[00:00:00] Speaker 1: Welcome. Welcome. We'll see who else may show up here. Annette is not coming today. But let's just check-in and see where we're all at. We'll do our fun little intros here, and [00:00:12] Speaker 1: then we'll get into some other stuff. I'm Ian. I am in Texas. I have had... I don't even know. I'm trying to think what kind of week I had between last week and this week. I think [00:00:24] Speaker 1: it was... [00:00:26] Speaker 1: I mean, it's Tuesday now. It's been a solid week of doing some actually, like, doing some outreach to people to bring them in and show them Launchbox because sometimes content just doesn't [00:00:38] Speaker 1: cut it. You know? And I actually have to go and do those direct outreaches. And sometimes, like, half of the people will even look at my message. A quarter of them [00:00:50] Speaker 1: will respond, and the other quarter, I'm actually, like, able to have a warm ish relationship and actually show them the platform. So I... Yes. I've been [00:01:01] Speaker 1: doing something with... It's like a Chase Bank program. And I got set up with this business coach, and it... There was no strings attached [00:01:13] Speaker 1: whatsoever. It was just, like, full help. And so, really, for me, [00:01:20] Speaker 1: the nugget that I got with my meeting with him yesterday was just it's a numbers game in terms of getting in front of people, but also... [00:01:31] Speaker 1: But doing the hard work of, like, I don't... I want the content to do that work for me, but it's it's not necessarily going to do that. I have to... You know, just like this. Like, I mean, I enjoy doing this, [00:01:43] Speaker 1: but it's also effort to bring additional people in and stuff like that, and and content doesn't always just do that. So it's a good lesson for me as somebody who wants to succeed in this [00:01:55] Speaker 1: to challenge myself to be uncomfortable and do those hard things that it takes to actually be, a founder. So that's kinda my 2ยข check-in, and that was longer than I [00:02:07] Speaker 1: was planning, but, that's what's up. So let's go to Tim. [00:02:18] Speaker 0: Well, my name is Tim Summers. I'm from Nashville, Tennessee. I spent the last, a little bit more than two weeks selling Northern California and Southern California. So [00:02:30] Speaker 0: not doing a whole lot of stuff on my businesses. But I did start to post in the second week when I had a chance to breathe after the first week. But, [00:02:42] Speaker 0: you know, not much else is going on other than me dragging my feet, but I think I've had some discussions with you, and I need to kick it up with my Lunchbox efforts. And [00:02:53] Speaker 0: aside from that, going through a few things with my AI businesses. One, got a little breakup of the company. So I [00:03:05] Speaker 0: gotta file some paperwork with the the state and the LLC and all that kind of stuff, which is not my strong point. So, you know, I'm reaching into my [00:03:17] Speaker 0: bag of tricks to try and figure out how to do that before I go pay somebody. But that's kind of what I'm working on now. And then I've got one new person I put on the [00:03:29] Speaker 0: platform. Mhmm. And I've put him on there to broaden his horizons. He's a young... Younger guy, and I've got the, [00:03:41] Speaker 0: I think, awesome opportunity to help him build his business from scratch. Mhmm. Then he's kinda given me the go ahead to where I'm just gonna build [00:03:52] Speaker 0: everything for him while he's busy working two or three jobs out there in Southern California. And then this is gonna bring him up with the job that he [00:04:04] Speaker 0: wants to do, so that's a good thing. And then I got him in Fluffy Bonnie there to start broadening his horizons on the AI part because he said he would be totally up for [00:04:16] Speaker 0: learning new things. So that's kinda where I am. [00:04:19] Speaker 1: Nice, Tim. That's some cool stuff. And, yeah, some pivots, it sounds like too. Yeah. Thanks for sharing that. Jashina, would you like to go? [00:04:30] Speaker 3: Sure. I'm Jashina Shelton based in Indianapolis, Indiana. My platform here is at after hours. And this week, I've just been trying to meet with faith [00:04:42] Speaker 3: leaders, trying to figure out what is... What what are we doing? What are we doing? And what does that mean? And so I was excited because one of the people I met was... She's like, oh, yeah. [00:04:54] Speaker 3: I'm working on my doctorate in digital discipleship. And I was like, and why haven't we connected yet? She's like, I don't... So busy. [00:05:04] Speaker 3: Okay. Great. So, hopefully, she'll be in next week. That's all I'm gonna say. [00:05:10] Speaker 1: Nice. Okay. Okay. Thank you, Jashina. I was on a a call with Jashina. She does a weekly, she calls it a salon in her community because you can do live streaming [00:05:22] Speaker 1: and video conferencing, and she's ran that the past four weeks. And that was that was my third one I attended, and it was cool. Last week, it was just kinda chilling. I know Melissa and I, we tried to [00:05:34] Speaker 1: do live last week, and it didn't go very well. We we tried Facebook Live, and we couldn't figure out how to join each other on Facebook Live. So [00:05:46] Speaker 1: my alternative was we could use Google Meet, but we can certainly use... You could certainly use your LaunchBox and just share that link on Facebook, and we could try it that way [00:05:58] Speaker 1: next time. So that way, people are actually in your house. [00:06:02] Speaker 2: Yeah. That's that's what I'm planning to do this week. I... Somebody responded on one of the articles that I posted on Substack, but he posted... [00:06:13] Speaker 2: He commented on Facebook. And I have no idea where where we're linked somewhere in one of these AI groups, and I have no idea which one is London. I like y'all. I... You know, like, we're all we're all in so [00:06:25] Speaker 2: many. But we're gonna do a live this week, and I... You know, I mean, that's sort of my commitment right now is [00:06:33] Speaker 2: go live. Don't worry about anything else, and just start talking and inviting people to come in, questions, you know, like, what... What's on your, you know, what's on your plate? What do you wanna [00:06:45] Speaker 2: talk about? Keeping it open, keeping it light. If nobody shows up, it's practice. Mhmm. That's it for me. You know? Like, that's it. I had one person reach out to me today [00:06:57] Speaker 2: based on an article that I posted yesterday, somebody I used to work with. She's like, call me now. Okay. So I reached back out to her, and it's really... [00:07:09] Speaker 2: Right now, it's about outreach, just reaching out as much as I can. No one's coming knocking on my door right now. And what I'm what I'm hearing through the grapevine is I [00:07:21] Speaker 2: just think people are so overwhelmed by all the things going on in the country, in the world. They're exhausted. They're they're they're just, like, done. You know? Like, whatever happens [00:07:33] Speaker 2: happens is their mentality right now. That's what I'm getting. I'd love to know what y'all are getting. And somehow, we just have to have some sort of sustaining power to get... Break through that. And [00:07:45] Speaker 2: I think that maybe a lot of it is going live, having live discussions, bringing some levity to it if at all possible, [00:07:53] Speaker 2: and talking about this because I am more convinced than ever that this is not going away. [00:08:00] Speaker 2: It is not going away, and and I can't think of anything else to do. So I'm really open to... If anyone else has some ideas. [00:08:09] Speaker 1: Okay. Thanks, Melissa. And, Jerry, we see that you hopped in. Welcome back. It's good to have you here. We're just saying hello. You wanna introduce yourself? [00:08:20] Speaker 4: Hey. How's going, everyone? Just, at the office today. It's been a little while since we caught up. Yeah. [00:08:29] Speaker 1: How have you been? What are you up what are you up to? [00:08:32] Speaker 4: Oh my goodness. So many things. So many projects. Hold on just second here. [00:08:39] Speaker 4: Yeah. Just, [00:08:42] Speaker 4: all... Just, building agents and and trying to line out what, what different opportunities look like. Just trying to create a whole army of agents [00:08:54] Speaker 4: to, put all the pieces in place that we need. Right? We've got so many different avenues that we're working on. We've got [00:09:05] Speaker 4: this project over here, this one over here. And I think what I... When I sat down with it, I think the biggest benefit and the best use of time is to take a step back and just [00:09:17] Speaker 4: build that second brain [00:09:19] Speaker 1: Mhmm. [00:09:19] Speaker 4: So that you don't lose any information, any context while we're, like Melissa said, over here in transition and and going through all these different pieces and being shifted [00:09:31] Speaker 4: left and right, it's really easy to lose information in the process. So, creating that second brain will will really help, capture your thoughts and make sure that we don't miss anything [00:09:43] Speaker 4: and, you know, really do the best we can. [00:09:47] Speaker 1: Absolutely. Yes, Jared. And I think that... I mean, with what Melissa said about being overwhelmed, know that. That's my sentiment with people are overwhelmed with AI and all of the opportunities and options that they have [00:09:59] Speaker 1: out there. And I almost feel bad about talking sometimes about AI because they're just flooded with it. And I'm trying to figure out how to simplify it for [00:10:11] Speaker 1: them and give them a path to actually activate and get something useful. And that, like you said, really the best place to start is building a second [00:10:22] Speaker 1: brain. And for... There's all sorts of different methods you can do. I know Jashina uses NotebookLM. I use ChatGPT plus a a custom app that I built. [00:10:35] Speaker 1: So, yes, that's... If I'm talking with somebody, that's really the root place to start with any of their projects so that it grows with them and helps [00:10:47] Speaker 1: them gain clarity because I know I've started conversation after conversation almost feeling like it's from scratch. And now I figured out how to not do that, [00:10:59] Speaker 1: which is really cool and so much more helpful. So thank you for being here. And... [00:11:06] Speaker 2: How do you do that? [00:11:08] Speaker 1: Well, actually, think I... That was my plan a little bit to get into today. [00:11:13] Speaker 4: Oh. [00:11:14] Speaker 1: And and I'll show you the layman's way and really the... In my opinion, the way that it's it's gonna grow and go. [00:11:26] Speaker 1: So we have the main players out there with Google, ChatGPT, and Claude. And I know for the last six months to a year, it's really been all about creating [00:11:38] Speaker 1: custom apps. And I think it's really just gonna go less that way and more towards using ChatGPT, Bot, and Gemini for for [00:11:50] Speaker 1: everything. And you can create apps for sure, but, really, the home base, everybody's become so accustomed to just using a chat for interacting with things. And Mhmm. There's [00:12:01] Speaker 1: confusion, and I've experienced it with LaunchBox when there's, like, new buttons to click and you don't know where to go. ChatGPT is so simple because it's it's just all of your conversations in a list, and [00:12:13] Speaker 1: then it connects to all of your apps. So in terms of development with LaunchBox, that's the model I'm shifting to is a lot will be done from a chat internally there so that it... It's familiar and [00:12:25] Speaker 1: people can can do stuff easier, whatever. And then also working on a model with creating automations in second [00:12:37] Speaker 1: brains for businesses. I just had... Today, I... I've been working on a new business model, which is more so my consulting [00:12:48] Speaker 1: piece. And I have a meeting with somebody. I scope out what their main pain points are, and then I consider [00:13:01] Speaker 1: how to apply AI to that and then asking them what apps they use and using their existing subscriptions to those three players and tying all the [00:13:12] Speaker 1: automations into where they already live. And then I've created a dashboard too. So I had a... It's like an audit, then there is the build portion [00:13:24] Speaker 1: of it where I'm building it. And then the last piece is because I I set it up, I'll maintain it. So there's a subscription part that happens after the fact, very similar to, like, a [00:13:36] Speaker 1: website build. So [00:13:40] Speaker 1: I have... Like I said, I've... I I have one that's actually... Like, this has been a successful model that has gone through. I have the subscription set up, and it's like a much higher subscription than [00:13:52] Speaker 1: somebody going to LaunchBox. [00:13:55] Speaker 1: And I think LaunchBox will tie into this somewhere, but I'll give you guys a glimpse into sort of what that looks like. And then [00:14:07] Speaker 1: I've been talking to Jashina about how we could actually put something together as a workshop to more fully, like, teach people this method. And [00:14:19] Speaker 1: I... Hopefully, you can see here how simple it is. I mean, it's it's really so simple. Anybody can do it, and I hate that, like, [00:14:29] Speaker 1: cliche. But that doesn't mean it's so simple that they're going to do it. Like, there's so many things that are so simple. People will never do them, though. They'll always hire somebody to go and do it for them. [00:14:41] Speaker 1: And even though I was showing this method to somebody the other day, and he's like, well, what makes you think people are gonna pay you to do that? I was just like, because they will. I know that they just don't wanna [00:14:53] Speaker 1: set it up themselves. And there's that edge of expertise I know. But, [00:15:00] Speaker 1: yeah, I'll I'll show you a glimpse into what it is. And, personally, I've been using ChatGPT to do this. You can do it with Claude, and I'm sure you can do it [00:15:12] Speaker 1: with Gemini. And I've just had pretty good success with ChatGPT. So I'll share here. [00:15:23] Speaker 2: Can I ask you a question while you're doing that? Yeah. When you have these meetings and you're meeting with company owners, are they small businesses, medium, large? [00:15:35] Speaker 1: They're both. So I had... The the person that I'm... I've done this project for is a solo founder. And then earlier this week, I had a a [00:15:47] Speaker 1: consultation, and I've sent them an invoice. We'll see where they go with it. It's a small small business. So... [00:15:56] Speaker 2: So what is it that they... I mean, my big question to you really is size because I'm thinking for myself more solopreneurs, you know, small small business because [00:16:08] Speaker 2: they're not gonna have time to do all this stuff. Right. But what is it that they normally need that you have seen? Is it organization? Like, what what are you [00:16:19] Speaker 2: seeing? Because I wanna make sure that I've got the talent to actually do it. You know, like, if it was content creation, done. I can do that. But if it's, like, building them an app, [00:16:32] Speaker 2: maybe as as long as I can use Lovable. You know what you know what I'm saying? Like, something like that. So So what are you normally seeing? Is it more technical builds? Or... [00:16:44] Speaker 1: No. No. It's... [00:16:47] Speaker 1: It varies, and it varies per person that you're meeting with. Like, this person that I did meet with and and won the contract was... He really wanted help feeling organized. [00:16:58] Speaker 1: He is planning a summit in September, and he just has all sorts of threads mixed across various platforms. And so he's really losing touch [00:17:10] Speaker 1: with where am I on the day to day basis with that project. So for him, it was just organizing, being able to quickly understand where he's [00:17:22] Speaker 1: at and then tracking relationships, so CRM to a degree. [00:17:29] Speaker 1: And I offered to him to make a dashboard so that was programming, and that's not necessary. Like, all of this stuff can be done in ChatGPT. And if [00:17:40] Speaker 1: they want to expand upon that, then that's a different conversation. And now now this other person that I'm in talks with, they're somebody who's trying to win contracts with the city. And so [00:17:52] Speaker 1: that's a totally different thing. [00:17:56] Speaker 1: And so for that, it's it's really like that paid audit with him to better understand what his problem is because I'm not just gonna get that information on a twenty minute call. [00:18:09] Speaker 1: And then from that conversation, [00:18:15] Speaker 1: brainstorming, like, solutions for him on that to to my ability as, like, a consultant and an expert in AI. Like, there's definitely some time that you can save here whether [00:18:27] Speaker 1: I'm an expert procurement or not. There's things that you're doing that you can definitely save time on. And then I can offer that to him as as a [00:18:39] Speaker 1: a project scope after the fact. [00:18:42] Speaker 2: That's interesting. One final question. Have you ever considered with everybody that's in the group, like this group, collaborating on projects? You know, like, if someone's strong in one area and someone's [00:18:54] Speaker 2: not. You know, like, there are a lot of things I'm not strong at, but there are some things that I am strong. Instead of saying no to a job, you know, like a real income making job that you collab with somebody in this [00:19:05] Speaker 2: group Yeah. Absolutely. Like like a skill list or something that we might put together so that we know we can reach out to. You know? Like, would that make sense to anybody else? [00:19:16] Speaker 1: Yeah. 100%. I mean, I I love that idea, and it's not... I I really [00:19:23] Speaker 1: wanna build this as a... We're kinda in this together. Like, building LaunchBox for one, we're all also founders, like, trying to launch our own thing, and we all are experts in our own field. Most of us just tend to be [00:19:35] Speaker 1: AI. But I know all of us have backgrounds and lives before whatever we were doing with this AI stuff that we can certainly reach out and potentially work together on stuff. I know that you [00:19:47] Speaker 1: did a workshop. You came and spoke at one of my workshops. Jashina and I are gonna do a workshop now coming up. And that's also what I want to do is help Spotlight you guys and your communities and what you're doing [00:19:58] Speaker 1: as well as I would ask the same from you too. Hey. If you win, I win. If I win, you win. So we're... It's really cool. [00:20:10] Speaker 1: Yeah. So I'm definitely down for a list. [00:20:14] Speaker 1: Okay. So we have a few minutes here. I will share my screen and show you a bit of what this looks like. And I've shared this... [00:20:23] Speaker 2: Thanks for letting me interrupt you. [00:20:25] Speaker 1: You're good. Yes. Appreciate it. Yeah. Of course. [00:20:31] Speaker 1: Alright. So [00:20:37] Speaker 1: so in terms of building a business brain or something like that, a really good place to start is [00:20:49] Speaker 1: just here in the chat. And I I did this earlier today because I was told that I needed to freshen up my LinkedIn and, like, my skills and stuff. And so [00:21:02] Speaker 1: what I had my agent do... Or, I mean, agent is just a term here. I I consider this an agent because it's going and doing actual work for me. [00:21:13] Speaker 1: Earlier today, I was like, go do a deep dive into Ian McDonald and his past and, like, what he's doing now. And because I'm... Already have, existing context with ChatGPT, it's gonna help it [00:21:25] Speaker 1: understand where to go. So there's that benefit immediately. It's gonna kind of drive that for me. And then this one... So this is where I would start potentially is... [00:21:37] Speaker 1: Let's see here. Let's see where I started. [00:22:03] Speaker 1: Hang on. Oh, yeah. Okay. So can you do a deep dive on me, Ian, to help me get a start on creating my resume? Because I couldn't find my resume. It's gone. I I don't know where it [00:22:15] Speaker 1: is, and I didn't need to point it at any particular place. It it just knows me, and then it did go out and do a deep dive and found a whole lot of stuff, [00:22:27] Speaker 1: as far as my context goes. So one, you can leverage this for yourself, and you can leverage this for clients that you have. Just starting with their existing platform, they probably don't know that they could do this, [00:22:39] Speaker 1: is go and pull a deep dive on who I am, what I do, what my expertise are, and all of that. So, boom, that's a great place to start. [00:22:50] Speaker 1: What has helped as well whenever doing a deep dive like that is plug ins. So here in ChatGPT, you can do plug ins. And this just means [00:23:02] Speaker 1: that it will have access to your accounts on whatever these platforms are connected, and it can do various things. So I have mine connected to my Gmail. I have [00:23:14] Speaker 1: mine connected to Google Drive, to my calendar, and a few other apps as well as... You can actually create apps [00:23:25] Speaker 1: and MCPs to connect to, and that's a bit more of the the complex piece, that don't need to get into that one here. But you can also connect it to [00:23:37] Speaker 1: finances. And so for anybody who isn't using plug ins, I... You're missing out so much [00:23:46] Speaker 1: because it just helps ChatGPT do actual work for me. And so, again, like, as I've been working today, my work is really just done in here and [00:23:58] Speaker 1: and in Claude. [00:24:02] Speaker 1: So I I have it checking my Gmail in the mornings, checking my Google Drive, checking my transcripts that have been uploaded to [00:24:13] Speaker 1: Otter, which is a transcription service that that listens to my meetings or whatever. And from that, it's able to really have a a a good [00:24:25] Speaker 1: context of where I'm at at the start of my day. [00:24:29] Speaker 1: So what that looks like. Let's do it. Let's see. So I have scheduled... Interesting. [00:24:41] Speaker 1: Yeah. I have scheduled tasks. So at the beginning of my day, I have a business brief. I have something that actually helps me to prepare for this launch and learn right here, which was created [00:24:53] Speaker 1: yesterday. So launch and learn prep. If you guys are having workshops or whatever, you can have it pull context from everything you've been doing for the last week, and it give you something relevant to actually, like, talk about based on what you've been [00:25:05] Speaker 1: doing. [00:25:07] Speaker 1: I have a daily closeout. So based on the work that I did in a given day, it will create a report for that. End of the week, operator, like, full context of my week. And then this one is [00:25:19] Speaker 1: just a a random one where it goes in my Gmail and and cleans out junk stuff every day because I get junk in there, and it gets kinda hectic. So that's just an example of a a little [00:25:32] Speaker 1: little job that it's doing for me, but it's a nicety, and somebody would definitely enjoy having that. Now I get this report every morning. And [00:25:44] Speaker 1: for me, [00:25:47] Speaker 1: if we're talking about business brains, it's connecting to essentially, like, a file system that I have so that ChatGPT is taking [00:25:58] Speaker 1: the understanding. And the file system can be as simple as a document in your Google Drive or a spreadsheet. So if at the beginning of the day, it's, you know, just making [00:26:10] Speaker 1: a note of what you did that day, at the end of the day, it's making a note of what you did. And then you're telling ChatGPT to reference that file every time you're, like, [00:26:22] Speaker 1: working with it. So it has that context of what you're doing. [00:26:28] Speaker 1: Are there any questions right now? [00:26:31] Speaker 0: So you start this off by using the work section of ChatGPT? [00:26:39] Speaker 1: Yeah. I am in work. And this is a $20 subscription to chat, [00:26:47] Speaker 0: and I haven't ran out. I'm sorry. I'm good. I know that they had... Something else came out just maybe a week or two while I was gone. Chat GPT for work. [00:26:59] Speaker 0: So I've got the $20 Chad GPT [00:27:06] Speaker 0: upgrade or whatever. But what what else do you know about what you have compared to to 10 GPT work versus the free plan? Anything you can give us there on what you're [00:27:18] Speaker 0: looking at? [00:27:19] Speaker 1: It's really just usage. [00:27:25] Speaker 1: If you're on a free plan, you're... I don't know. I I haven't... I've never actually had a free plan of ChatGPT, but I would imagine... Wouldn't be able to do a lot of this just because the context would run [00:27:37] Speaker 1: out or or the tokens or or whatever for my allowed time. With the $20 subscription now, yes, they have the chat and work. I don't know if that's in [00:27:49] Speaker 1: the free version or not. And, really, there's not much difference between chat and work. I think it's it's just kind of... I don't know why they did that, honestly. It [00:28:01] Speaker 1: it could have all just been the same thing. It's a little confusing. Maybe it's just so that you know that you're in kind of a a work mode or ChatGPT knows that you're in a work mode. [00:28:10] Speaker 0: Yeah. It could be they're trying to mimic Anthropic with what they have with the different things. And so I would imagine codex would be in the work section, or would that be even separate from [00:28:22] Speaker 0: there? [00:28:23] Speaker 1: Well, their last update, rolled out the desktop app, which combined their existing two platforms, which is the ChatGPT [00:28:35] Speaker 1: desktop and Codex desktop. They they merge them into one platform. So you will now... Once you update or upgrade your your [00:28:46] Speaker 1: desktop app, it will just make them one one platform. [00:28:52] Speaker 4: And they they both have [00:28:53] Speaker 0: You said that. I've got the same look, but how is that other look? Is that the the... Which one's the desktop? Which one's the... [00:29:03] Speaker 1: This is desktop. [00:29:05] Speaker 0: Okay. And then... And what were you on before? [00:29:09] Speaker 1: This is the browser. Cool. [00:29:12] Speaker 0: Thank you for outlining that for me. [00:29:15] Speaker 1: Sure. Have question, Jerry?... [00:29:17] Speaker 2: Ian. Oh, sorry. [00:29:18] Speaker 1: I heard Jerry. What were you saying? [00:29:20] Speaker 4: No. I was saying that the the codex and the co work both have access to your workstations. Right? That's true.... Access local files and and those things. [00:29:32] Speaker 1: Yes. They can. So they have access to your everything on your PC, essentially. I have experienced issues with syncing between the browser and the [00:29:44] Speaker 1: desktop version. So I've just been using the the browser version because I want to be able to also do the same work on my phone in ChatGPT that I'm able to do on my browser. [00:29:55] Speaker 4: Yeah. I'm I'm in Cloud, and I actually had it write a plug in for syncing. [00:30:04] Speaker 1: Ah, that's cool. There we go.... [00:30:07] Speaker 4: Actually because I run COWERK on two different machines. [00:30:10] Speaker 1: Ah, interesting. Okay. Yeah. Okay. Cool. [00:30:15] Speaker 4: And then there's some new there's some new features they rolled out actually this past week where you actually pair your your desktop with the mobile app. [00:30:27] Speaker 4: Uh-huh. And I I think that's supposed to help with some of the syncing piece as well. [00:30:32] Speaker 1: Okay. Good to know. Yeah. [00:30:35] Speaker 4: And and I just I just transferred over about a month ago, so still fairly new. Trying to figure it all out. [00:30:43] Speaker 1: So Claude from ChatGPT? [00:30:47] Speaker 4: Actually, I was Gemini. [00:30:49] Speaker 1: Ah, okay. [00:30:50] Speaker 4: Yeah. [00:30:51] Speaker 1: Okay. Okay. [00:30:54] Speaker 1: Cool. Mhmm. Yeah. Melissa, what were you? [00:30:58] Speaker 2: So I I was gonna ask you about the plug ins. I don't use my plug ins because I use my connectors on Clive. And I wasn't sure Mhmm. If [00:31:09] Speaker 2: it would interfere, like, if, you know, like, if they're gonna be doing this, which I have them doing all the time anyway, but I wasn't sure if I should... Do you know what I'm saying? Like, is it gonna... Is there gonna be a [00:31:21] Speaker 2: conflict? And I... You just brought that up, and it... And I and I just realized that I never figured that out. [00:31:30] Speaker 1: No. It shouldn't conflict. I mean, it it will it will conflict because, you know, in the way that your chat GBT is forming memory and then [00:31:41] Speaker 1: your cloud is forming memory. I mean, altogether, they should really be more or less the same. But like Jerry said, there are tricks that you can do with plug ins and having just, like, a [00:31:53] Speaker 1: centralized context file of... So your brain should really be a third party outside of ChatGPT or Claude, so it's agnostic to the platform [00:32:05] Speaker 1: you're using. [00:32:07] Speaker 2: Yeah. Because if I... You know, if I... For example, if I'm using Cowork inside of Claude, which I do, to do certain things, you know, let's just say, you know, any any email that comes in from this company, put it [00:32:19] Speaker 2: in this file. Well, I don't wanna give the same job. You know, I don't want to give, right now, ChatGPT access to the email because I've got all this other stuff going on with co work. [00:32:30] Speaker 2: Does that make sense? So I wasn't sure if anybody else has multiples digging around in their emails. That's just a tiny example. It could be anything, really. [00:32:42] Speaker 1: Mhmm. I have both that have access to my email, but all of my scheduled tasks are in ChatGPT. [00:32:54] Speaker 1: You can certainly schedule tasks in cloud as well, but you would wanna make sure that whatever they're doing doesn't conflict with each other. Hey, Jerry. [00:33:03] Speaker 4: Yeah. So you're saying you have two different [00:33:07] Speaker 4: subscriptions or or accounts trying to access or that you want access between two different accounts? [00:33:14] Speaker 2: Well, I haven't given chat... Yeah. I haven't given chat access because Claude has access to everything. So I wasn't sure... You know, like, occasionally, it would be it [00:33:26] Speaker 2: would be helpful if if Jack could go in and do something because I'm working with it right now. But I've got it all set up with with Claude that I haven't given permission by using the plug in just because I don't want [00:33:38] Speaker 2: that friction. So I'm just curious if anyone else was dealing with that. [00:33:42] Speaker 4: I don't I don't have any of them in my inbox right now. [00:33:48] Speaker 4: No. But that's that's that's a personal preference and something else I'm working on. So... [00:33:56] Speaker 4: But I could I could see. And and then... I guess it kinda depends on how you're how you're trying to lay everything out. Right? [00:34:07] Speaker 4: Each each one of the the subscriptions has a strength and a weakness. [00:34:12] Speaker 1: Mhmm. [00:34:13] Speaker 4: So I guess it really depends on which one you want to be the the the manager, director, however you wanna call it. [00:34:24] Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah. For me, I've been feeling much more confident in ChatGPT to actually do reliable work for me and have a better understanding of [00:34:37] Speaker 1: my my work. I don't know what it is. It might just be how they they do their internal memory versus how Claude does it. [00:34:49] Speaker 1: And [00:34:51] Speaker 1: I... Yeah. I've had more hiccups using Claude for work than than ChatGPT, but I do use Claude a lot for programming and coding because I mean, I'm in Claude code, [00:35:02] Speaker 1: and and it it definitely has strong models there. But... [00:35:07] Speaker 2: I think they both have... You know, all of the models have personality defects every other week. You know? Like, breaking up with one and running off with the other one constantly. So... Yeah. [00:35:19] Speaker 1: Exactly. So that's just... This is just my flavor. I know, Jashina, she likes notebook l m. I'm not so sure if it maps one to one with notebook l m. But definitely [00:35:31] Speaker 1: with Gemini, it has connectors or plug ins, whatever you call it. [00:35:36] Speaker 1: So I wanna try to give us a real world problem that we may go solve for a potential client. Maybe that looks [00:35:48] Speaker 1: like... How do I [00:35:52] Speaker 1: how do I find more leads for my business? Let's say it's a [00:36:01] Speaker 1: let's say it's an AI consultant. I'm an AI [00:36:09] Speaker 1: consultant. [00:36:11] Speaker 1: Can you [00:36:13] Speaker 1: help me find leads? So if I was, you know, contracted to work with somebody and they're like, hey. I have issues finding leads. I do this, [00:36:25] Speaker 1: this, this, and this. I would take that, and I would start testing solutions on my own in my own chat to be, like, putting myself in their shoes and what [00:36:37] Speaker 1: sort of results I would get based on, how I use ChatGPT. So, it's plugged into all of my stuff there if it needs to use it. But [00:36:50] Speaker 1: right now, it's most likely using web search [00:36:57] Speaker 1: to see what's available. And [00:37:03] Speaker 1: I'm not sure. It could take a second. So for this, if I wanted to have a list of leads in my inbox every day or on a spreadsheet every day, [00:37:15] Speaker 1: I would sort of just run through it right here once or twice, to experiment on the best way I'm... To get results. And then have [00:37:26] Speaker 1: ChatGPT set up a scheduled task to where I like how you found me a list of 10 leads. Can you make that a scheduled task every morning so that lands in my [00:37:40] Speaker 1: Gmail or something like that. So for that person who didn't have a list of leads anymore, now they have 50 different leads that land in their inbox potentially that [00:37:52] Speaker 1: that they didn't have before, and that's worth a lot for them. And it's not something that they need to go learn leadfinder.com or whatever. It's just done for them. And that's just [00:38:04] Speaker 1: a a simple example. So here, it's asking which results should I research leads for first? Paid consulting, implementation clients, workshops and speaking engagements, LaunchBox customers, [00:38:16] Speaker 1: strategic partners who can introduce you to many clients. So, again, this would be after the fact of me building out a a brain for them because here it's [00:38:28] Speaker 1: got all of my personal information and knows kind of which path to start taking. So for that other AI consultant, I would have already connected their plug ins and built and mapped out [00:38:40] Speaker 1: what they do, then started automating whatever their problems were in their own ChatGP team. So we'll say speaking [00:38:52] Speaker 1: engagements. [00:39:02] Speaker 1: Narrowing this to speaking opportunities that... And and just so many people don't necessarily know that they can do this. Again, it's very simple. Here, I wrote no more than than 12 words, [00:39:14] Speaker 1: but the power behind it is incredible. [00:39:22] Speaker 1: Do you guys have any thoughts or do you... Are you already using this for some of your your problems that you might be automating? [00:39:35] Speaker 0: I'm not using this, but I am setting up Claude with all my skills and everything like that. I don't know if you can draw any parallels between that, but [00:39:49] Speaker 0: I'm kinda setting everything up in Claude myself. [00:39:52] Speaker 1: Okay. [00:39:55] Speaker 2: Yeah. I use Claude and JNPT sparring partners to look for stuff. [00:40:04] Speaker 1: Yeah. [00:40:05] Speaker 2: I'm psycho, not like that. [00:40:07] Speaker 4: Yeah. That's good. I'm actually trying to get an army of local agents to to do some of the some of the lifting, the daily lifting that doesn't burn [00:40:19] Speaker 4: through credits. Right? [00:40:22] Speaker 1: Right. [00:40:24] Speaker 4: So I'm looking at researcher, an analyst, [00:40:31] Speaker 4: blue team and red team. [00:40:33] Speaker 3: Mhmm. [00:40:34] Speaker 4: And and each one of them actually feeds back in in kinda like a loop fashion. Mhmm. Researchers is is identifying and [00:40:46] Speaker 4: finding different [00:40:52] Speaker 4: news articles, latest information, and having that sent over to the analyst for review and creating use cases [00:41:04] Speaker 4: so that I can go back and review that. And it's kinda similar similar to what you're talking about here, but I'm still flushing out the whole thing. [00:41:13] Speaker 4: But I want the I want the back end most likely to be in Notion [00:41:19] Speaker 1: Mhmm. [00:41:20] Speaker 4: So they can... So I can have context between each one of them and each just to have that kind of structure. You know? Mhmm. So [00:41:32] Speaker 4: each agent actually has its own piece and knows its role and understands what it's supposed to do. And then let that be brought over once it's all been analyzed [00:41:44] Speaker 4: and figure out, you know, is that gonna be project work? Is it gonna be opposed? Is it gonna be further research that I'll need to do for myself? You know, some of those [00:41:56] Speaker 4: different pieces. [00:41:58] Speaker 1: Yes. [00:41:59] Speaker 4: So [00:42:02] Speaker 1: so I I have been and I still am. I still am making custom agents, specifically in LaunchBox. But when... For me, personally, when it... It's coming to [00:42:14] Speaker 1: doing work, I... And when it comes to setting up systems like this for people, I... The reason that I'm leaning towards, like... I'm I'm not gonna make [00:42:26] Speaker 1: custom agents necessarily in that... [00:42:31] Speaker 1: In the, like, development sense. I'm just gonna build them where they're already working that they're familiar with, and I I have confidence that they're less likely to break [00:42:43] Speaker 1: because of whatever secret sauce they have in the background. And if I had a protect... Proprietary system [00:42:51] Speaker 1: like they do, then it would be a different story. But in terms of me as as as, like, trying to sell this as a solution to people, I think, one, it's more palatable that they already [00:43:02] Speaker 1: are in here. They trust the platform, and they don't necessarily need to learn too much more, you know, maybe how to [00:43:14] Speaker 1: to call different plug ins or whatever. [00:43:19] Speaker 1: But I know that AgenSci systems can get really, really useful, and and, also, I've built them to be more complex than they need to be sometimes too. [00:43:33] Speaker 1: So getting back to this one, it's read my personal context. It's researched Ian McDonald speaking engagement opportunities. It searched 36 websites to try and find me speaking [00:43:45] Speaker 1: opportunities. It's a useful split emerging. Several conference applications are open right now, but the fastest route to consulting revenue is likely recurring member program workshops. I'm ranking both [00:43:57] Speaker 1: separately, so a prestigious but unpaid stage doesn't outrank a smaller room full of buyers. So [00:44:06] Speaker 1: it's just gonna keep doing this. But the beauty of of setting this up on a scheduled task is if I wanted to run once a week or in the morning or whatever, I wake [00:44:18] Speaker 1: up and I don't have to do this again. It's just already there for me. And so you have to set it up once, make sure that the outputs are are good, and, of course, you wanna keep checking on it. [00:44:30] Speaker 1: But once it's kind of doing its thing, you set it up for the person, and it's doing... It's taking how much ever time this would have taken me to go through searching on Google [00:44:42] Speaker 1: and all the old old school workflow that we used to have to do of of researching. So [00:44:52] Speaker 1: what do you... What are you guys' thoughts on this? Do you... What do you think about it? Is this something that... I don't know. Would you try and set up this week? [00:45:04] Speaker 1: You should you should try it. I'll I'll I'll... I don't know. [00:45:08] Speaker 0: Can you go back to your list of things that you have? I know you went through that one part. What are some of the other ones you have? [00:45:15] Speaker 1: Oh, of of, tasks? Schedule tasks? So here's all of the, the things that it it grabbed for me. There's nine different opportunities, which is pretty sweet. And yesterday, I actually had AI follow-up and [00:45:26] Speaker 1: go and fill out whatever relevant forms for me. [00:45:31] Speaker 1: So the scheduled tasks that I have that you could definitely try out this week for yourself are a daily brief. So it's got a a prompt here [00:45:43] Speaker 1: where it's telling the agent, hey. Go check my Gmail, my Drive. And I'll show you I'll show you here how to do to do that. So you don't even need to go into scheduled, really. [00:45:55] Speaker 1: We'll go back to this thing that I was just working on, and I'll say, can you make this a scheduled task that runs [00:46:07] Speaker 1: every other day and the output [00:46:15] Speaker 1: gets added to a Google Sheet? [00:46:21] Speaker 1: And whatever works for you, whatever works for your potential client, whatever platforms they like, you know, you would adjust this accordingly if they want it in a sheet, they want it in a email. [00:46:34] Speaker 1: You can you can set it up however. So, again, how many things did I actually type here? It's it's under probably 20 words that I have here or maybe 30. I don't [00:46:46] Speaker 1: know. But it's it's already giving me, [00:46:52] Speaker 1: I mean, so much value. [00:46:56] Speaker 1: And I was talking to Nishina the other day too of, like, it's it's insane that $20 can buy you something like this nowadays. [00:47:08] Speaker 0: Who can stop at just $20 a n? [00:47:11] Speaker 1: Right. I've I've been considering definitely upgrading just because I am hitting near close to the limit. Hey, Jay? [00:47:20] Speaker 4: Yeah. And and now that I understand a little bit more over this past course of the past month Mhmm. [00:47:30] Speaker 4: I I think this is probably the best first approach. Mhmm. And instead of creating this this monstrosity of a project Mhmm. Which I'll do. That's what [00:47:42] Speaker 4: I'll end up doing. But but starting here and and getting those those little pieces in places is a lot more helpful and and immediate results. [00:47:52] Speaker 1: Yes. And I... I'll just take a second to show you what level two of this is that I've... So I set up something like this [00:48:04] Speaker 1: for that client where it's it's just programmed to do regular tasks to keep a brain up to date, essentially, is really [00:48:16] Speaker 1: what it's doing. And then it can go and write emails for him, but the big piece is just making sure that that brain stays updated accordingly. And and Jerry mentioned he's going to use Notion for his brain. I'm [00:48:28] Speaker 1: using, I'm using actually, like, a database for my brain. You could use a... Like I said, you could use as simple as a Google Sheet or a document. But what that [00:48:40] Speaker 1: looks like for how I've implemented it is... Let's see. [00:48:48] Speaker 1: We're going to... Where are we going? Ah. So this is my command center. Sorry. [00:48:55] Speaker 0: Can I ask a question? When you talk about a brain, so you're just talking about some sort of repository where that can dump whatever you [00:49:06] Speaker 0: requested into that, and it remembers it. Is that what you're saying? [00:49:13] Speaker 1: More or less. Yes. So the brain is really a re... A recording of what it's done in, like, a full recording. So here [00:49:25] Speaker 1: here, I have scheduled tasks that are basically keeping this dashboard up to date for me. And ChatGPT is the one writing this every day. I've just created [00:49:37] Speaker 1: an app so it, like, visually looks how I want it to for for my brain. So it's got all my tasks. It's got... It it keeps the record in the brain of my [00:49:48] Speaker 1: contacts, my pipeline, various links that I want to save. [00:49:55] Speaker 1: But the big piece is the brain, which is is like a wiki. So I could go in here and visually look at it, but I'm really not. I'm not really doing much [00:50:07] Speaker 1: of anything in here other than just kind of looking at my task for the day. This is more or less just a tool for the AI to go and reference. And then the piece that is kind of [00:50:19] Speaker 1: gluing it all together is in the... This is a record. So everything that ChatGPT has been doing, as it relates to, like, [00:50:30] Speaker 1: updating the brain, it's coming in here and updating notes. So the the brain or the memory is very limited in [00:50:41] Speaker 1: ChatGPT, as far as, like... Compared to this, it's going to not have as clear of record keeping. And so this is, again, this [00:50:53] Speaker 1: is, like, a much higher level. It wouldn't need to... You wouldn't need to do this. But as far as me, like, trying to productize this, I'm also tying this in as, like, a visual [00:51:04] Speaker 1: dashboard for for clients. [00:51:07] Speaker 0: Well, it's it's actually something that I... I'm looking... That this would be great. I would... I've always wanted a dashboard for myself and then something I could use to, you know, [00:51:19] Speaker 0: display in front of customers as well. So can you just high level give me a workflow of how I would begin? And would that begin with, okay. I'm gonna set [00:51:31] Speaker 0: up all my scheduled tasks and get information I have flowing. So let's say I do that first. [00:51:36] Speaker 4: Mhmm. [00:51:37] Speaker 0: Then how do I start my brain? How do I... You know, what do I... It sounds like there's different choices. Like, Jerry is gonna use Notion for his. You're using [00:51:48] Speaker 0: this, for lack of a better word, a database or a spreadsheet. So is that... Can you kinda just give me some high level blocks of do this, that, the other, and then that'll get you [00:52:00] Speaker 0: going. And then in the end, maybe I could, figure out a dashboard that I could build to display it all. [00:52:10] Speaker 1: Yes. [00:52:14] Speaker 0: And if this is too too too much for just a short conversation, I'm totally okay with that. I just... I'm trying to get the genesis... From the genesis to where you are, how many [00:52:25] Speaker 0: steps, both type of thing. [00:52:28] Speaker 1: Yes. Well, that is, I guess, maybe a good point for me to talk about the workshop that I'm gonna do with Jashina is I will be going more in-depth on [00:52:40] Speaker 1: ChatGPT here and how I am setting up my my brain and then connecting it. And then she'll be, like I said, talking about tying it in [00:52:51] Speaker 1: with Notebook LLM. And so that would be a great place for you to learn how to do it for yourself. And, again, like, this model is is starting to prove itself with a paying [00:53:03] Speaker 1: client for me that, [00:53:06] Speaker 1: just bring bring it to where they already are and maybe a good model for you to use in consulting an AI [00:53:18] Speaker 1: expert [00:53:20] Speaker 1: implementer. That's the word I'm looking for. As an AI implementer. So I made a little landing page. If you guys wanna check it out, I'll send it to [00:53:32] Speaker 1: you. And what is? We didn't get into all the updates in LaunchBox, which, there's a ton. And, actually, Tim, you inspired one of the biggest updates [00:53:43] Speaker 1: recently when you were talking about that that guy of yours who... He wants to have context across everything. So we'll have to save that for [00:53:55] Speaker 1: a later time. But, man, you can really get cooking nowadays with some stuff, and it is dangerous. But that is where... [00:54:07] Speaker 1: I will, Melissa. Yeah. That is where I have been working out of the the brain, essentially. I see my task for the day. It keeps my head on straight as far as, like, what are my biggest money movers and where am I wasting [00:54:19] Speaker 1: my time. It's all queryable. [00:54:23] Speaker 1: Alright. So, yeah, we'll do a checkout with all of you guys. How are you how are you feeling? [00:54:33] Speaker 1: I feel good. I feel I feel I feel validated at least by this model. I think that it's... From that one client, how it's working for myself [00:54:44] Speaker 1: and and that. So... [00:54:47] Speaker 0: I'll I'll go real quick and just say that, you know, I I am energized beyond belief because, you know, I've been in this AI thing for, I don't know, year and a half [00:54:59] Speaker 0: now. Just kinda wetting my feet the whole time learning and, you know, always wanting customers and stuff like that, but really haven't sought out very many [00:55:11] Speaker 0: customers over the the past year just trying to build up my knowledge and what we're gonna do and stuff like that. So I haven't really put a lot of cash in my back pocket doing all of [00:55:23] Speaker 0: this. But then all of a sudden, over the last two weeks, myself and my partner, we have, like, five solid leads that will probably... [00:55:36] Speaker 0: Well, we're thinking three, maybe four, five of them might actually turn into paying customers, and one of them is just a blockbuster opportunity that we have to [00:55:47] Speaker 0: upon. And it would... None of... You know, most of this wouldn't have happened without communities like this, what we're doing, and people talking to each other and then, you know, [00:55:59] Speaker 0: ideas surfacing and, you know, the the one guy that is the biggest potential was... I don't know if you guys you guys know who probably... [00:56:11] Speaker 0: The pocket marketer guy, Chris. It was through one of his programs where we just happened to be chatting and the guy reached out. And and, I mean, it's, [00:56:23] Speaker 0: like, it's unbelievable if we can just move the ball forward for this guy. That's... It's reignited a fire for me. So I'm really... I'm psyched about everything. Let's put it that way. [00:56:35] Speaker 1: Yeah. That's awesome, Tim. Congrats. Yeah. Thanks. Melissa. [00:56:47] Speaker 2: I I feel, like, invigorated because I've been in it now three years and, you know, really with my head down in the very... Like, for the [00:56:59] Speaker 2: first two, really quietly, [00:57:02] Speaker 2: for reasons that [00:57:04] Speaker 1: are [00:57:05] Speaker 2: not having anything to do with what I'm doing now. Really, advancements with AI was my really big thing because of family members being ill. But, anyway, I'm I'm at this... I'm I'm [00:57:16] Speaker 2: motivated. I'm invigorated because even though right now it feels a little wonky and a little quiet and there's a lot of denial out there, [00:57:29] Speaker 2: it's still moving forward, and we are at the leading edge. And that is for sure. There are not that many people out there that are doing it the way that we're doing it so [00:57:41] Speaker 2: faithfully, and that will pay off. I don't know how, and I don't know when. It just will. [00:57:47] Speaker 1: Mhmm. Heck yeah. [00:57:51] Speaker 1: Jashina? [00:57:54] Speaker 3: Sorry. I had to step away, but you you recorded this. Right? [00:57:57] Speaker 1: I sure did. Yes. [00:57:58] Speaker 3: Right. Cool. So I love seeing your command center. It is so inspirational. Gosh. So, yeah, that's what I have. Like, that command [00:58:10] Speaker 3: center. Yes. [00:58:13] Speaker 1: Thank you. Thank you. [00:58:16] Speaker 1: Hey, Jay. [00:58:18] Speaker 4: Hey. Yeah. No. It's really inspirational to hear from you all. [00:58:24] Speaker 4: I I know that, some of us have been in the the field a little bit longer than others, and, especially in this space, it it all feels brand new. But I think to to hear each of your stories and each [00:58:36] Speaker 4: of your journeys, just [00:58:41] Speaker 4: realizing that it it takes a little while to get your sea legs, on some of this. And the beauty is that this... In this field is so wide and so vast that no matter [00:58:53] Speaker 4: where you start, you're still you're still good. [00:58:57] Speaker 4: Because we all come from different paths and different journeys, we're all gonna use these tools very differently. [00:59:04] Speaker 4: And and and what what I'm seeing is that there's so many there's so many different ways that we can help each other, and that's kind of the premise of what I'm looking at, for [00:59:16] Speaker 4: for my business. [00:59:18] Speaker 1: Mhmm. [00:59:19] Speaker 4: There there is a... There... The... Because the field is so vast that we all can't specialize in every piece that every customer needs. [00:59:29] Speaker 1: Mhmm. [00:59:29] Speaker 4: Right? So we... We're gonna have to do what we can, the best we can, and make sure that we stay in community and are able to support each other, in whatever way that we can. And if that means that, [00:59:41] Speaker 4: hey. You know what? I've got a customer for you or you've got one for me. No harm, no foul. We're all in this to continue to grow and develop and, just continue to be the best versions of ourselves and and help the [00:59:53] Speaker 4: community do what they need to do. And Yes, for me, I've always said, if I was gonna be in business like this, [01:00:02] Speaker 4: I'll do the IT piece so that you can get back to doing the business of business. [01:00:08] Speaker 1: Yes. And I think that's true too with the AI thing. Like, so many people are trying to figure out the AI piece for their business, but I think a lot of people just want it done for them [01:00:20] Speaker 1: at this point so that they can get back to business. [01:00:24] Speaker 4: Yeah. [01:00:24] Speaker 1: Yeah. So, Jerry, thank you so much for joining us again. It's nice to have you here. And in terms of... [01:00:35] Speaker 1: I don't know. I guess... In terms of asking you guys for a favor, I've asked Jashina to help with a video testimonial for LaunchBox and just, like, [01:00:46] Speaker 1: for for me in general, if you guys are open to something like that or just writing something just to help with the campaign of getting more people into LaunchBox, [01:00:59] Speaker 1: I'll reach out to you separately and see what's up with that and if you're open to that. And if so, let's go. And if not, let's go too. It's fine. [01:01:09] Speaker 2: Yeah. Just let me know what you need. And any any lives that you wanna do or anybody on this call that wants to do, I don't have a clue what to do, but I'm willing. Okay. I'd be... I mean, [01:01:21] Speaker 2: we'd just be fine, you know, just for practice. I think it's important. So... But just let me know. [01:01:26] Speaker 1: Okay. You need... That sounds great. [01:01:29] Speaker 4: Cool. [01:01:30] Speaker 3: Alright.... This stuff? [01:01:32] Speaker 1: What was that? [01:01:33] Speaker 3: Would you get the video? Did it come through? [01:01:35] Speaker 1: Oh, I don't know. I don't... Did you send it on, Gmail? I [01:01:42] Speaker 1: might I might have missed it. [01:01:44] Speaker 3: It's okay. Just let me know if you didn't. I was having some technical difficulties. So... [01:01:48] Speaker 1: Okay. Thank you so much for that, Trishina. You rock. You guys rock. Alright. I'll talk to you all soon. Bye. Bye. [01:01:54] Speaker 4: Bye. Thanks, everyone. Bye, everyone. [01:01:57] Speaker 1: Bye.
