[00:00:00] Speaker 0: Alright. Since it's just the three of us and you guys haven't met each other, maybe we still go around and do our little intros, and then we'll share about what we're working on. You've already kinda shared on it, or I know what you're working on. [00:00:12] Speaker 0: But just to make this feel a little bit more, like, communal and and welcoming, let's go ahead and introduce ourselves. So I'm Ian. I'm from Houston, Texas now, [00:00:24] Speaker 0: and I run this weekly launch and learn and been building AI for two and a half years. And, yeah, [00:00:35] Speaker 0: that's a bit about me. [00:00:39] Speaker 0: Annette? [00:00:41] Speaker 2: Well, like, I think you do pretty much know most of mine. I've been in about a year, and I've... Because I've been sort of learning randomly, not really on any direct path or [00:00:52] Speaker 2: curriculum, I've got a lot of bits and pieces put together because when I get stuck on one, I just go work on something else I know how to do until I figure out the answer. So I'm at a point right now, I have, like, [00:01:04] Speaker 2: this handful of balls that I wanna get them... How do they align and bring their inner... Their identities together and get all this out there? That... That's where I'm at with mine [00:01:16] Speaker 2: now, and that starts with getting PowerSuite going. I have white labeled LaunchBox and named it PowerSuite. And I've got a web page now. It's not finished, but it's [00:01:28] Speaker 2: at least up there. And I don't know. I just have here where I'm going next. So I'm glad I've missed a couple of weeks, been out of touch, and I'm glad to be back in the routine. So [00:01:39] Speaker 2: thanks. And there's Tim. [00:01:41] Speaker 0: There is Tim. Hey, Tim. Alright. What'd you mind? [00:01:46] Speaker 2: Hey, Tim. [00:01:47] Speaker 0: Telling us where you're from and what you're doing, what you're working on. [00:01:53] Speaker 1: Oh, yeah. I... I've been playing around with stuff for a few years, and I met Ian in Florida [00:02:04] Speaker 1: at the summit. And he just really inspired me to just try things out. So that's what I've been doing. I've mostly just been playing and [00:02:17] Speaker 1: figuring things out, and I've kind of gone down the app journey currently and just having fun with it. So, yeah, that's kind of what I've [00:02:29] Speaker 2: been up [00:02:29] Speaker 1: to. And I'm in Utah, and we're currently being slowly cooked because there's, like, five fires here, and the [00:02:41] Speaker 1: air is just just smoke. So I just found out what's going on. [00:02:49] Speaker 0: That's terrible. [00:02:53] Speaker 0: Yeah. That's scary. Are you okay out there? [00:02:57] Speaker 1: Yeah. You know, they're not real close yet, so we're good. But... [00:03:02] Speaker 0: Mhmm. [00:03:04] Speaker 0: That's good. Yeah. In Colorado, every summer, we had to worry about fires all the time, and it was bad. Sometimes some... But like you said, the air was... You'd have [00:03:16] Speaker 0: ash flowing through the air and all that. But... Mhmm. Also, Aura has been... She has some customers that she's been doing projects for too. And, [00:03:26] Speaker 0: yeah, congrats on, like, all you've been working on. [00:03:29] Speaker 1: Yeah. I'm excited to learn about the agents. [00:03:34] Speaker 1: I I feel like that's probably the next cool thing that I wanna learn. So... [00:03:39] Speaker 0: Yeah. Heck yeah. Alright. Tim, you wanna introduce yourself? [00:03:47] Speaker 3: Well, good afternoon. [00:03:51] Speaker 3: So the three of you know me from Nashville, Tennessee. Or I am in this for about a year now. Just trudging along, [00:04:03] Speaker 3: doing a lot of things, doing too many things, not making a lot of progress on any single thing. I think everybody probably knows that feeling. Mhmm. But I hate... I have embraced [00:04:16] Speaker 3: Facebook advertising to the point of at least now I know I can get my ads out there. I can, you know, get views and stuff like that. I just haven't... I gotta step [00:04:28] Speaker 3: back and go and look at all the training that's been put forth from various outlets that we have access to, but I need to go back and and learn the tricks of the trade with how to [00:04:39] Speaker 3: get those conversions because I'm definitely getting literally thousands and thousands and thousands of views on my ads. Wow. Hundreds hundreds of likes, but nobody's [00:04:51] Speaker 3: actually putting... Pushing the buy button too often. So that's kinda where I'm there, and I was gonna take a pause and get back on my [00:05:03] Speaker 3: fluffy fluffy bunny stuff going on here. And I know, Ian, last time we talked, you had set up the, you know, the the whole [00:05:14] Speaker 3: social media marketing stuff, and it kinda had a timeline. So kinda wanna talk to you about if I can restart that timeline or if I should just jump in at a certain point of everything there [00:05:26] Speaker 3: because I have some some questions about that. But that's one thing I wanna put some folks on the next two weeks. [00:05:36] Speaker 0: Sweet. Thanks, Tim. Hey, Joanne. [00:05:41] Speaker 0: How's it going? Welcome in. [00:05:43] Speaker 4: Hey. How are you doing, guys? Good to see you. [00:05:46] Speaker 0: Good to see you too. We've, gone around and introduced ourselves if you would like to do that, where you're from, and what it is you do and work on. [00:05:54] Speaker 4: Yeah. Sure. So so I'm Joe, and I mainly work with a flower bulb fundraising company, Dutch Mill Bulbs. We recently partnered with the National Breast [00:06:06] Speaker 4: Cancer Foundation, and so we're offering a special pink ribbon tool up that, you know, I think it's pretty pretty great, and I... I'd love to get the word out a little bit more about it. And we're located in [00:06:18] Speaker 4: Hershey, Pennsylvania. Maybe you heard of us. I don't know. That little place. So, yeah, I just need help with with kinda getting it out there. So, yeah, happy happy to be here today. Thanks. Sorry for coming in [00:06:29] Speaker 4: late. [00:06:30] Speaker 0: That's okay. I'm so happy to have you here. I mean, congrats on... Yeah. Like, I've been seeing your stuff on social media, so you definitely have a presence on there. [00:06:40] Speaker 4: Good. Good. Glad you... I'm glad someone's seeing it. Thank you. Yeah. [00:06:44] Speaker 0: Yeah. Well, this is your first time here. Pretty much what the format of this meeting is is to kind of provide each other some support of being founders, [00:06:56] Speaker 0: solo founders, a lot of us here, talking about, you know, the the highs and lows, and then maybe what we can do to, like, what we would want our goal to [00:07:07] Speaker 0: be to be held accountable for the next week. And I'll also go over just some stuff I've been working on and answer some questions [00:07:19] Speaker 0: related to AI and [00:07:23] Speaker 0: agents because that's what I've been working on. But... [00:07:26] Speaker 4: Awesome. [00:07:27] Speaker 0: Yeah. This next piece here is highs and lows of what what we've been working on. So for myself, the highs are that this week, I [00:07:39] Speaker 0: am... I did a pitch competition on the weekend. It was thirty seconds to share my pitch on LaunchBox. I didn't make it to the final round, but that was a crazy [00:07:50] Speaker 0: experience. And then this evening, I'm going to do another pitch competition, which is two minutes long to share about LaunchBox. And I've been spending the past, like, three days just saying this one thing over [00:08:02] Speaker 0: and over and over again so that I have it down pat when I'm up there on stage. And I'm sure my girlfriend, Ariel, is getting... She's annoyed. She's she's over she's over hearing me say the same thing. But thankfully, after tonight, she won't have to [00:08:14] Speaker 0: hear it for a little while. And then on Friday, I'm gonna be doing a workshop here for the county's small business summit doing AI and [00:08:26] Speaker 0: automation, which I'm super stoked about. It's an awesome opportunity, so I've been prepping for that. And, Lowe's, I would say that... I mean, there's always a part of me [00:08:38] Speaker 0: that, I guess, is a little bit afraid of of the outcomes of these things. I mean, definitely a big part of it. Of, like, well, what if I don't win or what if, you know, it [00:08:49] Speaker 0: all goes terribly? That's always in the back of my mind. And I know that that's just, a human instinct. That's what my brain is supposed to be doing to try to protect me. And I will [00:09:01] Speaker 0: do this stuff, in spite of that. And, every time that... That's sort of been the case, [00:09:10] Speaker 0: I'll put things off. And so that's that's kinda what I've been doing, putting a couple things off with, like, memorizing everything before I go up there on stage. But, anyways, I'm [00:09:22] Speaker 0: excited. I know that it's scary, but, all of these scary opportunities that I've come up to and gone to the other side has made me a better entrepreneur and [00:09:34] Speaker 0: founder. And so this is just another one of those that... On the other side of it, it's gonna be great. So that's me. Annette, any highs and lows you would like to share for the last [00:09:46] Speaker 0: however long it's been since we've seen you a couple weeks maybe? [00:09:54] Speaker 0: Oh, you are muted. [00:09:57] Speaker 2: Sorry about that. I'm mostly excited about the progress I've made with Claude and getting that one app finished and [00:10:06] Speaker 2: digging into the next. I need about a week to just do and I'd be quite happy. I think I'm gonna get into to apps here. And I'm excited that I'm finally ready. You know, I went for a big hump because I [00:10:17] Speaker 2: messed up by changing... When I changed the identity on my power suite, it created a lot of problems for you, to get rid of the old magic thing. So I'm excited now everything's up there [00:10:29] Speaker 2: and working, and I'm ready to really settle in and get that out there. And, my next step, I didn't wanna start it before the call. I'm gonna start over and redo my, plan with... Now [00:10:41] Speaker 2: that everything's all fixed, and I'm more fixed on what my branding is gonna be. I need to get images up there and my colors and all that stuff so it can bring all that into the [00:10:53] Speaker 2: plan. So that's what I'm excited about. My highest, I'm finally ready to move forward with this. And thank you for your patience and my terrible, terrible learning curve. So it's awesome. Everything's right. I feel [00:11:05] Speaker 2: good just to be functional again, truthfully. [00:11:08] Speaker 0: Yes. [00:11:08] Speaker 2: But I did have a question. Ken mentioned something about a social media timeline. Is that something I missed? What's that about, Tim? [00:11:19] Speaker 0: I I can... I think he's talking about the the thirty day content that is made. So I'll go over that here in a [00:11:31] Speaker 0: little bit. I'll I'll revisit that. [00:11:33] Speaker 2: And were you talking about paid ads? [00:11:37] Speaker 3: I was. Yes. I'm doing some paid ads. But, you know, I found out that you don't have to spend a lot of money, and that actually was drilled into us from, like, Francis and the folks [00:11:49] Speaker 3: Mhmm. Earlier. It's like, don't have to spend a lot of money. It's just a couple dollars a day, and then you just, like, pit different ad formats after each other. And that's what I've been doing [00:12:01] Speaker 3: now, and then I'm gonna dig into the secrets of the sauce where people say, you know, hey. Do this. Don't do that. One of the big things is everybody says, don't let Facebook do your [00:12:13] Speaker 3: advertising for you. Meaning, don't let them do the placement for, you know, whatever customer... Whatever. And, you know, I just said, I'm gonna do that and let them let them do it, see [00:12:24] Speaker 3: what happens. Well, what happens is you get no conversions, but I'm learning a lot, digging into the metrics and stuff like that, and I'd be more than happy to share my progress on future [00:12:36] Speaker 3: calls. Yeah. [00:12:38] Speaker 0: That'll be awesome. Yeah. That would be really helpful. [00:12:41] Speaker 2: Okay. Thanks, guys, for your answer. [00:12:44] Speaker 0: Yes. Yes. Or would you like to share highs and lows? [00:12:52] Speaker 1: Sorry. I'm handling the kids right now, so just skip over me. [00:12:56] Speaker 0: Alright. No worries. Tim? [00:13:02] Speaker 3: Well, I went over a little bit already. I think, you know, I I have to consider one of my lows as being I'm not putting enough energy into [00:13:13] Speaker 3: this effort right here, LaunchBox, because it's a rent... A ready made, make your money, just, you know, do the right things. And as scattered and complacent as I [00:13:25] Speaker 3: am, you know, I need to just get off the get off the shitter, lack of better words, get this going because it's just a matter of getting it in front of the right people, and I... I'm confident it [00:13:37] Speaker 3: will be a winner. It's a it's a great platform, and I think I just have to follow the recommendations. And as every day grows, Ian adds value to the [00:13:49] Speaker 3: platform. So, you know, I'm still psyched about it, and I still wanna get it going. And now that I have a little bit more, [00:13:57] Speaker 3: you know, experience with the Facebook ads, I'm gonna start throwing one for Fluffy Bunny out there along with the social media calendar, the thirty day launch plan [00:14:09] Speaker 3: that he had set out, and I'm just gonna probably start that from the beginning if I can, but we can talk about that a little bit more when when he goes over it. But, you know, it's kinda where I am. [00:14:21] Speaker 3: I've... I I did start reaching out to other, [00:14:28] Speaker 3: I guess, avenues for just viewpoints and training and perspectives. And I finally realized that I'm trying to do too much. I'm trying to, you know, I'm trying to know Claude. I'm trying to know [00:14:40] Speaker 3: Chad. I'm trying to know perplexity, all this stuff. And I finally convinced myself along with the help of others to drop them all except for one. And I think Claude is gonna be where I'm gonna [00:14:52] Speaker 3: put all my money, at least in the interim, scale back everything else. I actually had Claude go through all my credit cards and bank statements and help me understand [00:15:03] Speaker 3: what I'm spending on AI. So he's my partner to get this going, and he also recommended to, you know, cut to the chase, pick one LLM, [00:15:15] Speaker 3: pick a couple of tools that support that, and, you know, just stop trying to be an expert in everything. And that was part of my problem all along. So that's kinda where I am today. [00:15:28] Speaker 0: Nice. Thank you, Tim. That's that's real. Relate to that for sure. [00:15:36] Speaker 0: Joe, would you like to share highs, lows? [00:15:39] Speaker 4: Yeah. Of course. So, Tim, I totally get you with with, like, the platform hopping and, like, which one do I use for this? Which one do I use for that? And, you know, I was a chat [00:15:50] Speaker 4: GPT girl for a long time. And probably the beginning of the year, I switched to Claude and just love the way it writes. Not getting the best, like, right now, so I think I have to do some things differently in there. I found a platform that [00:16:02] Speaker 4: does, like, everything. It does so many things for me. I still use Claude a little bit now, but I'm using this this other one more. And I feel like, [00:16:14] Speaker 4: you know, there's so much that can be done for us with AI. And even that's kind of making me feel a little overwhelmed right now. Like, it'll break down my tasks, and and it tells me, like, this is what you have to work on. [00:16:26] Speaker 4: So I view that as, like, a high that I have this tool now that I can go ahead and and utilize it a little bit better. But the low is that I I get sidetracked by, like, the [00:16:38] Speaker 4: slightest little thing. I run the Flowerbob fundraising business. We're trying to do the AI. I'm trying to work on a clone, and it's just... There's so many different things that are pulling me right now. And I'm like, I I shouldn't feel like this. I [00:16:50] Speaker 4: just definitely should feel more focused and, like, nose to the grindstone. Like you said about, I don't know, like, I would love a week away or two weeks away without any, like, dogs, kids, phones, and [00:17:02] Speaker 4: just, like, and just start working and, you know, moving that needle and getting us closer to where we need to be. And so, [00:17:10] Speaker 4: I don't know. That's that's definitely a lot. It's not new for the week, but it... It's kind of where I'm at right now. Or I just feel like I have all these things available, but I feel [00:17:22] Speaker 4: like maybe someone went through my closet and just threw my whole wardrobe on the bed and said, okay. Pick something out. And I'm like, you know, where do you go with that? So that's kinda where I'm at today. Yep. [00:17:34] Speaker 0: That's that's great. I mean... Yeah. I relate to that too. [00:17:37] Speaker 4: That's messy. I like that. [00:17:40] Speaker 0: Yeah. Hey, Ariel. She's at work. I'm not sure if she's able to to comment, but I'm glad that you're here. [00:17:51] Speaker 0: Yeah. I... That seems to be the sentiment a lot that I've been hearing is... And I do the same thing where I can do whatever I want, really. Like, I have all of these [00:18:02] Speaker 0: superpowers, but it's like, well, where do I focus that energy? And I know that I have ADHD, so I will go down rabbit holes. And Ariel can definitely attest to that. So for me, [00:18:14] Speaker 0: it is nice that I have LaunchBox as, like, my main primary thing. Can always come back to, and I'm always working on. And I think that I've focused so much in on it that I've kind of [00:18:26] Speaker 0: also left out just me as an expert in general of being, like, an AI expert, automation expert, and now agents. And so [00:18:39] Speaker 0: we... I'm pivoting into doing more of that consulting, and I think that here in Houston, some doors are opening up for that. And my... What [00:18:51] Speaker 0: I'm... I I have couple of clients who are these AI... They've been learning AI for the last, like, year, but they're kinda overlearning it. And so there's like, look. [00:19:03] Speaker 0: Go ahead and build it for me. And so that's nice. They don't have to manage the workflows anymore or worry about what's gonna work or what's new. And [00:19:15] Speaker 0: I'm excited to kind of get into that more myself. But, yeah, I feel you guys. So I've been personally really just using Claude [00:19:26] Speaker 0: myself, learning how to schedule tasks so that they're happening without me needing to think about it. And I'll show you a bit [00:19:38] Speaker 0: about that. Aura hopped on here because she had a specific use case she was curious about with could I get Claude to go [00:19:50] Speaker 0: look through Amazon, find deals that are, you know, a certain threshold of percentage off, and then take that information and and publish it [00:20:01] Speaker 0: somewhere. So I was gonna show you just my process for how I would do something like that, having never done it before, and just show you, like, here's how you could get started with it. And then the second [00:20:13] Speaker 0: piece would be... I'll show you guys how to get back into the the thirty day game plan and get your [00:20:25] Speaker 0: content refreshed so that you could start kinda new with bringing people into your platform. I wish Tashina was here because she's been running a thirty day wait list campaign [00:20:37] Speaker 0: to bring people into her platform, which she's built up to, like, 20 people. And today is supposed to be be the day that she's transitioning to tell them, hey. Come and join. So we'll hear [00:20:49] Speaker 0: from her how that goes. [00:20:52] Speaker 0: But [00:20:54] Speaker 0: anybody have any other additional comments before I hop into Claude here? [00:21:00] Speaker 2: Ian, can you explain what you meant when you said they were overlearning AI? Is that what you said? [00:21:10] Speaker 0: Yes. [00:21:11] Speaker 2: As a parent to... I mean, I love the... Yeah. Do it for me. I wish I had that available a year ago. I'd be way ahead now. But tell me what that meant in case I'm guilty of that. [00:21:22] Speaker 0: Okay. Well, I like the... [00:21:26] Speaker 0: I like what you said, Joe, about just having everything thrown onto the bed, like my whole closet. Every week, there's a new AI thing that you have to learn, and then the tile gets bigger and bigger, and you haven't gotten [00:21:38] Speaker 0: to those past close that you were supposed to hang up. Every every week, there's a new tool. And so people are like, oh my gosh. Now there's a new thing I have to learn, and they they feel [00:21:50] Speaker 0: overwhelmed. That's kinda what I'm talking about. [00:21:53] Speaker 2: Like shiny things. [00:21:55] Speaker 0: Yes. [00:21:56] Speaker 2: I don't think we're [00:21:57] Speaker 3: we're all we're all guilty of that in this crowd. [00:22:02] Speaker 0: Mhmm. [00:22:02] Speaker 2: Well, I think for me, I feel like with the lack of an experience I have, I think I need them. And and I have at least begun to wrecking... I I have somewhat cleaned out my email by [00:22:14] Speaker 2: unsubscribing to a lot of stuff I grabbed back in the beginning. And so thank you. I mean, that just was a really good home point to stay in this right direction, and I think you're right. I kinda [00:22:25] Speaker 2: sometimes become frustrated when there's a process, and you gotta go here and then go there. Go go to chat. Go to Canva, and then go over to... You know, is there not one program that'll just do it all [00:22:37] Speaker 2: for us? So thanks. That was a good perspective. [00:22:41] Speaker 4: I've got it. [00:22:43] Speaker 0: Yeah. Joe, what is the the other platform you're talking about? [00:22:48] Speaker 4: Yeah. So it's it's pretty amazing. And I have to tell you, you know, I'm one that that sometimes I I jump in, and sometimes I'm like, I... I'm good. I don't need any of this. And so I felt like, you know, I've been doing this [00:23:00] Speaker 4: for a year, two years with AI and utilizing it. And my friend kept saying, you need to check this this platform out. And I was like, nope. I have my tech stack. Like, I'm good. I have Canva. I've got [00:23:12] Speaker 4: cloud. I've got... And she's like, no. No. No. You have to check it out. So, finally, I was like, fine. I'll check it out. It's called Operly, like, simply. And it literally has... [00:23:23] Speaker 4: Like, I can hook up my calendars and my emails and put, like, a, like, a building of rain in there right now, and it has all the different personas. And I don't feel like I'm [00:23:35] Speaker 4: utilizing it enough, to be honest with you. But it's called Opera ly, and it is... Once I gave it a chance, I'm just like, I can't live without this. I really [00:23:47] Speaker 4: do enjoy it. Mhmm. [00:23:50] Speaker 0: Dang. Okay. Cool. I'll check that out. [00:23:53] Speaker 1: Yeah. [00:23:54] Speaker 0: Yeah. Okay. [00:23:57] Speaker 4: I'll send you a link. It'll take you right to some training and all that. There's, like, tutorials. [00:24:03] Speaker 4: It's on the blockchain. I don't know if any of you guys are dealing with any of that stuff right now. So it's on a blockchain program. [00:24:12] Speaker 4: And so the the... When Manus was going crazy last week, everybody was like, oh, no. All my stuff. Like, I felt like like, I'm good. Like, I I think I have the things saved that I need to have saved, but I didn't feel [00:24:24] Speaker 4: that that rush of, like, excitement of, like, oh, no. That dread that some of the people were feeling with Manus. So that made me feel a lot better about using OperaLeaf for some of the things that I'm doing right now. [00:24:36] Speaker 4: Yeah. I'll put my link in the the chat if you guys are interested in looking at it. Mhmm. Cool. Because I was really happy with it. Mhmm. Yep. [00:24:44] Speaker 0: Okay. That sounds great. Cool. [00:24:47] Speaker 3: So if I could make one comment, I think Ned had made a comment about going here to do this, going here to do that, do this tool. Whenever I come across [00:24:58] Speaker 3: anybody who uses the word easy and AI in the same sentence, I just wanna slap them. Because there is nothing easy that I've come across. [00:25:10] Speaker 3: I... I'm no idiot. I have I have three decades plus in the tech industry, and, you know, I'm tech tech tech tech day in, day out, and there is nothing [00:25:22] Speaker 3: that's easy. There's always something. And as soon as you think you have it figured out, they'll throw something else at you. They'll change the instructions or they'll do this. And it... It's so frustrating when I [00:25:34] Speaker 3: hear people say, oh, it's easy. Just do this, do that. It's like, no. No. It isn't easy. So... [00:25:40] Speaker 0: Yeah. [00:25:41] Speaker 3: But it's fun. I have a I have a lot of fun. That's all I can say. [00:25:45] Speaker 0: Same. Let me just just [00:25:47] Speaker 2: read the easy thing and one of my hardest things, and and Ian knows because he's helped me a couple... Getting an image, what I want. And last week, I had... Well, I finally challenged Chad. Why aren't you giving me what I asked for? [00:25:59] Speaker 2: And I got a list. I can do this, but I can't do that. I can't do that. I can't do... I mean, what is this? You know? [00:26:06] Speaker 3: Well, you need to say, well, why didn't you tell me that before? [00:26:10] Speaker 2: Exactly. Why didn't you tell me that the five hours I've spent trying to get what I need from you? Yeah. Right. [00:26:17] Speaker 0: Yeah. [00:26:18] Speaker 4: I don't see a chat in here. Is there a chat feature on the [00:26:21] Speaker 1: meeting? Maybe... [00:26:22] Speaker 0: Should be the very bottom right. There's a little message icon. [00:26:26] Speaker 2: It has a little white button on it. Oh, it's for Ariel. Hi, Ariel. [00:26:34] Speaker 0: Yeah. Very bottom right little message icon. [00:26:37] Speaker 2: Did you find that? [00:26:38] Speaker 1: Mm-mm. Okay. [00:26:42] Speaker 2: It looks like it looks like a little piece of paper with lines almost. You've got a bunch of buttons, and it's the next thing. They're... He ain't showing you a picture. [00:26:52] Speaker 0: Right right down here in the bottom right? [00:26:54] Speaker 4: I don't think I have the right... [00:26:57] Speaker 0: Are you on Google Meet? [00:27:02] Speaker 4: Yeah. [00:27:04] Speaker 0: Well, [00:27:07] Speaker 0: if you wanna message it to me on Facebook or something, I can drop it in there. [00:27:12] Speaker 4: I'll send it out. [00:27:13] Speaker 0: Okay. Cool. So to to people's points in here of needing to do multiple platforms, I've... This is kinda what I'm [00:27:25] Speaker 0: doing my talk on on Friday is I'm gonna take people through, like, an AI workflow. So while it does make doing things a lot easier compared to how we did it, like, [00:27:37] Speaker 0: two years ago where you would be finding leads yourself, posting them into spreadsheet, and then needing to do manual outreach. You can do all of those [00:27:49] Speaker 0: steps now and get way more results, But you still have to go here to there to there. And so I think of it like a... An AI assisted workflow [00:28:01] Speaker 0: versus being automated. And that's really where the unlock is is not... Maybe setting it up once and then just having it run without thinking about it. And so [00:28:13] Speaker 0: that's where I am focusing a lot of my time on learning how to automate things with Cloud so that I don't have to do this stuff, and it's [00:28:24] Speaker 0: it's been working. So... And then I also have it drive my browser, which is a... Another huge unlock. So if I need to go fill in a [00:28:36] Speaker 0: form or whatever on a specific website, it will go in there and click all the buttons and do it for me. You guys may have seen my video, but it... I had it on my TikTok account, and it was [00:28:48] Speaker 0: making comments on people's videos so that it would drive some more people to come and follow me. So it can do really... I don't know if it'll do [00:29:00] Speaker 0: everything that I could do on my computer, but it does a whole lot on on... For me. So [00:29:07] Speaker 0: here, I got Joe's message here. [00:29:11] Speaker 0: It's up early. [00:29:13] Speaker 4: Sorry. I just found the the chat. [00:29:16] Speaker 0: Oh, okay. Okay. Cool. Okay. Great. [00:29:19] Speaker 4: I'm so dumb. [00:29:20] Speaker 0: Awesome. Alright. So I will kinda show you guys what I've got set up here. I do have some stuff in homework. I have some stuff in, [00:29:33] Speaker 0: Cloud Code. This is where I'm building out all of my apps. And [00:29:39] Speaker 0: to connect different platforms to it, I have my my Gmail connected to it. I have my Google Calendar connected to it. And then as I'm working through [00:29:51] Speaker 0: cloud throughout the day, I have an automation set up in here that scans all of the chats I've had that day, which takes the content in context of, like, [00:30:03] Speaker 0: oh, here's what Ian's been working on. It takes all of my emails and my calendar and gives me a daily brief, which has actually really given me clarity on [00:30:15] Speaker 0: what I got going on that day. And, really, the the unlock for that was having it go through my chats that I've had throughout the day because that's where, you know, I'm trying to [00:30:27] Speaker 0: figure out and problem solve and doing my work is in those chats. [00:30:32] Speaker 0: So [00:30:35] Speaker 0: I wanna shift quickly and and just try to maybe work through how I would set up an agent going to Amazon, finding a deal, and [00:30:47] Speaker 0: then posting that somewhere. And then it's kind of like once you've done that once with Claude, you can say, okay. Now make that an automation or, and schedule it to run three times [00:30:59] Speaker 0: a day or, just continue to build off of that. So the base would be, I want you to use my browser. [00:31:11] Speaker 0: Go to amazon.com. Look for deals that are 50 off. And then... Or, you know, here, you could be more [00:31:23] Speaker 0: specific on what type of deals you want it to be if there's anything specific. We're, like, 50% off of soccer, items or whatever, FIFA World Cup items, whatever you're kinda trying to drive that [00:31:34] Speaker 0: day. Look for deals that are 50% off, then add them to a spreadsheet. [00:31:45] Speaker 0: So [00:31:48] Speaker 0: it will also go through and ask you permissions. You can turn off needing to click allow. I'd still have it set up because I I wanna have an [00:31:59] Speaker 0: idea of what it's actually doing. So I'll I'll expand this. You guys might not be able to see it very well, but I'll help with that. Let me load the browser and Google Sheets tool first. [00:32:13] Speaker 3: Hey. Can I stop you right there for a second? [00:32:16] Speaker 0: Yes. [00:32:17] Speaker 3: So you are in Claude, and you are in Cowork. Is that correct? [00:32:23] Speaker 0: Right now, I'm in Claude code. But you can do this in... Yeah. You can do this in Cowork. It's really... Yeah. [00:32:31] Speaker 3: And so I've... And I'm sorry for the questions, but I'm just getting touching and scratching the surface on this agent stuff. So is this actions that you would have an [00:32:43] Speaker 3: agent do, or are you building this into an agent that you are using? [00:32:51] Speaker 0: Right now, I'm doing it more so manually where I'm saying, hey. Go do this. Go explore that. And so I'm kind of steering the ship right now, but it's doing all of the [00:33:02] Speaker 0: work. But I'm only steering the ship here in Claude. I'm not going to Amazon or or another platform. And so once I've kind of steered it and I've gotten the output that I [00:33:14] Speaker 0: want, then I would, at the end, say, let's turn this into a scheduled task that you do every day. Oh, okay. Yeah. So right now, [00:33:27] Speaker 0: let's see. It's it's using this tab right here. And the most recent thing it said was... Let me pull it back up. [00:33:38] Speaker 0: It said it's found a solid batch of deals at 50% off or more on Amazon's time day deals. Here's what's qualified. So it's listed, you know, 10 different things here. [00:33:50] Speaker 0: And... [00:33:51] Speaker 1: Does it have the... Does it pull the actual links to them, or is it just listing the names? [00:33:57] Speaker 0: Well, it looks like it didn't pull the links, but that's where you could be like, I want you to get the links. [00:34:02] Speaker 1: Oh, okay. Yeah. [00:34:03] Speaker 0: Get the links. So, again, we're steering it because it didn't... It gave me a lot of great stuff, but it didn't quite give me everything I want. I want you to get the links for those things. [00:34:15] Speaker 0: And then this is a little bit of the setup that you would need to do. Claude has all connectors. So I've connected it to my Google Drive. [00:34:27] Speaker 0: And so you would need to [00:34:30] Speaker 0: go into add connectors. You sign in to Google Drive, and then boom. It's got access to use Google Drive that... In the same way that you would. So I want you to get the links [00:34:42] Speaker 0: for those things. I want you to use the Google Drive connector to create a spreadsheet. [00:34:57] Speaker 0: So now it will go and do that. [00:35:04] Speaker 0: And on it, two things, pull the product links and switch to Google Drive connector for creating the file. Let me load the tools that I need. So now it's... Yes. [00:35:20] Speaker 0: So if somebody talks about agents, this is this is an agent. It's a chat that has tools that can go and do stuff on your behalf. So it says it's got all the nine links. [00:35:32] Speaker 0: Now I'll create the spreadsheets via Google Drive connector. Allow. [00:35:38] Speaker 0: Using Google Drive, create a file. [00:35:42] Speaker 0: K. It's done it. Done. The spreadsheet is created in your Google Drive with all nine deals plus product links. Here's the link to go to it. [00:35:53] Speaker 0: Under... If it is. [00:36:07] Speaker 0: Cool. I mean, it's very simple, but this is a product list that I could start out with. And it... Again, Aura, you could come back into Cloud and say, hey. Get me 10 or [00:36:19] Speaker 0: 20 more deals for baby stuff. I don't know. You know, whatever whatever you want. Oh, that's so cool. And then you would say, okay. Now I want to [00:36:31] Speaker 0: schedule this to run every day at eight, nine central. [00:36:48] Speaker 0: So what I what I...... [00:36:49] Speaker 1: So much fun playing with this. [00:36:51] Speaker 2: Like Yeah. [00:36:52] Speaker 1: I already can think of so many things I'm gonna do with this. [00:36:56] Speaker 0: Right. The sky is the limit. [00:37:00] Speaker 0: Brian Brian's here. Okay. Cool. [00:37:04] Speaker 0: Okay. Your local time zone central to Houston. And [00:37:10] Speaker 0: so, again, how how I have mine set up is every day, it's going through and checking the the inbox and sent emails I've had from the last twenty four hours. It's going and checking my calendar to [00:37:22] Speaker 0: see what I have coming up and what I've done. It's going through my chats, so it would reference this conversation here. And I get a daily brief tomorrow that says, okay, Ian. [00:37:33] Speaker 0: You have this email and thread going on. You've been working on this. And context is king when it comes to AI as far as it knowing enough information [00:37:45] Speaker 0: so that you don't have to reexplain it every time. So this way, it automates understanding what I've been up to. [00:37:55] Speaker 0: Alright. A couple of caveats worth noting. The app must be open at 9AM for it to fire. If it's closed... So you guys have heard you need to leave your laptop or computer running for these [00:38:06] Speaker 0: agents to work. That's true. You can also go about it through services like Hostinger and... But that's that's more complex than you need. [00:38:18] Speaker 0: Really, what Clot has just come out with is routine, I think. Is it schedule? I think it's schedule. [00:38:30] Speaker 0: And so that you would just say each run creates a new sheet. [00:38:36] Speaker 0: You just read through it and essentially just, like, tell me how I need to set this up so that it works for me. Because each of your, needs will be different. So that's that's what I would suggest [00:38:47] Speaker 0: is here it's given me some caveats. I would have it set it up however best works for me. So that's how you can automate so much stuff. You can [00:38:59] Speaker 0: automate creating products for Etsy, having Claude go and list them on your Etsy store, making pins on Pinterest to drive traffic to that Etsy store, [00:39:11] Speaker 0: going on to LinkedIn and making posts for you about... I'm just using Etsy store as an example. Going on to your Facebook and making posts about it, keeping a list alive of your [00:39:23] Speaker 0: CRM. The one [00:39:27] Speaker 0: thing you'll need to do is sort of sit here and have it do it and then connect to those different pieces. Can I [00:39:36] Speaker 3: ask you a question on backing up a little bit on what? Sounds like there's a few Claude users here, and you said you've been using Claude pretty much a lot [00:39:48] Speaker 3: since January. What's your decision tree when you sit down in front of the computer? And and you just start and chat, and then it it directs you to use coworker [00:40:00] Speaker 3: code? Or how do you make this decision where to start and how to approach, let's say, something like the Etsy, agent stuff you're talking [00:40:11] Speaker 3: about. Would I just go in there and just start talking to it? Or... [00:40:17] Speaker 0: Yeah. You would. So there... In in Claude, there's three different modes you can be in. You can be in the chat. I use chat just like [00:40:29] Speaker 0: for, [00:40:31] Speaker 0: I guess, like, brainstorming stuff, really. I mean, it it... It's starting to not really matter, I think. They're all kind of doing the same. But Mhmm. Chat is not gonna be able to access your local [00:40:43] Speaker 0: computer. And what that means is when I'm encoding, can access my files, and it can create, like, applications for me. And it can access my [00:40:55] Speaker 0: computer and drive my browser. Cowork is more so when you are building a workflow like this, so you could do exactly what I just did in Cowork. [00:41:07] Speaker 0: I'm kind of not... I'm I'm not quite sure, honestly, the distinction distinction between Cowork and code. I think that Yeah. I've heard Cowork is more user friendly. [00:41:19] Speaker 0: So [00:41:21] Speaker 0: that's... I... [00:41:23] Speaker 3: Yeah. I think you answered the question that that that I had, and I I think, like, many people probably suffer the same thing, Andrew, is you jump right in, you start using something, and you don't bother reading the [00:41:34] Speaker 3: directions. And if you would've gone back and read some of the basic directions, you save a lot of time. But, you know, just for me using it over the last couple months, I've gleaned exactly what you [00:41:46] Speaker 3: said where it seems to almost not matter because if you're doing something, it'll say, hey. I'm in chat now. I can't access this. But if you were in code or [00:41:58] Speaker 3: whatever co work, it... It'll tell you go over there and do it. So... You know? [00:42:06] Speaker 0: Ian? Yes. [00:42:07] Speaker 2: Yes. Like, I just know. I'm so... I don't wanna assume. The Agent Building things that are in LaunchBox. Mhmm. Are they only able to work within LaunchBox? [00:42:19] Speaker 2: For instance, they couldn't do this. [00:42:22] Speaker 0: Correct. They're more so just doing stuff online, and they're more... Those are very specific, like, personality driven agents. [00:42:35] Speaker 0: And I actually have added a couple more agents in there that do specific jobs recently. So I have a new connector agent, which... And I [00:42:44] Speaker 2: saw that. [00:42:45] Speaker 0: Yeah. So it starts to connect people, [00:42:49] Speaker 0: like, networking, of, hey. You're doing this. This person's doing this. You guys should meet. And so it will, message them to say, hey. You should talk to this person. And then... Okay. [00:43:01] Speaker 0: Fine. Yes. Yes. The onboarding agent welcomes people as they join your community and answers questions, and they're all... Those are all more specific to to just the [00:43:13] Speaker 0: community. [00:43:14] Speaker 2: Okay. Thank you. Yeah. [00:43:16] Speaker 0: As the platform grows and more ideas come up, we're... I'll definitely be adding them in there. I've... I mean, when it... Where I brought up the Amazon automation today, was like, [00:43:28] Speaker 0: I could probably build an agent in LaunchBox that just goes and says, hey. Here's today's deals and post them in the feed for the community. Mhmm. Cool. Thanks. [00:43:39] Speaker 0: Yeah. Yeah. And then to move into that second piece that was brought up here, I will hop into LaunchBox. Let's see. [00:43:55] Speaker 0: Alright. [00:44:00] Speaker 0: Let's go. [00:44:04] Speaker 0: Launchbox.space. Log in. [00:44:09] Speaker 0: And then [00:44:14] Speaker 0: Make sure that I'm logged into the right one. [00:44:27] Speaker 0: Alright. So [00:44:31] Speaker 0: to get to what you were talking about, Tim and, Annette, if you want to go through and answer those questions that build [00:44:43] Speaker 0: out your profile and then build out... Is worth of content, all of which that content is is created to drive traffic into your community, [00:44:55] Speaker 0: You go into the admin side. [00:45:03] Speaker 0: Let's go here. I'm gonna go to a different one. [00:45:22] Speaker 0: Okay. [00:45:25] Speaker 0: Alright. So this is my community here. [00:45:30] Speaker 0: Go to the admin side. You'll go to launch kit on the sidebar here. [00:45:39] Speaker 0: You'll go to the platform brief, and this is what gets created when you answer those questions. So here, it's got all the information about [00:45:52] Speaker 0: your community, your brand voice, your target audience, and those pages get generated based on this information. So [00:46:05] Speaker 0: if, Tim, you wanted to go through and answer all those questions again, you'd come to platform brief, and you just hit up here. You would click start over, and that's going to run you through those series of [00:46:17] Speaker 0: questions again. And then you'll come here. You'll see, okay. Great. This is everything that my objectives are and that it's it's gained from me answering those [00:46:29] Speaker 0: questions. You can provide it some images for it to have, like, a style context of your brand. Then you go to strategy, you answer a few more [00:46:40] Speaker 0: questions about what platforms you use, and that also gears kinda how this content is is made. So it'll generate your [00:46:52] Speaker 0: landing page, your waitlist page, some lead magnets, your sales page, [00:47:02] Speaker 0: and all of this content here, which drives people to these pages here. So this is, the announcement. [00:47:13] Speaker 0: Gives you a little image, gives you the post. You can make updates here if you like. But [00:47:20] Speaker 0: that's how you... You just come to launch kit and you hit start over, essentially, ma'am. And then you just go... It takes you through step by step by step. So you don't need to necessarily know where to go. You just need [00:47:32] Speaker 0: to click next. [00:47:34] Speaker 3: Yeah. I think one of my my issues was I was gonna start this again. [00:47:40] Speaker 3: And just because the way my brain works, I'm like, well, I I don't wanna mess around with the wait list crap and all that stuff. I just wanna sell this. Damn it. So I'm, like, [00:47:52] Speaker 3: already thinking how to circumvent your process. But as we go through this, considering the progress I've made so far, I'm going back, and I'm starting from scratch, and I'm [00:48:04] Speaker 3: gonna follow your timeline. Because what do I have to lose to follow the, you know, the wait list part of it? And my my thought process there is I don't care for [00:48:16] Speaker 3: being waitlisted, but I understand the marketing behind it. So I was kinda in back of my mind thinking, I don't want that. I don't want that, but I want that. So I'm gonna go [00:48:28] Speaker 3: back, start over, and then I'll probably come back to you and say, along with this, [00:48:36] Speaker 3: you know, maybe you could give me some guidance on where you think a little bit of sprinkling of Facebook advertising might fit in. [00:48:47] Speaker 0: Yeah. I would... I mean, it sounds like you're starting to learn more about Facebook ads, really. [00:48:56] Speaker 0: I... How I would do it is I would just post these, you know, to my Facebook as as you've seen. I would have these little posts. They say, you know, in the comments, click the [00:49:08] Speaker 0: link. They're brought to the wait list page, [00:49:13] Speaker 0: and then when they fill it out. So I guess if you were running ads, I would just have them point to, [00:49:20] Speaker 0: you know, if you're gonna run for a specific time the wait list or the sales pitch. But... You know... Jashina... Oh. Yes. [00:49:29] Speaker 3: I'm sorry. Go ahead. Go ahead. [00:49:30] Speaker 0: I was gonna say, Jashina, she did go through and and ran the wait list, and it was cool to see, you know, she was driving interest, and that's what matters. And so it it warms up [00:49:42] Speaker 0: the audience to bring them in. [00:49:44] Speaker 3: Yep. And, you know, part of my trepidation or hesitation from the beginning was, you know, I don't have a huge Facebook following and friends or [00:49:56] Speaker 3: whatever. It's maybe 300 people. And I was, well, I don't wanna bug those people with the crap I'm doing and all that. I always said, and now you know what? [00:50:07] Speaker 3: They're gonna get this whether they like it or not. I don't care anymore, and it's it's kind of a different attitude shift I have where, you know, before I cared about, you know, oh, am I gonna [00:50:19] Speaker 3: upset somebody, or is... Am I gonna overload somebody? Now, you know, we're just another click just like everybody else, and I know there's people I'll connect with just by doing this. [00:50:30] Speaker 2: Yes. Tim, do you ever change your... When you go to post these, do you change your setting to public? [00:50:37] Speaker 3: So that's something I... I'm I'm starting to play with now. I just turned all my Facebook Facebook stuff professional, and I'm doing all this stuff so I can [00:50:49] Speaker 3: monetize and all that. And that was actually one thing that I kinda wanted to discuss with others is that public versus [00:50:59] Speaker 2: private. And I'll tell you, I was on the other end when my friends would suddenly start showing up with business post on my personal page. I would say, well,. And you know what? I got over [00:51:11] Speaker 2: that too just like you did. And the one thing I wanted to ask, Ian, is it like... I was thinking when I start the wait list, my approach would be, you know, [00:51:23] Speaker 2: you're a... I don't know if I wanna use founder. I'll think of something. Have a chance to be at this price. And once that's closed and they've all signed up, offer them a little bit lower price to come in too. [00:51:35] Speaker 2: And then after that, you'd have, okay. Now you can be a member, and here's how much it'll cost you kind of thing. Use a price a price structure and maybe even think of a little hook to give them when [00:51:47] Speaker 2: they go on the wait list. Is that, like, making it comp... More complicated? Or [00:51:54] Speaker 0: No. I think... [00:51:56] Speaker 0: I don't think so. That's the strategy I used whenever I started, you know, announcing LaunchBox was Okay. For the first six months, I ran a founder's price, which Oh, wow. [00:52:08] Speaker 0: That's better. Yeah. And incentivize people to come in at the lowest price, and now it's higher. And, [00:52:17] Speaker 0: yeah, I think that that's a great way to do it. You can... [00:52:20] Speaker 2: Okay. Thanks. [00:52:21] Speaker 0: Yeah. Yeah. [00:52:22] Speaker 2: I'm gonna do this. [00:52:25] Speaker 0: I guess. Yeah. I [00:52:29] Speaker 2: just... I'm gonna... You know, I I forgot that once I do the the platform, the briefing, the thing, answer all the questions and stuff, the next thing is the game plan. And I hadn't gotten to the point of really [00:52:40] Speaker 2: looking at it yet. So that's where you would... Liked the idea of the wait list because I knew I wasn't quite ready to start. And when you told us about it, I realized I could be getting the word out there [00:52:52] Speaker 2: and building the attention so that once I could release it... Because you're way ahead of me, Tim. Mine just isn't branded really good or ready to release yet. So while they're running their thirty [00:53:04] Speaker 2: days for the wait list, I could be finishing that work, but yet getting them hopefully fired up. Cool. Thanks. [00:53:12] Speaker 0: Mhmm. Yes. And the last piece I'll I'll say on it is going through that onboarding, it will also create your first three agents who will start to be [00:53:24] Speaker 0: post... Who will start to post on your feed. Cool. So... Yeah. Okay. It is almost time. Let's go ahead and wrap up and say what it is that we'd [00:53:36] Speaker 0: like to aim for in this next week. [00:53:39] Speaker 0: For me, I just wanna get through this week and get through these these big things that I've been really excited about. But they're all kind of falling on the same week, so I'll be happy to get onto the other side of them. [00:53:51] Speaker 0: But to be, [00:53:54] Speaker 0: yeah, open to new opportunities, I guess. [00:54:01] Speaker 0: We'll see what happens. [00:54:05] Speaker 0: Annette's goal for the week. [00:54:07] Speaker 2: Hey. You're gonna do fantastic. Quit worrying about it. You got us all here because we've seen you talk before. You know you're gonna be great. [00:54:16] Speaker 0: Well, thank you. [00:54:17] Speaker 2: I hope by the end of this weekend, I've redone the platform briefing thing, the question, and I've looked at the game plan. And I'm ready on Monday to kick off my wait list and start my [00:54:29] Speaker 2: thirty day clock. [00:54:32] Speaker 0: Heck yeah. Thank you. Joe? [00:54:38] Speaker 4: Yeah. So I think this week... And I I... Let me say I have to agree with with Annette. You're gonna be fine. You're gonna be great. You know, you got this. For for me, personally, I think [00:54:49] Speaker 4: you touched base on it earlier about just being, like, a little bit afraid of, like, what happens when all these things do come together. What does it look like? And so I'm, like, trying just to let it go and to move forward [00:55:01] Speaker 4: with the tasks that are on my my to do list and just start striking them off one at a time and and moving forward. And the results will be what they'll be, and just [00:55:13] Speaker 4: go from there, I guess. So thanks for your support, definitely, everybody. Thank you. [00:55:19] Speaker 0: Yeah. Thank you for being here, Joe. And Yeah. Same. I know you're gonna do great. I'm excited to just hear... I don't know what you're doing in the process of all the [00:55:31] Speaker 0: the awesome stuff that's gonna come from all the hard work you've been putting in. [00:55:37] Speaker 4: Yeah. Thanks. [00:55:38] Speaker 0: Yeah. Yeah. Tim? [00:55:42] Speaker 3: Well, you know, I'm gonna throw a gauntlet down there on myself and see if I can match, and that's Monday launch prep... And thirty day launch on Monday. [00:55:54] Speaker 3: That's where I'll go for. I'm I'm taking this weekend. You know, Saturday and Sunday, I'm doing something I never thought I'd do in my life, but Monday, I'm gonna I'm gonna shoot to have that launched. [00:56:07] Speaker 0: Okay. Awesome. I love to hear that. Wait. What are you doing this weekend? Is that, [00:56:14] Speaker 3: like, unrelated? Or you don't understand? Y'all know I'm I'm fine with that. I just never thought I'd be here. I am going to get my motorcycle license this weekend. [00:56:24] Speaker 2: Oh, man. [00:56:26] Speaker 3: I'm I'm not doing it so I can ride along everywhere, do whatever. I'm doing it because in July, I signed up for an extreme motorsports [00:56:38] Speaker 3: vacation. But if [00:56:43] Speaker 3: I survive, I'm gonna have some great pictures and video and experience when when I'm done, but I'm doing this to prep for that. So... [00:56:54] Speaker 0: Me too. [00:56:54] Speaker 4: Yeah. That's content, Sam. [00:56:57] Speaker 2: There you go, man. I tell you. [00:56:59] Speaker 0: Cool. Yeah. [00:57:01] Speaker 1: That's your... [00:57:02] Speaker 3: It's out of my comfort zone for sure. For sure. Yeah. [00:57:06] Speaker 4: Yep. Recorded. Yeah. [00:57:10] Speaker 0: And, Brian, we see that you hopped on. [00:57:14] Speaker 0: What do you have in terms of goals for the next week? [00:57:20] Speaker 5: To be honest with you, to log in more to log in more and to explore more about LaunchBox so I can get a better idea. Tim says something to me that triggered something, [00:57:31] Speaker 5: and I said, you know what? This is this is beautiful because I'll start paying for Facebook ads, but the.com will will... Me logging in to start playing around inside of there, but [00:57:43] Speaker 5: recording it and then come back and make content on what I did. And then just start blasting it on Facebook and and and and especially through ads. Because, Tim, let me tell [00:57:55] Speaker 5: you something. I got, like, a thousand followers on Facebook, and I got monetized. So all I gotta do now is up my followers, which I'm not... Is... To me, I'm a community guy, man. Yes. [00:58:06] Speaker 3: If I [00:58:07] Speaker 5: up the followers, the more money I'll get paid. But at the same time, my goal this week is to log in to LaunchBox a lot more to get acclimated with all the apps because I haven't been doing that. And [00:58:19] Speaker 5: and you know what? I appreciate it. This is... First of all, this is so... This is phenomenal what you're doing. There... There's this feeling. I I don't quite have a full [00:58:30] Speaker 5: understanding, but there's this feeling that says this is it. And so to encourage you, keep building and keep building your community. And, yeah, this week, I'll log in more and play around [00:58:42] Speaker 5: with it, and then I'll start doing some content. I'll probably kinda tag you to kinda help me or walk me through some stuff. If you do have time, I know you're busy. And, just start doing content and [00:58:54] Speaker 5: doing... Buying some Facebook ads and promote. [00:58:58] Speaker 0: Heck yes, Brian. Let's do it. Thank you. Yeah. Absolutely. Yeah. You rock. Brian's awesome. Glad you made it, man. [00:59:06] Speaker 5: You rock, dude. You... You're doing something special, man. Ian, I'm on the phone. Like I tell you all the time, I'm on the phone with a lot of builders, a lot of enterprise builders. And and to be honest with you, learn... Showing people [00:59:17] Speaker 5: what you just did about the the the agents connecting the agents to do, like, the everyday work. People need that, man. People can say... You can save money. [00:59:29] Speaker 5: Companies, you and companies can save money. And plus, you can you can save time by learning how to utilize AI. Because to be honest with you, we teach people AI is not gonna take [00:59:41] Speaker 5: over, but we empower you so that AI does not take your position. So empowering people so... To to kinda minimize the fear of they're gonna take my job. But if you're empowered [00:59:52] Speaker 5: in learning how to use it, you're gonna create jobs. [00:59:56] Speaker 0: Yes. [00:59:57] Speaker 5: And you're doing it, man. You're doing it, buddy. [01:00:00] Speaker 0: Will do. Or, I'm not sure if you're able to sign off, but, if not, just glad that you were here. Thanks for joining. [01:00:11] Speaker 1: Thank you. [01:00:13] Speaker 0: Yes. Yes. Cool. Alright, guys. I guess, lastly, if you guys aren't in my community, I do... Like, mine sets are free, so you can come join it. Think, Tim, [01:00:25] Speaker 0: Annette, you're in it, but I will go ahead and send you the link in the chat. But also, I'll send it to you directly on on Facebook. [01:00:36] Speaker 0: So... [01:00:40] Speaker 0: There's more. I wish I had time to show you guys, but we'll keep it for next week. And if you guys have any questions, yeah, bring them next week. Let's let's keep rocking and rolling. Thank you. [01:00:53] Speaker 0: Alright. [01:00:53] Speaker 2: Bye, everybody. See [01:00:55] Speaker 0: See [01:00:55] Speaker 3: you, you. Buddy. Yeah. [01:00:56] Speaker 0: Alright. See [01:00:56] Speaker 4: you guys. Thank you. Happy birthday, Annette.
