best fit, primary pain. And so this is what's in the background as I'm inter... Interacting with that [00:50:38] Speaker 1: agent as far as my brand and my styling, like, how I communicate and who I'm trying to reach. And then when you go through, you can see more specifically [00:50:50] Speaker 1: the identity, the audience, your story. So this would most likely be an important piece of your branding. And then media. So media is where I have... I only have [00:51:01] Speaker 1: one image of myself in there, and that's why it didn't look like me. I have my logo, and then I have style references here. So this is where you would go. Admin, [00:51:13] Speaker 1: platform brief. [00:51:22] Speaker 1: Yes. Yes. Admin and platform brief. And, again, I'm learning here more, you know, what is... [00:51:33] Speaker 1: What's a pain point for for Melissa is sounds like she is interested in being able to just upload an existing style guide and for the platform brief [00:51:44] Speaker 1: to understand that and then transform that into something that it references. Is that correct, Melissa? [00:51:57] Speaker 5: Yeah. So if I was going to launch a campaign right now, it would not come out looking anything like my style today. It would it would revert back [00:52:09] Speaker 5: to months and months ago when I first started out, which is not where I am now. Mhmm. So that's the... So I think what I have to do is to go into the admin and then the the [00:52:20] Speaker 5: platform brief and just basically redo the whole thing, which is not a big deal. At least I know where to go, and I can attach. I have I have, like, meme banks stored where I can [00:52:32] Speaker 5: pull images of things that I've used and, you know, give it some things to to use if it's gonna create campaigns for me. Do you know what I'm saying? Like, [00:52:44] Speaker 5: images. Like, here's here's images that I am comfortable with, and I can give it verbiage and stuff like that. So I think that's that's what I need to do. I just have to go in and do a complete redo on that. [00:52:57] Speaker 1: Okay. Yes. That does sound like that's where you would want to go. [00:53:01] Speaker 5: But there's nowhere to upload a document where it where it refers back to a style brand guide. Is that right? Like, there's nowhere for me to upload this document? [00:53:14] Speaker 5: No. Okay. Yes. Well, then I feel good because that means I didn't miss it. It's just not there. [00:53:21] Speaker 1: Right. Right. Yes. [00:53:25] Speaker 1: Lastly here, not a knowledge base in the platform brief. There's an option in the platform brief to regenerate the brief. That's true. There is. So you can go back through and regenerate the brief. [00:53:38] Speaker 1: The last thing I'll say here for this... So for this specific campaign... And, Melissa, maybe you... Maybe this isn't helpful, but I'll I'll just go back through it anyways with [00:53:50] Speaker 1: creating... So you could see how maybe it could help. This one is... I would need to include Jashina as a part of the campaign. So I'm [00:54:02] Speaker 1: going to add person, Jashina, cohost. I'm gonna look through my device here. [00:54:13] Speaker 1: Oh, I just reorganized my computer, so I'm actually not sure where I have images probably. [00:54:22] Speaker 1: Here's one of Jashina. So I... It would do better if I included more images just for the sake of time. All you see is that one. And now it's going to generate [00:54:34] Speaker 1: the images for this campaign, including Jashina as a part of it. [00:54:43] Speaker 1: So, yes. [00:54:46] Speaker 3: We'll we'll we'll... Ian, would would you need to tell it do or don't include that other person in this campaign, or is that random? [00:54:57] Speaker 1: So it interprets. After that reference phase, the work is being done behind the scenes for it to understand, okay. There's a cohost here. This is what they look like, and [00:55:09] Speaker 1: I'm going to include them in not all of the posts. So it is on the back end doing some context awareness of... Awareness. Yeah. [00:55:19] Speaker 3: Okay. Yes. [00:55:25] Speaker 1: But this could take a second, so it's making a few different images here. Here we go. So now it's got all of our references here. For this one, it's not using any of me or Jashina. [00:55:39] Speaker 1: Let's see here. Boom. What do we got? We got... And those are the colors. We have Jashina here. Yes. We have... I love these. [00:55:53] Speaker 1: I like that. And so... Nice. It is my style. This is my style. So I I have gone in... My platform rep is up to date, and I've made it specific to this [00:56:05] Speaker 1: one. So all that said and done, I'm gonna stop sharing. Thank you guys for [00:56:13] Speaker 1: for watching and and hanging out. Let's see. [00:56:18] Speaker 1: To wrap up, [00:56:21] Speaker 1: I guess, what is something that you want to achieve this next week, personal goal for yourself? And for me, it is to [00:56:35] Speaker 1: for me, it's to, like, Jashina has with her community, come up with at least one additional day that I can do, like, a theme for my community. [00:56:46] Speaker 1: So I really like the theme of show and tell, so I will try to incorporate that somehow into my community. Thanks. [00:56:58] Speaker 1: We can go back to Jashina. [00:57:04] Speaker 2: So this week, I'm now... Because Ian just showed me. I'm gonna do the campaign because we have an event coming up on the twenty ninth. So I'll include pictures of Ian in my campaign. Nice. [00:57:15] Speaker 1: Okay. Okay.... [00:57:16] Speaker 2: Hour, bro. Thanks. [00:57:17] Speaker 1: Cool. Thank you. Ella? [00:57:21] Speaker 1: If you're available, no sweat if not. [00:57:27] Speaker 0: Feel free to... [00:57:28] Speaker 4: So the biggest thing for me is [00:57:32] Speaker 4: to get out of my head, have... I do have some questions that we're gonna answer on Friday, but I think that I'm just gonna go ahead and just kinda jump in there [00:57:44] Speaker 4: and kinda play around with it be... Before I wait for you to kinda do that. So maybe some of the questions will answer itself if I was to just get in there, think... Instead of thinking I just need [00:57:56] Speaker 4: to know everything first, I'm like, I need to know this. I need to know that. I'm just gonna play around with it first. [00:58:01] Speaker 1: There you go. I love that. And you go you go ahead and do that. I definitely support that. I think you should do that, and hit me up if you have questions. [00:58:14] Speaker 1: Okay. Yes, ma'am. Okay. Thank you so much. Gail? [00:58:21] Speaker 1: If you're available. If not, okay. [00:58:23] Speaker 0: So I guess my goal is to get my course done and hopefully launched. [00:58:33] Speaker 1: So Okay. [00:58:35] Speaker 0: That's really all I got. And and getting our community set up. [00:58:41] Speaker 0: Absolutely. Yeah. Hopefully, get some people in there and not just have agents. [00:58:45] Speaker 1: Yes. Yes. Oh, yes. Okay. Annette? Sorry. Something just came to mind. Go ahead. [00:58:54] Speaker 3: I'm just... I'm gonna redo my avatar and hopefully have it suitable to post sometime early next week, Monday, hopefully, and make the big announcement that the program is open and [00:59:06] Speaker 3: available. And then I'm gonna have a couple of campaigns ready to start posting right behind it about the different features, and I'm very close to my first course being ready that I could share [00:59:18] Speaker 3: lessons out of it publicly. So if I had half of that done next week, I'll be quite pleased. [00:59:25] Speaker 1: Guess, Annette. [00:59:29] Speaker 1: Melissa or Ariel, if you are available. If not, that's okay. I'm gonna... [00:59:35] Speaker 5: I am. Okay. So I'm gonna redo the entire platform brief, which will make me feel better. I've got months and months of articles that I've written on Substack [00:59:47] Speaker 5: that I wanna update my... So that peep... You know, when I direct people over finally. And my big news is that I just opened an online store, which [00:59:59] Speaker 5: I'm super excited about. So I'm gonna have merch that connects with the the whole thing. Yeah. [01:00:06] Speaker 1: Heck yes. Okay. Awesome. So the last piece is I want us all to have an opportunity to share our communities if we're not in each other's yet. And, Ella, [01:00:19] Speaker 1: on Friday, when I meet with you, I'll I'll I'll help you get connected to these communities as well. So for one, this is the workshop that we're doing [01:00:31] Speaker 1: on the twenty ninth. There's that. If you... For those of you who have a community, it might be... It's not necessarily geared towards that. It's towards people who wanna build, [01:00:43] Speaker 1: but... Or who don't have a community yet. I know you guys wanna build. [01:00:50] Speaker 1: So let me show you how to share your link. If you don't know, Gail, this would most likely be helpful for you to be able to share. If you're online [01:01:01] Speaker 1: and can do it now, great. [01:01:05] Speaker 1: So I am back here. I'm gonna go to launch box. And then from any page, you can click on your little profile. You can click my links, and [01:01:17] Speaker 1: then sharing this one is going to give people ability to directly go join your specific community. [01:01:28] Speaker 1: Otherwise, you can search for communities now. So here, [01:01:35] Speaker 1: I clicked on my name at the top, my community's name, and it's going to pull up a variety of different available communities. [01:01:48] Speaker 1: Let me see. Oh, yeah. There they are. So that's how you can join other other communities. I see Melissa's in here. Jashina's are in... Is in there. If you guys aren't in each other's community, you can [01:02:00] Speaker 1: go ahead and follow follow each other. [01:02:05] Speaker 1: Alright. Cool. Cool. Alright, guys. Well, thank you. We'll see you soon. [01:02:13] Speaker 3: Bye, everybody. Have a great week. Bye. Bye, guys. [01:02:17] Speaker 1: See you. Thank you. [01:02:19] Speaker 2: Bye. Thank you, Thank you, Ian. Bye. [01:02:22] Speaker 3: Thank you.
