[00:00:00] Speaker 0: I mean, the launch and learn has, this is the fourth, I think, one that I've done so far. And, for those of you who met me last [00:00:11] Speaker 0: week, I go a little bit more into my story, I guess, just reintroduce myself. And Julie has known me for a little while now and is a great friend, and she's doing her own [00:00:23] Speaker 0: stuff with AI. And, yeah, maybe have a chance to hear what she's been up to. It would be cool. [00:00:31] Speaker 0: But, essentially, the the goal of this is to, yeah, to connect with people, show you guys what I've been building with LaunchBox, and [00:00:43] Speaker 0: to answer questions, related to that or related to AI in general, app building in general, and, just to be sort of, like, an open forum. So happy you guys are here. I've [00:00:55] Speaker 0: been doing AI stuff since January 2024. I I quit my job in the health care industry and decided that I was gonna [00:01:07] Speaker 0: do something with AI. I didn't know exactly what I was gonna do, but knew it was really cool and saw that it had a massive potential, and, it seemed the way that things were gonna be going. So I [00:01:19] Speaker 0: started as, like, a consultant, and, I got my first gig working for my roommate who does, my my old roommate who did remodeling, and [00:01:31] Speaker 0: I built him an app. And I built that app through just chatting back and forth with ChatGPT at the time. And it was like a small project management app, [00:01:42] Speaker 0: and he ended up using it and integrating it into his company. And, I'm I'm glad he gave me that first opportunity. And all through 2024, that experience [00:01:54] Speaker 0: really just excited me because as I was building these things out, I spent long hours going into the night working on them, and realized that I [00:02:06] Speaker 0: could kind of build whatever I wanted. I would come up against errors and roadblocks, but as long as I was communicating with AI and troubleshooting with it, I [00:02:18] Speaker 0: I found that I was able to make some really cool stuff. And since then, I have built some apps. I worked with a company where I built an app for them that had [00:02:30] Speaker 0: 1,600 users on it and had made up to 1,200,000 at the time in annual recurring rev... And it still kinda [00:02:41] Speaker 0: blows me away that I had no prior experience to programming or building apps before AI, but it really... Hey there, Mauricio. Welcome in. [00:02:53] Speaker 0: Happy that you can make it. [00:02:56] Speaker 0: Just just introducing myself to folks. We've got some new people in here, but I'm happy that you made it. [00:03:04] Speaker 1: Yes. [00:03:05] Speaker 0: Yes. I have some cool stuff to show you guys here in the [00:03:09] Speaker 1: site.... Cool. [00:03:10] Speaker 0: Yes. Mauricio is also in LaunchBox. So, yeah, I I built that app. And then since August of this... Of twenty twenty five, I've [00:03:22] Speaker 0: pivoted into building LaunchBox because I saw an issue that people were having where, [00:03:30] Speaker 0: they were learning all of this stuff about AI, but they were having a difficult time actually monetizing it. And, I mean, there's so much to learn, so many different platforms to to know [00:03:41] Speaker 0: about. But at the end of the day, with all of that knowledge, people still weren't able to make money. And so what I'm building with LaunchBox and what people are doing with [00:03:53] Speaker 0: it is they're building their own communities there. They're able to set the price for the... For entry into their platforms. And I've built [00:04:05] Speaker 0: in apps that users can... All of the users can use. So there's image generations, chat, lead magnet, landing pages, and [00:04:17] Speaker 0: then courses and and stuff like that. And I've been working, over the past couple months with the people who are joining, to make the platform even [00:04:28] Speaker 0: better, and that's one of the things I was gonna, get into today. But that's a bit about my background. [00:04:37] Speaker 0: Yeah. We haven't had a chance to hear from Julie and, Marisa. If you care to, you don't have to. But if you wanna just say hey and better your background, that'd be awesome. [00:04:49] Speaker 2: Sure. I'll say hey. Hi. I'm I'm Jules. And, I've known Ian now for, I guess, about over a year, and I'm incredibly impressed with everything that he's done. He's just [00:05:01] Speaker 2: an amazing young man. So [00:05:05] Speaker 2: I have a 21 year old that's actually graduating college in a couple weeks with a cybersecurity degree. And then my wife is actually an IT person of twenty six years who designs the infrastructures for the Air Force and Navy. [00:05:17] Speaker 2: So that's their background. But my personal background, I've owned my own Amazon and Walmart business now as a third party seller for about fourteen years and kind of fading out on the passion [00:05:29] Speaker 2: of it all. And when AI came around where you could start vibe coding and creating things and I wouldn't have to depend on other people, it really just, like, I don't know, lit a fire under me. Like, wow. I can do this by myself. I don't have to [00:05:41] Speaker 2: ask anybody, so it's great. But with Eden's platform, I'm able to take my my new brand that I formed from my AI agency and just kinda... It's in the beginning stages, but build [00:05:53] Speaker 2: a community around it and start... One of my things is I focus on is I have two that I'm I'm passionate about is, I have an affiliate platform that I'm in the process of [00:06:04] Speaker 2: building so people can come to it and see all their affiliates that they're associated with, what's making money, what's not making money, where they can put their ad dollars or... And everything. So it's just... It... It's a platform [00:06:16] Speaker 2: that's in progress. And then the other one is a financial kids literacy platform that I built, during the big lovable free day that we had, which was great. [00:06:28] Speaker 2: And, just kinda moving forward with that and trying to get back in the groove. Last couple weeks been a little tough. I was telling Ian earlier, first quarter of Amazon is always the toughest because everybody looks at their credit card bills after Christmas [00:06:40] Speaker 2: and goes, woah. What did I do? So things slow down. So... But, but that's my background. So... Thank you, Jules. You're welcome. I [00:06:52] Speaker 2: appreciate you, and you're doing a great job. [00:06:54] Speaker 0: I appreciate you too. Thank you. [00:06:57] Speaker 0: Maricia, tell us about yourself a bit. [00:07:00] Speaker 1: Hey. So I'm Maricia West, and I'm I'm real new. I I I say I'm new to AI. Well, I am. I started my business at the [00:07:12] Speaker 1: beginning part of last year, and so I've been in, like, twenty five years of corporate project management. [00:07:23] Speaker 1: So I've been involved in, like, building systems and solving problems and improving processes. And I've been a photographer, [00:07:35] Speaker 1: so I've got my photography business. So, you know, I... Part of me is a creative entrepreneur. And then when I got interested in the AI, it was it was actually [00:07:47] Speaker 1: with my photography business because I was like, okay. I got... I I need a better way. You know? Like, I'm not a social media person, and I'm like... They're like, you gotta do [00:07:59] Speaker 1: the thing. And I'm like, I don't wanna do the things. Can you help me do the things? So that's kinda where AI came in, and I started, you know, [00:08:10] Speaker 1: learning what was possible. And so I I started with... [00:08:19] Speaker 1: Let me see. Yeah. So I started my big business in August, and I probably went, like, you know, maybe knee deep September ish last year. [00:08:31] Speaker 1: Really trying to build things, you know, learning more, seeing what what else is possible, learning more, getting a little dangerous. And [00:08:44] Speaker 1: so now I'm trying to wrap up what I'm doing and what what what I'm trying to do, you know, helping small business owners and coaches and consultants, [00:08:55] Speaker 1: help them with their work, you know, whether it be with automation, streamlining. Number one, understanding where their bottlenecks are and what can be done to help [00:09:07] Speaker 1: them within their businesses. So their businesses can run, and they're not chasing their tails trying to run their business. So that's my goal right now. [00:09:19] Speaker 1: I was really intrigued by Ian's LaunchBox. And to be honest, I... The the whole idea of me having a community, I I I I don't get it, but [00:09:31] Speaker 1: I go with it. I'll I'll get there, I guess. But... So that... That's, like, a work in progress. But that's that's pretty much me. [00:09:43] Speaker 0: Again, Mauricio, thank you so much. Glad that you're here. And, Nicole, you said that you're new to the whole AI world, right, and you wanted to get into it, or have you been doing stuff with [00:09:55] Speaker 0: it for a bit? [00:09:57] Speaker 3: I've been using AI in my job search. It's been very helpful in that manner. So I'm not new to it. I definitely have an interest in [00:10:08] Speaker 3: it and also in the GRC aspect as well. That's why I'm trying to look for a job with a GRC software company that promotes [00:10:21] Speaker 3: using AI to help with GRC type issues. So, hopefully, I can get a tech sales job in that area. But it's it's... Initially, I can understand why people will feel [00:10:32] Speaker 3: apprehensive about using AI initially, but I was one of those people in the beginning. But now the more I've used it, it's very effective [00:10:44] Speaker 3: and helpful in streamlining a lot of work. I see it as as a good tool to use, so I encourage everyone to use it. It's it's it's nothing to be afraid of. [00:10:56] Speaker 0: Absolutely. I I hear you. I think there... There's still a lot of people that are against it. At that convention last week, they had that conversation with [00:11:08] Speaker 0: with people, and I think a lot of that apprehension comes from... It's taking away... Potentially taking away jobs from people, and it's taking [00:11:20] Speaker 0: away the human element. And [00:11:24] Speaker 0: sort of the sentiment I was getting out of that event was we... People are using AI, but now they're kind of getting sick of it in a way of that they [00:11:35] Speaker 0: are missing the human element. And so [00:11:39] Speaker 0: people are trying to figure out how to blend both because they do see the huge value in, like, time saving and, being able to explore different ventures, but they don't [00:11:51] Speaker 0: wanna lose that that human touch. And it's it's interesting. I mean, it's been around for two years really, like, in a popular way. And how it's [00:12:03] Speaker 0: evolving is is cool to watch. I mean, it's evolving so quickly, and it is opening up a lot of opportunities for people like myself who... To be able [00:12:15] Speaker 0: to do what I've done with building these apps would have taken years to figure out how to do. And, I built massive platforms in in just two years, [00:12:28] Speaker 0: and I use AI to to do a lot of that heavy lifting for me as well as I'm learning as I go. And, really, I'm a one man show with my company, and I need I need more people at this point. [00:12:39] Speaker 0: I am the bottleneck in my company. But even still, just as a one man show, I'm able to get a whole lot done as far as marketing, putting stuff like this on, building the platform, [00:12:52] Speaker 0: and managing operations with... I... I've built tools specifically for for myself [00:13:00] Speaker 0: that... Yeah. They're great. There's already tools like them out there, but I have a mind that works a particular way. And it's awesome to be able to build a [00:13:11] Speaker 0: CRM for myself that, like, works for my brain because some of them are way too complex. And so I can just build the dummy e... E inversion that that makes it make sense. [00:13:24] Speaker 2: Yeah. And that's something that we all like because the GHL is way too over most people's heads. Yeah. So I appreciate that about you. Simplicity is priceless. That's one thing I've learned throughout my years. Simplicity is [00:13:36] Speaker 2: priceless. And the simpler you make something, the easier it is for people to, manipulate and, you know, and actually use. So just keep doing what you're doing. You're doing a great job. [00:13:47] Speaker 0: Thank you. So thanks everybody for your introductions. What I was hoping to do today is I'll share with you [00:13:59] Speaker 0: a new feature that's in LaunchBox. Because what I've I've noticed over the past month or so, from people who are using the platform is the platform is [00:14:10] Speaker 0: great. It has a lot of, utility. But when it comes to actually getting subscribers or members, there's, like, a sales aspect to it that, [00:14:22] Speaker 0: is is difficult. And I'm doing... [00:14:28] Speaker 0: Taking feedback from from the members and trying to build in tools that make it easier. And so I was introduced to the concept of a funnel really, like, [00:14:40] Speaker 0: a year ago, a year and a half ago. I didn't know what it meant. And... [00:14:46] Speaker 0: But what I realized it is, I think I was overcomplicating it. It was... There's, like, phases to a sales process. And I thought you just have the [00:14:58] Speaker 0: thing, and people will come and buy it. But that's not the case. [00:15:03] Speaker 0: Yeah. Lo and behold, that's not the case. I'm sure, Nicole, you can attest to that as being a a salesperson or having that experience of... [00:15:12] Speaker 0: I... I've got my social media. I got that platform, and that's helped to serve in this process of sales. But somebody starting out cold who maybe doesn't [00:15:24] Speaker 0: have that or is totally unfamiliar with that process. I'm trying to build a tool within LaunchBox that does a lot of that heavy lifting for them. And so [00:15:36] Speaker 0: I'll share here what I've been building and then potentially have the chance to have one of you guys walk through it. If you've got your your stuff [00:15:48] Speaker 0: pulled up, you might be able to do that here on this call. So I'll share my screen. [00:15:54] Speaker 0: Let's see here. [00:16:05] Speaker 0: Alright. So for those of you who may not have seen LaunchBox before, [00:16:12] Speaker 0: this is this is the entry page. [00:16:18] Speaker 0: And so, essentially, what it is is you have your community that you build into the platform. You can bring in free subscribers, and you can bring in, paid subscribers. [00:16:31] Speaker 0: And they're all joining your community. So they're not gonna join... People who are joining my community aren't gonna be in Jules' community. They're not gonna be in, [00:16:41] Speaker 0: Mauricio's community. They're all sectioned off from each other, essentially, kinda like a a Facebook group. So my members are in here. My my paid subscribers are in here. [00:16:53] Speaker 0: And Jules has hers. Marisa has hers and, like that. So they get access to the community. They get access to being able to chat with each other as [00:17:05] Speaker 0: well as use different AI assistance, have all of the the latest AI models in here that they can use as well as some apps. So they have audio and video [00:17:17] Speaker 0: transcription tool. See see if this makes it easier to see. [00:17:26] Speaker 0: Audio and video, there's image generation. And so, Mauricio, when you were talking about the image stuff that you've been messing around with, this is a [00:17:38] Speaker 0: great tool for that as far as creating marketing assets or branded stuff for potentially a client. So you can see these ones all have the [00:17:49] Speaker 0: LaunchBox logo. They've got... Here's Jules' cool cat character. And so this tool makes it super easy to keep consistent branding across [00:18:01] Speaker 0: your marketing stuff. So you just upload the image of the style of the brand logo of the character, and then you write a little prompt down [00:18:13] Speaker 0: here and say, for those ones I said, make a portrait image of this person in front of the LaunchBox logo, and it generated these here. [00:18:25] Speaker 0: As well as there's a video creation tool, [00:18:32] Speaker 0: and this replaces, like, a CapCut. [00:18:37] Speaker 4: So is the... Is that cool cap? It is. Yeah. [00:18:40] Speaker 3: Is that based on... Is it Loom? What's the the video? [00:18:44] Speaker 0: Sorry. What was that? [00:18:46] Speaker 3: The video creation tool, the Loom, or what is it with... What tool? Is it... [00:18:51] Speaker 0: Oh, this is this is built into LaunchBox. So I have different AI video models that you can use here. Oh. Yeah. And so [00:19:02] Speaker 0: you you you you pick what model you wanna use. VIO is is Google's video model, and then you say what you'd like to have a video clip of, and it generates it. And [00:19:14] Speaker 0: so this is, like, all of the clips that I've had AI make, and then you add them onto the timeline, and you can stitch together a video, essentially. Nice. [00:19:26] Speaker 0: Yeah. [00:19:27] Speaker 3: Okay. Thanks. [00:19:28] Speaker 0: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. You got it. So, again, like, my users in my community get access to this. Jules' users get access to this. Mauricio's users get access to this. And [00:19:40] Speaker 0: I think the beauty of this is we can all tailor these tools to our our users. So... Because Jules has an [00:19:51] Speaker 0: affiliate background, she might be using this in a totally different way than Mauricio who has a photo background and, like, the types of users that you attract may be more interested in one [00:20:03] Speaker 0: tool over the other. And the person as the host, you know, they have their own spin on, like, how their users... They might be, priming their users [00:20:15] Speaker 0: to to use some of these. There's also the landing page generator, which, just makes pages where folks can fill out a form, [00:20:27] Speaker 0: and capture leads. So, again, this this would be sort of in that funnel family, that marketing family, to where it's really easy to make funnels. I'm I'm trying to build these [00:20:39] Speaker 0: initial tools kind of, [00:20:43] Speaker 0: to be general and also to help with marketing. So everybody needs help with that. Everybody wants to make some money, and so these tools are are helpful in that [00:20:54] Speaker 0: sense. And then... [00:20:57] Speaker 2: Did you get rid of... [00:20:59] Speaker 0: Go ahead. [00:21:00] Speaker 2: Did you get rid of the wizard? [00:21:02] Speaker 0: Sorry. Yes. Actually, I got rid of the wizard in place of the landing page creator, but I do still have the... Those pages for you, [00:21:13] Speaker 0: which I'll send over. I I still have your old marketing wizard. But the landing page creator is a... It's just easier to use and [00:21:26] Speaker 0: more reliable. [00:21:29] Speaker 0: So... Is it? Yep. Yep. You can do those. You can also create courses, which looks like slides. So as you're building your community, these are resources [00:21:41] Speaker 0: that they can use to learn. You know, again, maybe affiliate marketing or photography or AI skills, you're able to create these [00:21:53] Speaker 0: as the host of the community, and then your community gets access to view them, which adds value for them. And those are the main three components of [00:22:06] Speaker 0: LaunchBox as as a user. And then on the backside as the host or the person, like, selling your own version of this, you're [00:22:18] Speaker 0: able to come in here and customize. You can change the colors. You can change your logo. You can change... [00:22:25] Speaker 0: You can add your domain. So it can be totally branded to you and your company and what you're trying to do. You can manage your users in here. You can manage your billing so you can create the [00:22:36] Speaker 0: pricing for your subscription. You can manage coupons to do discounts and promos. The courses here, this is where you would come in and generate one of [00:22:48] Speaker 0: those slides that I just showed. So here, we can do it like this. We'll do a lesson detail. We'll say demo four [00:23:00] Speaker 0: .22.20six. We're gonna choose some colors here. And so somebody give me a topic that maybe you would be interested in sharing [00:23:11] Speaker 0: with your community. It can be as simple as a sentence. [00:23:25] Speaker 0: Mauricio? [00:23:29] Speaker 1: I'm sorry. I was distracted. [00:23:33] Speaker 0: Oh, you're okay.... [00:23:33] Speaker 1: Something else. You, a sentence for for what? [00:23:38] Speaker 0: For a lesson that you might teach your community. [00:23:41] Speaker 1: Oh lordy. [00:23:44] Speaker 0: Don't think too hard on it. [00:23:49] Speaker 2: Teaching kids financial literacy. Thank you. How about that? Alright. You're welcome. I I saved you. [00:24:01] Speaker 0: Oh, boy. I hope that's how you spell literacy. [00:24:05] Speaker 0: And then you can choose the length of the slides. So five, 10, or 15. You can generate a thumbnail with it, and then it's gonna generate a plan based on your sentence there of [00:24:17] Speaker 0: the layout for the slides. So here, we've got slide one. It's made a prompt for us. Slide two, three, four, and five. Now if I wanted to change what was gonna be in that, I can do that here, [00:24:29] Speaker 0: or I can do that later on. So here, I'll just hit create lesson, and it will get to work making those five slides. And you'll be able to see [00:24:41] Speaker 0: just, one, how quick it is, and then two, how easy it is where you don't have to do a lot of the thinking of what does this lesson need to have. So here it's got five Yeah. [00:24:54] Speaker 2: Awesome. [00:24:55] Speaker 0: Here we got money basics for kids. Slide two, needs versus wants. Three, the three jar system, the spend jar, the save jar, the give jar. [00:25:07] Speaker 0: Four, we've got the power of saving, $1 a day interest, and the final slide. And so it creates a simple lesson that you could go over in a workshop [00:25:19] Speaker 0: format just like I'm doing here. I've done that. Or you could use this as a lead magnet of, hey. Come join my community. You'll get access to the [00:25:31] Speaker 0: the, like, 10 lessons or whatever because you could really build off of this. I'm sure Jules has your curriculum where you have, like, lesson one, two, [00:25:43] Speaker 0: three going down the line. And you could build a community for kids or for parents on here to help them learn financial literacy, and they would subscribe to to benefit from that. [00:25:55] Speaker 0: So [00:25:57] Speaker 0: that's how that one works. You can also chat with the AI here and say, make the background green. And so this is how you would do the editing is via the chat [00:26:09] Speaker 0: here. Oh, boy. My cat's about to meow like crazy. So sorry if you're here. My girl... My my girlfriend just got home from lunch or [00:26:21] Speaker 0: for lunch. Anyways, so that is the course creator here. [00:26:28] Speaker 0: I'll take a pause before I move into what I'm really wanting to share with you guys today and see if you have any questions, comments, thoughts on what [00:26:39] Speaker 0: I've shown [00:26:40] Speaker 4: you so far. You just you just, like, give her a description, then and then it does everything for you and make us lesson slides. That's very cool. [00:26:49] Speaker 0: Yeah. [00:26:52] Speaker 0: And you can also upload videos here. So if if you're a a video guy like me, I'll actually probably upload this video to my own, space on here so [00:27:03] Speaker 0: that, the people who are partners, they have a community... Like, a sub community under under me so that they they can, like, [00:27:15] Speaker 0: ask questions to one another and and stuff like that. So, [00:27:21] Speaker 0: yes, it is... It's just as simple as typing in a sentence. [00:27:27] Speaker 2: Ian, are you using that Gamma to do that? No. Is that the bot? [00:27:33] Speaker 0: I'm not... Is this [00:27:34] Speaker 2: the platform you created? [00:27:36] Speaker 0: Yeah. It's it's just using AI to create... It's it's essentially like HTML and CSS that's making those slides. [00:27:45] Speaker 2: Nice. That's very impressive. [00:27:47] Speaker 0: Yeah. You can create interactive stuff in it, which is different from Gamma because you can make buttons that actually go to, like, call to actions in those slides. So let's [00:27:59] Speaker 0: say you're creating a lesson on the financial literacy and you want, at the end of the lesson, kids to go check out a platform or a parent to go check out your... Another platform that [00:28:10] Speaker 0: you're an affiliate of, you can have that as a button in there. So you would just tell the AI, hey. Add a button that links out to xyz.com [00:28:22] Speaker 0: and can create interactive slides like that. [00:28:29] Speaker 0: Cool. So what I'm excited to share with you guys is this last piece that I've been working on. So, the launch kit is the... [00:28:42] Speaker 0: Essentially, like, starter kit. So if you're starting from ground zero, you don't... Maybe maybe you don't have an audience or you have an audience, but you don't know how to get conversions or sales. The [00:28:54] Speaker 0: LaunchKit is your tool to help you with that. What it will do is it'll build out your waitlist. It will build out two separate lead magnets. It will build [00:29:06] Speaker 0: out a sales page. It will build out a page that goes over all of the features of LaunchBox and, also creates a referral page because, there's a [00:29:18] Speaker 0: referral system in here as well. So it does all of that, and then it gives you a checklist essentially of here's week one. You've got your wait list. You've [00:29:29] Speaker 0: got, all of these posts that you can send on on your social media. And then when it goes to week two, it transitions into the sales phase, and that's when it suggests to you, [00:29:41] Speaker 0: hey. Here's your sales page. You can, go ahead and make these posts and bring people into your account. It'll do better if I just show it to you here. So how it works is [00:29:54] Speaker 0: whenever you're in the platform, you go to the launch kit, and it'll take you through [00:30:02] Speaker 0: an interview style process. And the questions that it asks you, all build upon each other. So it's it's made to get a accurate representation [00:30:14] Speaker 0: of who you are, your brand voice, your offer that you're selling, the community that you're targeting, and it builds out the brief. And that's what this is [00:30:26] Speaker 0: here is I've already gone in and I've answered all of these questions, and it tells me who my primary buyer is is someone who's AI curious, creators and [00:30:37] Speaker 0: solopreneurs who believe in AI, but haven't turned that interest into a reliable offer audience. And it gives you all of this super helpful [00:30:49] Speaker 0: insights into your brand, which [00:30:55] Speaker 0: is an incredible resource if you... I mean, for me, this is all stuff that helps me better make my sale. It gives me my identity. [00:31:07] Speaker 0: Yes. [00:31:08] Speaker 2: I'm sorry. Really quick. [00:31:09] Speaker 0: You're good. [00:31:12] Speaker 2: So this is all part of everything that's already with what I have. Right? I don't know what everybody else has. Okay. So where do I where do I find this then? [00:31:21] Speaker 0: Alright. So once you're logged in, you're gonna go down here and click the admin button. [00:31:27] Speaker 2: Oh, the admin. Okay. [00:31:29] Speaker 0: And then you'll click the launch launch kit button. [00:31:33] Speaker 2: Okay. That's new. So that's why I'm asking. [00:31:37] Speaker 0: And then you should see a button that says platform brief. [00:31:41] Speaker 2: Okay. And that's where you start entering your brand voice and what you wanna do and let it tell you, how to do it? [00:31:47] Speaker 0: Yes. It'll ask you questions. So mine has already passed the the question phase. [00:31:54] Speaker 0: Maybe maybe we'll have a chance and you can... If you're if you're comfortable, we can have you share your screen and and show it actually work for you and build yours out [00:32:06] Speaker 0: here [00:32:06] Speaker 2: if we have a time. If I was home, I would do it, but I'm actually in the car right now. So I didn't wanna miss your call. Like, I'd be on it. [00:32:13] Speaker 0: Okay. Okay. Yeah. I'm I'm glad you made it. There will be a recording here, and we can also connect later on as well. [00:32:21] Speaker 2: No worries. [00:32:22] Speaker 0: So something that's cool as well is it will... After it's got your brief, it goes and searches for creators that sound like you or [00:32:34] Speaker 0: that people you should follow. It gets it gets different books to read. Oops. It gets different YouTube channels. [00:32:46] Speaker 0: Hang on. Somebody somebody is here. Ding dong. Oh, where'd it go? [00:32:54] Speaker 0: Oh, Mauricio. [00:32:59] Speaker 2: Oh [00:33:01] Speaker 0: my gosh. This cat is going crazy, you guys. [00:33:07] Speaker 0: Alright. So it it gets you all of this beneficial stuff as far as, like, who are some different resources that you could tap into as far as books, YouTube channels, podcasts. [00:33:20] Speaker 0: And then it goes into the media phase. So here, you're able to upload [00:33:26] Speaker 0: image of yourself. You can upload multiple images of yourself. It helps to have more for reference. But here, I have just one. I've got my LaunchBox logo there, and then I [00:33:37] Speaker 0: have some styled images that help it understand, like, my brand style. And then I move into the next phase, which is strategy, and it will [00:33:49] Speaker 0: ask you just a few more follow-up questions to complete the cycle and generate your funnel. And so whenever you're new, you're like, I don't [00:34:01] Speaker 0: know where to start. This gives you everything that you need to start bringing people in as far as a functional funnel. So it starts with week one. Here, we've got our announcement for our waitlist. It [00:34:13] Speaker 0: gives us an image to post, and then it gives us the the copy for the actual post itself. So what we would do is we could copy this. We could take it into Instagram [00:34:25] Speaker 0: and make our post. If you have a Facebook following, again, just post it in there. Let's see here. I'm gonna copy the image. [00:34:38] Speaker 0: Boom. Alright. So this would be, like, the very first phase one of your funnel. So you're announcing, hey. I've got a wait list for my platform that I'm rolling out. [00:34:50] Speaker 0: And then it moves into, okay. Well, now I have people. They've seen my post. Where do they actually sign up for my wait list? Boom. Here's your waitlist. They can enter their name and [00:35:01] Speaker 0: their email, and that captures their information so that you can follow-up with them to build that and nurture that relationship. So when it's time to [00:35:14] Speaker 0: bring them into the platform, you've already got an interested warm lead, essentially. So it works through the waitlist phase. It also [00:35:26] Speaker 0: gives you two lead magnets that you can use to also provide some value, for people as they're getting to know you, and it it gives them a a free lesson. So here, [00:35:37] Speaker 0: it's generated a lesson based off of the the questions that I answered earlier. So that, it gives them another lead magnet, which has a PDF. [00:35:51] Speaker 0: They're able to download it and join the wait list. Let's see here. And then it continues on that [00:36:01] Speaker 0: wait list for a bit with some more posts. It gives you emails that you can start to send out. It's like, here's... Send the welcome email, and you can copy that and email [00:36:13] Speaker 0: that to the list that you've started to build. And then it starts to transition into, here's the post. So now the people you've got on your wait list, you will funnel them [00:36:25] Speaker 0: into the actual payment page, which looks like this. And, again, AI... The process that I've built into it, it's building all of this for you. So you don't need to know [00:36:36] Speaker 0: anything. You just have to go in and answer those questions and wait maybe two or three minutes, and it builds all of your sales pages, all of the content, and gives you everything that you need to start, [00:36:49] Speaker 0: like, having these pages and content do the work for you to bring paid subscribers into your platform. So there, it's even got, my image from before. [00:37:02] Speaker 0: And so this is something that I I really... I just finished up last night. It's been a process of figuring out what works and what doesn't. So we'll see how this goes with the [00:37:13] Speaker 0: users in the platform and and how how it's performing for them. But as I've come to sort of better understand the needs of the users, this is what [00:37:25] Speaker 0: it's kinda turning into is, like, here's everything that you need to bring your people in. So that is the the new the new approach. Does it seem like it would be helpful, [00:37:37] Speaker 0: for you guys? [00:37:39] Speaker 2: Yeah. That's... Actually, Ian, that sounds great. It looks... Everything looks fabulous. I only have just one question maybe if, because I know some platforms now where you can just, say, okay. Take [00:37:51] Speaker 2: the information, you know, the ad, the copy, and just go to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, whatever. And you just click on those buttons and boom. It goes there so you don't have to go and copy and paste everything. [00:38:03] Speaker 2: Is there a way to maybe, in the future, integrate that? I know you're... This is this is awesome. Mhmm. But is that something that's feasible possibly in the future? [00:38:11] Speaker 0: That is. That's on the that's on the road map to... So, essentially, what you're asking is, will this post for me on my social accounts? At this point, no. That's something that I'll need [00:38:23] Speaker 0: to build in. But it is as simple as just copying this image and then pasting it in. And I know that's that's a bit tedious, but I am I am [00:38:35] Speaker 0: planning to add that that... Because, yeah, I'm in the same boat. If I could just set it and forget it and it goes and does it all for me, that is amazing. And this is almost [00:38:47] Speaker 0: all the way there, but I hear you on that. That's coming. [00:38:51] Speaker 2: You're doing a great job. It looks fabulous. It really does. So really good for you. [00:38:56] Speaker 0: Awesome. Thank you. So, yeah, you're not in front of your computer. But I guess, Marcia, I know you haven't [00:39:08] Speaker 0: maybe seen this launch kit yet. Have you... Do you have any questions about it or maybe your thoughts on it just initially?... Relates to [00:39:20] Speaker 0: price. [00:39:22] Speaker 1: So the the new stuff you just mentioned, when is that stuff gonna be available? [00:39:29] Speaker 0: It should be accessible now. [00:39:33] Speaker 1: Oh, because when I go in mine, I think it says, like... What does it say? [00:39:41] Speaker 1: It says locked, I think. [00:39:45] Speaker 0: Okay. [00:39:46] Speaker 1: Pages, social post, LaunchCoach. [00:39:49] Speaker 0: Ah, okay. Are those supposed to [00:39:50] Speaker 1: be locked? [00:39:52] Speaker 0: They are locked because you have to do the interview process first. [00:39:56] Speaker 1: Oh, I thought it did. Okay. [00:39:59] Speaker 0: So it [00:39:59] Speaker 1: it should find that? [00:40:01] Speaker 0: There should be one that is unlocked that says brief. Are you comfortable shipping?... Brief? Yes, ma'am. [00:40:08] Speaker 1: Okay. Yes. [00:40:09] Speaker 0: Okay. If you want, I can walk you through it here, or we could do that somewhere else too. [00:40:19] Speaker 0: Okay. We're off off of this call. [00:40:23] Speaker 1: Let me see. [00:40:25] Speaker 0: Sure. [00:40:26] Speaker 1: I do a share. [00:40:28] Speaker 3: Hi, Ian. This is Nicole. I'm so sorry. I apologize, Maurizia. I just wanna say I have to walk out. I have a meeting to go to. [00:40:35] Speaker 4: No problem. [00:40:36] Speaker 3: But thank you so much for welcoming me. I'll definitely come back to your next one, lunch and learn. [00:40:40] Speaker 0: Yes, ma'am. Thank you so much for joining us. We really appreciate it. [00:40:43] Speaker 4: Thank you. [00:40:44] Speaker 3: Looking forward to...... Afternoon. [00:40:45] Speaker 0: You too. Bye. [00:40:46] Speaker 3: Bye now. [00:40:47] Speaker 0: Bye bye. [00:40:50] Speaker 0: Alrighty. [00:41:00] Speaker 4: Alright.... Me see. Okay. [00:41:05] Speaker 0: Oh, he's not presenting. [00:41:09] Speaker 1: Let me see. [00:41:16] Speaker 1: Believe that. K. Continue. [00:41:21] Speaker 1: Start. [00:41:24] Speaker 0: Yeah. [00:41:25] Speaker 1: Oops. I think... Okay. I think it's going. [00:41:31] Speaker 0: Okay. [00:41:34] Speaker 0: Alright. I do see it. [00:41:36] Speaker 1: Okay. So here in the platform brief, [00:41:42] Speaker 2: is that... [00:41:43] Speaker 0: That's correct. To make it easier to see, you can hit the x at the top of the launch kit. [00:41:51] Speaker 3: This one? [00:41:52] Speaker 0: Yes. [00:41:53] Speaker 1: Okay. You [00:41:53] Speaker 0: can also hit that little arrow [00:41:56] Speaker 1: on the top. Okay. [00:41:57] Speaker 0: Yeah. That's amazing. Alright. So he [00:41:59] Speaker 1: he can... So start the interview. [00:42:02] Speaker 0: There you go. [00:42:02] Speaker 1: Okay. [00:42:04] Speaker 1: Okay. Because I thought I I did that when I when I first signed in, when I first signed up. [00:42:11] Speaker 0: You you did a [00:42:12] Speaker 3: different thing.... Different? [00:42:14] Speaker 0: Yeah. This is much more [00:42:17] Speaker 0: beefed up in the sense that it it better captures your information. Mhmm. [00:42:24] Speaker 1: Okay. Okay. So I'll I'll go through this and... Mhmm. Yeah. I'll go through this. I I can manage that. [00:42:30] Speaker 4: Awesome. Okay. Thank you. [00:42:33] Speaker 0: You got it. One thing I'll share too here. Let me see. [00:42:42] Speaker 0: Share my screen. [00:42:47] Speaker 0: And, Marisa, you should be able to do this as well, is up here in the top left of the screen, you can now click on this and join other [00:42:59] Speaker 0: communities. So I've invited all of the partners into special [00:43:06] Speaker 0: account. So I'll I'll show you what that one looks like. Jules and Marissa, you should have access to it and the info at... What is it? [00:43:19] Speaker 0: Launchbox.support. [00:43:23] Speaker 0: And so, yeah, if you hit that button up there in the top left, Mauricio, you should see a button that would allow you to go into the lunchbox there. [00:43:35] Speaker 0: So now here is where we, as the partners, can communicate back and forth with each other as far as, hey. What's working? What's not? [00:43:46] Speaker 0: Here's my community if you wanna come check it out and stuff like that. [00:44:00] Speaker 0: Cool. [00:44:07] Speaker 0: So, yeah, I guess, [00:44:10] Speaker 0: that's really... I'm I'm excited for Jules, Marisa, for you to try this out. Caleb, if you're interested in trying it out, I have a a coupon which will give you, 30% off [00:44:22] Speaker 0: of the subscription. So that brings it to, $69.99. You can set your price to, have subscribers join your [00:44:34] Speaker 0: community to whatever you like. [00:44:37] Speaker 0: I think a good range is between $29.99, and some people have theirs at $49.99. So if that's 1 or two people you [00:44:49] Speaker 0: bring into your community, you paid the price for the subscription as well as Jules and Mauricio and and anybody who is a part of the platform. There's now [00:45:02] Speaker 0: referrals. So you can bring people in to become white labels or partners, and you'll get 20% of that recurring subscription as well. Caleb, maybe I'm curious about, like, your experience with building apps and [00:45:35] Speaker 0: is this is this... [00:45:36] Speaker 4: I'll tell you I'll tell you one on one. [00:45:39] Speaker 0: Okay. Okay. Cool. That sounds good. [00:45:45] Speaker 0: Alright. Does anybody have any more questions or, anything about outside of LaunchBox that I can answer that you may be curious about? [00:45:55] Speaker 1: No. This was this was very helpful for me, you know, just getting started, and there's a couple of things in there I didn't know. And I can take a look at those and [00:46:07] Speaker 1: and get moving. [00:46:09] Speaker 0: Okay. I'll also send you... I'll I'll put it in the chat here, but I'll do a follow-up email. I'm doing office hours. So if you wanna grab a time, [00:46:21] Speaker 0: I have thirty minute slots open for free, so happy to hop on a call with you. [00:46:29] Speaker 2: Do you get a girlfriend and all of a sudden you have office hours? [00:46:33] Speaker 0: No. No. It's mild. [00:46:36] Speaker 2: I'm just messing with you. [00:46:38] Speaker 0: It's nice. She's... She stops by typically on her lunch break, so she just popped in, brought me some Wendy's, and popped back out. She's a sweetheart. [00:46:50] Speaker 0: Yeah. I'll drop this. Yes. I am very blessed. I sure am. [00:46:54] Speaker 2: It's funny. I'm actually sitting in front of a Wendy's listening to the conversation. [00:46:57] Speaker 4: Oh my goodness. [00:46:59] Speaker 2: I'm ready to go in and have a hamburger. [00:47:01] Speaker 0: Oh, buddy. Well, we can go ahead and wrap up. [00:47:28] Speaker 0: I'll also send that out. I'll send a a follow-up email. [00:47:32] Speaker 1: Let's see. Default. Yes. [00:47:39] Speaker 1: Okay. Perfect. [00:47:41] Speaker 0: And, Caleb, if you're interested in doing a one on one chat, you can also find a slot on there too. [00:47:49] Speaker 4: Thank you. [00:47:50] Speaker 0: Yeah, man. [00:47:56] Speaker 0: Alrighty, guys. Well, thank you again for joining us here on the Launch and Learn. We'll talk to you all soon. [00:48:04] Speaker 1: Thank you, [00:48:04] Speaker 2: Ian.
