[00:00:00] Speaker 0: Well, we can go ahead and just do our quick check ins. What I will show you guys later on is the campaigns within LaunchBox, which allows you to create [00:00:13] Speaker 0: content and then put it on a content calendar, and it will be scheduled. You may have seen some of my stuff that's been going out on LinkedIn for sure. [00:00:20] Speaker 1: And that's how you do it? [00:00:23] Speaker 0: Yeah. It's nice. It's nice because I don't have to think about it. And when I I get up or something, I'm... I check, and it's there. [00:00:30] Speaker 1: Like, yeah.... There. [00:00:32] Speaker 0: Yeah. It's nice. [00:00:33] Speaker 1: It's amazing. He showed it to me. I had a call with him the other day. I needed some help, and he showed me how to do it. Oh my god. I... I'm gonna be in love with that when I'm... And my head is spinning with how I can use [00:00:45] Speaker 1: it. It's amazing what he's built. [00:00:48] Speaker 0: Mhmm. Yes. And then... Yeah. We'll get into that. [00:00:53] Speaker 1: Okay. [00:00:53] Speaker 0: I'm already I'm already go... Getting ahead of myself. [00:00:56] Speaker 1: The next piece I'm excited about your creations, Ian. [00:01:02] Speaker 0: Yeah. I agree. It is. I'm excited about it. It's nice. Alright. Alright. Alright. Let's do a check-in. I'm Ian. I'm here in... I was gonna say Colorado. I'm not in Colorado anymore. I'm in [00:01:13] Speaker 0: Texas. And [00:01:17] Speaker 0: it's been... What has it been? It's been a a good week. It's been a bit of a slower week just because we were out of town for the July 4, and then we were out of town last week again going to Austin [00:01:29] Speaker 0: with Aerials [00:01:34] Speaker 0: navy stuff. So we got back. We're here, and I'm a little under the weather. So I've just been taking it easier. So... But it's not anything crazy. So [00:01:46] Speaker 0: that's what's up. I'm, I'm happy to be here. Annette? [00:01:52] Speaker 1: Oh, well, I'm doing well. I am very close to launching my power suite. I had some questions for Ian before I wanted to do it, and now I have something else I want to wait till after that [00:02:04] Speaker 1: because I won't be as around to watch what happens, you know, all those members coming in and stuff, hopefully. So I'm holding off till probably the third or fourth of [00:02:15] Speaker 1: August. I will launch my power suite, and I'm doing it with a two week wait thing. I've gotta join our discovery circle or... Yeah. Discovery circle. And [00:02:27] Speaker 1: I'll give them two weeks and see... You know, just see what kind of response I get, and then I'm gonna open it up for membership. I've set a goal. I'd like to have 50 members by the end of the year. [00:02:39] Speaker 1: That might be, you know, overestimating, but I'm gonna try to think reasonably big. I also, within a couple of weeks after that, will launch my SC site. And that'll be two of my [00:02:51] Speaker 1: products are now out there working to see if they're going to stick and give me any income other than, like, what I'm getting from a couple of affiliates. And that's pretty much where I'm at. I'm fixing to be [00:03:03] Speaker 1: gone a couple of days, so I won't do much till the weekend. But I really liked the, I think you're gonna like the campaign when Ian shows it to you. [00:03:15] Speaker 0: Yes. Yes. [00:03:16] Speaker 1: And that's where I'm at. I'm feeling hopeful moving forward. Mhmm. [00:03:20] Speaker 0: Absolutely. Let's go. Hi, Tony. Welcome in. [00:03:25] Speaker 0: Hey. We're just doing introductions. Jashina, would you like to go next? [00:03:29] Speaker 2: Absolutely. So I'm Jashina based in Indianapolis, Indiana. Right now, I'm working on that founding members campaign for my community. I think my goal is still 25 [00:03:41] Speaker 2: founders, and then we'll grow from there. [00:03:44] Speaker 1: That's it. Well, [00:03:45] Speaker 0: you had a new one come in. Right? [00:03:47] Speaker 2: Last night? You saw that while we were talking. Yay. [00:03:50] Speaker 0: Yeah. Wait. Another new one? [00:03:53] Speaker 2: Yeah. What? [00:03:55] Speaker 0: Oh my gosh. That's awesome. [00:03:57] Speaker 2: We're trucking along. [00:03:58] Speaker 0: That's right. That's right. I'm so happy with that. Awesome. Hey, Regina. [00:04:11] Speaker 0: Oh, okay. Regina, are you able to say what's up? [00:04:20] Speaker 2: No. She's typing. [00:04:23] Speaker 1: Okay. She can't hear. I don't know. [00:04:27] Speaker 0: Okay. Okay. No worries. [00:04:28] Speaker 4: Sorry. I was able to... Now I am. Okay. I'm Regina. I actually am a SaaS owner of GHL. I'm trying to actually build... I have several [00:04:40] Speaker 4: courses that I'm trying to get finished, and I am actually... I have built several conversational AI and chatbots that go inside of GHL, and that's my goal right now. I'm trying to do that [00:04:51] Speaker 4: along with course creation. So that's what I'm doing. [00:04:55] Speaker 0: Sweet. Alright. So, mean, I'm not sure if you're still there, but oh, there we are. Hey, Tony. Would you like to introduce yourself? [00:05:08] Speaker 0: Oh, you're on mute. Sorry. [00:05:18] Speaker 3: Sorry about that. My name is Maria Antoinette Del Pesquio. My friends call me Tony. I'm one of the founders of your, beautiful [00:05:29] Speaker 3: hub, AI hub. And, yeah, I I met you through AI for business and had the pleasure of, you know, joining. Unfortunately, I've [00:05:41] Speaker 3: been MIS, missing in action, m I m I a, due to life, you know, interruptions. But here I am. I'm trying [00:05:53] Speaker 3: to find my footing to, you know, align myself with all the overwhelming tools. And I'm very determined. I'm resilient. And I wanna be on board, and I wanna follow [00:06:05] Speaker 3: and, you know, accelerate and become my my best possible version of myself. [00:06:13] Speaker 0: Of course. [00:06:14] Speaker 3: Yes. And I said... [00:06:15] Speaker 0: Thank [00:06:18] Speaker 0: you. So glad that you made it. Of course. Yes. I I totally remember meeting you in Jacksonville last year. [00:06:24] Speaker 3: Yeah. [00:06:25] Speaker 0: I'm glad that you're on LaunchBox. And if you haven't had a chance to really check it out, that's okay. You're here today. I'll show you I'll show you some of the stuff that's in there. [00:06:36] Speaker 3: Yep. [00:06:36] Speaker 0: And then we can always hop on a a call afterwards for more questions. [00:06:42] Speaker 3: Much appreciated. Thank you. [00:06:43] Speaker 0: Yes. Okay. So I'm going to share my screen. I'm gonna show you guys the new campaign piece in LaunchBox. Let's see. [00:07:02] Speaker 0: Alright. Let me get into the account. [00:07:13] Speaker 0: Oh, no. That's not the right one. [00:07:18] Speaker 0: Okay. [00:07:20] Speaker 1: Oh my gosh. So [00:07:26] Speaker 0: this is the feed, [00:07:28] Speaker 0: Tony. Yep. Yep. And [00:07:33] Speaker 1: Oh, wow. Yeah. [00:07:35] Speaker 0: Something that it's been doing recently too is it's making newsletters. So you're able to go through a bit of a onboarding process where it asks you some questions, starts to understand who it [00:07:47] Speaker 0: is you are in your audience, and then you can go in and create resources with that profile, your business profile. But [00:07:59] Speaker 0: what I'll get into today is the campaigns and the content calendar. And you can think of campaigns as, like, a full on funnel [00:08:11] Speaker 0: builder or... It can really be for whatever. It doesn't have to necessarily be about bringing traffic into somewhere. It can just be like an awareness [00:08:22] Speaker 0: campaign or [00:08:26] Speaker 0: something like that. You can tweak it to be campaign specifically for Lunchbox, Or if you want to use it for other things, you can do that as well. So maybe [00:08:38] Speaker 0: you go into campaigns. It looks like this. You'll see ones that you've made already. We'll just start with the new one. [00:08:46] Speaker 0: And what you get here is basically a a campaign team. So you start out with an agent who asks you some questions just like you would with maybe, like, a marketing team. And so it [00:08:58] Speaker 0: says, I'm your campaign director. Tell me what you're trying to make happen, a launch, a lead generation push, an event, a promo, waking up a quiet list, whatever's on your mind, [00:09:09] Speaker 0: even a rough one, one liner to start. I'll ask about the rest. And so whenever I'm in here, I'll be chatting with this agent, and it's gonna start to fill [00:09:21] Speaker 0: out this form over here, which is the campaign brief. If I wanted to make an open campaign, which means that it wouldn't be related to LaunchBox, [00:09:34] Speaker 0: I would hit open campaign. But I'm gonna be using this agent to make some content to drive people into my community here. So I'm going to say, I want [00:09:46] Speaker 0: to create an awareness campaign to drive free users into my community. [00:10:00] Speaker 0: And then you'll see over here, it should start to fill some of this stuff out as it understands, and then it will ask me some follow-up questions. [00:10:17] Speaker 0: Here we go. Okay. So this one got filled in, the awareness. The goal got filled in. The offer was filled in. And so it's asking me a follow-up here. Perfect. Awareness campaign driven free sign [00:10:29] Speaker 0: ups to your community given your anti hype practical voice because it's used that onboarding [00:10:37] Speaker 0: brief. So it has some previous information about how I sound and my target audience. I don't need to reiterate that to it. Given your anti high practical voice, [00:10:49] Speaker 0: I'm thinking we lean into messaging that... That's through the noise, stop consuming AI content, and start monetizing it. Where does your existing warm audience live right now? You mentioned LinkedIn in your brief. Do you have a newsletter [00:11:01] Speaker 0: list, a decent Instagram or x following, or a podcast, and are you purely organic? I'm organic primarily on Facebook and [00:11:13] Speaker 0: Instagram [00:11:18] Speaker 0: and LinkedIn. I forgot to say that, but that's okay. So it should fill in the channels here for us. And you can do this manually if you want, but the idea is that you're just kinda [00:11:29] Speaker 0: conversating, and it will do the work for you. So, boom, Instagram, Facebook is filled in. I'm gonna pop on LinkedIn as well. And then it's gonna ask [00:11:41] Speaker 0: us... It's got our objectives and all that. Does that feel right so far? And do you have a sense of when you want to kick this off? This month, next month? A timeline helps me lock lock in the content calendar. Let's [00:11:53] Speaker 0: do it from today, 07/1526, for about two weeks. [00:12:10] Speaker 0: And then this timeline should get filled in. Boom. There we go. Love it. Live in two days. Runs for two weeks. Check setup on the landing page situation. Do you have an existing sign up page for free [00:12:22] Speaker 0: membership, or do you want me to point everything at... [00:12:28] Speaker 0: Do you want my team? So here it's asking where do I want people to go to. Do I want a funnel page or not? I'd say no funnel page. I [00:12:40] Speaker 0: just want this social medias content [00:12:45] Speaker 0: to point people to join my community directly. But if I did want, like, a sales page or a a lead capture page, then I could do that here. [00:12:57] Speaker 0: So I'm gonna say no funnel page. [00:13:09] Speaker 0: K. And then [00:13:13] Speaker 0: it says that we're good to go. I could add a success metric by saying, like, I want at least five people [00:13:24] Speaker 0: to join from the campaign. So just to... It it doesn't necessarily have to hit that. It could exceed that, but just to keep note of kinda what [00:13:36] Speaker 0: I'm hoping to get from this. So five free sign ups. Approve. And now we're gonna get into the plan. So it's gonna show us sort of its thoughts on the the strategy [00:13:48] Speaker 0: for this two week campaign. So this fourteen day campaign targets AI curious creators and solopreneurs on Facebook and Instagram using organic social posts to drive free sign ups to Launchbox [00:14:00] Speaker 0: community. The strategic shape is a two phased approach. Week one focuses on building awareness and curiosity with the core message. You love AI, now make it pay now make it pay you back. [00:14:12] Speaker 0: Using relatable pain points in the founder's journey to establish credibility, Week two shifts to social proof and urgency showcasing community activity and the ease of joining with a clear CTA [00:14:24] Speaker 0: to the free membership. This plan wins by staying lean, eight pieces total avoiding fabricated claims and leveraging the free tier as the primary offer. No lead magnets or false scarcity [00:14:35] Speaker 0: needed. Each post is designed to resonate with the audience's desire to monetize AI directly linking them to the platform setups. So here, it's got week one. Here's a post for [00:14:47] Speaker 0: Instagram, Facebook, another for Instagram and Facebook, and then week two, four more pieces of content. So let's say that we wanted to [00:15:02] Speaker 0: one sec, guys. [00:15:16] Speaker 0: So sorry about that. Let's see. Okay. [00:15:19] Speaker 3: Ian, I'm sorry. It... This session is being recorded, right, so that we can review it? [00:15:26] Speaker 0: It sure is. [00:15:27] Speaker 3: Thank you. Thank you. [00:15:28] Speaker 0: Yes. Yes. Of course. Okay. So we're just gonna go ahead and approve plan here. The next piece is it's going to take us to the copywriting agent. So it's gonna write out our [00:15:40] Speaker 0: whole campaign, [00:15:44] Speaker 0: The content for it. This is the copywriter will write once you approve the voice. [00:15:54] Speaker 0: Alright. So it's already written it out for us. [00:15:59] Speaker 0: Oh, nope. It hasn't. So it's saying campaign voice. Right? For the AI curious creator who's tired of theory and wants a real path to income, your short direct sentences, leave with the gap, curious [00:16:11] Speaker 0: without earnings, and your solution community plus tools plus training for monetization. [00:16:17] Speaker 0: And so here, it's written the copy for the first camp... Piece, second piece. And so if I wanted to go in and and edit any of this, [00:16:29] Speaker 0: I can do that here in the chat and just say, the first [00:16:36] Speaker 0: piece [00:16:39] Speaker 0: of content, make it shorter. Or if I wanted to overall, like, drive more urgency in the pieces, then [00:16:51] Speaker 0: I could tell that to the agent over here. [00:16:55] Speaker 0: K. Alright. So it's gotten it shortened. And then we're gonna say it looks good. The next piece is the fun part with the art. So it's gonna create our art for those. [00:17:12] Speaker 0: Okay. The art director is reviewing your plan and brand kit. [00:17:30] Speaker 0: Alright. So what it's done here is based on the campaign and based on the copy for those pieces of content, it's created [00:17:42] Speaker 0: some prompts here. So you can go in and change these prompts if you like to beforehand. Let's say that a close-up of a desk with a notebook open [00:17:54] Speaker 0: to a page of scribbled AI notes and a coffee cup and a hat. [00:18:01] Speaker 0: So you can change these prompts. Also, here is the feature me and include logo. So if the agent has recommended that this piece of content feature [00:18:13] Speaker 0: you and or your logo, so it doesn't look like it's really including our logo in here. So we'll click that for that one [00:18:25] Speaker 0: just to just to experiment here, and we're gonna approve. So right now, it's generating eight different images for each of these pieces of content. [00:18:41] Speaker 0: And here we go. There's some coming out. Alright. So here's the piece for our first piece of content. I think that looks really great. And for me, this is actually on brand for [00:18:53] Speaker 0: my company and its style. So this one [00:18:59] Speaker 0: came out looking really good. I really like that one too. That's a good... Like like, it looks like me, so that's pretty cool. [00:19:06] Speaker 3: And Ian. [00:19:09] Speaker 0: What was that? [00:19:11] Speaker 2: I said there's Ian. [00:19:13] Speaker 0: Yes. There's cartoon Ian again. Okay. Dang. These look really good. I'm I'm kinda shocked. Honestly, they look really good. [00:19:26] Speaker 0: And then we'll go to continue to produce. So this is the last piece of it. [00:19:30] Speaker 3: That even looks like you. [00:19:32] Speaker 0: Yeah. I know. It's crazy. Wow. Here's our eight pieces of content. We can click on them and review it a little bit. We could redraft this one if we [00:19:43] Speaker 0: wanted. [00:19:45] Speaker 0: But we're gonna say, hey. This looks great. So we got two weeks worth of content. We're gonna add it to our content calendar so that it can go get scheduled and be posted without us having to think [00:19:57] Speaker 0: about it. [00:20:01] Speaker 0: Alright. It said eight were sent for approval. So this means [00:20:08] Speaker 0: we are out of the campaigns. Now we're gonna go look at our content calendar. [00:20:15] Speaker 0: And I got there by hitting the sidebar. So here is all of the content. I've been scheduling a lot of stuff just because I've been testing. And so you [00:20:26] Speaker 0: can... You'll need to go in right now as it is. You'll need to go in and approve it so that you have the last look at it before it actually goes out, and you you say, yep. That looks great. [00:20:38] Speaker 0: Let's see. Here is the newsletter that I did earlier. So I'm gonna go ahead and approve it and publish. So now [00:20:50] Speaker 0: this should show up on my LinkedIn. Let's go check that out. [00:21:02] Speaker 0: There it is. Here's the newsletter. I just sent it. [00:21:07] Speaker 0: So now I got this. And check this out. Fastest path to AI monetization isn't building the next AGI. It's solving the $200 boring problem. Local models via OLAMA are changing [00:21:19] Speaker 0: the game for specific high value tasks like automated product descriptions. Here's why sovereignty is your new competitive edge. And then it creates a link which brings people [00:21:31] Speaker 0: to the newsletter page so that they can see the whole thing. And then they can hit join my community and boom. So this is a funnel [00:21:43] Speaker 0: that is generated in LaunchBox, post to your social accounts. It has a link for people reviewing that to then drive them as users [00:21:55] Speaker 0: onto your community. So that's the newsletter. It's... I'll get into that after the campaign piece. The other pieces of [00:22:06] Speaker 0: content that were made, [00:22:09] Speaker 0: Schedule that one to go to my Facebook. [00:22:14] Speaker 0: Let's see. [00:22:20] Speaker 0: Here's one for tomorrow. [00:22:23] Speaker 0: It's already approved to go out. You can tell it's approved by this... Here it says scheduled. [00:22:31] Speaker 0: Scheduled. These are ones that I made earlier. [00:22:37] Speaker 0: So Sunday, I got content going out. [00:22:41] Speaker 0: Next Monday, I got content going out. [00:22:46] Speaker 0: I love this. [00:22:49] Speaker 0: And then, like, the the part I said I was excited about is to be able to add in videos as part of this as well, but that's just on the road map right now. It will roll out sooner than later so that [00:23:01] Speaker 0: it's not just images that get get created as a part of your content, but it will be videos as well. And the thing that I like about the method that I have in here, and you guys can tell me as you're using [00:23:13] Speaker 0: it if it works or not, is the problem with just kind of setting and forgetting and let... Letting the agent decide what to [00:23:24] Speaker 0: make without you looking at it at all, without going through that sort of interview process is it could just make something that doesn't make really any sense at all for driving people in. [00:23:36] Speaker 0: But this way, I get to work with it as if it is an actual marketing team getting to develop the plan with it, getting to steer the direction of the content that's made to make sure that it's, one, [00:23:48] Speaker 0: achieving the goal that I want it to properly, two, to make sure that it sounds like my voice, and three, that the content is on brand and looks good for for my [00:23:59] Speaker 0: community. And so far, it's looking pretty good. And the other piece for you all who haven't tried this yet is [00:24:11] Speaker 0: connecting it to your social accounts. I did this with the net yesterday is over here on the content calendar. We're already on the page. You'll click the accounts button, and [00:24:23] Speaker 0: that's gonna show you LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. TikTok and Twitter aren't aren't really set up to be used right now, but you can [00:24:35] Speaker 0: very easily connect your LinkedIn account. You would just click connect. To where these red buttons are, and then it will have you log in to those accounts. You'll just approve the [00:24:46] Speaker 0: permissions. Those permissions allow it. Launchbox to post to your [00:24:53] Speaker 0: given social, and it's good to go. So [00:25:00] Speaker 0: before I go into the newsletter piece, does anyone have any questions? [00:25:12] Speaker 3: So we're to manage when we're verifying in the end. If we wanna change anything that the agents put [00:25:23] Speaker 3: together, we we manage through the tools that are available. [00:25:31] Speaker 0: Yes. [00:25:33] Speaker 0: So I'm on on the content calendar. Let's say that I want to change this piece of content here. So I'm looking at the twenty first. I'm just checking it out. [00:25:46] Speaker 0: I can click edit. And sorry for these gray boxes. That's a a little bug I can iron out. But I could change I could change the text here if I wanted to. [00:25:58] Speaker 0: Or I could just say I... I'm gonna not do this one and not approve it. And you... We can select it to go out to all three [00:26:09] Speaker 0: of the socials at the same time. [00:26:13] Speaker 1: Mhmm. [00:26:13] Speaker 0: Or let's say I only wanted to go to Facebook and and LinkedIn. So you do that just by clicking edit here, and you'll have some options in order to make any changes before the content goes [00:26:25] Speaker 0: out. [00:26:28] Speaker 1: Ian, you said the other day that on Facebook, like, went on, like, community page, and you said there were... Like, it won't post to my personal page? [00:26:39] Speaker 0: That's correct. [00:26:40] Speaker 1: And is it only community pages that will post to? If you have a business Facebook page, can you link it there? [00:26:49] Speaker 0: So if you have a business Facebook page, it should go there. [00:26:54] Speaker 0: Whenever you sign in, it Mhmm. Should give you some options if you do... If it recognizes you have multiple. So what she's mentioning, whenever it posts to [00:27:05] Speaker 0: Facebook... We'll go check that out here. [00:27:11] Speaker 0: Hang on. [00:27:12] Speaker 1: It's for, like, this... I mean, this is amazing. [00:27:15] Speaker 0: Yeah. It's it's really nice, honestly. And it's something that people wanted for a long time, and I wasn't I wasn't able to put it in because it... The solutions I was finding cost too much, but I found [00:27:27] Speaker 0: a workaround. So it's actually, like [00:27:29] Speaker 1: Okay. [00:27:30] Speaker 0: Relatively affordable. So... [00:27:32] Speaker 1: Because this was my biggest upcoming worry that once I launched this product, how I was gonna keep up with getting the posting done in and out. [00:27:42] Speaker 0: Right. [00:27:42] Speaker 1: Just not way, and this is beautiful. It's gonna make my life... It's gonna make my stuff survivable if it actually sticks and gets any engagement. [00:27:52] Speaker 0: Yes. [00:27:53] Speaker 1: Amazing. [00:27:54] Speaker 0: Alright. Oh oh, go ahead. [00:28:00] Speaker 0: Just to to to talk about Annette's point, whenever you connect to Facebook, it will not post to your personal page. [00:28:11] Speaker 0: And that's just a limitation that Facebook has across the board. There's... You're only able to post to your personal page if you're doing something sketchy that goes around their terms [00:28:23] Speaker 0: of service. So [00:28:26] Speaker 0: what they do allow you to do whenever you're posting is to post either to a group that you own or a business page. And for me, I have it [00:28:38] Speaker 0: posting to my business page. So this is automated. It went directly here. This is the newsletter that just got sent here five minutes ago. And all I have to do is, as I'm logged in to [00:28:50] Speaker 0: my personal page, is just come to my business page, hit share, and I don't even... I haven't been saying anything. I just hit share now. And so now that piece of [00:29:01] Speaker 0: content is on my Okay. Personal. [00:29:07] Speaker 1: Are there any restrictions like this on Instagram or LinkedIn that we should be aware of? [00:29:12] Speaker 0: So the same restrictions apply to Instagram. You'll need to have either a business Instagram or, like, it's called a professional Instagram. If you [00:29:24] Speaker 0: are on your Facebook page, there should be an option that says, like, make mine a professional account. And... [00:29:32] Speaker 1: Okay. I'll have to... I haven't been on Facebook... On Instagram in a while. I have to get all that set up. Thanks again. [00:29:38] Speaker 0: You got it. And, also, it it might not be as important for you to post to Instagram. If that's not where your audience is, then that's okay. Like, I'm less... Personally, I'm less concerned about getting my content on Instagram [00:29:50] Speaker 0: because I don't really have an audience there. [00:29:53] Speaker 1: Yeah. I don't...... Facebook. [00:29:54] Speaker 0: Yeah. And on in... And on LinkedIn. So... [00:29:57] Speaker 1: Yeah. I'll probably do LinkedIn first, but I'll have to see how that pay. I may have to modify that page or do a new one. Yes. [00:30:09] Speaker 0: Alright. [00:30:10] Speaker 3: So what would you recommend? A professional or a business Instagram account? Because there's two... That you made a distinction. [00:30:19] Speaker 0: There's a distinction. [00:30:23] Speaker 0: Probably, the business account would be the most flexible. [00:30:26] Speaker 3: Okay. Thanks. [00:30:27] Speaker 0: Yes. You got it. And [00:30:33] Speaker 0: let's get back into LaunchBox here. I will show you the newsletter. And so you guys are all hearing about agents and stuff like [00:30:44] Speaker 0: that. Just what you saw right there, that's that's an agent that did that. Really, everything is agentic now. So if you're hearing people talk about agents, it's really just a [00:30:56] Speaker 0: buzzword. Everything is is pretty much agentic where the AI is going and doing stuff for you. So, that's our social media agent. Next, [00:31:08] Speaker 0: we have our newsletter stuff. And [00:31:15] Speaker 0: in here... [00:31:17] Speaker 0: Let's see. [00:31:19] Speaker 3: Just to be clear, with the wording. [00:31:22] Speaker 1: Yes. [00:31:23] Speaker 3: So LLM Mhmm. Is the same as saying an agent like Claude, Chad GPT. Are they agents or are they LLMs? [00:31:35] Speaker 0: They're both really at this point. So large language model. [00:31:39] Speaker 3: Yeah. [00:31:40] Speaker 0: All of the all of the LLMs are capable of doing agentic work. And so whenever I say that, all the LLMs can now do stuff. They're not just [00:31:51] Speaker 0: chatbots. You're not just having a conversation with them anymore. When you're in ChatGPT, when you're in Cloud, when you're in any of these, they have access to tools to go and do stuff [00:32:03] Speaker 0: now. And so all of them are agentic pretty much at this point. They're not just chatbots. [00:32:13] Speaker 3: Thank you. [00:32:14] Speaker 0: You got it. Alright. So here we are. We're in the newsletter section. And [00:32:23] Speaker 0: what we can do is as you're in here, again, it's pulling from the platform brief. So, Tony, this is all stuff [00:32:35] Speaker 0: I don't... You don't... You're not aware of it. That's okay. Let's schedule a time to to get you on the the right footing. [00:32:43] Speaker 3: Yeah. But you... You're sharing what your products are. Right? And right now, it's you offer a newsletter, you know, service. Right? Not service, [00:32:55] Speaker 3: but opportunity to build a newsletter, basically. [00:33:00] Speaker 0: Yes. All within LaunchBox. It's all within the same platform. [00:33:03] Speaker 3: Yeah. [00:33:05] Speaker 0: But, again, like, all of these tools are based around this platform brief. And so whenever I'm talking about that and we're like, well, how does it even know what I sound like? [00:33:17] Speaker 0: It's because [00:33:19] Speaker 0: it's... I've gone through and answered questions almost in, like, a interview style, and then it's created this this brief about me and my company. And so it's like, who is my primary buyer? AI curious [00:33:31] Speaker 0: creators and solopreneurs. The agent has interpreted from my answers all of these [00:33:39] Speaker 0: attributes to my brand and my my platform voice. [00:33:45] Speaker 3: It helps it helps when the agent knows you very well as well. Right? [00:33:50] Speaker 0: Absolutely. Yes. And that's what this does is it helps it to know me and know my audience, and that's how it creates content that is geared towards them. So my my [00:34:02] Speaker 0: audience is is is similar to your all... All of your audiences here. It's like a AI solopreneur. But each of us has our own flavor and our own brand. Like, Annette has a [00:34:14] Speaker 0: specific audience, like a sub branch off of that. Jashina has her own flavor to hers. You have your own flavor. And so somebody could have a totally different [00:34:26] Speaker 0: flavor where they're not trying to bring in an AI audience. They're trying to bring in [00:34:32] Speaker 0: a relationship community or something like that. And so their platform brief is gonna be totally different because... [00:34:40] Speaker 1: But I can tailor the campaign in my prompt. I want to reach out to the seniors or I want to reach out to the small business. I can tailor who I'm reaching [00:34:52] Speaker 1: to. Right? [00:34:53] Speaker 0: Exactly. Yeah. It doesn't box you in whenever you're doing the campaigns and you're saying, oh, I wanna kinda go off of my initial target audience. I wanna target... [00:35:03] Speaker 1: You know me, Ian. My brain has been spinning ever since our call about what I can do with this. The possibilities are endless. [00:35:11] Speaker 0: They are. But they're... It's also contained within the campaign, so it does provide some guardrails. [00:35:20] Speaker 3: I have an idea. I'm a I'm a broker, a real estate broker, and there's a show that was on every Sunday at twelve for one hour. And it just covered everything [00:35:32] Speaker 3: to do with real estate for buyers, for seller. So what I've been doing, I've been to the show and trans... Transcribing it and and and [00:35:44] Speaker 3: saving it. And I'd like to take all the shows now and do something with it. Maybe an ebook, maybe a newsletter, maybe [00:35:55] Speaker 3: something. But there's an opportunity there, I believe, because they're all downloaded in the radio station as we're speaking. Right? They're like... Because now they they took the summer off, so [00:36:07] Speaker 3: they're repeats. And I'm sure that I can do something with this, but I don't know how to connect the dots. [00:36:16] Speaker 0: Interesting. Well, that that is a great question to ask the AI and to to, like, brainstorm with it. Because, I mean, all of us could have [00:36:28] Speaker 0: ideas for how you might wanna manage that, but I think... [00:36:33] Speaker 3: You can pretty much apply to any industry. [00:36:36] Speaker 0: Of course. Yes. Yes. So my recommendation, what I would do with that information is I take it into my chat GBT. I said, here's all of [00:36:47] Speaker 0: this cool info that I have. What what can I do with this? What should I do with this? Ask me and and tell your AI... Ask me some questions, like, so that you can get clear... [00:36:59] Speaker 0: You can help me get clear. So having the AI interview you will really kinda help you get some some clarity there. [00:37:08] Speaker 3: People don't... We know it, but, you know, we don't think about it. We don't... We forget we can do that, the interview. [00:37:15] Speaker 0: Right. Because I would I would do the same thing here. I'd be like, okay. Well, what are you trying to do, Tony? And then, you know, narrowing that down with you until we finally have an answer of what we would do with that stuff. So just going to [00:37:26] Speaker 0: AI and having it ask you those same sort of questions. [00:37:30] Speaker 1: Can I ask how are you transcribing it? [00:37:33] Speaker 3: Oh, it's easy. You just listen to the radio, and you go to your your your AI, and you just on microphone. And then you you [00:37:45] Speaker 3: paste, and then you could... Whatever you want with it. You can summarize it. You can... [00:37:50] Speaker 1: Yeah. Ian has an app that does that that I love. I use it quite frequently. You can upload the video or the the recording, and I'm in... Boom. You've got your transcript back home. [00:38:01] Speaker 1: Uh-huh. Under apps, it says first step on the screen, and I love it. I just had six text that the guy done video recorded texts, and I [00:38:13] Speaker 1: needed the text out of them to answer his question. And I ran them all through there and had a complete transcript to slowly go through and find the questions. We tend to ramble a lot. [00:38:23] Speaker 3: Mhmm. K. [00:38:25] Speaker 0: I love that. [00:38:26] Speaker 1: Yeah. And I I had a recording I wanted to model a talk after. Did the same thing. Got the transcript out of it and then just took that into Word, modified it for my talk. [00:38:37] Speaker 0: Okay. Wow. Okay. [00:38:42] Speaker 0: Jashina, do you have any questions and or points? [00:38:47] Speaker 2: No. I was gonna say upload into NotebookLM, but, you know, NotebookLM is pretty much my answer to everything. Yeah. [00:38:53] Speaker 3: Oh, you know, I was just gonna say there's NotebookLM as well. Yeah. I [00:38:58] Speaker 0: know. Absolutely. [00:39:00] Speaker 3: Do do you have a paid account? [00:39:02] Speaker 2: I do. [00:39:03] Speaker 3: And it's worth it? [00:39:04] Speaker 2: Yeah. I have two accounts, and they're both worth it. Yes. [00:39:08] Speaker 1: Can I ask [00:39:09] Speaker 3: why you have two, if you don't mind? [00:39:11] Speaker 2: Yeah. I have a personal one that's just like, oh, what books did I wanna read, but I didn't get to read it? Right? And then I have one for my business and my clients. [00:39:20] Speaker 3: Okay. Thank you. Mhmm. That's inspiring. Thank you. [00:39:25] Speaker 0: Absolutely. Jashina is inspiring. So she... She's been building her community in LaunchBox. I'll show that here. [00:39:33] Speaker 3: Oh, really? So you... Are you a founder of LaunchBox? [00:39:39] Speaker 0: Technically, yes.... [00:39:40] Speaker 1: Supporter. Like... [00:39:42] Speaker 3: Yeah. That's beautiful. [00:39:44] Speaker 0: Uh-huh. Let me let me show you her account here if that's okay, Trishina. Okay. Cool. [00:39:59] Speaker 0: Okay. So these are some of the different communities in here. We got AI after hours, which is hers. [00:40:07] Speaker 1: Mhmm. [00:40:07] Speaker 0: And so she's themed hers to be... What would you call these colors? We got yellow. We got... What is this? Purple? [00:40:15] Speaker 2: Yours looks different than mine. I think I put mine on dark mode. So I was like, wait. There we go. [00:40:18] Speaker 0: I'm at the dark mode. [00:40:20] Speaker 2: Yeah. So it's like the royal purple, the bright yellows. Yeah. Yeah. [00:40:25] Speaker 3: The colors come out. Yeah. Mhmm. [00:40:29] Speaker 0: And so she's got a couple people in here that she's got as subscribers. [00:40:35] Speaker 1: Here's her app. [00:40:36] Speaker 3: Yeah. What is your niche? [00:40:39] Speaker 0: Christina. [00:40:40] Speaker 2: So for AI After Hours, I'm after nontechnical professional women who are who are, like, kind of playing around with AI, need to learn more about AI so we can all grow and sharpen ourselves together. So... [00:40:51] Speaker 3: Gotcha. Gotcha. Thanks. Okay. That's beautiful. [00:40:56] Speaker 0: Yes. [00:40:56] Speaker 3: You're passing the torch. [00:40:58] Speaker 1: Sure it is. I'm trying. [00:41:01] Speaker 3: No. You're not trying. You're doing. [00:41:03] Speaker 0: She absolutely is. Yeah. She is. I'm I'm so happy. [00:41:06] Speaker 3: Yeah. Giving back to society. Right. [00:41:09] Speaker 0: Yep. [00:41:10] Speaker 3: That's what it's about. Right? [00:41:12] Speaker 1: It is. [00:41:13] Speaker 0: So all that is to say is Jashina has a community in here, Regina has a community, and Annette has a community. Tony, you're... You are... [00:41:24] Speaker 0: Like you said, you're the founder, and so you were in as a user in my community. And so... [00:41:30] Speaker 3: Yeah. But, unfortunately, Ian, I've never... It's like I was never a member. I... [00:41:36] Speaker 0: Yeah. [00:41:37] Speaker 3: I must have maybe popped in three times. Yeah. Unfortunately, I'm an awakening and... Yeah. [00:41:45] Speaker 0: Absolutely. Yeah. Well, I'm I'm excited for you to get yours in here and get going. [00:41:51] Speaker 3: And I'm hoping that, you know, you... You know, I... I'm hoping that you can reach out to me at your convenience. And we were gonna do that once, and you said you wouldn't, and you got busy. But this was... [00:42:03] Speaker 3: Think it was, like, last November or October, and that never happened. And I kinda fell in between the cracks. [00:42:11] Speaker 0: Okay. Well, we'll make sure that doesn't happen this time. Maybe we can schedule something for later this week. [00:42:18] Speaker 0: Okay. The last piece I'll get into just real quick is I'll I'll just show you how that newsletter gets made. Let's see. Does [00:42:30] Speaker 3: it change every month, or is it automated to change every month? [00:42:35] Speaker 0: So I have mine making one every day. And it's it's less of a newsletter because it doesn't go out via email. It just creates, like, a new blog page, and [00:42:46] Speaker 0: and then it sends it off to my social. So it's not an email that goes out, but you can set it to whatever frequency you want. So it could be once a month. Could be once a week. [00:42:58] Speaker 3: Do you work, like, with realtors who feed, you know, the climate real estate and and and it's hooked up to a [00:43:09] Speaker 3: real estate, you know, a hub, like, [00:43:14] Speaker 3: you know, that they they look at statistics and... Like, in other words, where you get your content from? You have to... What... What's the source? [00:43:26] Speaker 0: So you can do it a couple different ways here whenever you're setting it up. So the newsletter agent, we can have it generate an issue now. We can give it a specific [00:43:38] Speaker 0: thing that we wanted to write about. And then here, when you're saying what information is it pulling from, so we could do it as an evergreen, meaning it would pull only from your [00:43:49] Speaker 0: platform brief, which is solely specific to you. Or you can do it as news driven, and this one will go and do research as to what's new in the news or whatever it is [00:44:01] Speaker 0: your your topic is. Or you can do it as a blend where it's pulling from both. So I've been doing just strictly news driven. So it's going out there, finding the latest in the AI news, [00:44:14] Speaker 0: and posting it. If you wanted a specific source, though, I don't have it set up to pull from us one specific source. Maybe in the future, I can definitely hook that in. But right [00:44:26] Speaker 0: now, it's just kind of going and doing its own research. So it's less it's less guided. [00:44:32] Speaker 1: I don't [00:44:32] Speaker 0: know what the heck this is. It keeps going in. Okay. [00:44:38] Speaker 0: Interesting. Alright. So, these are all different settings. We could say, you know, brand voice and tone. I can switch that up. Recurring themes, extra style guidance we can give. We can [00:44:50] Speaker 0: give it, ask it to recap community activity, ground its information in our platform brief. Here's where you can set up the schedule. So, again, mine's going every day. And then it's [00:45:02] Speaker 0: auto publishing, so it's going out immediately. And then, the platforms I want it to post to, you would just save it, and it gets to [00:45:14] Speaker 0: go in. So the other piece of it too, which is nice, is it can capture analytics as to, what sort [00:45:25] Speaker 0: of content is working versus isn't. So let's see the subscribers. [00:45:34] Speaker 0: Cool. And can... [00:45:37] Speaker 0: Yeah. Keep track of who's who's coming in from the newsletters. [00:45:43] Speaker 0: So, yeah, that's that's the new pieces of LaunchBox is the content calendar, campaigns, and newsletter. [00:45:55] Speaker 0: Let's see. Okay. So I guess to wrap up with questions for you all, whether it's related to LaunchBox or not, as we kind of have been doing, is what goals you have [00:46:06] Speaker 0: for this week or yourself professionally with whatever it is that you're trying to do. Again, not necessarily related to LaunchBox, but I'll I'll go ahead and [00:46:18] Speaker 0: start with... Oh, that's a good question. [00:46:23] Speaker 0: I'm I'm really working on a push for getting... [00:46:29] Speaker 0: So there's been some updates with LaunchBox, obviously. I want to make sure that I'm I'm [00:46:36] Speaker 0: driving that out there to bring more sign ups for people as tenants as white labels in LaunchBox. I wanna get some more some more sign ups as new communities in here. So that's my goal for [00:46:48] Speaker 0: this week. [00:46:51] Speaker 0: See. We went with, Annette. Where is the last time we'll go back? [00:47:01] Speaker 0: Oh, you're muted, Annette. [00:47:06] Speaker 1: I need to make a couple of edits to my Facebook page for PowerSuite, and then I'm probably mostly gonna be working on content to be ready to [00:47:18] Speaker 1: send it out when it launches and building product for my Etsy page. It's pretty much where I'll be spending my time the next week or so. [00:47:27] Speaker 3: Nice. [00:47:30] Speaker 0: Jashina? [00:47:31] Speaker 2: I'll be playing in Lunchbox. That too. Yep. I played with the the newsletter. Loved it. Like, what? [00:47:43] Speaker 2: And now the fact that this content calendar, I think we talked about that was, like, the vein of my Sunday evenings, just scheduling posts. Like, ugh. And now Ian's gonna take that off my plate. [00:47:55] Speaker 2: Like, ugh, sir. Thank you so much. [00:47:58] Speaker 1: That's why I was so excited when he showed it to me. I was like, oh, Ian. I think I'm in love with you. Oh my god. I was seriously concerned how I was gonna, you know, keep all this going [00:48:09] Speaker 1: for crying out loud. Yes. Posting is annoying. Yes. It can be. Especially when nobody... You don't get any engagement. It's sort of depressing. [00:48:21] Speaker 2: And you said, like, time crazy. I'm like, I think it looks good. What do you mean you're not liking and sharing? Like, oh, no. [00:48:28] Speaker 1: Wrong with them? They don't know what they're missing. Exactly. [00:48:33] Speaker 0: Alright. Tony? [00:48:35] Speaker 3: Well, I'm under the gun. I I need to, find leads for my rentals. And, yeah, I'm in need of, creating the funnels, [00:48:47] Speaker 3: buyers, sellers, just... You know, I need acceleration, traction, automation. You know? Just... I [00:48:59] Speaker 3: need action yesterday. I'm under the gun. I'm really under a lot of pressure on that. [00:49:06] Speaker 0: Mhmm. Absolutely. I hear you. Well, that's, [00:49:13] Speaker 0: yeah, maybe something we can talk about on our call. I'll, email you after this and Yeah. See when we can meet. [00:49:20] Speaker 3: Thank you. [00:49:20] Speaker 0: Regina's a little busy, but thank you guys all for coming. Oh, hey, Regina. What... What's up? [00:49:33] Speaker 4: Thank thank you for doing this. I greatly appreciate it. [00:49:38] Speaker 0: So glad you could come. Cool. Alright, guys. Well, I will talk to you all soon. Thank you so much. [00:49:46] Speaker 1: Bye, everybody. [00:49:47] Speaker 3: Enjoyable. I'm glad I'm here. [00:49:49] Speaker 1: Thanks, Ian. Thank you so much. See y'all Saturday. Y'all don't forget. Alright. [00:49:57] Speaker 0: Bye. [00:49:57] Speaker 3: Saturday? Saturday? [00:50:00] Speaker 0: Well, there's there's a call we've been doing on Saturday, but I have an announcement for that that... [00:50:06] Speaker 3: So... No problem. Okay. Thank you. [00:50:09] Speaker 0: Alright. Well, Tony, maybe
