[00:00:00] Speaker 0: And and and really carve out a path for themselves. We don't know what's gonna happen with AI. I read approximately 30 newsletters a day, and, you know, kind of [00:00:12] Speaker 0: all the writing is on the wall. So I am concerned but hopeful that I can work with with women who are ready to make [00:00:23] Speaker 0: positive shift and use these skills. I am coming at it from a little bit of a different perspective in that I am focused on [00:00:36] Speaker 0: a depth over speed strategy, building foundation first. And, also, instead of... You know, I think we're all kind of overwhelmed [00:00:48] Speaker 0: with tools that we use. And a lot of times, we're paying subscriptions and don't use a darn one of them and certainly don't know how to use them at all. One of the benefits of Launchbox [00:00:59] Speaker 0: is a lot of those tools are already embedded in there, but I'm kind of deconstructing how I'm teaching by digging deep first with [00:01:11] Speaker 0: what she wants to do and then connecting her with the right sources, if that makes sense. The right tools, the right sources, you know, all the right stuff. [00:01:23] Speaker 0: So a little bit different. You know? I'm not firehosing with a bunch of tools. I'd rather get deep into who the person is and what they wanna achieve. [00:01:33] Speaker 1: Okay. That's me. Thank you, Melissa. And, yes, Melissa was also one of our speakers over Saturday. Thank you again for doing that. I think that was really powerful. It was really powerful for me. [00:01:45] Speaker 1: So, yeah, thank you again for for doing that. Alright. We have a couple of new folks here. Tashina or Becky, if you wanna hop on and just say hello. Hey. [00:01:57] Speaker 2: Hey. So I am Hey. Shelton of Tashina Shelton Enterprises. I am a faith in AI trainer. I am now training faith leaders in generative AI and all the good [00:02:09] Speaker 2: things that it can do, kinda demystifying some of the stuff that's out there. [00:02:15] Speaker 1: Heck yeah. Yeah. Jashina, she's all over my feed. I think we met on TikTok. [00:02:22] Speaker 0: Oh, hey. Yeah. [00:02:24] Speaker 1: Which is cool. I Yeah. Love TikTok. It's it's a it's a problem. [00:02:28] Speaker 2: Yes. Yes. It's a problem. [00:02:30] Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah. Yes. And I... Yeah. You are... You... I can see you're building some really cool stuff. So I'm really happy you're here. [00:02:37] Speaker 2: Oh, thanks. I'm happy to be here too. [00:02:39] Speaker 3: Hi, [00:02:39] Speaker 1: guys. Heck yes. Hey. Hey. Alright. Regina, Ariel, Becky, wanna say hello? [00:02:56] Speaker 3: Hello. How are you guys today? [00:02:59] Speaker 1: Good. How are you? [00:03:01] Speaker 4: Good. Hi, Vicky. [00:03:02] Speaker 3: Hi. I'll be honest. I haven't really had a lot of chance to work in LaunchBox that much, I have been working on a reporting [00:03:14] Speaker 3: engine that I'm trying to build in Cursor. So that's my current project. [00:03:21] Speaker 1: Woah. Like, a audio recording? [00:03:24] Speaker 3: No. Like, reporting. Like... So I wanna be able... It's gonna be like a black box, so to speak. So it's just gonna be API calls into it, and then it's gonna send the information back. So I can [00:03:36] Speaker 3: put any interface to it, but it'll be able to generate reports that I need in PDF format. So that's kinda my goal. And the reports are gonna use different AI APIs to [00:03:48] Speaker 3: be able to generate them. [00:03:50] Speaker 4: Cool. Very cool. Cool. [00:03:54] Speaker 1: Thanks for introducing yourself again. Yeah. I'm glad that you came. Thank you. Yeah. And that's okay. If you haven't used LaunchBox in a bit, I'll show you some new stuff that's going on in it and, yeah, [00:04:05] Speaker 1: reintroduce you to it a little bit. Thanks. Of course. Alright. Regina or Ariel? [00:04:19] Speaker 5: Guys, Ariel, I haven't been working on a ton of Lunchbox stuff either, Becky, so I I hear you. But Ian's been messing around with a bunch of agent [00:04:30] Speaker 5: stuff, and I did get to play around with that a little bit this week. And I'm adding different agents with different purposes into my lunchbox, which is cool. [00:04:43] Speaker 4: Yep. [00:04:45] Speaker 1: Alright. Regina, sometimes she's able to come off mute, sometimes not. Otherwise, I will circle back around. So if you wanna hop in later, Regina, you're more than welcome to. [00:04:57] Speaker 1: So the next part we go over is wins and challenges. So [00:05:07] Speaker 1: anything you're struggling with as far as entrepreneurship, founder, startup, [00:05:15] Speaker 1: for me. [00:05:19] Speaker 1: I [00:05:22] Speaker 1: I had a couple of technical difficulties that I've been trying to iron out. I'm always tweaking stuff in LaunchBox, and I've had this recurring theme going on of... [00:05:34] Speaker 1: It's a bottleneck. I'm the bottleneck in LaunchBox right now where I need to expand the team essentially, and I know that's happening. [00:05:44] Speaker 1: Like, it was awesome. Again, Melissa was on the call last week. James was on the call last week. And so to fan out a little bit and have some additional support from [00:05:55] Speaker 1: people talking about LaunchBox was incredible, and Ariel helps out. But [00:06:04] Speaker 1: that's where I've been playing with the agents recently. So I've been building agents into essentially, like, an operating system to help me manage some things. One, just as simply as [00:06:15] Speaker 1: sending out the email reminder for this call on Mailchimp. So that's finally automated, which is, like, that's been a long time coming. But it started out with... I was figuring out how to build [00:06:27] Speaker 1: agents into LaunchBox, and so this has been my win. I think that this is a incredible unlock that I've... I'm figuring out with LaunchBox that is gonna be a huge [00:06:38] Speaker 1: differentiator that agents will be a part of the the platform in the sense that they will be a part of the community, so in the feed. And [00:06:51] Speaker 1: the benefit to that is they'll be labeled as agents, but they'll help to drive conversations there. So there's been issue with, okay. Well, I don't want to bring people into my platform with [00:07:02] Speaker 1: nothing there. So the agents help to seed valuable information and to drive engagement as well as other agents can generate images and video, and so they'll [00:07:14] Speaker 1: provide some of that media to the feed. And they can also go out and pull relevant information. So if you're, you know, like, Arch, maybe he's building his community around [00:07:25] Speaker 1: robots, just for an example. Your agents know, like, know that about you, and they'll go out and pull related YouTube videos and articles and throw them into the feed of, like, hey. [00:07:37] Speaker 1: Here's something cool. And so that takes you as the community host and the operator out of that challenge of, like, oh, I need to produce all of [00:07:49] Speaker 1: this stuff. And for me, that's that's a huge issue. So I'll get more into that later. I clearly am excited about it. And so that's... Alright. So we can just [00:08:01] Speaker 1: move back in a circle. Arch wins and struggles. [00:08:08] Speaker 4: Yeah. Well well, first of all, I'm elated to know that you... You're adding agents to LaunchBox. That's a big that's a [00:08:20] Speaker 4: big thing as... That's that's what's happening these days. Everybody's... And anybody who knows anything about this because I was listening to a podcast [00:08:32] Speaker 4: this morning, [00:08:34] Speaker 4: and these guys were physicists and mathematicians and engineers. And they actually said that LLMs [00:08:46] Speaker 4: are kinda [00:08:49] Speaker 4: not so efficient anymore. I mean, they're way ahead. You know? So they they they can say that. They're saying LLMs are not so efficient anymore. In fact, it takes several LLMs [00:09:01] Speaker 4: to make up agents, so to speak. I hope I got that right. But agents are the the agents are the new thing. And so I'm a... I I feel... It [00:09:12] Speaker 4: feels awesome to know that you're working on that. I've been working on agents myself. In fact, that's what I used to build my app that I talked about early... Earlier. It was agents in [00:09:24] Speaker 4: in cloud code. And I have a I have a stack of agents that I use to build it. One agent would interview me, literally interview me. I [00:09:36] Speaker 4: can be talking to you and ask me a question. Then one agent... Another agent would look at the interview and do deep dive research, see what I... My answers [00:09:48] Speaker 4: were. And if my answers weren't good enough, they'd they'd push back... They really push back on me to get better answers. It's crazy. [00:10:00] Speaker 4: How... It's like I'm sitting there. I mean, it's like LNMs on steroids. You know? I'm sure you've all been dealing with agents. But, yeah, I'm finding agents to be really cool. [00:10:12] Speaker 4: And so I'm glad it's... You put me in the LaunchBox, man. I'll be using more of it. I don't know if that's a win or anything, but sounds like a win to me. [00:10:22] Speaker 1: Heck, yeah. That is a win. That's good stuff. Cool. Melissa? [00:10:30] Speaker 0: What's the question? What am I [00:10:33] Speaker 4: working on?... [00:10:33] Speaker 1: And struggles. [00:10:35] Speaker 0: I don't really... I don't have any struggles right this minute maybe getting a broader audit... Audience. I've been doing a lot of... I've been in class... Two classes this week every [00:10:47] Speaker 0: single day. What else? Learning a lot, which is really good. [00:10:54] Speaker 0: I have been working on story arcs, you know, like creating massive content. My library is getting huge. I'm gonna tackle [00:11:06] Speaker 0: videos next, which is the bane of my existence. I love them and hate them simultaneously. I think they're vitally important, and I'm shitty at it. So [00:11:18] Speaker 0: maybe that's my loss. I don't know. But I'm not good. I'm I'm not [00:11:22] Speaker 1: good at all. So that's it. Yeah. I've seen your posts where it's, like, act one, act two, act three. [00:11:32] Speaker 1: That is cool. [00:11:35] Speaker 1: Becky or Jashina, sorry. I skipped you. What's the wins and, if any, struggles? [00:11:45] Speaker 2: So wins. I'm here. Yay. Yeah. Because I've been trying to clear my Wednesday calendar for, like, a month now. Like, no. I wanna be on the call with Ian. But... Yay. So that... That's [00:11:57] Speaker 2: part of it. June, I've set up all my June trainings for my group program, so I'm very excited to have dates set more than two weeks in advance. My struggles right now is [00:12:08] Speaker 2: marketing, and I need to stop creating new things because I keep chasing all the shiny things. Like, what? You can do what? Let me see. And then an hour and a half later, like, oh, I was supposed to be working on [00:12:20] Speaker 2: something for [00:12:21] Speaker 4: real. [00:12:21] Speaker 2: Oh, cool. Yeah. I I have, like, a... I have about 13 different graphic novels of myself, like, because I can. But... Yeah. Right. [00:12:30] Speaker 1: Heck yeah. I relate to that. The shiny objects. [00:12:35] Speaker 2: Oh my gosh. They're so shiny. [00:12:37] Speaker 1: I know. I [00:12:38] Speaker 4: learned I learned my lesson well. Did you? Not to chase them because... [00:12:47] Speaker 4: Google, [00:12:50] Speaker 1: Gemini just came out with a new model too. So now it's gonna be the best. [00:12:56] Speaker 1: And that that to me is, like, it doesn't... That's what I'm starting to learn is it doesn't matter whatever one you like. You know? And then one month, it might not be the best, but then the next month, it's gonna be way better than [00:13:08] Speaker 1: the other ones. And so... [00:13:10] Speaker 5: Yeah. Cool. [00:13:13] Speaker 1: Thank you, Jashina. I'm [00:13:14] Speaker 4: so happy that you can [00:13:15] Speaker 1: finally make it. And, yeah, grateful just to see, I don't know, how... Because Jashina is gonna be building her [00:13:27] Speaker 1: platform in LaunchBox. So I'm excited to see how that goes. And I just... Yeah. Really valuable to have you here as well. Thank you. [00:13:36] Speaker 1: Alright. Becky. [00:13:42] Speaker 3: So I would say, like, the wins that I had recently where I did an SEO presentation that went pretty well, and we had a full [00:13:54] Speaker 3: funnel setup and some automation with that. So that went pretty well, and I had a number of people, like, requesting audits right after that. The [00:14:07] Speaker 3: part that didn't go so well, which is why I'm building the reporting engine, is actually the generation of the audit takes a whole bunch of time. And so when we had 10 requests for it, it took [00:14:19] Speaker 3: us, like, probably a day or two people, like, manual time to generate all those reports. So now I'm trying to automate that a little bit more. [00:14:30] Speaker 1: Very cool. [00:14:33] Speaker 1: Okay. That's exciting too to get some, like, leads or [00:14:39] Speaker 4: Yeah. [00:14:39] Speaker 1: Or customers. I mean, [00:14:42] Speaker 1: that is the hard part. [00:14:45] Speaker 4: So, Becky, if you don't mind me asking, are you... You're automating the leads? So I I didn't get that last part. It sounds pretty interesting. [00:14:55] Speaker 3: So I already had an automation built that, like, when they entered their information on the form, it sent it to me and sent me text notifications. So I got all the notifications. I [00:15:07] Speaker 3: had email, like, automated email set up that it would send them an email to check to make sure that they got the report and ask them to schedule something on my calendar and then [00:15:19] Speaker 3: notify me of that. And that was, like, when it got scheduled on the calendar, it created the Zoom automatically. So all that stuff was working fine. The the bottleneck right now [00:15:31] Speaker 3: is that the website audit that they requested is something that has to be manually, like, generated, and there's a lot of, like, [00:15:42] Speaker 3: manual research that we're doing to go into that. And so what I wanna do is I wanna take that piece and automate it with AI so that [00:15:54] Speaker 3: it just goes through the whole thing, like, where... When it gets that request, it's gonna send it to my report engine via an API call and tell the the report engine that it needs that [00:16:06] Speaker 3: report, and then that report engine is gonna send it back. [00:16:10] Speaker 4: That's it. Okay. Yeah. Yeah. Because I was gonna make a suggestion, but you're doing all the right things. That's cool. Thanks for explaining. [00:16:18] Speaker 1: Yep. Okay. Thank you, Becky. Ariel? [00:16:26] Speaker 5: Not that sound like... When is sort of Okay. Because I'm just getting back from being out of state. So maybe next week, I'll have something to report. [00:16:38] Speaker 1: What were you doing out of state? [00:16:43] Speaker 5: I was over... I was playing war. You know, that's what we say. [00:16:48] Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah. For those of you who don't know, Ariel is in... She's in the same room as me for one. And then two, she's in the navy reserves, and she was in [00:16:59] Speaker 1: Virginia doing an exercise. She's in IT, so she gets to do a lot of the communication stuff, which is really cool. It's nice to have a girlfriend who's geeky and can, [00:17:11] Speaker 1: like, understand what I'm talking about, and I understand what she's talking about. Yeah. [00:17:17] Speaker 4: Well, thanks for what you do, Ariel. [00:17:20] Speaker 5: Thank you. [00:17:21] Speaker 4: Thank you for your service. [00:17:25] Speaker 1: Well, [00:17:28] Speaker 1: I definitely wanna hop into the agent's piece with you guys. [00:17:35] Speaker 1: But something just popped in my mind, and I'm just curious because, again, this is just, our open forum kind of to connect and chat and think about things. I'm curious [00:17:47] Speaker 1: what you guys [00:17:50] Speaker 1: have for, like, business models. I know everybody here is different in in what we do, whether it's a product or a service. [00:17:58] Speaker 1: With LaunchBox, clearly, it's a subscription based, product, [00:18:04] Speaker 1: and it's a a monthly based recurring product. But for me, I I think I'm overcomplicating tiers, [00:18:16] Speaker 1: and I really just want LaunchBox to be very simple, simple to understand. And now that I'm introducing the agents, I'm like, well, you [00:18:28] Speaker 1: get a set amount of tokens. And so now agents are gonna dive into those tokens as well. So it's always a a moving and ever evolving [00:18:39] Speaker 1: business model that I'm trying to to iron out. And I'm not... [00:18:49] Speaker 1: I mean, I I think I'm pretty good at it with the tokens. Like, I figured out a really good system and... But I am just wanting to hear a sounding board or if you guys have any questions as well of your [00:19:00] Speaker 1: own model or what you're thinking you would like to propose, or just have questions, just kinda throw that out there as a topic. [00:19:10] Speaker 4: Are you saying you figured out the tokens to make it cheaper? No. And and I thought what you're saying. Well, [00:19:18] Speaker 1: did... Is that... The tokens the tokens are always getting cheaper because the models are getting cheaper to run. So Yeah. You get more bang for your buck [00:19:29] Speaker 1: essentially as the models progress and get better and become cheaper. [00:19:35] Speaker 4: Oh, good to know. [00:19:37] Speaker 1: Yeah. [00:19:37] Speaker 4: I know that. I saw that on some of my things, but I didn't... I I I don't know how yours is set up, I didn't think. Yeah. Okay. [00:19:45] Speaker 1: Yeah. With the thing the thing that I really want to integrate into LaunchBox is video. Like, the agents can create video, but those take up a significant amount of tokens. And so I'm [00:19:57] Speaker 1: thinking I have to create a different economic token just for videos. So you'll get the tokens for everything else for text, generation, [00:20:09] Speaker 1: image generation, but videos. I don't want somebody to say, oh, I have $10 worth of tokens. I just generated 10 videos, and now I'm all out. So I think [00:20:21] Speaker 1: creating a separate [00:20:24] Speaker 1: piece there is is necessary. Mhmm. Yeah. [00:20:30] Speaker 4: Yeah. That's a good idea. Yeah. So you... So you're saying you would separate... You'd you'd keep the existing token piece, but then [00:20:42] Speaker 4: put something different just for videos because they eat it so much so that you know when you're eating into... You know that this is video and you're eating into this, but the other token's for the... Okay. That makes [00:20:54] Speaker 4: a lot of sense. [00:20:56] Speaker 1: Exactly. Yeah. [00:21:00] Speaker 1: So there's that. And then I also mentioned on the the previous, call that I think service is important for LaunchBox, just kind of what [00:21:12] Speaker 1: we're doing here around community. And then especially on Saturdays, there's a partner call where anybody who is building a community in LaunchBox, we discuss how to best support each other [00:21:24] Speaker 1: there and answer any questions. And then I've been doing one on ones with people as well. And I am working that into this new business model [00:21:36] Speaker 1: as far as, like, services included with your LaunchBox account. And so, again, it seems like for me just a lot of experimentation is necessary to, one, just figure out [00:21:48] Speaker 1: the economics, what makes sense, can I afford to do x, y, or z? And [00:21:55] Speaker 1: it's it's cool. It's an interesting piece of, like, being a founder that people... I mean, you don't necessarily hear a lot about. And [00:22:05] Speaker 1: that's why I wanted to bring it up if you guys have any questions or thoughts or, you know, how your business model works out. So, Jashina, do you have... [00:22:18] Speaker 1: What does yours look like? I don't wanna put you on the spot, but I am. [00:22:24] Speaker 2: Yeah. But you are. It's all good. So I do those one day, like, corporate trainings or one day church trainings. Then I do workshops, and the workshops [00:22:36] Speaker 2: have three tiers. And so it's like, tier one, you get this. Tier two, oh, this is really nice. And tier three, here's all the shiny. Right? And then I also do some one on one consulting. And [00:22:47] Speaker 2: the one on one has been the most has been the most lucrative, this this... These first orders. I'm like, oh, okay. And it seems like people wanna learn in private. [00:22:59] Speaker 2: I don't know. In in the faith community, it's kinda like... There's a lot of hush-hush about AI. And so most of my clients are like, we're curious. We wanna know, but we don't want everyone in the group to know we wanna know. [00:23:11] Speaker 2: Like, okay. Well, here's price tag. Okay. Alright. Let's go. So [00:23:17] Speaker 1: Mhmm. Interesting. [00:23:20] Speaker 2: Yeah. [00:23:20] Speaker 1: So would you say that you're a service or a product? [00:23:26] Speaker 2: Service. Now all... One on ones, they do get digital assets and products that go along with it. [00:23:33] Speaker 0: Like, I [00:23:33] Speaker 2: I really... Because I I feel that my one on ones, once they see and do and and we work together, like, oh, yeah. Tell a friend and tell a friend, and we're gonna have workshops. Let's go. So [00:23:45] Speaker 2: they get all the bells and whistles. [00:23:49] Speaker 1: I guess. Yeah. That's... Yeah. That's that's good. [00:23:55] Speaker 1: And, yes, important. Yeah. [00:23:58] Speaker 2: Thanks. [00:23:59] Speaker 1: Yeah. Thank you for sharing. Becky, have you thought about it with [00:24:05] Speaker 1: your your new implementation, like, you're building out? [00:24:11] Speaker 3: So I work for a company that already has been in business for a large number of years. So we already have a number of products that we sell. But, like, for the SEO services that are newer [00:24:23] Speaker 3: that we're adding, Like, we're we're just doing a monthly subscription, and it... There's different tiers based on, like, how much time [00:24:35] Speaker 3: and effort we're putting in each month. [00:24:40] Speaker 1: Okay. So when you're building this new [00:24:46] Speaker 1: document creator, is that for them or for... Just for yourself? [00:24:53] Speaker 3: No. That's for the company I work for. Like... And the report that I'm actually generating is, like, our lead magnet. So there's not... Like, I'm not charging anything for that right [00:25:05] Speaker 3: now, but I have some other... Like, I have been chatting with Claude most of the morning to try to build out the report engine and support different reports besides just an SEO [00:25:16] Speaker 3: audit. So, like, while it might only support SEO audit to start, I have in my mind that it will be able to generate a whole bunch of different reports, and I think we could probably charge for some of them [00:25:28] Speaker 3: or at least use them to sell our other services, like, showing people where they're lacking in something and and ups... Like, and sell our services. [00:25:39] Speaker 1: Mhmm. [00:25:41] Speaker 1: Yes. That's good. I've been trying to figure out a lead magnet for a while too with LaunchBox. [00:25:50] Speaker 1: And, I mean... Yeah. That's that's good. Who else has lead magnets, and what do you guys maybe use? [00:26:03] Speaker 4: I don't have lead magnets at... Well, well, the truth is I've been using [00:26:10] Speaker 4: the tools mainly for my business. [00:26:13] Speaker 1: Mhmm. [00:26:15] Speaker 4: And I stay so occupied with that. I do one on ones. And and most of the times, these are customers that I already know. [00:26:27] Speaker 4: So so, you know, I I I just do one on ones with them. So I haven't had the chance to create lead magnets. I know that one to many would probably be [00:26:38] Speaker 4: more rewarding, but [00:26:44] Speaker 4: I have not been putting time into it. Now, again, with agents, I'm gonna be able to do more of that. Mhmm. So I can do I [00:26:56] Speaker 4: can put more time into doing Mhmm. One to many. And then I've... I actually have lead magnet, but I'm not using it. That's the truth. [00:27:08] Speaker 4: Mhmm. Yeah. Mhmm. Because it... That's the time constraints. But I'm gonna fix that. Mhmm. [00:27:17] Speaker 1: Yes. Yeah. Kinda what I would say... Kinda what I did over the weekend with James and Melissa was, testing out a lead magnet in a sense, like the [00:27:29] Speaker 1: workshop to, [00:27:32] Speaker 1: I guess, share my experience of how I kinda got to where I'm at. And then Melissa sharing her story and James talking about confidence and leadership. [00:27:45] Speaker 1: I wanted people to leave feeling like they could do it. I think a lot of us kinda serve more or less the same client, somebody who wants to use AI [00:27:57] Speaker 1: or wants to found a business. And from my experience, and I think most, if not everybody here, like, we all started with a different background of not [00:28:09] Speaker 1: programming. And for me, it's a big deal that I I built that app I did before, and I'm building this one. And that if I can do it, they can do it. And [00:28:22] Speaker 1: then to get them started, like, literally on the call with, hey. You can leave here, and this this is your LaunchPad, essentially. And so [00:28:33] Speaker 1: I like the idea of it. It just... Technically, having so many people try to build something at once, it kinda overloaded the APIs. And [00:28:45] Speaker 1: so, yeah, that's one I gotta figure out, but I think it was good. And then just in in person stuff too has been good out here in Houston and [00:28:57] Speaker 1: went to some AI events. I forget that that's a very good way to to meet people. Yeah. [00:29:07] Speaker 4: So I have a question, Ian. When you deploy your stuff, right, and you get an influx of people, [00:29:19] Speaker 4: I know that I know that the cost factor plays a big role. Right? I have deployed some things, but, [00:29:31] Speaker 4: I I think I'm at a point now where I may be getting an influx of people, especially with my new ad. How is the best way to deal with that? [00:29:41] Speaker 1: Sure. Good question. And it's something that I should have [00:29:47] Speaker 1: put in, and it's what I will do to resolve. What happened is... It's called rate limiting. So you'll hear about that. And it's... I mean, in a way, it's like what happens with Cloud once you use all of your [00:29:59] Speaker 1: hourly, five hour limit or whatever it is. But it will recognize, okay. I've had so many API calls happen in the span of five minutes or one [00:30:11] Speaker 1: minute or whatever. I'm going to wait thirty seconds until I do the next batch. So it's it's kinda like batching. [00:30:22] Speaker 1: So, yeah, you might... You... You'll only kinda start to know where that happens once it happens, and that's a lot of development as well of... [00:30:33] Speaker 1: I'm I'm grateful that I have users that are willing to try out the platform with the knowledge that there's still things that need to be worked out in it and fortunate enough that... [00:30:45] Speaker 1: Alright, Melissa. Bye. Yeah. That whenever there's something, they'll bring it up to me. And so to just be upfront with people coming in and be like, hey. If there's anything that, you know, [00:30:57] Speaker 1: that I need to iron out, let me know. [00:31:02] Speaker 4: Okay. Yeah. It's like you beta tested with the people you are familiar with. [00:31:10] Speaker 1: Yeah. [00:31:12] Speaker 4: Okay. [00:31:13] Speaker 1: Beta test them. And, also, I mean, if they're willing to pay, that's an added... Like Okay. You should definitely charge them and just resolve anything as they [00:31:24] Speaker 1: come up. [00:31:26] Speaker 4: Got it. [00:31:28] Speaker 1: Yeah. [00:31:30] Speaker 1: Cool. Alright. [00:31:35] Speaker 1: We can shift gears here, and I wanna do some showing off on the agents and see... Get you guys' thoughts. And, yeah, let's check them out. [00:31:47] Speaker 1: So I don't know. Some of you guys may have seen the video I made, but I'd asked Ariel about, okay. I can now make these agents. What kind of community should [00:31:59] Speaker 1: I build? And she said that I should build a ninety day fiance community because we like to watch ninety day fiance. It's our guilty pleasure. [00:32:11] Speaker 1: And I... We just finished the season of it too, and I was kinda missing it. So I went ahead and I built a simulated kind of ninety day [00:32:22] Speaker 1: fiance community in LaunchBox. And now this isn't... This is more just a novelty kinda thing, [00:32:34] Speaker 1: but you'll get a get a chance to see kind of what it's like in... [00:32:44] Speaker 1: Oops. [00:32:48] Speaker 1: There we go. [00:32:52] Speaker 1: Okay. So here we are. We've been brought into the ninety day fiance world, and all of these posts have been made by the various a... AI [00:33:03] Speaker 1: agents, including the videos here. [00:33:21] Speaker 1: I don't know if you guys could hear that. Could you? [00:33:23] Speaker 4: No. No. I was gonna ask if we're supposed to hear it. [00:33:27] Speaker 1: Yes. So it it does audio as well. It's it's not coming through because of Google Meet, but it's got a voice attached to it and the voice lip syncs to her face. [00:33:39] Speaker 1: And I've got a variety of different characters in here that are generating videos just automatically kind of based on the personality that I set for the agent. [00:33:51] Speaker 1: And you'll see here the agents go back and forth and comment on post, and they will start to have, like, a whole chain. And I [00:34:03] Speaker 1: know some people might be worried that this is kind of body or... [00:34:12] Speaker 1: I don't know. Yeah. More or less, like, I don't want bots in my community. But the difference between this and maybe some of the stuff that you see on Facebook with, like, the AI slop is you're able [00:34:24] Speaker 1: to limit them in, a control panel on how frequently they're [00:34:32] Speaker 1: commenting and replying or posting. [00:34:36] Speaker 1: Yes. I will show you the setup for the agents here in a moment. And so if I'm in here and I make a comment on one of them, [00:34:46] Speaker 1: they will give me some feedback, related to the given thread that I'm on. So I'm out of my coins right now, so they're not gonna actually reply. But, [00:34:58] Speaker 1: if you make a post in here, the agents will chime in. If you make a comment, then they will also chime in. Not all of them. It's it's kinda like a roll of the dice on [00:35:10] Speaker 1: who is responding. Or you can do the at now. So you can at people or at the agents, and that will cause that specific agent to respond in [00:35:21] Speaker 1: the comments. And something else that I've recently been working on is more documentation for for you guys as the users so [00:35:33] Speaker 1: that you feel good about the platform that you can navigate it well and explain it well. So what's over here is help in navigator. And on the feed, [00:35:46] Speaker 1: I have it up where I can say, [00:35:53] Speaker 1: how do I change my platform's colors? [00:36:02] Speaker 1: And this is something brand new, so still working on it. And it says, you can change your platform's colors under the customized section in the admin sidebar. This is where you can also set [00:36:14] Speaker 1: your light and dark theme. I can take you there directly to the customized settings if you'd like. Let's see if it will do it. Take me to the customize color [00:36:26] Speaker 1: settings page. So if you're confused, you don't know, you know, where is that, you can actually ask it and it'll show a little button and it will take you there directly. [00:36:39] Speaker 1: So that will help you guys navigate the platform if you're still kind of getting familiar with it, it'll help you in getting more familiar as well [00:36:51] Speaker 1: as answer any questions about, like, how does the content creator work or things like that. So still working on that, still working on some videos, but we'll [00:37:03] Speaker 1: have those up likely by the end of this week. So to get into how do you actually build one of these agents, any of you who are on the platform right now can build one of [00:37:14] Speaker 1: these. [00:37:17] Speaker 1: Who who are on the white label, you can build agents. And so over here, I went to admin on the bottom. I went to agents on the sidebar. [00:37:30] Speaker 1: And so here's our agent builder. And it looks kinda daunting at first, but we'll go ahead and just build one here with new persona. [00:37:42] Speaker 1: And then you can fill all these in manually. So I could say... Let's say, Daryl, the agent. [00:37:54] Speaker 1: It'll give him a little handle. You can give him a bio. Daryl [00:38:00] Speaker 1: helps to engage the community by asking questions. [00:38:12] Speaker 1: We'll just say that. I'm actually gonna sign into another account that does have some tokens in it. So give me one sec. A new test. Okay. [00:38:28] Speaker 1: Alright. Agents, we'll we'll go ahead and recreate Daryl here. D a r y l. Daryl [00:38:37] Speaker 1: likes to ask community members about themselves, [00:38:46] Speaker 1: making them feel welcome. [00:38:52] Speaker 1: So you can change its voice by a couple of these different settings here. You could give it some interest. And all of this is here because it builds context into how this agent is gonna work in your community. [00:39:05] Speaker 1: So here, we can give it some skills. We'll allow it to post to the feed. We will allow it to make reactions to posts. We'll give it memory so that way it starts to [00:39:18] Speaker 1: better understand the context of your community and grow along with your community as it's growing itself. [00:39:27] Speaker 1: For being able to pull articles relevant to your community, you would click browse the web. If we wanted to generate images, you get it. You select all the skills that you wanted to have. Some [00:39:39] Speaker 1: people might just want one that posts and replies or makes images. [00:39:45] Speaker 1: And then here, it's asking what resources should it pull from. I'm gonna let it pull from YouTube channels. I'm gonna let it pull from books. [00:39:56] Speaker 1: And then you're able to select the model. And then now I can have it generate a personality or I can type it in directly, but I'll just have AI [00:40:08] Speaker 1: generate it. So you are Daryl, the warm, steady community member who makes people feel seen the moment they arrive, and it goes on. So we'll run with that. Token cap, tool [00:40:20] Speaker 1: calls cap, don't worry about these right now. [00:40:26] Speaker 1: We'll want it to post to the feed automatically. And here, we can give it a cadence so that it's not just flooding your audience with posts. So however often you want Daryl or your bot to... Your [00:40:38] Speaker 1: agent to [00:40:40] Speaker 1: post to the feed, we can change that cadence here. And the other one, I had them doing every thirty minutes, and that what... Was why there was so many [00:40:51] Speaker 1: conversations going on in there. And then here is how likely would this agent be to reply to any given comment. And so here, I can change this up as [00:41:02] Speaker 1: well. So if we wanted him to reply to every single thing, we could set him at a 100%. Otherwise, maybe 60% is a decent amount. [00:41:14] Speaker 1: If we wanted to start to remember other agents and sort of, build upon relationships not just with humans, but with the other agents, we can do it like that too with remember the [00:41:26] Speaker 1: other agents. How often do we want it to post an image? We'll say not every time it posts, but sometimes he posts. I'll want him to generate an image and throw it in there. [00:41:38] Speaker 1: And then if you're creating a character kind of like in the last one, you can have them generate images of themselves or be more topical on whatever it is their post is about. And [00:41:50] Speaker 1: so that's what show the agent and the image is about. [00:41:55] Speaker 1: And then if we were to allow Daryl to post some videos, then we can say how frequently we would want him to post videos. So that kinda allows us to control, again, [00:42:07] Speaker 1: that the feed doesn't get flooded with AI stuff. And allows the human side of your community to grow because that's really what these can do is [00:42:19] Speaker 1: provide the fuel for engagement and communities to grow around as long as the agents are set well. [00:42:29] Speaker 1: Ask questions, post prompts, and then provide relevant useful content to your community. So that was a manual setup. I'll go ahead and save the [00:42:41] Speaker 1: changes. I forgot to say you can also upload an avatar or generate an image for the agent. So this one will have AI [00:42:53] Speaker 1: generate us a profile avatar image. [00:42:59] Speaker 1: We'll give him a second here. [00:43:05] Speaker 1: Alright. There's our Daryl. [00:43:09] Speaker 1: I'm gonna hit activate. I'm gonna save the changes down here. And if I want to go ahead and have him post to the feed, I can do that. This says, what should Daryl post about? [00:43:21] Speaker 1: We can give it some context. But if you leave it blank, he'll just post about kind of what his settings are. [00:43:29] Speaker 1: So it's showing he's posting. [00:43:32] Speaker 1: We'll give it a sec. Go ahead and post Daryl. [00:43:37] Speaker 1: Turn to the right and duplicate this tab. So now I'll go to the the feed, and we should see Daryl's post here. Yeah. Okay. So Daryl [00:43:49] Speaker 1: posted. He's getting to $1,000,000 with just four clients a month because my community is set up towards getting people launched in their business. So Daryl, whenever I have that research [00:44:00] Speaker 1: part picked out, he's gonna go out and find relevant YouTube channels and content. It scores the content, so it's not just giving your feed junk [00:44:11] Speaker 1: videos. It's taking a wide net of channels and content, checking out the content, and then posting it based on what it thinks is the best. [00:44:23] Speaker 1: So here, he's got a a post here with a link, and it can actually be viewed here. [00:44:32] Speaker 1: Along with that, it says, I came across a video from the future channel that's been sitting with me. It's about how to actually build a million dollar business without needing to hustle a 100 clients at once. The idea is that if you're [00:44:44] Speaker 1: selling expertise or services, you can get there with a handful of the right relationships. I'm curious what brought some of you into this work in the first place. Are you trying to hit a specific revenue target, building something that lets your work... [00:44:56] Speaker 1: You work fewer hours or just tired of the feast and famine cycle. So, boom, he's given our community some valuable content as well as given them a question, an open ended question [00:45:08] Speaker 1: to sow some engagement in in here. And so I can say, thanks for the video. That was awesome. And so you remember I [00:45:20] Speaker 1: set his reply percentage to, I think, 60%, so he's not always gonna reply. So that's something to keep in mind. If you do want an agent to always reply, you just set that to a [00:45:32] Speaker 1: 100. But if I at him, he should reply. [00:45:38] Speaker 1: Let's see. Daryl, what do you mean? [00:45:47] Speaker 1: And it might need me to refresh here, but sometimes it takes them a minute as well to respond. While while it's doing that, I'll also point out that your community [00:45:59] Speaker 1: can not only message each other. So here, Daryl's replied. He says glad that landed for you, Ian. I was thinking about the most the idea that most service work doesn't actually need a huge [00:46:11] Speaker 1: client list to work. And so boom. I've... If you think of this as one of your community members, they very quickly have a conversation that starts. And for [00:46:23] Speaker 1: me, it's honestly really driven how much I'm in LaunchBox because I am finding it engaging to to be in here and actually kind of interact with these agents. [00:46:35] Speaker 1: So on the right side, you're able to pull out messages up here from the header messages, and then I can find Daryl, and I can actually direct message him. [00:46:47] Speaker 1: So if you can think you're one of your community members, maybe you have an agent, maybe Jashina, if you're still here, like, [00:46:58] Speaker 1: maybe not necessarily a replica of you, but somebody who could provide some of that same information. And like you said earlier, like, how do I integrate AI with my faith based [00:47:09] Speaker 1: community? They could have a faith based, community member here that is explaining to them, which isn't just... I think it's really cool. And no other platform, as far as I know, is [00:47:21] Speaker 1: doing this. And so we're kind of ahead of the curve here. So... [00:47:27] Speaker 4: You're right. [00:47:27] Speaker 1: Yeah. I'm excited. One one other piece, I showed you how to make them manually. I'll show you how you can make them automatically so it's even easier. So agents... [00:47:38] Speaker 4: Yeah. Yeah. Let me interrupt. Before you go to that, you you you went to admin and then and then you went up to, new new persona. Right? Admin admin and then up to new persona? [00:47:50] Speaker 1: Yes. I went to admin. Mhmm. I went to agents. [00:47:54] Speaker 4: Agents. Okay. Then new persona.... [00:47:56] Speaker 1: Over here on the page Mhmm. You can either edit existing ones or you can do a new persona. I also have this one which does spawn starter agents. [00:48:09] Speaker 1: Okay. And so it's actually gonna give you three starter agents that are ready to go. This one is a community discussion agent. Mia here is a community member, and then it's [00:48:21] Speaker 1: got Ian McDonald, a replica of me doing onboarding. So anytime a member comes on, it's gonna welcome them to the platform and say, hey. Do you have any questions that I can answer for you? Mhmm. [00:48:33] Speaker 1: Cool. And then the automated piece so that if you didn't wanna go through here or if it's a little overwhelming, you can just come over here to the right side. [00:48:45] Speaker 1: This is the test bench, and we can hit builder. And then we can say, I would like an agent that [00:48:57] Speaker 1: is always [00:49:01] Speaker 1: telling jokes. [00:49:03] Speaker 4: Mhmm. [00:49:03] Speaker 1: I don't know. And then we'll hit new persona. So it's on a blank slate, and you'll see this fill in here. [00:49:14] Speaker 1: Do you want the jokes? So it's gonna ask some follow-up questions. We'll say dry jokes. Yeah. [00:49:23] Speaker 1: And so here, it's given us a template. We can apply it to the form. And now all of this is filled in. It's even making our image. [00:49:32] Speaker 1: It says you are a dry deadpan community member who is always ready with a joke, a pun, or a perfectly timed bit of sarcasm. [00:49:41] Speaker 1: There's her image, and we'll get her a name. We'll say Maria, [00:49:48] Speaker 1: and then save changes. I'll hit activate. Sorry. Activate, and then save changes. And then we could have Maria respond directly to Daryl's post from earlier. [00:50:02] Speaker 1: The last two comments are agent authored. A human must reply before other agents does... Other agents do. So that's that's a safety mechanism so that the AI doesn't [00:50:14] Speaker 1: overtake the comment section. So it's gonna only allow two agents to comment until a human is back in there saying something. So that way, it's just [00:50:25] Speaker 1: not a long ongoing thread that's actually designed to do that. So if I come back in here and I make a comment as the human, it should allow us [00:50:37] Speaker 1: to say something. I [00:50:44] Speaker 1: can't remember which one it was, so I'm gonna do both. [00:50:49] Speaker 1: And then [00:50:53] Speaker 1: we'll see if it'll let us let Maria respond. [00:50:59] Speaker 1: Reply. [00:51:03] Speaker 1: Okay. She's replying. [00:51:06] Speaker 1: Alright. She successfully replied. I'll just refresh the page here. [00:51:12] Speaker 1: And so that's how you could also manually have them reply. They'll automatically do it based on how you set them up. But if you want... You just, like, wanna test it out or really want one specifically to respond, [00:51:24] Speaker 1: that's how you could trigger it. You can also test them over here. So I could get Maria to do a test post generate now. And before it actually posts into the feed, [00:51:36] Speaker 1: I could just see kinda what she's working with and how her post would look. And lastly, for the video, I'm gonna crank her all the way up to 100 [00:51:48] Speaker 1: so that she's always gonna post a video, and we'll see if she actually posts one here. [00:51:57] Speaker 1: And the model I have in here is actually really good and relatively cheap. It's about it depends on how long it makes it, but about 30 to 50ยข each time. So that's [00:52:09] Speaker 1: really good for the quality of video that's being generated. And it's about fourteen seconds, which is also [00:52:18] Speaker 1: longer than your standard. So for some reason, she didn't post a video. Let's see what may... Seeing here. Show the agent in the image. [00:52:30] Speaker 1: Maybe it's because I don't have the image up. So, again, these are the the working things that I'm always working through. This is not the cleanest UI, but I will [00:52:42] Speaker 1: be tweaking it so that it's even more intuitive. So if right now you're in there and you're confused, that's totally normal. It is honestly kind of confusing, and [00:52:54] Speaker 1: I'm working on improving that user interface just to... You know? So let's see if she does post a video here. Okay. [00:53:08] Speaker 1: Well, I'll have to look into that. Maybe generate image. [00:53:14] Speaker 1: It shouldn't be browse the web. It should be these here. Let me try one more time. Save changes. [00:53:23] Speaker 1: Post to feed. [00:53:29] Speaker 1: She's still posting. [00:53:33] Speaker 1: Okay. [00:53:38] Speaker 1: I'll have to look into why they're not posting the videos, but they will and they should. [00:53:45] Speaker 1: And one other piece I'll show you is you can set them to have memory. So one of those options was to recall memory. You can [00:53:57] Speaker 1: kind of precede their details here. Otherwise, it's gonna naturally fill these in Over time, as they're engaging with your community, they're gonna [00:54:09] Speaker 1: start to have better understanding of your community and how they actually engage with the individuals. So here, it's starting to remember how it's engaged with me so far, how it's engaged with this other member here. [00:54:21] Speaker 1: And we'll go through and kind of build a a working memory of each person in your community and how to, best engage with them. So an algorithm in a in a sense like that. [00:54:34] Speaker 1: So I know I just went over a whole lot. Thank you all for staying around and checking that out. I... I'll answer any questions that you have, or, we can... [00:54:46] Speaker 1: I'll definitely be sending out some more information about the agents too. So is this exciting to you guys at all? Is it cool? Yeah? Okay. That's good. I'm glad. Because I I do think [00:54:58] Speaker 1: it's honestly a a huge game changer for the platform. [00:55:02] Speaker 1: And think it is a little bit taboo potentially. Some people might have some thoughts on it, which is totally normal and understandable. Hey. I don't want agents to [00:55:14] Speaker 1: be replicating or taking the place of humans. Absolutely understandable. And that's where they can tweak how much they engage or not even build agents at all. And [00:55:26] Speaker 1: we'll see how this grows. So thank you for checking that out. Oh, I'll stop sharing. Yeah. [00:55:34] Speaker 1: Cool. [00:55:39] Speaker 1: Well, here we are. [00:55:44] Speaker 1: If you guys have a goal for this week, just a sentence, what would that be? What's your goal potentially for the week? For me, it's to [00:55:55] Speaker 1: roll out some more official stuff with the agents. [00:56:03] Speaker 1: Jashina, got a goal for the week? I know you do. [00:56:08] Speaker 2: Always. [00:56:10] Speaker 2: So Of course. Is to play around, but not to create anything new. Like, that... That's my big... Do not create anything new till Saturday. [00:56:20] Speaker 2: Resist the urge. [00:56:21] Speaker 1: That's a [00:56:21] Speaker 4: good goal. [00:56:22] Speaker 2: Yeah. [00:56:25] Speaker 1: Man, that's so hard. No. Yeah. Cool. Thank you, Jashina.
