# Use LaunchBox as your community advisor ## 1. Start with a read-only review Use LaunchBox as my community advisor. Confirm the connected community and read its advisor context. My goal is to help members get useful answers and feel comfortable participating. Compare the last 7 days of recorded Main-community activity with the previous 7 days. Check whether coverage is complete before drawing conclusions. Start with an aggregate summary, without member names, private profile details, or quoted member messages. Separate facts from suggestions. Do not save, publish, schedule, or change anything yet. ## 2. Look at specific discussions Read two relevant Main discussions from the activity results. Use this small sample to identify practical conversation opportunities. Summarize observed themes, what we still cannot conclude, and up to three proposed actions. Give each action a clear success measure. Label manual measures and proposed targets clearly. Do not save the plan or carry out any action yet. ## 3. Save after reviewing I approve the following actions and success measures: [insert the recommendations you accept]. Save them as my private community action plan, with all actions marked planned and no completed outcomes. Show the review link. Do not publish, schedule, send messages, or carry out the actions. ## 4. Return with actual results Read my saved community action plan. Here is what I actually did and observed: [add your results]. Propose appropriate progress updates and the next useful step. Do not invent outcomes. Ask me to approve changes before saving them. Activity coverage can be incomplete. Counts from incomplete scans are not verified community totals. Response speed and answer quality in this example are tracked manually.
