Make your campaign sound like you July 22, 2026 · Hosted by Ian McDonald Give a campaign clear brand context, inspect its content and dates, and use feedback to improve the next draft. Leave with a clearer brief and one corrected draft. BEFORE YOU START Bring one draft campaign, a description of your audience and a real example of your writing. If you have no campaign yet, use a single post you want to improve. FOLLOW ALONG 1. Clarify the audience and voice Write who the content serves, the useful point and the response you want. Add a sample in your own voice and a short description of the visual style. Remove outdated audience references. 2. Inspect a complete piece Read one post from beginning to end. Check the claim, image, link and invitation. Ask for a specific change instead of regenerating everything without explaining what is wrong. 3. Check the dates and next action Compare the intended schedule with the actual calendar or draft status. Check the time zone and destination. Keep unresolved items in draft and note what you need help with. PRACTICE PROMPTS Adapted exercises. Replace bracketed text and review every result. Improve the brand brief Here is my audience [audience], purpose [purpose] and writing example [example]. Review this brief [brief] for contradictions or outdated positioning. Suggest a concise revision and ask before changing the meaning. Review one campaign piece Check this draft [draft] against this brief [brief]. Suggest improvements to voice, clarity and the invitation. Flag unsupported claims and unclear dates. Return a revision for review; do not publish or schedule it. CHECKLIST [ ] I checked the audience in my brief. [ ] I supplied a real voice example. [ ] I reviewed one complete piece. [ ] I compared the intended and actual schedule. [ ] I kept unresolved items in draft. GET UNSTUCK Why do older screens use different brand names? This call discusses a naming transition between Brand Kit and Platform Brief. Use current Help and your community’s Support Agent to find the current setting. The assistant says it scheduled a post. Is that enough? Open the actual calendar or status view and inspect the date, time zone and destination. Ask for help with any discrepancy before retrying. https://www.launchbox.space/help/launch-and-learn/2026-07-22
