Build a campaign you can review August 5, 2026 · Hosted by Ian McDonald See a real community owner’s campaign workflow, then plan a small campaign with clear context and human review. Leave with a campaign brief and one reviewed piece. BEFORE YOU START Choose one offer or event, one audience and one destination link. Bring approved brand references. Keep this practice in draft form while you learn the workflow. FOLLOW ALONG 1. Write the campaign brief State the offer, the audience’s problem, the response you want and the date that matters. Include a working destination and the facts a writer should use. Separate verified facts from ideas. 2. Draft one useful piece Ask for one post or email first. Check the voice, promise, image references and invitation. Revise that piece before requesting a larger batch. 3. Review the whole journey Open the destination as a visitor. Check the dates, the next step and what a person receives. Record which pieces are approved and which still need work; only schedule after that review. PRACTICE PROMPTS Adapted exercises. Replace bracketed text and review every result. Create a campaign brief Help me prepare a campaign for [offer/event] for [audience]. The desired next step is [action] at [link]. Use only these facts: [facts]. Ask about missing information, then return a short brief and one draft post. Do not publish, send or schedule anything. Check the draft Review this campaign draft against this brief: [brief and draft]. Check the audience, factual claims, voice, dates and destination. List specific revisions and separate approved facts from assumptions. CHECKLIST [ ] I chose one offer and audience. [ ] I supplied the facts and a destination. [ ] I reviewed one complete draft. [ ] I tested the next step as a visitor. [ ] I recorded what is approved before scheduling. GET UNSTUCK Will I save the same amount of time? The time saving in the recording is one member’s experience. Your preparation, references and review needs will affect your result. Does a draft mean it has been published? No. Check the actual status and destination. The exercise is complete when you have reviewed a draft; publishing is a separate step. https://www.launchbox.space/help/launch-and-learn/2026-08-05
