[00:00:00] Speaker 0: Okay. Cool. We can run through our, sort of standard here where we'll introduce ourselves briefly, Then we will go through a [00:00:11] Speaker 0: highlight and maybe challenge lowlight for last week, and then get into answering any questions and, yeah, wrapping up. [00:00:23] Speaker 0: So I will go ahead and introduce myself. You guys all know me. I'm Ian MacDonald. I'm here in Houston, Texas back from Colorado. Got back on Thursday. Ariel came and [00:00:35] Speaker 0: picked me up. And since then, I have been trying to get back into the swing of things because being away definitely gonna... Got me off track a little bit, but in a way that [00:00:47] Speaker 0: was good. It was good to get off track and go be around some friends. And now that I'm back, last week, I had mentioned my goal was to do some more [00:00:59] Speaker 0: than connecting and networking, and I've done that. I... Joseph, who is here on the call, he's here in Houston. I'm... I met with him, saw him on Friday. [00:01:10] Speaker 0: And today, I just went and met with somebody, downtown. There's a lot of awesome in person, like, free resources here in Houston, and the in person networking is [00:01:21] Speaker 0: incredible. So I've been meeting lots of people. And as I'm meeting people, they're like, oh, you should meet this person, this person. And so some of that, some updates in LaunchBox [00:01:34] Speaker 0: and, [00:01:36] Speaker 0: yeah, that's that's me. I guess that was a little more than brief, but that's what's up. That's good. Yes. Annette, since you were the first one in here, would you like to introduce yourself next? [00:01:47] Speaker 1: Hi, everybody. My name is Annette, and I've been playing around with PowerSuite and Ian ever since he opened up White Label. I was already a member. Just seemed right for me. [00:01:59] Speaker 1: I I wanted to try out white light white labeling something, and it seemed like it was a package that wouldn't be beyond my capability. Although that might be a doubt now some of [00:02:11] Speaker 1: what... He hasn't been through with me, but I've only been doing AI for a year. I'm very computer literate, but not AI. So I'm still fumbling, but he's been really great at helping me [00:02:22] Speaker 1: along. And I'm very excited. I think I'm very close to starting to really market my PowerSuite is what I've called my version. So [00:02:33] Speaker 0: I guess. [00:02:35] Speaker 0: Thanks, Nat. Jashina? So [00:02:41] Speaker 3: I'm Jashina Shelton. My online community is called AI After Hours, and that is really consuming my brainpower right now. I want to market it, how I want it to go, and how [00:02:52] Speaker 3: after I open my doors, what is this really going to look like? So I'm being very intentional on my end of what that looks like. [00:03:00] Speaker 0: Yes. I definitely have some questions, and you probably do for me too. Maybe. Maybe not. Oh, cool. [00:03:10] Speaker 0: Oh, alright. Crystal, how about you? [00:03:13] Speaker 4: It's like, god. I hate to show y'all myself today, but this is miss... She's the talking mode. [00:03:20] Speaker 0: Nice. [00:03:21] Speaker 4: Yeah. That's one thing I was curious about. So when you change... You... Both of y'all have different names for LaunchBox. So when they pull up their LaunchBox, does it have their name on [00:03:32] Speaker 4: it? Or how does that work? [00:03:35] Speaker 0: If you... It helps. Yes. Maybe we can get into showing you that here in a second. I can show you both in that engine... Jashina's [00:03:46] Speaker 0: community on screen, and you can see it. Yeah. [00:03:51] Speaker 4: I would love to be able to just see what other people are doing with LaunchBox. I'm still trying to to figure out... I know it'll work for me. I've kinda... [00:04:03] Speaker 4: I decided I didn't wanna do the a... I mean, I can teach AI, but I'm not ready ready to do that yet. So I'm more interested in... I think I'm gonna have a business [00:04:15] Speaker 4: that's gonna be [00:04:20] Speaker 4: a vision. [00:04:23] Speaker 4: Like, what do you call it? See it, dream it. [00:04:27] Speaker 0: Mhmm. Like a vision board? [00:04:29] Speaker 4: Words, your... What your thoughts, what you verbalize creates your reality. And so I'm using that along with Feng Shui. I'm gonna be teaching Feng Shui. [00:04:41] Speaker 4: So that's basically what my little community is gonna be about, I think. [00:04:46] Speaker 0: I love it. I love it. [00:04:51] Speaker 4: I've been generating a lot of reports and things like that, maybe some documents that I can sell. And so if if people are coming in as a free guest and I have [00:05:02] Speaker 4: a paper that... A document that they wanna buy, does the Stripe thing still work for that, or do I have to have a separate Stripe? I'm a little confused about how that work. [00:05:14] Speaker 0: Okay. I will... [00:05:18] Speaker 0: I can show you that too whenever we get into showing you the other platforms. I will show you... And just to quickly answer your question, the [00:05:30] Speaker 0: only way that you would monetize LaunchBox at this point, what you're talking about is on the further road map is you can bring in free subscribers, [00:05:41] Speaker 0: and you can bring in paid subscribers. And you can hide content from your free so that they're incentivized to upgrade to the pro. [00:05:51] Speaker 4: Okay. [00:05:53] Speaker 0: Yes. So that's the quick answer, but I'll show you... That might help you better see in advance. [00:05:59] Speaker 4: And I'm not here yet, so we have time to do that. But I do wanna create a community where people can come in and, you know, we just talk about, well, I've got this. How does this look? Yada yada [00:06:11] Speaker 4: yada. So I am gonna have a community where people can come in and let's talk about, you know, what it is you're trying to create in your life. So it's like really two separate businesses, really. [00:06:23] Speaker 4: So, anyway, I'm full of ideas. [00:06:26] Speaker 0: I know. Okay. We'll move into the next piece. So highlight and low light. I kinda went over mine where... Just [00:06:38] Speaker 0: getting back from being out of town feels like I'm catching up. And I've had this challenge before, and it's a catch 22 because there's a lot of really [00:06:50] Speaker 0: great opportunities that I'm exploring as far as, like, speaking opportunities and just connection [00:07:02] Speaker 0: opportunities. And it seems like I just don't know which one go down. Each of these takes my time, and they're all, like, awesome, [00:07:14] Speaker 0: possibilities. But, yeah, it can feel overwhelming to where I wouldn't, you know, pick one... Any of them because I'm kind of frozen and trying to decide which one to do. [00:07:25] Speaker 0: So all I know is at the end of this month, James Nelson, who was on the meeting earlier last month, He's invited me and got me connected [00:07:37] Speaker 0: with the commissioner here in Houston, and I'm gonna be speaking and doing workshop at a summit that's, like, hosted by the city. So that is yeah. [00:07:51] Speaker 0: So prepping for that. And then also prepping for... You know, at the end of that, I do get to talk about what I do and my product and LaunchBox. And and so trying to think through [00:08:03] Speaker 0: how to present that and and making sure that all runs smoothly as... Kinda sounds like, Jashina, maybe you're you're... You got going on. [00:08:15] Speaker 0: Yeah. Okay. Cool. Annette, highs and lows. [00:08:20] Speaker 1: Well, I was somewhat a a high when I went to Houston. Some of you know is there to help my daughter and her hubby. She had some surgery that had her a little bit down physically, so she [00:08:32] Speaker 1: needed some help. But... And for me, because she's sort of quiet and sleeping and watching TV, I just got in a really cool hyper focused, no distraction mode [00:08:44] Speaker 1: and got a lot of little pieces done that now I'm trying to put together, and I'm finding... I gotta figure out how to create that same environment here. My low has been today. I was [00:08:55] Speaker 1: working on... One of the things I work on in downtimes is setting up my SC shop, and ChatGPT has just been a pain with imaging today, and I really [00:09:07] Speaker 1: don't understand what's going on. And I think I've just closed the door with frustration, and I'm done with it for the day. I quit to come on the call, but I [00:09:19] Speaker 1: basically was questioning why the change I had requested had not been made. And I was advised, I can create this. I can remove something, but he gave me a whole little list of things he [00:09:31] Speaker 1: can't do. And about three times, I got the you're violating these laws message. Change your prompt. I was like, what is going on? [00:09:42] Speaker 1: But I take a break, and I'll figure it out later. [00:09:47] Speaker 1: I just couldn't quite believe what he was saying he couldn't do. You know? And I didn't ask, well, is that true of all of them? But I'm gonna go try other places when I come back to it [00:09:59] Speaker 1: because I was pretty aggravated. [00:10:02] Speaker 4: I started using Claude, and I love it. Yes. [00:10:08] Speaker 1: I am Claude. I've actually been just... I started, and I was working on a couple of app. And as I move out of them, I'm gonna start moving more to Claude with my writing and [00:10:20] Speaker 1: stuff. I've sort of gotten some help and have a few ideas prompting wise to see what other things it can do. I sort of fell in it, figuring out that, you know, how it worked [00:10:32] Speaker 1: to create prompts with it, and I've got two that are almost done. And then I'm gonna start shifting over to Claude and see if things go better. I was sort of had a little love affair going on [00:10:44] Speaker 1: with chat GPT, but I think he's found someone else. Thank [00:10:51] Speaker 0: you, Annette. Alright. Jashina, highs and lows. [00:10:56] Speaker 3: Highs and lows are the exact same thing this week. It's the wait list. Right? So I'm excited that people are like, hey. We're on the wait list. But now it's the milking them along the way. [00:11:08] Speaker 3: Like, hey. You're on the wait list. Now I need you to subscribe. Hey. [00:11:12] Speaker 0: This is... [00:11:13] Speaker 3: Join the wait list. Hey. We're building towards this. So it's a win. Like, yay. They're here. But it's like an additional marketing layer once I got them in the building. So we'll see. [00:11:24] Speaker 0: Yes. Yes. I would love to hear more about that here. Oh. And how... And, yeah, just what your thoughts are and... Yeah. Because that's cool. I'm really stoked that [00:11:36] Speaker 0: you're... You got some people on your wait list. That's awesome. [00:11:39] Speaker 3: I know. I'm excited. [00:11:41] Speaker 0: Crystal, kind of... [00:11:42] Speaker 4: Well, yeah. She needs to send the link so I can be on your waiting list. Alright. [00:11:49] Speaker 1: I'm already on it. Yeah. I think I found it. Well, Ian posted on Facebook a couple of things. And one was where she had her link. Yes. I'm in... On the wait list, so come find us, [00:12:00] Speaker 1: Crystal. [00:12:01] Speaker 4: Am I on your wait list, Am I on your wait list, [00:12:05] Speaker 1: Annette? I don't have a wait list. I just haven't put much out yet. [00:12:11] Speaker 4: Okay. Well, I think I have [00:12:12] Speaker 1: a hours. Yep. Got other stuff going on, but not for powers. We we need to connect, Crystal. [00:12:18] Speaker 4: Yeah. We do. Yeah. We do. Mhmm. So my highs and lows Mhmm. What are we supposed to be talking about? The highs? Or I got to use Claude Nice. [00:12:30] Speaker 4: Even though I haven't paid $20 yet. The the subscription thing just drive me crazy. [00:12:37] Speaker 0: Yeah. Yeah. [00:12:39] Speaker 4: And I need to get... My lows are... I haven't been on my my software yet. I can't come up with a name yet. [00:12:49] Speaker 4: So I'm thinking about that. So that's a low for me. And I haven't used any of the AI pieces that you've got under our little library thing. So I need to [00:13:01] Speaker 4: get on there and do that and see how to get GPT and everything works on there. You might get better pictures in it. I don't know. Okay. [00:13:13] Speaker 0: Well, thank you for sharing, Crystal. I think, one one piece, I think you can pick a name and you can always change it too. It's... You don't need to get, [00:13:25] Speaker 0: too caught up on it. You can always change that. And, what what have you thought of in the past of a of a potential name? [00:13:35] Speaker 4: Well, when I was thinking about just the the vision board Mhmm. Concept, I had bought a domain called seeit, dreamit. [00:13:44] Speaker 0: Oh. So I was thinking [00:13:45] Speaker 4: about that. But, yeah, I wanna incorporate feng shui into it too, but maybe that's, you know, later on. But, yeah, helping people create a vision board and learning [00:13:57] Speaker 4: about how powerful our words are and thoughts. So that's that's kinda where I'm at. I like to see it, dream it. [00:14:05] Speaker 0: I do too. I think that's great. Okay. Thank you. Hey, Jules. Welcome in. You. [00:14:15] Speaker 2: Yeah. How are doing? [00:14:17] Speaker 4: See you.... Doing well. We need to see that face. [00:14:21] Speaker 0: We're glad that you're here. We've already gone through, introduced ourselves, talked about highs and lows of the last week. Would you care to hop in with yours? [00:14:33] Speaker 2: Actually, I just shared on Lunchbox with you the two apps I have created. So it is the FF Pro that I'm still working on, which is my affiliate app. And then I created a luxury [00:14:45] Speaker 2: showroom headquarters app where I'm, trying to be an affiliate actually with, like, high end, [00:14:55] Speaker 2: for lack of better word, like, gym fitness gear, saunas, cold plunges, things like that. The longevity craze is here, and everybody's all crazy about it, which I am too. I've been doing it, like, [00:15:07] Speaker 2: three years with all my supplements and things like that because I'm an athlete and stuff. So... And that's why I'm creating the affiliate hub app. That way, can keep all your affiliates in one spot, and you can kinda figure out [00:15:19] Speaker 2: where, you know, you're making money, where you can throw a little, you know, Facebook ad or something at something. So... But you can keep track of all your affiliate rewards and everything. So... But we're gonna... It's a SaaS product. So it's, the [00:15:31] Speaker 2: $29 a month I'm gonna charge, and people can go in and just keep track of everything. It's free initially for, like, the first three affiliates that you're gonna add. And then after that, if you wanna, add more. But I don't know. Work in progress. [00:15:43] Speaker 2: So I'm not having any downside this this week. So everything's all going on the upside. So prayers work. I [00:15:51] Speaker 0: get it. [00:15:51] Speaker 2: So thanks a lot, Michelle. Yeah. Thanks, Ian. [00:15:54] Speaker 0: Thank you everybody for sharing. I'm curious. Have you guys heard that Claude dropped a new model? [00:16:02] Speaker 2: Fable five. [00:16:03] Speaker 0: Fable five. Has anybody used it? [00:16:06] Speaker 1: No. Actually, I [00:16:08] Speaker 2: just did a training this morning on it with the AI for b community. Brian's touching base on it with a push 10. So it's pretty interesting. So it's... It cost twice as much to use, though, but it's, like, the best one on the market, he said. [00:16:20] Speaker 3: So... Yes. Above Open's 4.6 [00:16:22] Speaker 2: or whatever it was. So just as an FYI. [00:16:26] Speaker 0: Yeah. Yeah. It is twice as much as that... As their last top tier model. And only until January... June 22 will you be able to [00:16:38] Speaker 0: use it with your included subscription. You're gonna have to purchase, like, additional tokens after that date to be able to use it. So [00:16:50] Speaker 0: I know... I believe that will be temporary, I mean, for a period of time and competitors catch up, and we'll bring that cost down and the models get better. But I've used it [00:17:02] Speaker 0: a little bit here and there, and I've seen a lot of content online about things that people are building, and they're building them in in one shot. So I've been using it a [00:17:14] Speaker 0: little bit to see how it can be used to to help with, LaunchBox, and we'll see what happens. Jules, did you have a question? [00:17:26] Speaker 2: Yeah. I just wanted to add on to that that Mhmm. It actually... You have to have a paid Cloud account. It's not with a free account. So you have to have at least the $20 plan to get that up until the twenty second of the month. I did a whole thing where [00:17:38] Speaker 2: I asked, you know, what was included with the paid subscription because I've been using FreeCloud this whole time, to use props to put into Level to build my apps and stuff. So... But just, as an FYI for everybody. [00:17:50] Speaker 0: Thank you. [00:17:51] Speaker 4: You're welcome. [00:17:53] Speaker 0: Okay. So now that we've all kinda checked in, I do want to ask Jashina a little bit more about [00:18:02] Speaker 0: what you... What you've been doing with LaunchBox and your strategy so far with your waitlist. And if you, yeah, wanna share, please. [00:18:13] Speaker 3: Sure. So, formally, I have not used, like, a waitlist and then to go write it... Like, so, usually, people sign up for my program, and then we just wait till [00:18:25] Speaker 3: the program date. And then we just have the class or the training or whatever. So having a wait list, which I equate that to people who have walked into my actual store, and now [00:18:37] Speaker 3: I have to give them the customer service to, you know, support them. Like, hey. Why are you here? What spot you here today? Can I be of help? And to do it in a way that's not too pushy. But, [00:18:48] Speaker 3: also, like, you know, for $35, you too can have this. Alright? [00:18:55] Speaker 3: Yeah. And so I don't... I'm I'm not very good at being, the salesy. I'm usually... I'm very... I can write. Take it or leave it. Look. You signed up for the wait list. Pay the price. Let's build something great together. Woo [00:19:07] Speaker 3: hoo. And I'm gonna cheer you every step of the way, train you every step of the way. But now, like, oh... Because I I use the coach inside of the LaunchBox. Like, okay. So what do I do with them now that they're [00:19:19] Speaker 3: here? It was like, no. You have all these emails that you're supposed to be sending them. What? Let me see. And so and so I'm off schedule with the emails. I'm like, oh, it's just one more thing, but [00:19:31] Speaker 3: I need this thing because they've come into the store. Right? And so I think I'm trying to nurture that. And it's just new to me, and and I'll I'll get a rhythm because the store, my mind, officially opens, [00:19:43] Speaker 3: June 23. That's my grandma's birthday. So I was like, that's Yeah. Officially things up. It's gonna be great. But now it's like, okay. Well, nurture them and have them bring a friend. Right? Mhmm. So [00:19:55] Speaker 3: that's why I am. [00:19:56] Speaker 0: Okay. That's super cool. June 23, we'll put it on our calendar and see how it goes. Have you used a CRM before? [00:20:06] Speaker 3: Yeah. I didn't... I'm not very good with that. Like... So I usually do everything by hand, and I'm trying to, like... What? I can automate? What? I don't have to send one email at a time and take up [00:20:18] Speaker 3: my whole morning? What? So have I used it? Yes. Have I used it well? No. Have I usually had an assistant to help with that? Yeah. Go to... Yeah. [00:20:27] Speaker 0: Yes. Okay. [00:20:30] Speaker 0: Interesting. How many people are on your wait list so far? [00:20:34] Speaker 3: It's, 14. [00:20:36] Speaker 4: Oh, that's Wow. [00:20:37] Speaker 2: That's great. [00:20:38] Speaker 0: That's really good. Okay. [00:20:39] Speaker 3: So exciting. [00:20:40] Speaker 0: That is exciting. It is. Congrats. [00:20:44] Speaker 3: Thanks. [00:20:44] Speaker 0: Okay. Alright. I... I'm excited because, yes, that is... That's perfect. I mean, you have people that are wanting to join Right. And then whether however many [00:20:56] Speaker 0: people convert or not, you can [00:21:01] Speaker 0: always bring them in as a free user and then have them there for [00:21:06] Speaker 0: whatever workshops you're doing. I know you already have your avenue for content for that, but it can be nurtured by the agents to keep them engaged. Mhmm. And does that do... You know, you have [00:21:18] Speaker 0: recurring revenue there, which is is awesome. So congrats. And if I can help in any way, let me know by answering any questions you might have. [00:21:30] Speaker 0: I might not have an answer, but I can figure it out. So... [00:21:35] Speaker 4: Okay. [00:21:36] Speaker 0: That's... Yes. Okay. Okay? Yes. Thank you. Hey there, Crystal. [00:21:43] Speaker 4: Okay. So the CRM is built into our LaunchBox. Right? [00:21:49] Speaker 0: Not not necessarily. No. It's not really like a CRM. Okay. It's a way to capture leads, and then AI has given [00:22:01] Speaker 0: Jashina, and she has thirty days worth of content that the AI created for her. And I'm not sure if you've gone through... There's a onboarding, [00:22:13] Speaker 0: like, questionnaire that you would go through, and then AI gives you thirty days worth of content. Social media posts, it suggests emails that you can send out to people at [00:22:24] Speaker 0: each given phase. So it's not a it's not a whole relationship manager. It's just really kinda like a single funnel for bringing people into your platform initially. [00:22:35] Speaker 4: The reason I asked, so if if people are on the waiting list and she is okay on... When did you say June 23, then it's gonna be a grand opening? Well, will the people that [00:22:47] Speaker 4: are on the waiting list get an email saying, she's open. [00:22:53] Speaker 4: Is that how it works? Or you gotta individually do that yourself? Or [00:22:58] Speaker 3: So, Ian, what I did was I took the wait list and let you download it to a CSV, and I just uploaded the CSV and made them new contacts in my Gmail. [00:23:09] Speaker 4: Mhmm. [00:23:10] Speaker 3: And I send them an email every... I wanna say, yeah, every day at 4PM, they get a email about the community. And so they'll they'll get the doors opening. [00:23:21] Speaker 4: And you wrote that within the the LaunchBox program, or you just did it through Gmail and just a group message? [00:23:30] Speaker 3: Well, a lot of it is in the LaunchBox already for me. I just add a couple little tweaks, some country grammar, and they were like, oh, yeah. That's really her. [00:23:38] Speaker 4: You know? Okay. [00:23:41] Speaker 4: Okay. [00:23:41] Speaker 0: Yes. That's so cool. Okay. So you set up an automation to send out every day? [00:23:47] Speaker 3: Yes. At 4PM. [00:23:49] Speaker 0: Wow. [00:23:50] Speaker 3: Because of the hours, I want it in their inbox when they got home from work. [00:23:55] Speaker 0: Mhmm. So [00:23:57] Speaker 0: Okay. Well, no. Maybe you can teach us how you do that. That's that's pretty cool. Of course. And and you can find your community and learn. Oh, okay. There we go. [00:24:10] Speaker 0: Okay. Okay. Cool. Okay. So I'm trying to remember earlier on a couple of the questions that were asked. Crystal, you asked... Oh, boy. [00:24:23] Speaker 4: Don't ask me to remember what I asked. What [00:24:29] Speaker 4: were we talking about? [00:24:31] Speaker 0: I can't remember. I said I was gonna get back to it. Let me see if I can ask ask... [00:24:36] Speaker 1: You were talking about some of it. Like, you wanted to know what other people did as far as setting up their white label stuff. That's one thing I remember. You just were trying to decide on a name. [00:24:49] Speaker 0: Yes. [00:24:50] Speaker 4: I'm just making sure I can be... Come in and see y'all's little stores and things like that because I'd like to see what other people are doing. I don't wanna copy you, but I wanna be able [00:25:02] Speaker 4: to, you know, ask you questions. How'd you do that? I [00:25:07] Speaker 1: sent you my contact information on Facebook. I'll send you a link to mine. Okay. [00:25:13] Speaker 0: Okay. I remember it was that. It was to show how you can sort of brand the community. And then the other piece was asking about monetization for [00:25:24] Speaker 0: the platform. Okay. So I'll share here. We'll go over a couple of other little updates in the LaunchBox and go like that. So sharing the [00:25:36] Speaker 0: screen. [00:25:38] Speaker 0: Let's see here. Okay. [00:25:44] Speaker 0: So one thing that is new is now you guys can generate a banner image. You can upload a banner image or you can generate one. I'll go to [00:25:57] Speaker 0: the main LaunchBox account here real quick. [00:26:13] Speaker 0: Okay. Do [00:26:15] Speaker 4: you get locked out of your account if you mess up your password three times, or is any of that in effect for us or for users? [00:26:24] Speaker 0: No. Okay. However, I believe all of you did initially sign up with your email and your password. If your existing [00:26:36] Speaker 0: email was a Gmail account, you can now log in with Gmail instead of the other way. [00:26:42] Speaker 4: Okay. [00:26:43] Speaker 0: Yes. Okay. So here in LaunchBox, we have a pretty little blue banner, and I can change the banner. I can upload an image or I [00:26:55] Speaker 0: can generate one, which is kind of the cooler way to go about it. So you can describe what banner you would like. I'd like a banner that showcases the [00:27:07] Speaker 0: LaunchBox logo. And so I can add reference images now. [00:27:15] Speaker 0: Let's see. Here we go. [00:27:21] Speaker 0: Okay. So it's got it here. I'm gonna have it generate. [00:27:29] Speaker 0: Let's see. [00:27:33] Speaker 0: So I needed to actually take off that uploaded one. [00:27:39] Speaker 4: Alright. [00:27:46] Speaker 0: So here we got a banner. I'm gonna say use this banner. Now we got a little banner here, so we can show off a little bit more branding. [00:27:58] Speaker 0: And then to get into that, branding piece, this is my community here, the LaunchBox community. Let's see. And that is it okay to show our [00:28:10] Speaker 0: suite community? [00:28:13] Speaker 0: If not, that's okay. We can show off... Here is... [00:28:18] Speaker 1: No. It's fine. I'm sorry. I was muted. It's fine. [00:28:22] Speaker 0: Okay. Okay. Cool. So this is the love and truth relationship community. Here, they've got their own agents. So this is the love and truth [00:28:33] Speaker 0: prompt agent. It's posting in here some videos. They got another one posting videos in here. They got their own agents replying. And [00:28:45] Speaker 0: you can see up here, it's got their little logo. [00:28:48] Speaker 4: If they were... [00:28:50] Speaker 0: Yeah. Add their banner here, they could do that. And so with your community, how you would do that is... I'll go back to mine. [00:29:02] Speaker 0: Number number one great resource right here is to click the help button right above sign out. You can click on support agent. [00:29:14] Speaker 0: That's gonna open up this little box here. And so we can say, how can I brand my community? [00:29:29] Speaker 0: And it says you can brand your community using the customized page on LaunchBox. This page lets you change your brand colors, switch text, and, upload different videos or images and [00:29:41] Speaker 0: like that. So here, it's already given us a button to take us there. So you don't need to figure out where to go. It's brought us to the right page. So here, I can change this, change the colors of my [00:29:52] Speaker 0: platform. I can change the name of the platform. So instead of LaunchBox, like I said, LaunchBox test. [00:30:03] Speaker 0: I could change the little tag that's up there. Here, you can change the banner, and then I would click save branding and then refresh. So if you were saying dream it... [00:30:15] Speaker 0: What what was it again? See it, believe [00:30:17] Speaker 4: it? See it, dream it. [00:30:18] Speaker 0: See it, dream it. Yes. So you would come here to the customized page, and then in the platform name, you would just type in see it, dream it. [00:30:28] Speaker 4: Okay. [00:30:31] Speaker 0: Yes. And then [00:30:34] Speaker 0: to answer your next question, do you have any questions of what I just shown? [00:30:38] Speaker 4: No. That's all very fine. Thank you. [00:30:41] Speaker 0: Okay. Good. So the next question we'll ask our agent here is, how do I monetize the platform? [00:30:55] Speaker 0: And we'll see what it tells us. [00:31:00] Speaker 0: Alright. So to monetize your LaunchBox platform, you will need to connect a Stripe account and set up subscription products and pricing. So here, it's given us the instructions of what to [00:31:11] Speaker 0: do. We're just gonna follow the button to where it tells us to go. [00:31:17] Speaker 0: And then it says to set subscription products. I believe... I don't know off the top of my head, but I believe you've already set this up. [00:31:28] Speaker 0: And I can check after the the meeting for you. [00:31:33] Speaker 0: So then whenever you're share... [00:31:37] Speaker 4: I can do LaunchBox subscription. We were talking about if they wanted to buy a product. Would that be in the store? [00:31:44] Speaker 0: So right now, that isn't integrated into the platform to buy a specific product. That is on the road map to integrate into the platform. [00:31:55] Speaker 0: But right now, it's just you can bring in free subscribers or a paid subscriber. [00:32:00] Speaker 4: Okay. [00:32:02] Speaker 0: Yes. [00:32:03] Speaker 4: Okay. Well, how is... I'm sorry. I don't know how to pronounce your name. Jashina? How are you doing a store then? Are you... Do you have a separate Stripe [00:32:15] Speaker 4: account for your store, or will you? Or [00:32:19] Speaker 3: So this community on LaunchBox does not have a store. [00:32:23] Speaker 4: Okay. [00:32:24] Speaker 3: Yeah. [00:32:25] Speaker 0: Okay. I'll show you something that you could do. Let's say that you have an Etsy store or something like that. Or, Jashina, do you have a store somewhere where you have your [00:32:37] Speaker 0: content [00:32:38] Speaker 3: Mhmm. So I have a store for the face masks that I make. [00:32:43] Speaker 0: Okay. Crazy. I heard your post you had today on this. Was it a song? [00:32:52] Speaker 3: It's a post. So I... I've done a few songs. Yeah. [00:32:56] Speaker 4: Oh, good for you. [00:32:59] Speaker 3: Well, I have young kids. If you put in a song, it gets a lot of stuff done easier. I was like, that's a good marketing technique. Let's let's do a song for adults too. Yeah. So... [00:33:06] Speaker 0: Heck yes. [00:33:07] Speaker 1: Yeah. Okay. [00:33:09] Speaker 0: So now I'm gonna ask the the support agent, how could I connect [00:33:17] Speaker 0: a store to Launchbox? Okay. What it'll say? Because there is an answer. Currently, LaunchBox does not have a live [00:33:29] Speaker 0: marketplace feature for integrating an external store. Therefore, you cannot connect a store to LaunchBox directly. Let's say, what if I want to link one? [00:33:42] Speaker 0: For [00:33:45] Speaker 0: linking to an external store, you can use custom buttons in the sidebar. This allows you to add navigation links to any URL such as a store or resource page. So in a sense, this is a workaround that [00:33:57] Speaker 0: you can add a store that's attached to your main platform. So we're gonna take me there. Take me there. Okay. And we're gonna scroll down. [00:34:08] Speaker 0: The agent said to go to custom buttons. Add outbound links that appear below the default user navigation buttons. We're gonna add a button. We're gonna say [00:34:21] Speaker 0: base... What are they called? Base? [00:34:27] Speaker 0: Maybe I missed it. Let's say my store [00:34:33] Speaker 0: or see a Dreamit store. [00:34:40] Speaker 0: K. So then you would, right here on website link, add your link to your store. [00:34:49] Speaker 0: Httpslaunchbox.space for now, and then save the button. So here, I'll click okay. Now I'm gonna go and navigate to where [00:35:01] Speaker 0: all my users are. They're in the user side. And here, boom. See it Dreamit store. [00:35:07] Speaker 4: Oh. So [00:35:07] Speaker 0: now... Yes. And this is a great one for you, Julie, as well. If you've got your new apps that you're building, you can have them directly linked out from [00:35:19] Speaker 0: LaunchBox. [00:35:22] Speaker 4: Okay. [00:35:23] Speaker 0: Yes. Yes. Okay. Excellent. Okay. Good. [00:35:31] Speaker 0: Let me think. A couple of other things that I was working on is the video conferencing and events. So if you're a coach who has a [00:35:43] Speaker 0: weekly call, let's say, like this one. Okay, Annette. Let's move on to your your question real quick. And I'll I'll call...... [00:35:49] Speaker 1: What you were saying first. I'm sorry. [00:35:51] Speaker 0: Oh, you're good. [00:35:53] Speaker 1: I have a website now for PowerSuite. Basically, it's gonna act like a landing page. So when I look at where you add the website thing, it said I had to contact [00:36:05] Speaker 1: the administrator. Does that mean I need to send it to you to hook it up? It's not just a matter of typing it in that little box? [00:36:14] Speaker 0: So I believe what you were typing in was adding a custom domain. [00:36:20] Speaker 0: So Okay. What I just did was I added a button. [00:36:25] Speaker 1: Mhmm. [00:36:27] Speaker 0: And you won't have any issues by having a button, say, PowerSuite website, and then you type in the website link. What you were on was this one right below it. [00:36:37] Speaker 1: And explain that to me. What what what is a custom domain? [00:36:42] Speaker 0: Okay. So let's say that you went to godaddy.com and you purchased powersuite.com or powersuite.org [00:36:52] Speaker 1: Mhmm. [00:36:52] Speaker 0: If you wanted your LaunchBox domain to instead of saying launchbox.space and now say powersuite.com, [00:37:05] Speaker 0: that I can hook your custom domain to LaunchBox. [00:37:09] Speaker 1: Yes. That is sort of what I was doing. I just didn't know I could do it that directly. I mean, it is a PowerSuite domain to link to the program. And then I wanted to use [00:37:21] Speaker 1: it both it would show my site, but also, it would be a landing page for marketing. [00:37:29] Speaker 1: So I need to send that to you for you to link it up for me. [00:37:33] Speaker 0: Well, we we can talk about it because there's... If you switched powersuite.com to launch... To here, then [00:37:45] Speaker 0: whenever somebody types in powersuite.com, they're gonna come directly to your LaunchBox. They're not gonna go to a domain. [00:37:53] Speaker 1: Okay. That's... Maybe I'm misunderstanding some of how it works, so it might... I'll put it on my list for for... I'm gonna ask you about having a call when I get some stuff together. I'll put it on my list. [00:38:05] Speaker 0: Okay. Sure. [00:38:06] Speaker 1: Because maybe I'm misunderstanding. [00:38:10] Speaker 1: Okay. [00:38:12] Speaker 0: So I can give a... Just a... Maybe a quick example. So with Tim, he bought the custom domain fluffyaibunny. Mhmm. [00:38:25] Speaker 0: So now if I go to... I connected his domain to his LaunchBox account. If I go to farpyaibunny.com, it should bring me to his sign [00:38:37] Speaker 0: up page on LaunchBox. [00:38:40] Speaker 1: Okay. [00:38:41] Speaker 0: So if we connected powersuite.com to Launchbox, it's gonna take people to your sign up page. Okay. Instead... And [00:38:53] Speaker 0: maybe there's a [00:38:54] Speaker 1: reason that's not what I want to do? Question? [00:38:57] Speaker 0: Well, that's a good question. I've... Maybe that's where the... I'm not totally sure. If you've already created a landing page elsewhere and you wanted that to be [00:39:09] Speaker 0: where... If somebody typed in powersuite.com to where they landed, then you wouldn't necessarily wanna connect it to LaunchBox because you'd want them [00:39:21] Speaker 0: to... [00:39:22] Speaker 1: Because what I was envisioning, it would be my marketing page. And when they went and looked, there'd be a link over to PowerSuite. So maybe I done... You may be right. I don't wanna directly connect [00:39:33] Speaker 1: them. [00:39:35] Speaker 0: It's up to you. [00:39:36] Speaker 1: Okay. Let me play with that a little bit. Thanks. I'm glad I had a chance to ask. Highly... Always have to remind Ian that I don't know what I'm doing, and sometimes I have dangerous [00:39:48] Speaker 1: questions to ask. [00:39:50] Speaker 0: You have good questions to ask. [00:39:52] Speaker 1: What are seeing? [00:39:53] Speaker 0: Yes. Okay. The other piece I was gonna show here, [00:39:59] Speaker 0: and this may be relevant to you. It may not be with creating events and hosting events in the platform. But I'll just go over it anyways is when [00:40:11] Speaker 0: you're in admin [00:40:15] Speaker 0: and you scroll on the sidebar over here to event manager, you're gonna get this page here. And so [00:40:28] Speaker 0: if we wanted to... Which I do want to actually is I want to host this launch and learn from the LaunchBox platform is I would [00:40:39] Speaker 0: create an event, and you're gonna get a little form here to fill out. So we're gonna say launch and learn, and that's gonna be on today. [00:40:51] Speaker 0: We do it at 2PM eastern. [00:40:56] Speaker 0: And then I'm gonna set it as a recurring event every week, repeat every one week, and it won't end. The event type is online. Capacity is open. If I [00:41:08] Speaker 0: wanted this event to be shown like, hey. We're gonna do it on Zoom, then I could type in the the link for for that. But because we're gonna have it here on LaunchBox using [00:41:20] Speaker 0: the video conferencing, I'm gonna leave it blank. I'm gonna have use LaunchBox live room, which is a video room for this event. I could add a thumbnail for the event. Let's just [00:41:32] Speaker 0: go ahead and throw a random one in here. We're just gonna use this guy. And then description, a weekly AI community [00:41:44] Speaker 0: checking. [00:41:47] Speaker 0: And then if I wanted to add any tags to it, that's possible here. If I wanted to make this only available to people that are subscribers in my community, then I would make it private. But because launch and [00:41:58] Speaker 0: learn is public, I'm gonna toggle that off. [00:42:02] Speaker 0: And so we'll create the event. [00:42:07] Speaker 0: I believe it created it. [00:42:39] Speaker 0: Oh, there he is. Okay. Good. Alright. I created it. So here we've got launch and learn, launch and learn, launch and learn every Wednesday. I'm gonna... [00:42:47] Speaker 1: Yes. [00:42:50] Speaker 0: And so... Yeah. So now I can go live. [00:42:56] Speaker 0: And, again, this would have to be done on the the admin side. So here, I've got video conferencing in LaunchBox. And then on your user side... Let me get [00:43:08] Speaker 0: out of here. Leave. [00:43:12] Speaker 0: What your users are gonna see when they go to their events [00:43:18] Speaker 0: page. Let's see. [00:43:23] Speaker 0: So, also, on the main feed page, if you create an event, your your users are gonna be able to see it here on the main feed page. And so here, the users get to see [00:43:36] Speaker 0: all of the upcoming events on the calendar. [00:43:41] Speaker 1: And is that connecting to Google Meet or Zoom or what? [00:43:46] Speaker 0: This is its own proprietary video [00:43:49] Speaker 1: conferencing. Cool. [00:43:51] Speaker 0: Yeah. [00:43:52] Speaker 1: Oh, you're amazing. Is there [00:43:54] Speaker 4: there a limit on how many people can be in the room? [00:43:58] Speaker 0: Or how [00:43:58] Speaker 4: long the meeting can go on? [00:44:01] Speaker 0: You can limit it. And [00:44:05] Speaker 0: the reality of the video conferencing is it's kind of like a beta feature. I'm still seeing how it works for people. And, obviously, we haven't been doing them on LaunchBox. Maybe next [00:44:16] Speaker 0: week, we... I'll send out the link to host it on the actual platform. You guys can try it out now through that process I just went through, but [00:44:28] Speaker 0: maybe hold off on it. We'll test it out next week and then, see how it goes. [00:44:35] Speaker 0: But you can chat in there just like we chat in Google Meet. You can set it, and it will... I don't even think you need to set it, but it will record the actual meeting for you so that you [00:44:46] Speaker 0: could use that as one of your pieces of media that your your community would use. So [00:44:56] Speaker 0: built in content. Yeah. [00:45:01] Speaker 0: Okay. Let's see. We got about ten more minutes left. So if we're all gonna maybe set a goal for ourselves this week, whether it's with LaunchBox or something else that [00:45:12] Speaker 0: we're working on, what would you guys like to check-in on or or just say out loud your goal for for this next week? [00:45:26] Speaker 0: And that would you go first or you need a second? [00:45:29] Speaker 1: I'm talking myself in this house. Oh. And I am putting my phone in the bedroom behind the door and turning the ringer off. And when I get up [00:45:41] Speaker 1: Monday, I'm gonna start marketing PowerSuite. I mean, I really learned the value in my trip to Houston. I learned how much I... I mean, sometimes you just [00:45:53] Speaker 1: don't have time, but I truly understood a lot of my not having time is the stupid little distractions I let come my way during my average [00:46:04] Speaker 1: day. Because people know, you know, I basically don't work, don't go other... I'm usually home if they need somebody to talk to. And I just have to find a way to do it [00:46:16] Speaker 1: the same way it happened in Houston. I don't mean isolate forever. I just mean mark a segment of time and say goodbye, world. So I'm gonna put that in practice this weekend and find a way to make it [00:46:28] Speaker 1: work. And I'm coming out Monday ready to turn this thing loose, I hope. [00:46:32] Speaker 4: Oh, good for you. Love it. Hey. [00:46:37] Speaker 0: Katrina? [00:46:40] Speaker 3: So my goal... I failed last week's goal because last week's goal was don't create anything. So I failed that I made a new app for for for church leaders. So if they have, like, a [00:46:52] Speaker 3: member who's gonna be out for some time, they... I made them a connection app so they can still stay connected. So my two goal is to hit, like, three things on my [00:47:04] Speaker 3: to do list, and then I can create. So if I I can't create anything new until I I handle those three things. So [00:47:11] Speaker 1: Nice. [00:47:12] Speaker 0: I love it. Mhmm. That sounds like a cool app, I think. [00:47:15] Speaker 4: I remember you you telling us. That's [00:47:18] Speaker 0: cool. Thanks. Crystal? [00:47:21] Speaker 4: Oh god. Don't come to me. I'm gonna get my LaunchBox name something. And what else am I gonna do? [00:47:34] Speaker 4: I'm gonna use some of the AI stuff that's within LaunchBox so I can get more familiar with what all we... What all I've bought. You know? [00:47:46] Speaker 4: Sorry. [00:47:47] Speaker 0: Oh, you're probably fine. Jules? I [00:47:53] Speaker 2: agree with Annette. I just need to close the door and lock myself in my room and put a do not disturb sign on. My wife actually does that when she's on conference calls or taking a test for one of her certifications that she gets. She [00:48:05] Speaker 2: just put the note on the door. Just... That way, you know, don't even knock, don't even bother, kick the cats out of the room, whatever. So that's one of my main goals and just, like, really zone in and try to get these two apps that I'm really... Especially my affiliate [00:48:17] Speaker 2: app up and just done because I've been working on it for too long. Because I I leave it, then I come back to it, then I... Shiny object, you know, syndrome gets all in me and everything. So I said that's one of my goals. So, [00:48:29] Speaker 2: Annette, thank you for sharing that. That's exactly what I'm gonna try to do too. So... [00:48:33] Speaker 1: Great. Well, comparing us how successful we were. I love it. [00:48:37] Speaker 2: Yeah. Well, we'll see. You know? It's tough because I run two... I run an Amazon and a and a Walmart business on top of trying to get this AI agency thing off the ground. And, you [00:48:46] Speaker 4: know, and then I do a [00:48:47] Speaker 2: lot of gigs and stuff, and then, you know, gotta have a life too and, you know, all that stuff. [00:48:51] Speaker 1: Yeah. You're so far ahead of me. Crystal, call me or email me. [00:48:55] Speaker 4: Okay. How are you? [00:48:57] Speaker 1: And Justina, getting sent you through. [00:49:00] Speaker 0: Yeah. Yes. [00:49:02] Speaker 1: Awesome. [00:49:04] Speaker 0: Yes. My goal for the week, I have... Potentially, I'm gonna do a pitch competition, and those are new to me. But... [00:49:14] Speaker 4: A what? [00:49:15] Speaker 0: It's called a pitch pitch competition. Oh, [00:49:18] Speaker 1: k. I thought you were... [00:49:20] Speaker 4: That you're going fishing. No. [00:49:22] Speaker 0: Fish. I don't know. It's kinda like a shark tank. So the pitch for LaunchBox to get some investment or something like that. So... Wow.... Out [00:49:33] Speaker 1: here. Awesome. [00:49:34] Speaker 0: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. It's fun. Alright. Well, one last thing I'll I'll just reiterate on and show you one more time, Chris. So this might be the most useful for you right now [00:49:46] Speaker 0: is to... Where to find the help button when you're on your computer there. [00:49:52] Speaker 4: That. Yeah. [00:49:53] Speaker 0: Alright. So let's pretend we've just logged into your LaunchBox account. Down here in the very bottom left, right above the sign up button, there's [00:50:05] Speaker 0: help. You're click help. You're gonna click support agent. And then right over here on the right, you're gonna be able to ask the agent [00:50:17] Speaker 0: anything. So, again, how do I change my name? It's gonna tell you flat out what you need to do. It should press you a button to take you where you need to go and give this a [00:50:28] Speaker 0: shot. [00:50:29] Speaker 4: Okay. [00:50:31] Speaker 0: Yes. Okay. Alright. Cool. And then my email, you guys have my email. You know, you can reach out to me on Facebook or whatever. You got any questions that I can answer? [00:50:43] Speaker 0: Let me know. [00:50:44] Speaker 4: Alright. Thank you. Thank you. [00:50:47] Speaker 2: Nice to everybody. Bye, everybody. [00:50:50] Speaker 4: With that note in your door. [00:50:52] Speaker 1: Yeah. For sure. Yep. The cats over here. Have a great weekend, everybody. [00:50:58] Speaker 4: Yeah. For sure. Bye bye.
