[00:00:00] Speaker 0: Maybe we'll just do our quick intros. Carl, again, you don't have to come off mute. But I'm Ian. I'm in Texas. And this last week, I've been working on updates in [00:00:12] Speaker 0: the app as well as just getting better from being sick. And so far, this week has been good. I've actually... And it's something totally separate from LaunchBox, [00:00:24] Speaker 0: which I I do wanna touch on because it's it's just really been helping me as far as keeping my head on straight with my work stuff. And I I showed you [00:00:36] Speaker 0: a bit of it last week with using my ChatGPT in a new way. [00:00:42] Speaker 0: And so I'll I'll... I've been working on that, and it's been actually super helpful as far as sitting down at my desk and knowing what tasks that I need to get done and then working alongside my chat to [00:00:55] Speaker 0: get that work done in the day and feeling at the end of the day, I got way more done than I probably would have last week because I was all over the place kinda scattered. So it's it's really been a [00:01:06] Speaker 0: useful setup. So I'll show you guys that later. [00:01:11] Speaker 0: Jules, do you care to introduce yourself, who you are, where you're from, and a little bit about what you do? [00:01:18] Speaker 1: Yeah. Sure. My name is Jules. I'm from Southern... Sunny Southern California. Loving it out here. A little hot and humid today, but it's all good. There's no tornadoes. There's no hurricanes. There's no crazy weather. Yes. We pay for our weather, but [00:01:30] Speaker 1: I'd rather live here than anywhere, to be honest with you. So, this last week, I actually dug into Launchbox yesterday and launched a campaign with a campaign manager, which was really cool. It was [00:01:42] Speaker 1: so nice. Ian and I already spoke about maybe upgrading some... Seem to give you some personal pictures and assets in there. And I actually talked to the campaign director. I love how it's... Calls itself its own [00:01:53] Speaker 1: director, the campaign manager. I love it. And I gave it the prompt. I did a reverse engineer in Revan. So I put my image in... Into my CoolCat, and I reversed it and gave it the to just the [00:02:05] Speaker 1: prompt, the Prometheus prompt or jay... JSON prompt, and put it in there and said, can you create this picture? And he goes, wow. That's a really great prop, but, nope, I can't create that picture. You gotta go to Canvas or something like that. So, [00:02:17] Speaker 1: anyway, hopefully, we can work that out to where we can start uploading assets. That'd be awesome. But I launched it yesterday to go to... I connected it to my Facebook, to my Instagram, and to my LinkedIn account. And [00:02:29] Speaker 1: I'm not sure if it's published or it's going or not yet. So... But I gave it a try, and at least I took some action. So I'm gonna try to Okay. Follow-up and focus on that this week because I think it's really cool what you did, Ian, [00:02:41] Speaker 1: because I tried to do that with Railway and, yeah, and Potsits, and I just got the runaround. And I don't know if you read the note. It told me just use these in Ian's lunchbox. Don't bother with Railway. [00:02:53] Speaker 1: I thought that was great. So, anyway, that's what I'm doing, Joel. Loving it. [00:02:58] Speaker 0: Thanks, Joel. [00:02:59] Speaker 1: Yeah. No worries. [00:03:00] Speaker 0: Thank you. Hi, Annette. How are you? [00:03:06] Speaker 0: You're... Oh, you're muted. [00:03:14] Speaker 0: Oh, there [00:03:16] Speaker 4: you am live. I'm okay? Sorry. I'm on a different computer, and I'm fumbling a little. Hello. How are you? [00:03:23] Speaker 0: Doing good. We're just doing our quick intros here. Hi. [00:03:27] Speaker 4: Sorry. I was waiting on this to everybody. Golly. Well, my website is done except for little piddling stuff that can wait till later. And [00:03:39] Speaker 4: I've lived in PowerSuite lunchbox the last two days, And I think I'm almost... I won't say I've gotten the best of it, but I'm a [00:03:50] Speaker 4: fair match. Let's kinda say it that way. I think I'm a fair match. I've... They go around enough in there. I've edited two of the pages because I told you on email I had done the [00:04:02] Speaker 4: platform where I just talked about seniors, and I realized that's not what I want on here because I can do the... This is for anybody. So I had to go through... I didn't wanna take time to redo the platform brief, so I just went [00:04:14] Speaker 4: through the pages I'm gonna use and got all the references to seniors out of there. And... But I really did find my way around. I'm getting there. Yes. So all is good. [00:04:26] Speaker 0: Thank you. Thanks, Annette. Melissa, are you able to say hello? Or... [00:04:32] Speaker 3: Yes. Annette, you're awesome. [00:04:36] Speaker 4: How are you? I wish I had courses as beautiful as some of those you have on your page. [00:04:42] Speaker 3: Oh my gosh. I... That's what I was just gonna say to you guys. Oh my gosh. I've been in such creation mode. I've built a... I just built one yesterday. Holy cow. I love it. And it's [00:04:53] Speaker 3: called taking your wisdom and profiting from it. Like, making money, but it... What it is is a series of prompts. I'm actually thinking about building a [00:05:06] Speaker 3: an app, you know, that, like, really advanced app that can take that can take your... [00:05:14] Speaker 3: What... Who you are, what you've done, and what you're good at, and trying to... And and seeing if it can be... It... Is it a hobby, or is it a living? Is it a hobby, or could it be, like, a side hustle where you can [00:05:26] Speaker 3: make money? Anyway, I built a beautiful beautiful module for the school yesterday. And today, I'm in the middle of building another one that is teaching [00:05:39] Speaker 3: AI... An AI baseline. You know, instead of going in and doing a fresh prompt every single time, and if you're using Quad, you've got the Skill MD. And if you're using Chat, you've got the customization. You got three different categories. [00:05:51] Speaker 3: Most people that I know, I had a conversation on Facebook yesterday with a photographer that I know, and she was saying, well, what if this happens, what if that happens? And I realized she had [00:06:03] Speaker 3: no idea what any of the stuff was. So I'm doing... I'm building a whole module on that now and... That I'm in the middle of. So that's what I'm doing right [00:06:14] Speaker 3: now. I'm packing the school where I have no students, but I'm getting there. [00:06:21] Speaker 0: I feel like I [00:06:23] Speaker 3: feel like I have to have something in there. I don't know how the rest of you feel, but I I feel like it's gotta have something juicy in there that's gonna keep people's attention, or they're not gonna stay. [00:06:34] Speaker 0: Mhmm. [00:06:35] Speaker 3: Well, that's what I'm doing. [00:06:37] Speaker 0: I guess. Love it. [00:06:41] Speaker 0: We will have Jashina intro herself real quick, and then, Julia, I'll get back to your question. If if you're able to, Jashina. No worries. Oh, [00:06:51] Speaker 2: I had the wrong link and everything. I'm gonna get myself together. Hello. I am Jashina Shelton. Look at my background. It's the AI after hours. Mhmm. I'm learning. Yeah. But I'm building [00:07:03] Speaker 2: a community for women who want to learn, play, and grow with artificial intelligence in a nonjudgmental space. And I don't know. What's the question? What am I working on this week? [00:07:15] Speaker 0: Yes. [00:07:16] Speaker 2: So somehow I got the bright idea, like, 02:00 in the morning that that faith leaders need need a new dashboard. And so I'm building a faith leader dashboard on top of trying to build the community. [00:07:28] Speaker 2: Yeah. [00:07:30] Speaker 0: I'm interested to hear what that's all about. [00:07:32] Speaker 1: Oh, I'm excited too. [00:07:34] Speaker 0: Cool. Jules, thank you, Jashina. [00:07:39] Speaker 1: Well, that sounds cool, Jashina. That sounds really neat. I was gonna ask Melissa. Do you have access to... I mean, can can we get access to what you built the other day? What you built yesterday? That sounds pretty cool. For what you're building? [00:07:51] Speaker 3: Yeah. I don't have it in I don't have it in LaunchBox in my... In mine yet. But because I was finalizing a few things, I was getting my... The modules together and then [00:08:02] Speaker 3: also putting together the downloadable instruction. So I've got a I've got a 19 module visual, and then I've got the downloadable PDF that has [00:08:14] Speaker 3: the literal instruction. I'd love your opinions about it. So, yeah, I'm gonna get that in there in the next day or so. [00:08:21] Speaker 1: Yeah. That'd be great. I would love to, you know, like, beta test it or whatever if it's something that you're about selling, you know, and throwing it out there and seeing what you can offer. So it sound... It sounds fabulous. Also, Ian, I just checked... Oh, [00:08:33] Speaker 1: I'm sorry. Go ahead, Melissa. [00:08:35] Speaker 3: No. No. I I will, I'll alert you when it's in there. It'll be in there in the next twenty four hours. [00:08:40] Speaker 1: K. Cool. I appreciate it. I know we're f b friends. So Mhmm. Great. And then, Ian, I actually... I just went on to my Instagram and my LinkedIn and my Facebook, and the, it worked. [00:08:52] Speaker 1: What I put together, my campaign manager... So just so everybody knows, I went into my campaign manager for Jacine who just came on and created a whole campaign to launch for the next three days. I put it [00:09:04] Speaker 1: in my calendar and everything, and, it created it literally within less than forty five minutes. So it was great. So if anybody hasn't tried it yet, then you want all your stuff to go out to your socials on a timed [00:09:16] Speaker 1: thing, so it worked. So good job, Ian. Yay. Good job, Ian. [00:09:21] Speaker 0: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. [00:09:22] Speaker 1: A lot of hard work. [00:09:23] Speaker 0: Okay. Well, thank you all again for being here, and thank you as well for testing out the new campaign manager because that was my ask last week for people to give that [00:09:35] Speaker 0: a try. And I know some of you have, and I've gotten some feedback as to how to improve it. And thank you. That's exactly what I needed and what's gonna make it even better. [00:09:47] Speaker 0: And some of the specific things I'll get into as far as pieces that people brought up. Some of them, I can actually probably answer and and give you clarity here on how to do it. [00:09:59] Speaker 0: But, again, as LaunchBox grows, I'm just learning, you know, what it is that you guys want, what you need, and how to best implement it into the platform. And so [00:10:11] Speaker 0: my thought today is to just go back over the campaign creator, over the content calendar, answer some questions, show you guys a bit [00:10:23] Speaker 0: of the other improvements that I'm working on in the... In LaunchBox. And, yeah, just go from there. And congrats on [00:10:35] Speaker 0: everybody in in working on your stuff, whether it was LaunchBox or not. And I will go ahead and share my screen here. Let's see. [00:10:48] Speaker 0: Let's do this one. Okay. So I know, Annette, Jules, for sure, you had checked out the new [00:11:00] Speaker 0: campaign creator. And so for those of you who may not have seen it or used it yet, this is what it looks like right now. [00:11:09] Speaker 0: And so you'll go to the admin side. You would go to the sidebar here where it says campaigns, and we could do a new campaign. [00:11:23] Speaker 0: And how it works is similarly to just a regular chat you would have, you know, in ChatGPT, but it's really geared towards being a marketing driver [00:11:35] Speaker 0: for for you. And so you'll talk with a campaign director, then you move on to the phase of the writer and then the art department. And then at the end, [00:11:46] Speaker 0: you you put it all onto your content calendar, schedule it out, and it will post those pieces of content for you. As well as it will create... Like Annette had mentioned, it will [00:11:58] Speaker 0: create pages that go along with your campaign, and all of it ties into whatever the funnel it is, essentially, that you're creating here. So there's two different methods, and one [00:12:10] Speaker 0: of the things that Annette had pointed out to me is we have grow my platform. So this is supposed to make the funnel specific to growing your LaunchBox community. So as you're having a [00:12:22] Speaker 0: conversation with the chat, it's all gonna be geared around, you know, your community. So the agent will have that context in the back. And as far as [00:12:33] Speaker 0: your conversation with it, it knows your pricing and stuff like that. And then if you wanted to do a open campaign for anything... So let's say you wanted to do a [00:12:45] Speaker 0: campaign for your friend who's opening up a a flower shop or something like that. And you can be like, hey. I can make you a campaign, and that's where the open campaign comes in. [00:12:57] Speaker 0: And truthfully, this one probably needs more work as far as just making it more flexible and intuitive. [00:13:09] Speaker 0: But I did put a good amount of context for the agent to understand growing your platform. So this one is much more solid. The open campaign still needs some [00:13:20] Speaker 0: work. But let's do a campaign or let's let's say that I'll take the role of, sort of, like, Melissa where I have a course that I just created, [00:13:33] Speaker 0: and I want to drive [00:13:36] Speaker 0: some leads and information about that course slash my community. And so [00:13:43] Speaker 0: I want a campaign geared to use my course as a lead magnet to get [00:13:55] Speaker 0: people into my community. [00:13:59] Speaker 0: And so here, I would give it more information about what that course actually is, what it's about. What was it called again, Melissa? [00:14:11] Speaker 0: Like, if it's a hobby versus... [00:14:14] Speaker 3: Right. So, you know, is is... Are you working with a hobby, or is this, you know, is this a good side hustle? So it's a really strong set of [00:14:26] Speaker 3: prompt questions that you put into your, you know, chat or clutter, whoever you want, to really spar with you and push back and ask really specific [00:14:37] Speaker 3: questions and let you... You know, it gives you some really honest, whether you like it or not, feedback on whether it can be monetized. [00:14:49] Speaker 0: Awesome. [00:14:54] Speaker 0: And I'm saying... So just briefly, you you could give it much better context than I would, but I I said the course there understand, are you doing a hobby or a real side hustle to challenge the person [00:15:07] Speaker 0: on if their product is [00:15:11] Speaker 0: monetizable. [00:15:14] Speaker 3: Their product or their or their idea. You know? Like, whatever they're good at. You know? Are they great at, you know, baking cookies? Or are they great at, you know, some other some other thing that they really [00:15:26] Speaker 3: love doing? So I'm trying to come at this from the angle of something you love, something you're passionate about. Can you turn that in? Can you monetize it? Can... Is that scalable? Can you make money from that? [00:15:38] Speaker 3: And then pushing really hard with a series of, like, three buckets, massive amount of questions and feedback, and then instruction on how you keep going [00:15:50] Speaker 3: back. Well, what if I did this? Or what if I only add two weeks to make this decision? And what if I only need to make this much money versus this much money? So it's really detailed. [00:15:59] Speaker 0: Wow. Yeah. That sounds awesome. And, like, it could, yeah, shake some people up into reality of [00:16:08] Speaker 3: Yes. What's the... It's a reality... Yeah. It's a reality checker. You know? Do you want a BFF, or do you want a sparring partner? Right. And I went for the sparring partner. [00:16:19] Speaker 0: Alright. So here, I'm going to... I said, basically, what what I just wrote there, this is a lead magnet to drive people into my AI community. The director says, love that. A diagnostic challenge that [00:16:31] Speaker 0: forces people to confront whether they're playing or building something real, that's a sharp hook. So let me make sure I got that shape. An existing course, what is it called? What what is it called? What would you call it? [00:16:45] Speaker 0: We're calling it [00:16:52] Speaker 0: Avi versus side hustle. [00:16:57] Speaker 0: And the campaign's job is to get people to take it, then land in your free community tier on LaunchBox. From there, you'll upsell to core or paid. That sounds right. And if this course... And is this course already built? Yes. [00:17:09] Speaker 0: It's already built. Just use a dummy URL for it for now. So, yeah, I would put in the [00:17:21] Speaker 0: URL wherever the course is hosted. You can grab the course link from LaunchBox and paste it in here, and that's how I would do that. But I'm just telling it to use a dummy URL. [00:17:33] Speaker 0: And the next piece is, is the course already built? Do we need to build the delivery flow into the campaign? Nope. The content should [00:17:44] Speaker 0: just inform about the course and community. [00:17:50] Speaker 0: And so as I'm filling the chat out here, the agent is filling this form out on the right side. And if I wanted to take the reins here for some of these, I can [00:18:02] Speaker 0: put in the value that I want. So hobby versus side hustle is a strong name, so the campaign drives people to a page that sells the course. And then it's asking where do you have the largest existing [00:18:14] Speaker 0: audience or social footprint right now. I'm gonna say LinkedIn [00:18:19] Speaker 0: x... [00:18:20] Speaker 3: Sorry. Sorry, Ian. I had to walk away for a second from my phone, but it's knowledge into income. That's the name. [00:18:26] Speaker 0: Okay. Okay. [00:18:30] Speaker 0: It is the name of yours, actually. And you have a warm e m... Email list. No email list right now. [00:18:45] Speaker 0: And cold. [00:18:48] Speaker 0: So it asked which channels have people... YouTube, which channels actually have people who'd see this? And then here, it's finally [00:19:00] Speaker 0: given us the overview of the campaign. So hobby versus side hustle, objective, lead gen, offer, audience, AI curious creators, and solopreneurs who dabble but [00:19:12] Speaker 0: haven't monetized all of this here. And then it's asking, does that direction feel right? Yes. This success metric would be [00:19:23] Speaker 0: closer to 20 sign ups. [00:19:29] Speaker 0: And then it's asking if we want to have videos here. Still the video pieces in development. So I'm gonna say no videos, and then it's no video. [00:19:43] Speaker 0: The strongest piece that this is generating right now really is the images for the content. And to get to Jules' point of can we give [00:19:56] Speaker 0: our campaign director source material for images to use, we can. And so that's where this little button up here is. It's brand kit, and this is going to reference your [00:20:08] Speaker 0: platform brief. And so as you had gone in, whenever you set your platform brief up, you did that little onboarding interview. It should have asked you to provide some [00:20:20] Speaker 0: style reference images as well as your logo and founder headshot. So Jules with the cool cat, I would have... For the the founder headshot, I probably [00:20:32] Speaker 0: would have actually used the the cool cat there as, like, the character. [00:20:36] Speaker 1: I think I did, actually, but I'd have to go back in and look at the brand kit. Now can you upload video as well? Or... [00:20:43] Speaker 0: No. No. No video. [00:20:45] Speaker 1: Okay. Because it creates videos within the campaign. That's why I was asking. So we have to use whatever videos it creates? [00:20:52] Speaker 0: Yeah. The videos that it creates are geared towards your your campaign. [00:20:56] Speaker 1: Okay. [00:20:57] Speaker 0: Yes. Did you [00:20:59] Speaker 3: say you can upload a style guide? Because I have a very specific style guide for this. [00:21:06] Speaker 0: Yes. Yes. Okay. [00:21:08] Speaker 3: Okay. That's good to know. [00:21:09] Speaker 0: You can you can... For this particular one too, you can add... Include specific reference images for this campaign. [00:21:17] Speaker 3: So... You can. Okay. That's really good to know. Okay. [00:21:22] Speaker 0: Alright. So we're gonna say that all looks good. We're gonna approve the direction. The next piece, it's going to lay out a plan for us based on that initial conversation we had with the director. [00:21:34] Speaker 0: It's going to likely say, here's a piece of content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and give us... I wanna say I said a camp... Maybe. [00:21:46] Speaker 0: I don't even think I told it a specific timeline. [00:21:51] Speaker 0: It can take a little bit to load too because it's processing a lot of info on the back end. So, [00:21:58] Speaker 0: Jules, I heard that it took you forty five minutes. That, to me, is is pretty long. And I want I [00:22:07] Speaker 1: was fiddling around with them. The images weren't right, and it said don't regenerate it. And then I just went ahead and regenerated it because... And it actually... The picture was a little better. They were just very generic stock pictures. That's why I wanna put the brand [00:22:19] Speaker 1: kit now. I know I can put my own stuff in, but it it just... Because I was fiddling around with it is why it took so long. But it was generating everything pretty darn quick. I was pretty impressed. So thank you. [00:22:30] Speaker 0: Yeah. Yeah. I ran it today, and it took me ten minutes to go through the full [00:22:39] Speaker 0: production here. So the plan is giving us the... [00:22:43] Speaker 1: Yeah. I didn't know exactly. [00:22:45] Speaker 0: Exactly. Yeah. So I understand it would take potentially a little bit longer than that, but I think that it's worth it to go through this in a conversation and get [00:22:57] Speaker 0: a targeted campaign. [00:23:00] Speaker 0: Okay. So here it says the plan treats the hobby versus side hustle campaign as a cold acquisition funnel across LinkedIn, x, and Instagram over four weeks. Week one builds awareness with the [00:23:12] Speaker 0: core message and drives traffic to a single capture page offering free community membership plus the knowledge into income diagnostic course. Weeks two and three, so this is a [00:23:24] Speaker 0: full three week campaign here. [00:23:28] Speaker 0: Week two to three is nurturing sign ups with social proof and anti hype value post pushing three member deep... Members deeper into the community. Week four closes with the momentum post and a final call to action. [00:23:41] Speaker 0: So it's 10 pieces of content total. So we'll just go ahead and approve the plan. [00:23:55] Speaker 0: And so now it's going into the copywriter agent who's taken the direction of the planner with a campaign voice of [00:24:07] Speaker 0: write every piece as if you're practical builder talking to a smart skeptical peer. Use short, direct sentences, lead with the problem, and curiosity without income is a [00:24:19] Speaker 0: hobby, not the solution. Avoid hype words theory or vague motivation. For proof, lean on the founder's origin story and the platform structure. Tools plus training plus community. Never invent metrics or [00:24:30] Speaker 0: testimonials. Vary openings across pieces. Don't start every post with stop treating AI like a hobby. Instead, rotate between the problem, the founder's story, and a simple diagnostic question, which [00:24:42] Speaker 0: I love that because I've used AI content creator stuff. I've made AI content creator stuff in the past where all of it is kind of the same thing [00:24:54] Speaker 0: where this creates variety of... I don't necessarily want every piece of content going out there to pitch my sale. I want it to inform. I want it to [00:25:06] Speaker 0: get the the people to know who I am. And so this is a variety of content that it generates here. So on this particular step, we can click this button to view the [00:25:18] Speaker 0: copy. So we can just, you know, as you see it, you can you can say that I like this or not. If we wanted to change a piece of content, we would [00:25:30] Speaker 0: say that here in the chat. [00:25:33] Speaker 0: But for now, we can go ahead and move on. [00:25:39] Speaker 0: So with each of these steps, you're able to communicate with the director and make edits as well as do that over here on the right. And [00:25:51] Speaker 0: I believe, like, one of the things Annette came into when she was, using the campaign creator was, that you were [00:26:03] Speaker 0: not wanting to have images actually generated for some of those, and that is definitely something that's not anything you did. [00:26:15] Speaker 0: How I've set it up right now is that it does generate images for each piece of content, and I understand that that might not be what everybody wants. So that's on my list of things to update here is [00:26:27] Speaker 0: to give the [00:26:30] Speaker 0: the user, you guys making your campaign, the opportunity to kinda say which pieces you want images with or not. [00:26:41] Speaker 4: My challenge was that for Facebook post, what I've been told without doing ad, if I do their image for whatever [00:26:52] Speaker 4: I'm promoting, I can't also have another image. I have to do text and the link, and their website thumbnail comes up or whatever they've got linked to come up, [00:27:05] Speaker 4: and I can't add another image. So I only do text and the link, and that's all I can post, and I couldn't get there because I think if, you know, if it [00:27:17] Speaker 4: would... I kept saying, well, let's... Could... Do you have to have image? Oh, no. We we... We're... And it was putting in the prompts, no image, but the image part was ignoring it. But that's why it, you know, it affected what I was [00:27:28] Speaker 4: trying to do, which didn't really have anything to do with building a campaign. It was just another way. I wanted to see if I could use this feature for that, for some of those social media posts [00:27:40] Speaker 4: that are supposed... I want them to be short and sweet. So sorry. [00:27:45] Speaker 0: No. That actually gives me, like, more clarity on what your issue was. [00:27:49] Speaker 4: Okay. Well, I know that it's hard to explain all that in an email, so it might not have been clear. [00:27:55] Speaker 0: So what I'm understanding is as you were... You're posting, you're including links for various things, whether that's a sign up for...... [00:28:05] Speaker 4: Didn't even get to that point because when I got past art, there were images. So then I would just give up, and I would go back and try again. And I never got to the point of [00:28:17] Speaker 4: actually, you know, adding the image to see what was gonna happen. It was like to try a test thing if this would work or not to be able to schedule these because some of them don't need updating. I could [00:28:28] Speaker 4: schedule them out for whatever and not have to worry about them for a few weeks. They just go up once a week and be done. [00:28:35] Speaker 1: I like that. [00:28:37] Speaker 0: My my, 2ยข on it, how I've heard is you don't want to include a link in your actual post. So that's why you see so many [00:28:50] Speaker 0: posts that say link in the comments because for whatever reason, Facebook won't ding you if you put the link in the comments. [00:28:58] Speaker 4: So... After it posts, I would then have to go to Facebook that day it post it and add the link? [00:29:05] Speaker 0: Correct. Into the comments. So that is... You know? I mean, you can you can certainly add it into the post. Mhmm. But, basically, [00:29:14] Speaker 4: it doesn't like that. [00:29:15] Speaker 0: That's what I've heard. [00:29:17] Speaker 4: That's what [00:29:18] Speaker 1: I've heard. [00:29:18] Speaker 0: I don't know if it's actually true. [00:29:20] Speaker 4: So my posting would just need to say, see the link in the... But then I'll have to try one. That means I've put an image in there. Mhmm. Because it's not gonna let me just do [00:29:32] Speaker 4: text. So when that hits Facebook... Oh, because I'm putting that in... Oh my god. That was the way around it all along, not putting the link in post. Thank you, Ian. [00:29:42] Speaker 0: Yeah. So you could proceed to have an image generated here, and then you would need to go back and and put that link in. [00:29:49] Speaker 4: Thank you. You gave me two workarounds whether I use campaign or not. That's a workaround. Thank you. [00:29:56] Speaker 0: Yes. And just she [00:29:57] Speaker 4: said that.... [00:29:57] Speaker 3: Nice. Yeah. That's actually true about the about the link if you do it, like, in the header because Mhmm. They don't they don't want you steering people away from their site. [00:30:08] Speaker 4: Right? That [00:30:09] Speaker 3: it makes sense. Yeah. So they're all the same. I mean, LinkedIn is that way fiercely. [00:30:15] Speaker 4: Well, thank you both for y'all showing me a workaround using this or not using it. Because I made some simple images and then found out I couldn't use them. [00:30:25] Speaker 0: Yes. Justina, are you saying that it's... It... They do want it in the post or not the comments? [00:30:33] Speaker 4: Well, that's just what I've been doing because I didn't know any better. [00:30:37] Speaker 2: No. I was saying that they want it in the comments, not the actual post. [00:30:42] Speaker 4: Right. And I I remember to add [00:30:45] Speaker 2: it, and I'll be forgetting because I'll be making posts at six something in the morning. I'm not up at [00:30:49] Speaker 4: 06:30. Money. [00:30:50] Speaker 0: You put the link. [00:30:51] Speaker 4: I would just put some enticing text and then put the link, and it would come out as the text with the link and the thumbnail. I just never... I didn't know that was a problem, and I [00:31:03] Speaker 4: didn't think of the other way of doing it. See how valuable you guys are to me? Thank you. Yeah. Big problem solved either way. I still like having it automatically post, though. [00:31:14] Speaker 1: Right? [00:31:15] Speaker 0: Yeah. [00:31:16] Speaker 4: Yeah. Thank you. [00:31:18] Speaker 0: Yes. [00:31:18] Speaker 4: So you do what's best for for lunch box, and then I'll... I have found my workaround now. Thank you. [00:31:25] Speaker 0: You got it. Okay. So here right now, again, it's pulling reference from my brand kit. Mhmm. And let's see. If I wanted to edit so that [00:31:37] Speaker 0: it had different pieces in my my brand kit to reference, there's a little link there that it'll take me to. Here we go. So here, [00:31:49] Speaker 0: what it's done is it's generated the art for us and made content for a variety of platforms. And then in prod... Produce produce, [00:32:01] Speaker 0: here's where I can see the whole thing is week one. I've got the page. I've got a LinkedIn post. I got an x post, which I didn't want it to create something for x. I must have [00:32:13] Speaker 0: missed that it did that. And then Instagram posts. I think I clicked x instead of Facebook. [00:32:21] Speaker 0: LinkedIn, [00:32:24] Speaker 0: and then week three, Instagram, LinkedIn, x, and Instagram. So if I wanted to go back and say, actually want a piece of content for [00:32:36] Speaker 0: Facebook, I would probably go back to the plan here and say, I don't want content for x. [00:32:47] Speaker 0: I want LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. [00:32:56] Speaker 0: So let's see if this will pick up the fix. [00:33:01] Speaker 0: And it's going to say this button right here to regenerate the plan. So it's swapping expert Facebook. So the channel mix is now LinkedIn and the Facebook, all [00:33:13] Speaker 0: organic posts. And one of the one of the pieces to that, as I'm doing this, I'm realizing, what if I don't want to regenerate every piece of content? I like the ones for [00:33:25] Speaker 0: Instagram and LinkedIn. It's not set to do just specific ones, so that's something that I will update here too. So it does have Instagram, [00:33:37] Speaker 0: LinkedIn, and Facebook now. No longer any x. But now the downside is I have to go through and do this all over again, which you shouldn't need to do that. So I'll get that updated. [00:33:56] Speaker 0: But at least now, whenever it goes onto my content calendar, I'll know that it's gonna be going to the correct platforms, and I won't need to write. Yeah. I won't miss anything. [00:34:22] Speaker 0: Okay. Writing. Writing. Writing. [00:34:32] Speaker 0: And I saw, Jashina, you had created a newsletter too. So how was your experience with that? Woo hoo. [00:34:42] Speaker 2: We have three three issues out. And I was like, okay. I like this. Like, anything that's taking stuff off my plate, I like this. [00:34:50] Speaker 0: Yeah. [00:34:51] Speaker 2: And the images were on brand, and I was like, okay. Okay. Yeah. [00:34:56] Speaker 0: Perfect. [00:34:58] Speaker 0: Yes. I've really been enjoying the newsletter piece, honestly. I mean, to... One, it posts to my feed, so there's an additional piece of content there. And then, two, the the stuff that it actually [00:35:10] Speaker 0: makes is is relevant and good. [00:35:14] Speaker 2: No. It is. [00:35:15] Speaker 0: Yeah. [00:35:16] Speaker 2: Have you been using your newsletter as a lead magnet? [00:35:20] Speaker 0: I have. Yep. So what it looks like is it's posting here on my my LinkedIn. I'll go show you my profile for some of the recent ones. And it's been getting likes. People are actually [00:35:32] Speaker 0: commenting on it. Like, they're reading the articles and getting pointed. I definitely had to sign up on my community because of the newsletter. So that was pretty [00:35:44] Speaker 0: cool. Let me see where I get to my my post here. [00:35:50] Speaker 0: Here's the one from today [00:35:55] Speaker 0: and 74 impressions. Melissa is like, that's fun. Thank you. [00:35:59] Speaker 4: With it... And I will... Does it come out to all if your members in PowerSuite? [00:36:06] Speaker 0: It will. K. And so as somebody click... Clicks on it, it'll be brought into your actual dashboard here, and they can sign up. If they're not a [00:36:18] Speaker 0: member, there'll be a little pop up for them to sign up as a user. [00:36:22] Speaker 4: Because otherwise, I just have to catch it on LinkedIn. Right? Or... [00:36:29] Speaker 0: For for what aspect? [00:36:31] Speaker 4: To see your your newsletter. I'm trying to figure out what the distribution is. That's the word. [00:36:38] Speaker 0: So it it will poke onto your feed. [00:36:43] Speaker 4: Okay. [00:36:44] Speaker 0: Yes. Here on my feed, you're you're able to see it as a as a p... As a post. So my members, as they're scrolling through here, they'll see it [00:36:55] Speaker 1: open. Okay. [00:36:57] Speaker 0: Really thing. You'll be able to see it there. [00:37:00] Speaker 4: Very cool. [00:37:01] Speaker 0: Yes. Let's see. Okay. Now we're back to our art generation. We'll approve it for these. See what it gives us here. I always love this part just to see what it does make because [00:37:13] Speaker 0: it's for me, personally, I I really like what it's made. [00:37:19] Speaker 1: And [00:37:23] Speaker 0: as you... As the couple of you who have used it, is your experience with chatting here, do you like that sort of experience? [00:37:34] Speaker 1: Yeah. I like to be able to chat with them.... The long one. Mhmm. [00:37:37] Speaker 0: Yeah. It's [00:37:39] Speaker 4: just like going in somewhere and writing some prompts except you're getting prompted what they need from you. Makes it better. You're giving them better information because they're guiding you. [00:37:49] Speaker 1: Yeah. I felt the same way. So it was kinda like talking to a real person almost. And that's why when I reversed the picture prompt and it said, wow. That's a really cool prompt. You know? It It saw what I was [00:38:01] Speaker 1: doing. I just didn't know how to give it to it. Now I know. [00:38:05] Speaker 0: Mhmm. [00:38:07] Speaker 4: How did you get it to it? [00:38:09] Speaker 1: Well, he just... Ian just showed us this morning I have to create my brand kit with those pictures in, which I think I have, but I didn't know to click on the brand. [00:38:16] Speaker 4: Or put it down in your text line. [00:38:19] Speaker 1: Yeah. It's the first time I've ever used the the campaign thing. It's my fur... I even told it that when I was using it. [00:38:25] Speaker 0: Yeah. [00:38:25] Speaker 1: We're... This is my first time to help me out. [00:38:28] Speaker 4: We are learning together. [00:38:30] Speaker 0: Mhmm. Yep. Okay. So it's created the correct platforms. Now we have Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, and I actually really like these images even more. [00:38:42] Speaker 0: And then you got this big button down here to add it to your content calendar. [00:38:49] Speaker 0: The page, you'll need to click the create page [00:38:55] Speaker 0: button here, [00:38:57] Speaker 0: and then it will generate that. So now let's see if it's posted onto our content calendar. [00:39:07] Speaker 0: Let's see. [00:39:09] Speaker 0: I didn't know what day it said it was starting. [00:39:17] Speaker 0: Okay. There it is. So this one is hobby versus side hustle campaign. And so you can have multiple campaigns going on at a single time. If I... I'm drive... Trying to drive people through a campaign [00:39:29] Speaker 0: from my course, you can have a campaign specific to that or [00:39:39] Speaker 0: just different segments that you guys may come across as you're marketing. So the last piece is... And I have this [00:39:51] Speaker 0: in here, and I will say I'm I'm curious your thoughts on it too. So the way you have to do it is you'd either come in here and click publish now, or you need to [00:40:03] Speaker 0: come in and approve, like, preapprove these posts to go out. Would you rather it just already be approved by the time that they get here so that after you put them on your calendar, you [00:40:15] Speaker 0: don't have to come in and do this? [00:40:18] Speaker 1: Yeah. Actually, that's what I'm doing right now because I was regenerating some stuff. And it'd be easier if it just already approved. [00:40:26] Speaker 1: My question was is that... Well, I didn't tell you I had a question, but I have a question. I asked it to do a three day event from the twenty second to twenty third and twenty fourth, and it said it would start on the twenty first to [00:40:38] Speaker 1: kinda get the ball rolling because the summit was the three days. But it didn't post anything for Friday, so I'm having to change dates and save them now on the campaign. So I'm not quite [00:40:49] Speaker 1: sure where I went wrong with that. [00:40:54] Speaker 0: What dates did it create it for? '21, '22, '23? [00:41:04] Speaker 0: Hello? [00:41:08] Speaker 1: Sorry. Hold on. I'm sorry. I put myself on mute. Yeah. I didn't create anything for the twenty fourth. It just did '21, '22, and '23, like a three day for that. [00:41:18] Speaker 0: Okay. Did you tell it, hey. Make sure you make one for the twenty fourth? [00:41:23] Speaker 1: I'm trying to do that right now, so I'm not sure how to do it. Okay. [00:41:27] Speaker 0: You would go back to the plan step. [00:41:33] Speaker 1: Okay. Go back to the the campaign? [00:41:37] Speaker 0: Yes. Go back to campaign. [00:41:39] Speaker 1: In the plan step? Okay. Because it says week '21 through '27 at the top. It doesn't let me actually change that. I'm not sure [00:41:51] Speaker 1: why. [00:41:54] Speaker 0: Okay. That might be one where I need to look at it a little bit more in detail. [00:41:59] Speaker 1: Okay. Because the campaign actually states reminders on July 22 through the twenty fourth, which is correct. But when I went into the calendar content, the content on the calendar was only the twenty first to the twenty [00:42:11] Speaker 1: third. So now I'm just going through and, like you said, hey. We're having to save it and approve changes. I'm just changing the date to the twenty fourth now. Does that make sense? [00:42:20] Speaker 0: That does make sense. But there could be some sort of matching thing where it's putting them on there a day before. So I'll check into that too. [00:42:31] Speaker 1: No worries. [00:42:32] Speaker 0: Okay. Okay. Alright. So that is the campaign. That is the content creator. We'll check out the newsletter here just briefly. And so for you to come in [00:42:44] Speaker 0: and create a newsletter that is recurring, you'd come in here and click on settings. [00:42:53] Speaker 0: And if you want your newsletter to be news driven, there's an option for that. If you want it to be evergreen, which means it would be really [00:43:05] Speaker 0: just kind of structured for your brand and your target audience, you could do that without any news. And then the blend gives you both worlds where it's both [00:43:17] Speaker 0: news driven and on on brand, which... [00:43:23] Speaker 0: Yes. Then you can... [00:43:27] Speaker 1: You you kinda lost me. Is this part of the campaign? [00:43:30] Speaker 0: No. This is on news there. [00:43:32] Speaker 1: Oh, this is all separate. Okay. Sorry. Go ahead. Yes. [00:43:35] Speaker 0: All good. [00:43:37] Speaker 0: So, yeah, just going through the settings on it. Whenever you're on the admin newsletter, there's this drop down for settings. And you'll tweak, if you'd like to, the brand [00:43:49] Speaker 0: voice, recurring themes, extra style guidance, [00:43:54] Speaker 0: grounding it in the platform brief. And, honestly, as I'm looking at it, I I really have... I really am starting to think that the the user interface for something [00:44:05] Speaker 0: like this should probably be like it is for the campaigns. And so not necessarily a form like this, but you can... You should be able to just chat with AI, and it [00:44:17] Speaker 0: would update it for you because, I mean, I don't want you to necessarily need to, like, walk walk through this whole thing because it could be a little confusing. So do you guys... [00:44:29] Speaker 0: How do you think... How do you feel about that? [00:44:33] Speaker 3: Simplified is king. [00:44:36] Speaker 0: Was that?... That means. Simplified. [00:44:37] Speaker 3: Yeah. Simplified is king for me. Right? [00:44:40] Speaker 0: So I'm guessing it's the [00:44:42] Speaker 1: best one. Simpler, the better. [00:44:44] Speaker 0: Okay. I got you. So I'll work on that refresh. And... [00:44:51] Speaker 0: But to do it right now, you can generate a one off newsletter. So we could just say generate and publish immediately. So that's gonna add it to our content calendar. [00:45:06] Speaker 0: And, yeah, I will... Because [00:45:10] Speaker 0: I shouldn't need to tell you the secret handshake to to do this. [00:45:21] Speaker 0: But let's see what it generates for us. [00:45:36] Speaker 0: Here we go. The fallacy of the perfect prompt. Sounds like an interesting read. And then you're brought into an editor where you would [00:45:47] Speaker 0: edit each of these fields. But, again, I'm just gonna make it so there's an agent that you would just chat with to make the edits. So this is just kind of how it's set up temporarily. And then what it looks like [00:45:58] Speaker 0: live. Boom. Now we have a standalone newsletter page talking about, [00:46:07] Speaker 0: policy of the perfect prompt. [00:46:11] Speaker 0: Okay. So we have about ten more minutes. [00:46:15] Speaker 0: And I'm curious what you guys... Where you guys are at now. [00:46:22] Speaker 0: How do you feel about these updates?... [00:46:24] Speaker 4: Another day's work to play with all these. [00:46:27] Speaker 0: Yes. Yes. Yeah. [00:46:32] Speaker 0: And I will... I have some of the updates I've been working on already, and I will work over this week to make some improvements. And... [00:46:44] Speaker 0: Yeah. But go ahead and use it because it is... You can you can move it. [00:46:50] Speaker 4: So can I ask in the newsletter, like, fallacy of the prompt, is that something that agent has written, or is that something they found out in the news world and brought in? [00:47:02] Speaker 4: Or did I write it? [00:47:03] Speaker 0: Good question. So That's good. Because I have mine as news driven, there is an actual agent that goes out and reviews the top AI news or [00:47:15] Speaker 0: whatever it is your niche is. Mhmm. And then on the back end, it's it's like scoring the top, like, viral news, and and then that's [00:47:27] Speaker 0: where it's driving that content from. [00:47:31] Speaker 1: K. I [00:47:32] Speaker 3: was in conversation yesterday about this, like, with... Because it's pulling from news data, it's not using anything word for word. Right? It's it's not Correct. Categorizing anything. [00:47:44] Speaker 3: Right? [00:47:45] Speaker 0: Correct. No. It's not. Okay. It's not. Okay. Yeah. [00:47:50] Speaker 0: Let's see. [00:47:54] Speaker 0: Mhmm. It should... Go ahead. Yes. [00:47:59] Speaker 1: Who? Me? Yes. Yeah. No. I had a question on the campaigns because I'm still obviously working on that. When I get to the end, it said the green... The the green lights, brief plan, write, and art [00:48:11] Speaker 1: are all green. So I've approved everything. And then I get to produce, and it's blue. And it just... It shows me the images, and it says copy is written, build images, and pages above, then publish. [00:48:24] Speaker 1: So I'm not quite sure what that means. On my calendar, it shows that it's there and they're already gonna be published. So am I supposed to hit something else? [00:48:32] Speaker 0: I believe you probably did already because this is just saying that, hey. Your your whole thing has been done. And then [00:48:43] Speaker 0: there was... I'm not here where I have already pushed it onto my content calendar. So... But this wording this wording is confusing. [00:48:54] Speaker 1: Okay. I just... Because the the the produce is blue still, but at the bottom, it says copy written is in green, and it's a check mark. And everything's checked green next to all the ones are producing. So... Okay. [00:49:06] Speaker 1: So we're good to go then, I guess. [00:49:08] Speaker 0: Yes. You should be good to go. Have you checked your calendar to see if they're there? [00:49:14] Speaker 1: Yeah. They're here. I actually updated it. It would put some... Pick some content on the twenty fourth and change the dates and stuff. It's really easy to manipulate, which I appreciate. So thank you. Yes. The one thing I did notice, [00:49:25] Speaker 1: though, is that on certain ones, it's only, like, going to LinkedIn. Is there a way to make it go to all of them at the same time? [00:49:33] Speaker 0: Yes. And I'll update that too. So [00:49:39] Speaker 0: if we have this one generated for, I don't know, on Monday, the monetization gap, it's only sending it to LinkedIn because it's kind of geared towards [00:49:50] Speaker 0: that audience. But I'll make it so that it would go out across different platforms. [00:49:57] Speaker 1: Okay. Yeah. Because it looks like it only goes at a certain time to one platform. It doesn't go to, like, all of them. So... [00:50:03] Speaker 0: Right. Yes. Yes. I can update that for sure. That's been on my list. I got that one. And then go ahead. [00:50:12] Speaker 1: No. I was gonna say for the for the brand kit, do I just go back to the very beginning and make sure my brand kit is set up? And then when I go to start a new campaign, I just click brand kit so it has all my assets [00:50:24] Speaker 1: available? [00:50:26] Speaker 0: Yeah. You could just verify whenever you do start a new campaign that everything there is what you want. Then if you have specific images that you wanted to reference, you can add them [00:50:38] Speaker 0: for this camp. [00:50:41] Speaker 1: Okay. Yeah. This... [00:50:44] Speaker 0: And I am... I I have the platform brief. It's on the main sidebar here. So that's how you can reach it, is it's above launch [00:50:56] Speaker 0: kit now. Mhmm. And if you want to change any of these specific pieces, you can actually click on them with a pencil and write in anything that you need [00:51:08] Speaker 0: specific to any of these. These are all AI generated, and they should, for the most part, be good to go. But just the little nuances that you might want to add, you can [00:51:20] Speaker 0: add in with that pencil edit button. [00:51:23] Speaker 1: Okay. And the platform brief is basically about our company. Correct? [00:51:27] Speaker 0: Yes. [00:51:28] Speaker 1: Okay. [00:51:29] Speaker 0: And then here, you have the media on the last button up here. [00:51:36] Speaker 0: So that's where I I have all of my style reference images at. [00:51:40] Speaker 1: Oh, okay. Yes. And so this actually... The platform brief is where you put everything in. And when you hit brand kit, it'll actually pull all the stuff up and associate it all altogether? [00:51:52] Speaker 0: Yes. [00:51:52] Speaker 4: Sorta? No? [00:51:54] Speaker 0: Yes. Yes. [00:51:55] Speaker 1: Are you sure? Yeah. Yeah. [00:51:58] Speaker 0: Yes. And it's confusing too because brand kit and platform brief, they're two different words, but they're the same thing. So I can unify that too so that they're the same thing, [00:52:10] Speaker 0: platform brief and brand kit. [00:52:13] Speaker 1: Okay. Yeah. See, I have nothing on my platform brief yet. And on my brand kit, I only have just the picture of my AI for Biz Pro. I don't have my CoolCat in there or anything. So I need to do that, I guess. [00:52:24] Speaker 0: Yes. Yes. Just come to your platform brief. [00:52:27] Speaker 1: With the platform brief, do you just give it your website and then it kinda pulls from your website and write stuff? Or... [00:52:35] Speaker 0: No. You go through, it's probably, like, eight different questions [00:52:39] Speaker 1: Okay. [00:52:39] Speaker 0: And answer them. But I like that idea of it being able to pull from your website, actually. So I might check that out too. And we are almost at our time too. So to respect [00:52:51] Speaker 0: everybody's time, I will go ahead and start to wrap it up here. [00:52:55] Speaker 1: Thank you. Yeah. [00:52:58] Speaker 0: Is... Are you guys good to do a... Just a brief what you have goals for this week? And my goal for this week is to, [00:53:10] Speaker 0: yeah, to make these updates in LaunchBox, listen to you guys, and stay on top of my my tasks that I have. [00:53:21] Speaker 0: There we go. Who we got? We got Jashina. [00:53:27] Speaker 2: My goal for this week is to continue to push AI after hours in my little different networking circles and then to play with this digital discipleship dashboard [00:53:39] Speaker 2: I'm building. So... Yay. [00:53:40] Speaker 0: I guess. Okay. Yes. Maybe we could see it next week. That'd be cool. Yeah. Alright. Alright. Cool. Melissa? [00:53:56] Speaker 3: Get back into my box and start getting all of my modules and everything in there. Just get everything organized and and look into these [00:54:07] Speaker 3: tools because I've been so... You know, I've had many weeks of detachment for family reasons. So looking forward to doing all of that stuff. [00:54:20] Speaker 0: Absolutely. Okay. Alrighty. Jules? [00:54:26] Speaker 1: Well, I agree with Melissa. Just trying to get back on track with a bunch of stuff, but I'm really glad I got into this campaign thing yesterday. So I my goal will be to get my platform brief done and to get my brand [00:54:38] Speaker 1: kit done. That way, moving forward, when I start to develop new campaigns for the affiliate for LaunchBox and trying to grow a community within here and then, you know, just trying to, represent [00:54:49] Speaker 1: other affiliates that I have and stuff like that. Just really get those campaigns up and going. So to basically platform brief, brand kit, and move forward with campaigns. Is that good? That sounds like a good goal. [00:55:03] Speaker 0: Yes. Thank you. And then that... [00:55:07] Speaker 4: I need to finish testing all the links on my website, and I'm gonna go through campaign again just to remember what it all is. And I'm gonna check out Brand Kit and see [00:55:19] Speaker 4: if I've got it set up and maybe start thinking about a newsletter. [00:55:24] Speaker 0: There we go. Love it. Okay. [00:55:27] Speaker 1: Hey, Eve. [00:55:27] Speaker 0: Alright. Go ahead. [00:55:28] Speaker 1: Real quick. Where... The Brand Kit, we found... I found it in campaign. Where is it actually on LaunchBox? [00:55:36] Speaker 0: When you're in the admin? [00:55:38] Speaker 1: Yeah. When you're in [00:55:39] Speaker 0: the admin...... Button down. Platform brief, and I'll make sure that it's a unified name. [00:55:44] Speaker 1: Oh, okay. So platform brief and Brand Kit are the same thing? [00:55:48] Speaker 0: Yes. [00:55:49] Speaker 1: Got it. [00:55:49] Speaker 4: Is there is there an app also called Brand Kit? [00:55:54] Speaker 0: There was... That's gone. That's gone. Wow. [00:56:00] Speaker 1: Look at Annette's memory. You go, girl. [00:56:03] Speaker 4: She is. As long as we get all that stuff, the media, the voices, and everything in platform, that's where it's drawing from for all those pages and stuff. [00:56:15] Speaker 0: Yes. [00:56:15] Speaker 4: Okay. Thank you. Good questions, Rasheen. [00:56:19] Speaker 0: Yes. [00:56:20] Speaker 1: Great job, Ian. Great job. [00:56:22] Speaker 4: Alright. You so much. You're for everything. Y'all have a great rest of your week. Bye. [00:56:29] Speaker 3: Bye. Bye.
